Beautiful photos and experience with Unveiled!

Lauren, Alberto, Britt and Celeste did an amazing job! Marcus and I had the team for our engagement photos as well as our on big day. First off, the quality of the photos was incredible. Exquisite, natural, well-toned. I chose them specifically because of how they captured effective evening indoor photos with awesome lighting and color.

During my getting ready, I was incredibly comfortable with Britt, who was gentle, professional and a delight to be around. She was able to capture some wonderful moments of joy with me and my bridesmaids, yet it did not feel intrusive at all. Celeste was equally professional and caught some priceless brotherly shots of all the groomsmen and my husband!

During the whole logistical process, Lauren was clear in her communication, organized and a quick responder. The run of day was well-timed, efficient, yet gave us plenty of wiggle room.

I am so thankful for picking the Unveiled team. I smile with such delight reminiscing at our day with the amazing photos.

I would 100% recommend the team, without a doubt!

One of the best wedding vendors we worked with!

We got married in NYC on 9/25/21 and we worked with a lot of vendors, but Unveiled Weddings was definitely one of the better ones! Lauren managed all of the pre-wedding planning and was always professional, personable and provided additional advice above and beyond what you'd expect from your videographer. The day of our wedding, Romie & Tina were equally professional and pleasant to work with. We love the highlight reel they put together and all of the other special moments they captured on video. Having edited videos from our wedding was so important to us and we couldn't have been happier that we chose Unveiled Weddings to work with!

Beautiful Memories Captured by Unveiled Weddings

We loved working with Unveiled Weddings for our wedding! During our photographer search, we connected with Lauren and Alberto over the phone and instantly connected with them. They are both so easy to work with and you can tell they really love what they do! Alberto shot our engagement photos and they came out so wonderfully that we were so confident in our choice for him to photograph our wedding. Leading up to our big day, they were very communicative- checking in about photos we definitely wanted to have, timeline for the day, and a lot of reassurance that everything was going to go as planned. Alberto and his second shooter, Lina, arrived on time and ready to go on the day of the wedding. They were able to capture incredibly beautiful memories that we will treasure forever! We received highlights of our wedding (about 140 photos) 2 weeks after our wedding and the whole gallery (over 1,000 photos!) about 2 weeks after that. We are so grateful to Unveiled Weddings and highly recommend them!

Amazing experience

We just received our photos back from our engagement photo shoot and couldn't be happier! We can't wait for our wedding day now!
Lauren is amazing. She is so responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns! Lauren and Alberto have been extremely flexible and accommodating when scheduling/ rescheduling the date and location for our photo shoot
Alberto was amazing! He made us feel so comfortable the entire day. I was very nervous to be taking photos, especially in public in front of other random people staring, however it went better then expected. Alberto made sure to incorporate all of my inspiration photos and even more then I could have even imagined! We got our photos back so quickly and I couldn't believe how good they all turned out. Everyone we showed our photos to loved them as well!

Best of the best!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with the team at Unveiled Weddings, it has been nothing short of amazing! From our engagement photos and all the preparation leading up to wedding day and beyond, I always felt in good hands. Coordinating with Lauren has been fantastic, she is so easy to talk to and always made sure all of my questions/concerns were addressed quickly. Our photographer Jakub and videographer Patrick were such a pleasure to work with, they made us feel so comfortable in front of the cameras and took stunning photo and video. The Best Photographers

If you are looking for wedding photographers/videographers you absolutely MUST book Unveiled Weddings. They are super responsive leading up to the wedding. The actual day of the wedding, taking pictures with them was a genuine joy. I know as a bride you worry that photos might overtake the whole day. Not only were they allowing us to truly love, enjoy, and experience our day, they enhanced it! It was genuinely so fun shooting photos with them it added to the day of the wedding. They were so wonderful guests to this day are saying how much they loved our photographers. How they were able to get every shot, but never in the way. And our bridal party loved them because they got amazing shots of them in about 15 minutes, allowing them to also really enjoy the day. Now, let's talk about the pictures and video. They were able to get us our pictures incredibly quick, completely honoring their timelines. To describe these pictures as absolutely gorgeous is an understatement. We listed photos as a top priority for us, and they delivered. Our issue currently is that we love too many of them to choose some to hang up, post, or even put in an album. To make a long review short, you must book them if you are looking for photographers, if you want a great day of shooting pictures, gorgeous (and some funny) shots, and you want them back quickly!

Top quality

I have to say it has been a true pleasure working with Unveiled Weddings. Laura has been so professional in coordinating everyday and tending to our every need and desire.
What really stood out to me, was when I was getting engaged in NYC and it was VERY last minute. I couldn’t find anyone to photo us in Central Park. I connected with Laura and she searched high and low- she went above and beyond to find us someone. Within like 2 days!!! It blew me away and I was hooked in.
To top it off, I received the edits back and they were so amazing I wanted to cry.
When choosing a photographer for our wedding, the company approached things with the same intent and dedication. Laura searched based on our direct desires and didn’t hesitate to work hard to make us happy.
This is a stand up company, in my opinion. Down to earth. Willing to WORK and work with great quality. Great communication. And what I truly loved, was it felt like they were my friends.

Can’t wait for Unveiled to capture my wedding!

My engagement turned into engagement photoshoot is all thanks to Jakub at Unveiled. He was professional and took such beautiful pictures of my fiancé and I. We loved his work so much that he will he photographing our wedding and celebrations. We can’t wait!! The turnaround time of sneak peaks and finished pictures was very impressive.

Smooth, responsive and delivered a GREAT Engagement Photo Experience

From first email to inquire, until the delivery of pictures, the experience working with Unveiled Weddings was exceptional. Very responsive, very detailed, accommodating to what our vision was but also gave great suggestions to consider - we took some and glad we did. Unveiled Weddings 10/11/19

Celeste and Loren, our photographers from Unveiled Weddings, did an unbelievably gorgeous job of capturing our wedding day. When I look through our photo gallery, I feel the same love and joy that I felt that day, as the photos were being taken. Celeste and Loren were so easy to work with-- there was no awkward posing or stressful gathering of people. They were calm, kind, efficient, and patient with my very large family and bridal party. Lauren, the co-owner, communicated with me for almost a year before the wedding. She was so easy to work with and even offered us a discount for booking over a year in advance. I 100% recommend Unveiled Weddings to any couple on the hunt for classic, natural photos that you'll cherish forever.

NYC Proposal

My fiancé found Unveiled Weddings through social media and boy did they deliver! Lauren was fantastic to work with! She captured the proposal with several stunning photos. Lauren spent an hour with us taking photos around Dumbo. It was perfect! We received the digital prints within 3 days, which we did not expect. The pictures were so amazing that I cried all over again haha.

NYC Proposal

Could not have been a more enjoyable experience using Lauren and the Unveiled-Weddings team. From the first phone call to the execution of the proposal photo shoot everything was great! I can't imagine having proposed in NYC now, and not have had unveiled-wedding there to capture our special moment. Would recommend 10/10!

Magical photos!

Unveiled Weddings shot my wedding and the photos we received are pure magic. The entire experience with Unveiled Weddings was enjoyable. Choosing a photographer can be very stressful since you want the best people to capture the day, and Unveiled Weddings is definitely the answer. Brittany shot our photos and we could not be more pleased with the memories she captured. She was also efficient and quick which was very important to us since we didn't do a first look and wanted to still make our cocktail hour. She brought great energy to the day and clearly had a deep passion for her job. We cannot say enough good things and are so excited to see the video Mike shot!

So personable and professional!

From beginning to end Lauren was fantastic! She made everything so easy for us. Emily and Brittany we’re out photographers the day of our wedding, Emily was with me and Brittany was with the groom as we both were getting ready. They both took so many candid and beautiful natural shots throughout the night that it’s making the selection process for our photo album so difficult! Good problem to have. Forever Grateful!

5 stars is not enough! Cele and Alberto did an amazing job and our pictures came out beautifully. We wanted our photographers to capture many candid moments and capture the true feel of the evening - they did not disappoint! Some people told me their photographers were interjecting themselves in important moments for 'the photo' but Cele or Alberto never did that. They captured everything, many times without even being seen so the smiles and happiness were as genuine as could be! They made my husband and I feel comfortable and helped us relax as the day went on. From the moment I spoke with Lauren from UW to even after I received my photos, she was prompt with setting up phone chats, responding to emails and answering any and all questions I had.
Unveiled Weddings was the perfect choice and we are so grateful for all they did for us! They love what they do and it shows. Choose them and you won't be disappointed!

Amazing Wedding Photo/Video Company

Alberto and Lauren did an incredible job planning our wedding photography and delivered amazing results! They were really welcoming and genuinely excited for us. The team was very organized which made for a completely seamless process. The photos and video came out perfect, we would not have changed a thing! Alberto is a skilled photographer and made sure we got all of the shots on our list and then some! Everyone in our wedding party loved him and could feel the energy and excitement on our special day. Alberto from Unveiled Weddings was such a great addition to our wedding team. We hired Unveiled Weddings to capture our wedding luncheon in May 2018. He and his wife Lauren were absolutely professional. From the first moment I reached out to Unveiled Weddings, they were extremely responsive and thorough in answering my questions, of which I had quite a few! They were willing to accommodate my schedule for meetings be it after work or on the weekend. Not only were they a great team but also they worked so well with us. I felt we were all on the same page at all times. On the day of our wedding, Alberto was committed to getting great photos regardless of what the day threw at us. Even though we were running late (not because of him) and pouring rain, Alberto still managed to make us look good and feel comfortable during our photos -- boy, were we nervous and self-conscious! He is also just a lovely and kind person who can create an inviting environment to talk through both ours and his ideas. We felt like we could honestly say we liked (or didn't like) a pose or shot. We got our pictures within weeks of the wedding (during out honeymoon) and it was so great to be able to relive our big day during that time. I am extremely grateful that we could find such a quality photographer like Alberto that also fit within our budget. Thank you so much, Alberto and Lauren!

I was nervous about dealing with boring photographers and staged photos, but it was nothing like that with Alberto and his team. It was fun, although also professional, and the quality of photos is amazing! We could not be happier or recommend Unveiled more highly. Our engagement photos in Central Park are stunning and our wedding photos lock in all the wonderful moments for us. Unveiled was everywhere without being obtrusive. 5 stars all the way!

I’m a little late with this review due to time, but let me begin by saying Unveild Weddings did a remarkable and spectacular job with our post wedding shoot. We had a destination wedding so we used a photographer in that country, we compared the pictures and it was a night a day difference, so was the experience as well. Alberto is very enthusiastic, genuine and funny, you will not be bored during your shoot. Their scheduling is very accommodating and their price is very fair. We will absolutely be using Alberto again, and I most definitely recommend anyone reading this review to book your shoot with Unveild Weddings.

Having Alberto as our wedding photographer was the best choice we made. He and Lauren are the best! Always kind, solicitous, dedicated in having the perfect click and seeing everything going well. We just love the photos! Our whole family loved it, they only talk about the wonderful photos... We got to relive that day seeing the photos. Thank you a thousand times for this wonderful work.

Lauren & Alberto are incredibly dedicated to their business, and it shows! I've been communicating with them for months now from overseas and have been blown away with how responsive and organized they've been throughout this whole process. We were initially a little disappointed that Alberto (the lead photographer of Unveiled weddings) wouldn't be available for our wedding date, but Lauren assured us that Celeste (another one of their photographers) would be a great fit for what we were looking for and had a very similar style to Alberto. Just over a week ago we met with Celeste for our engagement shoot and absolutely loved working with her. My fiance and I aren't used to being photographed and were a little nervous of what to expect. Celeste immediately put us at ease, made us laugh, and knew just what to say to get us to relax and have some fun during the shoot. We just got our photos back and they're incredible! We can't wait to work with them on our wedding day.

If you are looking for professionalism and quality, you are looking for Lauren and Alberto! Since the moment me and my wife sent them email asking about price and service they were fast and kind answering all our questions! On the wedding day we couldn't be happier! It was perfect! Alberto has so much energy and love for what he does! He was always looking for the best angles, lights, backgrounds and images! He was not just a photographer, we felt like he was one of our friends! Not just me and my wife but all the family and friends loved his positive attitude! Being a good photographer is not just about having a nice camera, but also have good eyes! Working as a photographer is not just about taking pictures and getting paid, but also doing it with love and passion. And Alberto definitely has all of that, he has love and passion for his job! We cannot praise Jakub enough. Unveiled Weddings from an admin side is super organized, succinct and professional. On the creative side, my fiancé and I had a call with Jakub before signing the contract and we immediately appreciated that he wasn’t another cheesy wedding vendor ;). He was kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about navigating photography in the city with permits, locations, etc. We loved his portfolios and felt confident after talking with him so we booked him. On the day of our engagement shoot, the weather was dreary since it rained up until the time we were planning to meet Jakub. The flowers blooming in Central Park were not looking lush either. As a result of the editing, you would have thought our shoot took place on the most gorgeous day in NYC. My fiancé and I had the best time doing our engagement shoot and Jakub generously incorporated our requests for certain poses and locations. The poses I thought seemed unnatural turned out to be the most elegant shots that we are now cherishing. Jakub is truly talented and we are so excited to work with him for our wedding. Since finances are a huge part of wedding planning, we found Unveiled Weddings to be very cost effective for the packages they offer. We found other vendors, whose editing wasn’t as elegant as Unveiled Weddings, charging about $2k more for similar packages. Jakub truly captured who we are as a couple without knowing us well. We cannot thank him enough for his talent, time, and professionalism.

My fiancé and I got engaged in Central Park this past December and it was more than i could ever imagine. To top it all off, Alberto and his wife, Lauren, were there capturing every second of our special moment. Everything was fantastic from the instance my then boyfriend first contacted Alberto to when we received our pictures back.
Now, i did not see the proposal coming and my boyfriend was more focused on the location of the proposal, rightfully so, that we did not have additional locations in mind for pictures. However, that did not matter because Alberto did his research and scouted out some pretty amazing spots. He even had some inspiration offline, which i absolutely loved because it showed me he truly cared about our special day. Everything happened so fast, but with each step, Alberto and Lauren were asking us what WE WANTED. They are two people that do not see their job as just a job. They know they are creating life long memories and they do everything possible to make it even more incredible.
If you are searching for a great photographer, i would definitely suggest Alberto!! SImply take a look at his work, it speaks for itself!!

Fantastic, flexible, reasonably priced, kind, awesome, talented photographers! You will not be disappointed. I made a Pinterest board with photos I wanted, and Alberto and Celeste made sure to take the ones I wanted. They were very organized and came prepared with my Pinterest board printed and circled. They were also willing to split up so one could take photos of me and one of my husband at a different location. They were willing to do anything we needed to make our day perfect. In addition, they took great care of photos the whole day. Highly recommend!!

Book them!!! They make sure with great lengths, the client is happy and satisfied with the product. Fast deliverable, less than a week for the engagement shoot and received our wedding pictures in about 2 weeks, right before Thanksgiving to share with Family and friends. Lauren, always on point and sending gentle reminders of what to expect/follow up and Alberto for the engagement shoot. Although, we did not have Alberto for our reception, they sent, Emily, whom was amazing. She guided us in accomplishing all the requested pictures; extra brownie points for helping the groom with his boutonniere. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend Unveiled Weddings. We were impressed by their work but the most important thing was and is being able to communicate and problem solve together. We worked with a variety of people as we had very special and unique requests and they were very open to ideas and even made an effort to deliver what we needed based on real-time feedback. I know people read these things and think "oh this is too effusive a review, too many stars, it seems fake," I know as I generally am skeptical (and I never write reviews) but, these were incredibly helpful and caring people who helped make the day work. My fiancé and I planned a destination wedding to an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. Through the planning process, we had no idea what to plan or what to expect since we hadn't been to the resort until a few weeks prior to the wedding. Alberto and Lauren were incredibly helpful in the planning process and really put us at ease on our options, what to expect and some things to think about going into our special weekend. One thing I wasn't worried about going into our destination wedding was the photography, and thank goodness! Our wedding day came and not much went as planned as it rained and all of our festivities were outside. Alberto kept us calm, positive and focused the entire time. He scouted out new picture locations to ensure our day was captured to perfection and it totally was. The team at Unveiled Weddings was awesome. On the day of our ceremony and photo shoot in Central Park, our photographer Jakub was super professional and made us feel at ease the entire afternoon. Even if we had had an unlimited budget, we couldn't have done better than choosing Unveiled Weddings. Alberto and his team were affordable and amazing, they arrived early and spent the entire day with us taking pictures and videos. I wasn't sure what it would feel like to have someone photographing us all day, but Alberto made it feel very comfortable and natural. The photos and videos that we received were stunning and are images that we will truly treasure forever! Alberto even went the extra mile, snapping photos when my husband was on the phone during a hotel mix up and while we were hailing a cab--he literally made even the most mundane moments into a glamorous and beautiful story. He took all kinds of creative shots, even briefly relighting our reception venue to get the perfect silhouette shot that we wanted. He got every shot on the list that I sent him beforehand, and let me tell you it was a LONG and picky list (I am the hyper-obsessed Pinterest type). He and his team were also very understanding about location change, which is perfect for a Manhattan wedding--they followed us from our wedding venue in Harlem to Central Park, the American Museum of Natural History, the Upper East Side, and then back to our reception area in Harlem again seamlessly and with endless energy and enthusiasm. I cannot recommend this enough--they even offer a service where Alberto will personally put together a beautiful photo book for you if you wish. Again, Alberto and his team were so comfortable and fun to have around--this is very important when you think about it as the photographer and videographer will be with you for most of the day, so your interactions with them will be a big part of your wedding! During the ceremony, Alberto and his team were able to get stunning pictures and video while staying out of the way and letting the focus remain on us; I truly did not notice any of the team during the ceremony! Worth every penny!

Less than 2 weeks after our wedding, we just received our photos from Alberto and we could not be more pleased! Lauren handles the business side and is prompt, responsive, organized and was always two steps ahead of us. We first met Alberto during our engagement shoot and immediately knew that we'd made the right decision. He showed up early, was incredibly patient, articulate and easily merged his vision with our own. We asked for our dog to be included in our photos and he happily obliged and came up with great ideas for ways to integrate her in.

On our actual wedding day, Alberto and Celeste once again arrived early and were so patient, flexible and easy to work with. They took our feedback into account and pushed us outside our comfort zone while still remaining true to the types of images we wanted. Alberto was so personable with our family and friends and he was completely inconspicuous throughout the day. He caught so many moments that I didn't even know happened!

We were so pleasantly surprised to receive our photos so quickly after the wedding and were blown away by how well they turned out. We know so many people who had to wait months after their wedding to receive their photos (and paid so much more) -- we are so thankful that we came upon Unveiled Photography, it was among our best finds for our wedding!

Unveiled Weddings was amazing. They were very accommodating when I was booking a photographer for my city hall wedding ceremony. Alberto was extremely friendly and nice to not only me, but my whole family that was in attendance. He had great ideas, but also let me give him advice on some shots, which I appreciated very much. The prices were also extremely reasonable and we were able to book within a week of the civil ceremony, which was also amazing. To top it all off, Unveiled Weddings uploaded our edited photos the next day with a link to a gallery for our families to see, as well as giving us the original images soon after. The upload time was extremely impressive. My whole family is very impressed. If I have another big event, I will be sure to contact Unveiled Weddings again!

Alberto worked with my husband in secret when he proposed to me. He planned a special trip to NYC for my birthday and New Year. Alberto was in contact with my husband all day and coordinated a time and place. Alberto secretly photographed my husband proposing to me, and it was a secret until our wedding day on July 8, 2017. The pictures were absolutely amazing, and Alberto did such a wonderful job of capturing all of the emotions and beauty of that day. I had my eyes closed for most of the proposal and was sad that I missed it, but Alberto brought it to life and his pictures recreated the moment all over for me on my wedding day. He also waited patiently for eighteen months before I finally called him! Thank you so much for capturing some truly beautiful moments for my husband and me to treasure forever!

Alberto showed up 30 minutes before the shoot to make sure we got the angles right and rehearsed to make sure everyone was in the right position, he blended in with the crowd and got some great shots.

Alberto is an AMAZING photographer! He is very professional and creative. He went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. We met with him a couple of times before our wedding, he took the time to get to know us and discuss about the type of pictures we were hoping for and he was able to capture every shot we wanted!! He has great energy and made all of us feel comfortable and have so much fun. He was able to capture the most unique, beautiful shots of our special day. We truly love ALL of them. My husband and I feel very fortunate to have found him for our wedding. We highly recommend him for your special event.

In my opinion the photographer must have all of these characteristics: creative, optimistic, enthusiastic, empathetic and very patient. I am happy to say that I found all of theses in Alberto. We contacted him for our wedding pictures. The pictures were taken in the Brookling Bridge Park, Central Park and Manhattan City Clerk Office during a 4 hours package we arranged.
The weather was not easy, it was too cold (december in New York) but he successfully took great pictures. We can say we loved his work and we are happy to recommend it

I was visiting NYC and needed a photographer for my proposal at the very last minute due to a cancellation by another photographer. I contacted Alberto late the night before for a 9am surprise proposal. He was more than willing to help and his instructions were simple to follow. He definitely enhanced our experienced and captured a moment that will never be relived!

I used Alberto for a photo shoot in Central Park. Alberto responded to my emails very quickly, and was always flexible and had great ideas. He was extremely easy to work with, and made us feel comfortable and beautiful during our shoot. The turnaround time for pictures was unbelievably fast! It was easy to tell that Alberto was a true professional and loved what he did. His pricing was much more reasonable than other vendors, and his work was exceptional. Very, very pleased with this Alberto Lama Photography and would hands down recommend him to others!

Alberto took photos of my wedding at City Hall in April 2017 and he was amazing! It was exactly what we were looking for - fair pricing and great photos. He had a great up-beat attitude and was snapping photos the entire time, leading to some great candid photos. He made sure to get as many photos as possible when we were waiting for the ceremony, and after he took us to some great spots around City Hall and took some amazing shots. We got the photos the next day and he even created a gallery that we could send around to our friends and family. We love our photos! Alberto helped make our day very special.

Alberto Lama shot my wedding in March of 2013 and I am so happy with the decision. He was professional, reliable, dedicated and captured every special moment we could ask for. Making the decision on a photographer for our wedding day was a hard one as these are the moments & pictures you'll have with you for the rest of your life.
