    The University of Delaware Conference Services needs to be re-named as the Virden Retreat Center on this page. We had an ultra-amazing experience having our wedding and reception at the Virden Retreat Center. Jeri, Joanne, and Jay accomodated us in a sincere, relaxing fashion, and our wedding/reception popped dynamically. We asked for a completely vegan wedding, and they catered our request beautifully. The dance floor was vast and wonderful. The D.J. set-up was top-notch. We brought our own D.J., and he moved in easily, as everything was prepped for him in advance. The drinks rolled out nicely... into the night. The campus at the Virden Center is lovely, so you can have your wedding indoor or outdoor. Before you plan a wedding anywhere else at the Delaware seashore, visit the Virden Retreat Center first. They are, very much, your best bet!
