    Great experience. They are very professional to set up and did an amazing job. The lighting looked beautiful and the dance floor was exactly what I wanted. They also saved the day with heaters because it was freezing outside that night! Great job thanks again!!!

    Loved it loved it loved it! Booth was so cool with color changing lights. Props were a blast and the pictures printed right away. Communication was easy and they Setup early. Will use them again!!!

    We used them for photobooth and lighting. The up lights made such a difference in the room it was enchanting. The bistro lights outside gave our ceremony that warm romantic feel we were looking for. The photobooth was tons of fun and definitely a great addition. Marta was such a sweetheart I could not have asked for better service. Thanks!!!!!

    Best photobooth! They have an inflatable cube that had color changing lights. It was spacious and we were all able to get in there and take pictures.

    Thank you so much for all your help! I hired them originally for a photobooth and then found out they also do lighting. The bistro lights were beautiful and really gave it that candle light feel. Pictures came out great and they were customized with our names and wedding date.

    Great experience. Photobooth was lots of fun and was the traditional style we were looking for. Strips printed out right away and was flawless throughout the night. Props were great and my guests had a blast dressing up. Price was reasonable and they were very accommodating to my needs

    Loved it! My guests had a great time with the photobooth. The pictures printed quickly and were great quality. The backdrop was very nice and it perfectly matched my decor. They were easy to work with and were always available. Recommended!

    The Bistro lighting they did looked beautiful it really gave that romantic look to my wedding. They were also able to change the colors of the lights during the dancing and it really added to the whole feel. Photobooth was a blast abd made for some great memories.     Searching for the ultimate photo booth company? Look no further than Universal Party Management.

    I have worked with a number of photo booth companies, some on a corporate level and many others on independently owned settings. Universal just might be my favorite with their fast response time and "can do" attitude. Alex and Marta are always on top of their schedule and are extremely thorough out the process. I wish everyone could be as reliable, which is one of the reasons they truly stand out.

    No event is too big for Universal. Apart from weddings and private events, they're able to handle parties that go beyond the usual cocktail soiree or semi large social gathering. They do a superb job in prepping for every theme and showcase it with all of their props.

    So many photo booths lack something (lighting, equipment, setup issues, etc) but UPM has done a stand up job in everything. I couldn't recommend them enough and commend them on their stellar work thus far. This is one of the best companies to work with in South Florida by far, I wish I could take them with me where ever I go! Thank you for everything, You Guys ROCK !

    Universal Party Management were by the far the BEST to work with for our wedding. They were so responsive, on top of everything and beyond helpful in making our Photo Booth at our wedding perfect. The best part of working with them is that when asked if we could get a picture of our dog as a prop for the booth they were so quick to help pick a picture and create the prop for us!

    I would highly recommend using this company! They will definitely be the best and easiest part of planning your wedding, or any party that books them.

    UPM went above and beyond. Bringing us a generator last minute as we started to get concerned about Matthew. Alex and his team are our go to we use them for all of our Parties. Once again they came through. Thank you until the Next one!

    UPM was absolutely amazing. They were not pushy had amazing prices. They did Bistro Lighting, Uplighting and Photo Wall which was all so amazing. I still have guest calling and emailing me for their information. Alex even followed up after the event to make sure we were satisfied. This is an all star team and company.

    The photo booth was such a big hit! Everyone had a blast using it! The best part is getting to see all of the pics and videos online now that the wedding is over. Universal Party Management did a great job and we highly recommend them!

    Working with Marta and Universal Party Management was hands down the best decision we made! We planned our wedding from out of state which can seem stressful but Marta made our experience so easy and fun to plan. She was very professional, helped us with decision making (which is a challenge for me) and truly took every idea we had and made it possible, while staying on budget.
    Our wedding surpassed any idea I could have possibly had of what my wedding would be and it's in large part to Marta and Universal Party Management. We are still getting compliments on how beautiful our wedding was today!

They provided nonstop support, love, hugs, phone calls, texts and a beautiful wedding and reception all in nine months! Tell me, who else can do that!     Choosing Universal Party Management as our day-of-coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! It's safe to say that we could not have gotten everything together for our big day without their help. They made our wedding as stress-free and calm as possible. From the moment we started working with them, they helped keep us organized and on top of all the things that we needed to take care of. On the day of our wedding, Universal worked their magic and went above the call of duty, tackling all the little details and issues that pop up without us having to worry about a thing. Coordinating an event with over 150 people coming from all over the world is no easy task! We are very grateful to have had Universal Party Management as our day-of-coordinator because they were truly wonderful to work with and did an amazing job.     Universal Party Management was wonderful on the day of my wedding. I had a lot of DIY projects and was going crazy over the set up of everything. I met with Marta a month before my wedding date when I realized I was going mad with all of the details. So glad I did. She went over everything with me that I needed although it felt like I was asking her for tons of things. I felt at ease from the first moment I met her. She arrived early to set up the space and everything was set up exactly how I wanted it. This was the most important thing for me because I wanted to create that “wow” effect when everyone walked in for the reception. She also worked so well with my vendors and was so calm and collected throughout the whole day. I was able to see the set up before the reception started and couldn’t hold back the tears. I thank Marta and Universal Party Management for everything that they did.

    Because of my very laid back, procrastinating behavior Universal Party Management was basically a G-d send for the last few months leading up to my wedding. I didn’t really take the whole wedding planning process seriously and realized towards the end there were tons of things I had to do that, well just didn't get done. I debated back and forth in getting a wedding planner and figured i would just cross my fingers and hope it all came together. I just needed someone to point me in the right direction to put all the last minute details together. Universal did that and more! They were able to help me in securing my last minute vendors, help me to put my favors together, menu's, gift bags and so many other things. They were very well connected throughout the whole process. Every week they would contact me via email to ask if I needed anything and what they could help me with. Universal was there on many occassions to offer a listening ear to my frustrations as well. On the day of the wedding Marta and her staff took care of everything exactly how I wanted it.Nothing went wrong on my day. So glad I made the decision, unless I would have really been up the creek.

You made all our ideas and dreams a reality- something that I didn't think was possible. I couldn't imagine planning my wedding without your help and true expertise. You really made the whole process easy and the day of completely stress free for me. Having you and your team organize everything from the house to church and venue was a dream. I never worried for a second that everything would be perfect and every detail taken care of.     My fiance and I used Universal Party Management for our wedding and it could not have gone better! We worked with PHENOMENAL event planners and they ensured that everything was covered from A to Z. Universal was also such a pleasure to work with and moved all the planning along smoothly and efficiently. The professionalism and competence that you get with Universal Party Management is very hard to come by these days and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to have an amazing event.     Universal Party Management were the day-of coordinators for my big day and they were a blessing. UPM kept in touch with me from the first day we got together to the very end. Not only did they help keep things organized, they also kept me sane as the day got closer and stress built up. Before the wedding, Marta took all my vendor contacts, we went through the timeline of the day and all the details of who needs to be where, what needs to go where, etc. During the rehearsal, UPM was able to organize my already big family and go through our program without any problems. It was like they were part of the family and knew who people where and where they needed to be. Now, when the day finally arrived, Universal took full control and got us where we needed to be, made sure everything was as it was discussed, and if there were any problems - I did not know about it. I did not receive any calls from vendors, or family members. After the ceremony, Universal worked quick with my photographer to get all the family pictures done in time to get to the reception. During the reception, I felt that UPM was always by my side. They were there when I needed help getting my dress rebustled. I had no worry. They made the day more perfect than I could ever imagine. All in all, having a day-of coordinator helped me and my husband enjoy the wedding much more with absolutely no stress. I would definitely recommend Universal Party Management to others.

    I cannot overstate how great it was to have Universal Party Management at our reception. I was initially waffling on renting a photo booth, wondering if guests would even use it and if it would just seem like a duplicate of things we got from our photographer. We decided to do it!!
    I'd say over 95% of guests used the booth, many going multiple times with varying combinations of friends and spouses. So much personality was captured in how everyone chose to pose, and best of all we had photos that night that we could take on our honeymoon and reminisce and show people when we got back while we waited for our official photos from the photographer.
    So the concept worked so well, and Universal Party Management was also excellent. Our ceremony and reception were in the same location, and they worked with us ahead of time to schedule a seamless setup.
    We had a great wedding, and definitely made the right decision with using Universal Party Management and having the photo booth for our guests on our special day. I highly recommend!

    The Photo Booth was the perfect addition to our wedding day entertainment. All our guests enjoyed dressing up in silly hats/wigs and leaving us their grins and goofiness to enjoy for years! Great support staff that encouraged our more shy guests to jump in to the fun!!

    After finding Universal Party Managements Photo Booth on the internet, I contacted the owner about doing my daughter's Sweet 16 party. He was very easy to work with and reasonably priced. But more importantly, my daughter and her friends had a blast using the photo booth. All the guests got a keepsake of the party and my daughter got a CD copy of everyone that used the booth. They were even able to personalize the pictures with her name and birthday. I only wished I would have found them in time for my son's wedding last August. We would definitely use them again for future events.

    Universal's Photobooth was an amazing and fun addition to my daughter’s wedding. The props were a lot of fun and the pictures turned out great. The guests loved it – even my 91 year old aunt! It was definitely one of the additions that made the wedding special. Each guest got the pictures they were in that night and within 5 days, we had a CD with all of the photos for everyone to enjoy.

    One of the most fun things we added was the guest book - which I definitely recommend. It was so much fun to look through the pictures the day after the wedding - and the notes people wrote were priceless!

    UPM is an outstanding company. They continue to be on the cutting edge of technology yet maintain a freindly and honest company. Their lighting equipment is state of the art but their expertise on getting the most out of their lighting is second to none.
    I feel they are the best lighting company out there, bar none, and will help make your event that much more special.

    We rented Patio Heaters for our Christmas Party on the Beach. The service was amazing the delivery was flawless. It wasn't as cold as we expected but it was worth the peace of mind. Highly Recommend Universal for any of your needs.

    Our school used Universal Party Management Photobooth last year and we decided to use them again this year with the really great Yelp deal.

    This is a great company to use for any event. We used them for our end of the 8th grade dance and it was highly popular with the students! The props were also a hit with them as well~

    They arrived on time, the photobooth looked great, and of course, the pictures.

    HIGHLY recommended!!

    The photobooth was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! The guests loved it, and it has given us (and our guests) such great memories! Universal Party was unbelievably easy from start (prior to signing contract) to finish. Quick, professional, and kind responses via email and/or phone when I had questions. Well organized and very accommodating. They efficiently produced our logo for the bottom of the photo strip which helped tie the booth/pictures into our fall theme. There were 2 professional and kind attendants who were very helpful. The scrapbook is great because the attendants oversee it being put together, so all pictures make it in the book, and it's very neat and organized! SO many great props that are in fantastic condition. Neither of these things (scrapbook and props) cost extra, so the value is EXCEPTIONAL! Video option is another fun perk that adds to the value! They traveled quite a distance to us with no additional fees which also makes the value that much more unbelievable! Such fun and quality memories for us and our guests! Pictures and comments have been all over Facebook because people are using them as cover photos, profile pics, etc. Nice to have the DVD in addition to the scrapbook! I have attended 1 other event(a wedding) where there was a photobooth,it was fun, but UPM's Booth's size, props, and scrapbook organization were MUCH better than what I experienced there. Absolutely no complaints! Would HIGHLY recommend Universal Party Management's Booth without hesitation! -

    The photo booth has to be the best idea ever to have at a wedding. My guests loved it and I have received a HUGE amount of compliments on what a great idea it was. If I would of realized the amount of people that would of gone into it, I could of used the pictures as favors! It was an awesome time and a big hit! They also give you a scrapbook of all the photos, its the best keepsake and you get it that night so you have it way before your photographer pictures. I recommend having a photobooth at any event. They are a blast!

    The photobooth was an awesome addition to this fundraiser. I've been fundraising for over 30 years and didn't realize fully how people would love it! And, the owners who came were so accommodating. By the end of the evening everyone was into the photos! I would definitely use them again!!!

    I cannot thank Universal Party Management enough for turning a pretty reception venue into a gorgeous wedding. Seriously, the lighting transformed the reception room into a wedding from a movie scene! My reception venue was pretty to begin with, but the walls and ceiling were all stark white. I wanted the reception to look like a classy lounge and I got exactly what I wanted from Universal Party Management! colors were exactly what I wanted and the lighting alone made the wedding reception look like a million bucks. 

    My family and friends raved about the ambiance of the reception for weeks and it's all thanks to the amazing lighting job. I cannot express my gratitude to Alex & his team for making my wedding day beautiful, the way I always imagined it would be! If you are considering lighting for your wedding or party, you cannot go wrong with these guys!

    This is a really great company to work with. They were extremely nice, they showed up and setup so quietly we didn't even notice. Everyone that was at the wedding had nothing but good things to say about the Photobooth.

    Multiple times in the evening I turned back and looked at the Photobooth and everyone was so happy, smiling, laughing and we have all of the photos to show it. :) We got a cute book with all of the photos that people took in them.

    The best wedding/event planner I have experienced with in my 6 year experience in the industry. Take in my words as a big pile of salt - Marta is a godsend when it comes to planning for your events. She is sweet, warm, and easy to work with and handles all situations with tender loving care. She gets booked up during the wedding season - she's that hot! She is a team player, detailed-oriented, and professional.

    Universal Party Management was a huge hit at my party. Everyone was lined up it seemed the more that people use the booth the more they got back in line. They also did lighting for me and it was awesome I have never had lighting before and im glad I got it. They were super nice my event didn't start on time and they were fine with it still very professional and did everything they had to do. I will definitely be using this company for any other of my events. I was very happy and glad that I went with this company.

    Well, they were definitely hard to get in touch with for our photo booth, but it was setup and ready to go. The biggest problem, they misspelled my husband's name.

    I found this vendor online to use for a photo booth because they had a promotion & so they offered Gobo lighting. They said they would do GoBo exactly like how I wanted in a pic I provided them. The day of my wedding and in pictures- the GoBo was HORRIBLE & embarrassing. I still haven't heard back from them after multiple attempts to address the situation. Don't trust them.

    This company is a SCAM!

    If I could give them a 0 star I will! Worst experience ever. I hire them to put a Photo Booth on my wedding and it cost me $400. They did not arrive on time, forgot the hora loca accessories for the pictures, the Photo Booth was not working for more than half the time I paid for and to top it off the few pictures we were able to get were all dark and we could barely see anything.

    I am telling you do not get them for Photo Booth! They don't return any of my calls and have a system that is automated and don't answer you! I am not gonna be able to get a refund.

    I usually don't put reviews but I had to because they are a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! They rob people.

    We found Universal Party Management on amazon local. We have always wanted to have a photobooth for our wedding so we were very excited for this. Unfortunately this turned out to be a huge disaster. We had so much trouble trying to get in contact with them and for them to respond to our phone calls and emails. They would tell me they would call me in 2 days and a week would go by so I would call them again and they would say they would call back in another 3 days, but again they would not. Each time I would talk to a different person and could rarely seem to get the same person on the phone who was suppose to be assisting with my service. They rarely responded to my emails either. After I signed the contract with them, I still had trouble getting a real confirmation from them. I began to worry that they would not show up so I tried to find another photobooth company but it was too late for my wedding day. Well they didn't show up. I noticed they were late so my wedding coordinator called them and they said their car broke down and they would be there in 1 hour. 1 hour later and she calls again (they did not call her or me to inform us, but made us do all the work...) and they decide to cancel on us. I don't understand why they did not have a back-up plan. We were able to get our refund on amazon local but we also paid extra for a couple of extra services. They called 2 days later telling me they would refund the money. It's been 2 weeks and I still have not received the check in the mail. I do not recommend this company to anyone. It's a waste of time and money. I will ALWAYS regret working with this company because it has been a dream of mine to have a photobooth at our wedding and they were not able to provide that service for me.
