Dustin was the DJ for our wedding in Binghamton. He was absolutely fantastic!! He took our music and requests for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing and put them all together seamlessly. He was able to navigate set up and sound in the wind and rain without any setback. Dustin also took great care to make sure we were happy. He got us drinks and even put water in the flower vase for us!! He knew how to keep the party going and threw in the perfect songs that went with our requests. Great job!

He even set up a generator deep in the woods so we could have beautiful music to set the perfect mood for love to unfold. The reception was lively, fun, and unforgettable.

Dustin was absolutely amazing to my bride and I. He was very flexible with our schedule and changing things last minute. He constantly put us first throughout the night, checked on us, brought us drinks, and made sure we were in the know. Not only did he cater to our every request from a music standpoint, but went above and beyond by making sure all of our needs from drinks, to food, to last minute changes were taken care of all night! We have known Dustin fot 13 years and I knew given experience with working at a venue he DJd weddings at for years, that there was no other DJ I wanted for my wedding. Let me tell you, I have been to weddings where the DJ was not up to par and it doesn't give you the best experience. 16th Birthday Party!
We hired Dustin to DJ my son’s Surprise 16th Birthday party. Let me just start by saying, he made the entire party! He was beyond professional, even down to his attire. He played the perfect mix of music for all age groups and took requests from everyone at the party. He helped me figure out how to time everything out perfectly, between the food, cutting of the cake and then dancing. He had everyone on the dance floor with fun group dances and even had the best entrance song for when we all yelled SURPRISE! His pricing is excellent compared to other places I had received quotes from. I think that hiring him was the best decision I made throughout the whole planning process. One of things I noticed, was how passionate he is about music and how much he loves what he does. I believe he has been in business for 25 years, which that speaks for itself. Dustin did an incredible job at our wedding. From our first meeting and throughout the wedding he was incredibly professional and easy to work with. We had our reception at a barn venue and he went out of his way to make sure the sound quality and music played was perfect for all our guests. The uplighting he provides transformed the rustic barn into the party atmosphere we were looking for after dinner.

The best DJ!!
Dustin was absolutely amazing! He kept our guests out on the dance floor ALL night and every single person had such a great time! The song choices were perfect, he kept the night flowing and was so organized. He even made sure that we were taken care of throughout the whole night and always asked if we needed anything at any moment. My husband and I highly recommend him for weddings! Our wedding
Dustin added so many positives to our wedding day! He has years of experience in this business, and we had previously had the pleasure of seeing him in action at a couple of corporate events many years ago. In meeting with him initially, he made a warm impression on us by talking about how he tailors each event to the client and their individual needs and wants, whether there be personal or religious needs, or any kind of particular want to make an event complete. He was easy to get in touch with and was clear on all the options he offered for his services. He was willing to meet with us as little or as much as we wanted. Because he has so many years of experience locally, he was well acquainted with some of our other vendors and the venue, which was comforting to us. On the day of the event, he was calm and professional. He had provided us with his timeline and followed it through from start to finish. Importantly though, he was also able to accommodate some last minute requests from us and the guests that made the wedding reception memorable and provide moments that everyone will forever remember. You can’t go wrong with Dustin!!

Kept the Crowd Dancing
I saw United Sound at a previous wedding and decided to hire him for mine, which was an excellent decision. Dustin (DJ) was very professional and did an amazing job making recommendations for the ceremony playlist and executed well on the music during the reception. Dustin kept checking in with me and my husband during the reception seeing if we needed anything. He was very professional and kind throughout the process.

The day before our wedding the area was hit with massive flooding. Our wedding venue and the office of United Sound were devastated by the flooding. I am so happy to have been recommended Dustin by a friend. He told me that Dustin was the best and he couldn't have been more right! With the current covid conditions, and having an outdoor venue, Dustin was not only professional, prompt and accommodating, he was reassuring that my day would be "as sunny and gorgeous just like you on your big day." Those words mean a lot to a bride. And he was a big reason that the day was a complete success. When the snafus happened, i.e. the bridal party forgetting the flower bouquets, he had a work around that put everyone at ease and kept the day on track. Thank you Dustin! Dustin was phenomenal! We were unable to meet with him in person before our wedding and he took every little detail of what we had said over the phone and put it into our perfect day! He went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect! I wanted someone who would basically run the show the entire day so I didn’t have to worry about anything other than enjoying ourselves and he did that! He chose perfect music for our ceremony and kept the night moving along with the timeline we discussed! He also kept checking in with my husband and I throughout the night to see if we needed anything! the dance floor never stopped the entire night, our guests and us were dancing the night away with the music he played! Not only was he a great DJ who kept everyone on the dance floor, but he also kept everything on a timely schedule. He would come to find my husband and I when it was time for the next event of the night (father daughter dance, mother son dance, cake cutting, etc). As a bride of 160 guests I felt like there were so many people I needed to talk to and so much I had to do, but he kept me in line. He was super easy to work with and has a great personality! He was not only the DJ for my wedding, but one of my best friends wedding. So I can say as a bride and a guest he knows how to keep the dance floor full and make any wedding a memorable one!

Dustin was amazing!!! He really listened to what music we wanted him to play but also made great suggestions. He was very responsive every time we reached out to him weeks, days and even hours leading up to the wedding day. We even made a big last minute change with music for the ceremony and he made it happen with zero added stress. During the wedding he checked in with us multiple times, before the ceremony giving us directions, during the reception, keeping us on the time line for the night and even brought us drinks throughout the night! He also absolutely nailed our taste in music based on a relatively short list of songs we gave him and only one brief phone conversation (due to our limited availability). This was by far an experience that went above and beyond all of our expectations. We felt so comfort with all the planning because Dustin is just so down to earth. You give him the details of what you want and he makes it happen. He's not just a DJ, he's the whole package. He coordinates and makes the flow of everything perfect. Not once did I have to go get my drinks he had them ready and in hand. We truly LOVED everything about our experience with Dustin. Anyone would be silly not to choose him.

Dustin was fantastic. He was every thing my husband and I wanted in a DJ and more. He listened to everything we wanted and went way above and beyond what we asked. We got several compliments from our guests as well on our selection of DJ. I would definitely recommend united sound to people and I would use them again in the future if we need a DJ. We could not have asked for a better DJ! Worked around our schedule to have meetings set up and made the entire process easy. Kept our wedding reception going without any complaints! Even brought my husband and I drinks from the bar throughout the night and made sure we were happy with everything throughout the entire day/night! Will definitely be recommending to our friends getting married and would recommend to anyone else looking for an awesome DJ!

Dustin was AMAZING!! He was extraordinarily professional, making sure the wedding flowed according to the schedule. Dustin checked in with us before the wedding to go over play lists and things we wanted but also was so flexible on the day making last minute changes as needed. He took recommendations from all our guests and made sure at some point in the night everyone heard their request. All the music flowed so seamlessly our family and friends were hard pressed to leave the dance floor. We ended up extending to overtime for 3 extra hours and Dustin went along with the extension and ended up keeping our dance floor packed until the early hours of the morning. Our wedding planner recommended Dustin and we are so happy that he was there for our day! We would highly recommend using United Sound!

Dustin was an amazing DJ. He helped keep the ceremony and reception right on schedule. He was very attentive to mine and my husbands needs and often checked with us when we had a wedding activity to complete. The uplighting was perfect, the hologram with our names was very cool, the dance floor lighting was fun, and the music was popping. I would 100% recommend United Sound over any other DJ. You will not be disappointed at all. Dustin helped make our wedding perfect.

Dustin with United Sound provided the BEST service we could every ask for for our wedding! He ran the show and kept everyone on their feet. Even when it was crunch time he stepped up and made things 100x less stressful! Highly recommended, very dependable, and very on top of everything! ... Dustin did an incredible job from start to finish. We were working with him from across the country, planning our wedding in NY from Seattle. He was flexible, helpful, and truly a joy to work with. Dustin was great to work with in the planning. Jason was our DJ the day of the wedding. He reached out about a week before and finalized all the details. He was great! Our wedding was held at Traditions at the Glen. Dustin understood exactly the kind of tone we wanted to set for our wedding and was able to take care of things like musical selections and suggestions with amazing results. He did a fantastic job of the introductions and coordinated with all the other vendors, including the violinist at the ceremony. We felt confident that he was taking control of the schedule so that we didn't have to worry about anything. He even anticipated possible issues like certain dances going on too long and consulted with us to avoid them.
We felt that Dustin cared about us and our wedding at a personal level and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything went perfectly. We thank Dustin very much for his work and strongly recommend him for your wedding!
