Seamless and Professional!

United Valet handled the valet services for my daughter's wedding this past weekend and everything went perfectly from my initial conversation with Bobby to the wedding day. The valets were professional. They were very attentive to the guests, especially our elderly guests who needed a bit more TLC, and they seamlessly transitioned from the ceremony location to the reception location, which were not far from each other. When you have so much to worry about this is one matter that you can be assured will be well handled. Thank you Bobby and your staff!

Easy to work with and professional

I've used United Parking Valet for two past events and they were very professional and my clients were also very pleased with their services. Professional, friendly, and competent parking & valet services

United Parking helped us manage parking and valet services for a recent day-long event and we couldn't have been happier with their service. Prior to the event, Bobby was responsive, friendly, and competent. The day of, his team arrived on time and well-informed. They worked all day long without complaint and were professional and easy to work with. We would definitely work with United Parking again and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Excellent parking service!

Loved having United Parking at our recent June gala with 600 guests in attendance, volunteers coming and going and various vendors coming and going. They ensured the safety and an overall high quality service to our guests. Bobby and his team were was wonderful to work with! We'll look forward to seeing you next year!

As an event planner, I would highly recommend United Parking. We used their valet services for a post-wedding brunch on Cape Cod. Bobby was easy to communicate with and the whole team of valets were friendly and professional. They have a great system where guests provide their phone number when they drop off their car and they are texted a link. When they are ready to leave, they click the link to alert United Parking that they're ready for their car, so that it has already been retrieved for them by the time they get outside. It made for a seamless guest experience. I also appreciated their professional attire and new signage. I will definitely use them for future valet needs.

Our organization used United Parking LLC Valet Service for a private event in Barnstable, MA with tricky parking. Bobby worked to make sure everything went smoothly without trying to upsell us a shuttle, or anything else.

In booking United Parking, they were highly responsive and friendly on the phone. Once I gave the details of the event, Bobby was speedy with a quote and I never had to badger him via email for a response.

The day of the event, they arrived early, were very professional, and excellent and friendly with our guests.

Overall, a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommended.

Bobby and team are absolutely great to work with! My company has worked with this group for over 3 years for our luxury vehicle transportation needs in the Greater Boston area and they are so accommodating of our needs and any last minute changes. United Parking is quick to gather all the information they need to succeed/meet expectations and they are also willing to work with tight budgets. The team is very professional and works well together to get the job done. My company felt like we were in very good hands and everyone worked so well with our company to help represent the brand.

Bobby and his crew are the best!!! I am an Event Manager at the Providence Public Library and there is no other valet partner we would contact. I would highly recommend United Parking for your valet service needs. Bobby and Kenny the owners took the time and met with me several times and came up with solutions to face some of our challenging parking problems. United Parking Valet worked at an event designed to thank the donors to our school. It was a rainy night and they took the extra step to walk each guest to the door with an umbrella. They were professional and courteous and many of our guests commented on how smoothly the parking process went.

I hired them to valet cars at the home of my boss for a Shiva being held for 8 hours. They were there on time very courteous and on the ball. I worked with Bobby who was very easy to work with. He provided the service we agreed upon with no problems.

Hi,
I am writing to express how pleased we were with the service at last nights event. There was a lot of traffic arriving at the event and we were stopped in that traffic (on a hill). We watched your employees literally running through the lot to help alleviate the back up. As we approached the drop off spot the gentlemen still opened doors and treated us as if we were their only worry. We were very impressed by the hustle to get the job done and get all the guests to the event in a timely fashion. We were also pleasantly surprised and impressed with the "request your car" feature. We requested our vehicle and immediately began walking towards the exit. Upon exiting the event our car was waiting right out in front! Such a pleasant experience from beginning to end!

Bob & his crew are fantastic. I'd done some research for valets in the area and nobody came close to the quick response time, service and professionalism of United Parking. The valets were very personable and helpful to me and my guests. One guest had commented that they were lost and one of the valets came up to help her. I was organizing a BMW event in Martha's Vineyard last month and needed help transporting our fleet of vehicles over and back on the ferry. Bobby at United Parking responded to my inquiry very quickly and made the process simple and easy. Kenneth and his team of drivers did an excellent job transporting the vehicles and were very professional and friendly. United Parking was a pleasure to work with for our annual holiday party at The Providence Public Library. On a night when the Trans-Siberian Orchestra was in town and there was not a parking spot in sight, United Parking was able to accommodate all of our 175+ guests seamlessly and professionally. The drivers were so friendly they could have doubled for hosts or greeters. The team put a smile on everyone's face. Truly a delight!

We utilized United Parking Valet for our most recent networking/resident event called the Taste of Providence held at Regency Plaza Apartments and could not have been happier with the service we received. Obtaining the services of United Parking Valet was the icing on the cake for a memorable graduation party. The location of our gathering was somewhat remote. All our guests were pleased to see two professional attendants when they pulled up. It was an easy transition that gave our party that special feeling.

I have hired United Parking for my corporate Christmas party for the past 3 years. They always do a fantastic job with the valet and the Drive Me Home Service. Everyone I have met from this company is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend using their services.

I contacted United Parking at the last minute due to the forecast of rain. They were very responsive to my request for "valet parking". The owner himself showed up and not only parked my guest's cars, he walked them to the door under an umbrella!! I really can not say enough good things about them.
If you are having a party of any kind, their service really adds to the overall comfort of your guests.

United Parking LLC provided valet services during JCDSRI’s 36th year Double Chai Benefit on November 16th. Not only these guys were as professional and polite as can be, they also “miraculously” parked almost double the amount of cars they were contracted for, in the Brown University / Thayer St. area, without a lot. Simply amazing! We’re also very grateful for United Parking accommodating the school’s budget and hope to work with them during our future events.

United Parking provided the valet service for our daughter's wedding reception and we were so pleased with how everything went off. Principal Bobby Zorabedian did all the research on how best to handle the parking needs up-front and detailed it in his initial quote and put me at ease that he knew his business. He and his team were professional and presentable and treated our guests with courtesy and care. They even gave a guest a jump with booster cables at the end of the night! Pricing was very reasonable!

Highly recommend & I would definitely use United again!

We had a fantastic experience with them -- we had 3000+ people at a weekend-long hotel event, leaving at all hours day and night, and United Parking Valet's team was fast, efficient and courteous. Easy to work with as well. I strongly recommend them --

We had a home wedding for my daughter on a Saturday night this past August. The parking attendants came early and stayed late. At me home we have a long driveway and with 175 guest in attendance we were nervous about parking in our neighborhood. The attendants took our guest cars at the beginning of the driveway and drove the guest up to the house. Everyone was extremely happy with the service and there were no complaints from any of our neighbors. If we have another event at our home or anywhere else United would be our first call. The attendants were very nice and very pleasant to my wife and I and most importantly to our guest. Given the bad logistics of our driveway I can't state how happy I was with there hustle and there doing the job with a smile. The rating above would only allow me to post a 4.9 star but it should be 5 STARS.

United Parking helped us at a New Year's Eve event. The staff was on time, polite, professional, energetic, and efficient. They did a great job getting our attendees into the venue quickly so we could start on time. Would absolutely recommend and hire again.

United Parking was a pleasure to work with! We called them the day of the event and they sent 2 professional, clean shaven, fast valet attendants right over. They came fully prepared with multiple signs and a key box, and were very accommodating on what we needed them to do for our event. I would gladly work with Bobby and his team again!!
