We cannot recommend our wedding planners highly enough! From our very first conversation, they were personable, genuine, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They took the time to truly listen to all of our wishes, ideas, and requests, making us feel heard and supported throughout the entire planning process.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Iliana & Athina for helping plan the most beautiful day! They are both so extremely knowledgeable about the wedding industry in Greece, specifically with planning our Greek Orthodox ceremony. From the beginning of the process they not only made us feel extremely comfortable but also excited for every step of the wedding planning journey. We looked forward to every video call, not only because they had great ideas but also because they are lovely people who always made us laugh! They only recommended reputable vendors who did they most beautiful job on our wedding day. I truly don’t think we would have been able to pull this off without them. When my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding in Greece (we are based in the U.S.), we knew the very first thing we needed to do was to get the right wedding planner(s) on board. Neither of us are Greek and we wouldn't have a chance to go to Greece before our wedding. After doing a lot of internet research and sending out initial inquiries, I had set up interviews with several planners, including Unique Wedding Concepts. While many of the planners I spoke with were very positive, helpful, and experienced, Athina and Iliana at Unique Wedding Concepts seemed to be highly professional, with experience and understanding of certain specifics that were a part of our vision (a Jewish wedding, vegetarian reception, villa venue with accommodations sufficient for all of our guests), as well as warm and easy to collaborate with, so we decided to go with them! They were not the least expensive option we considered, but they are a pair of planners who work together, and their prices were still fair and competitive.
Throughout the process, the planning was a collaboration of me having done my own research and sourcing recommendations as well as Athina and Iliana providing insights on timing of when to plan certain aspects as well as weighing in with their own recommendations and resources and assisting in liaising with all vendors. They were very responsive with open communication throughout, so I never felt confused or lost during the process.
When our wedding weekend was finally approaching, we were facing some pretty serious and unexpected weather challenges that meant coming up with contingency plans across the entire wedding weekend. Athina and Iliana were critical to making sure we were still able to pull off our welcome dinner without our guests being soaked, making sure we had an alternative activity and meals for our 30+ guests when we had to cancel the catamaran cruise we had planned, and worked with our various vendors to pivot on decor when high winds led to complications at our reception. I do not know what we would have done without them amidst all of the last minute replanning and pivoting that needed to be done. They handled it all extremely quickly and professionally, I never saw them sweat (I wish I could say the same for them about me).

I cannot recommend these girls enough for anyone looking for wedding planners. They made everything so easy and did not leave any details unchecked. They are professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of weddings and honestly I’m going to miss them now that our wedding is over.
Right from the start they were amazing. We were absolutely clueless but they were never dismissive or frustrated with my million and one silly questions. Any visions we had for our wedding they made come through but made them even better than we could have imagined. I honestly can never thank them enough.
These girls in my opinion are the greatest of all time wedding planners and they should charge more for their services. If you want your dream wedding without any stress you don’t need to look any further. Thank you so much IIiana and Anita

Stunning Wedding
Absolutely amazing experience with Unique Wedding Concepts! Working with Iliana and Athena was such a pleasure — even though they were based in a different country, it never felt like it. They were incredibly attentive and responsive throughout, always ready to answer our questions and keep us in the loop.
What really stood out was the effort they put in behind the scenes — they researched venues and vendors so thoroughly, and the communication was constant right up until the big day. We had zero issues, and everything felt like a breeze.
The day itself was completely magical. The setup was stunning, everything ran smoothly, and I (the bride) felt so relaxed with plenty of time to ease into the day. So many of our guests said it was the most organised wedding they’d ever attended (and they weren’t wrong!).
Massive thanks to the team for pulling off such a beautiful celebration — it was everything we hoped for and more!

Working with Athina and Iliana from Unique Wedding Concepts was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Planning a wedding from overseas could have been overwhelming, but they made it feel completely manageable. They were exceptional from start to finish and truly dedicated to making our day everything we hoped for and more.
Their communication throughout the entire planning process was fantastic. They always kept us in the loop, responded quickly, and gave us plenty of well-thought-out options that suited both our vision and our budget. We appreciated how transparent and practical they were while still helping us dream big.
They also had amazing vendor recommendations and local insight that saved us a ton of time and stress.
They were incredibly patient and always made us feel reassured, whether it was about scheduling, logistics, or last-minute decisions. No detail was too small, and they always had a backup plan ready just in case.
On the wedding day, they quarterbacked everything flawlessly. Every moment ran smoothly thanks to their careful coordination, and it allowed us to just relax and soak in the experience. We genuinely trusted them and felt so supported the entire way through. So many of our guests went out of their way to compliment how well-organized and seamless everything felt. This is a true testament to their behind-the-scenes magic. We couldn’t be more grateful for their talent, calm energy, and care.

I was nervous when looking for our wedding planners as my friends who have had abroad weddings have had bad experiences. So, I met with 7 different planners when we decided we wanted to get married in Greece. I instantly knew that it had to be Unique Wedding Concepts. I love their bespoke packages so you can really tailor your wedding planning rather than having a standard package as most planners offer. They also took care of all the communication with the venue which was so helpful. Planning a wedding can be a lot of work and sometimes you feel like you can't make any decisions anymore, Iliana and Athina offered their opinions when I asked for them which was great, and their experience is so valuable. They really took care of the finer details and were on top of everything. This took the stress out of planning the wedding and I couldn't recommend them more. -

On the day they had machine like organisation and so many of our guests commented on how they had everything covered.

The best wedding we've ever been to
Iliana and Athina were a dream to work with and helped take so much of the stress out of the process, particularly the day itself. They are professional, knowledgeable and speak perfect English; more importantly, they are friendly and make it a priority to get to know their couples on a personal level.
The most valuable part of their service is being there on the day and making everything run seamlessly, without the need for us to have to step in and get involved. I wasn't expecting to actually be able to enjoy my wedding and switch off completely, so for me, that was the best part.
Our guests all said it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and it certainly was the best wedding we've ever been to. A lot of that was down to the little details, that we probably never would have thought about without the help of Iliana and Athina.
I cannot recommend these two enough, and I also cannot recommend Greece enough as a destination xx -

Iliana and Athina have been absolutely fantastic throughout our wedding journey, from the organising to the recommendations, and keeping me sane throughout the run up to our wedding. I honestly do not know how I would have managed without them! They have been absolutely incredible and I cannot thank them enough for ensuring our day was perfect! They made our dreams a reality by creating the perfect fairytale wedding for us. They were attentive and professional and made our wedding even more beautiful than what we planned. Iliana and Athina were prompt in every communication and went above and beyond in providing vendor recommendations. They really did take the stress away which allowed me to enjoy the magic of my wedding day. Outside of our wedding they would always check in with me to see how I was doing and was really supportive throughout, which helped alleviate stress. Their positive energy and sharing our excitement proved that we made the right choice when choosing our wedding coordinators, they really are the best. I’m sad that our wedding is now over but also share the same sadness that I don’t get to speak to these lovely ladies on a regular basis, I will miss that too. Positive can do attitude!
We found Athina and Iliana through a google search, right after we decided to get married. With only 6 months to plan the wedding, both ladies have been reliable partners for us, always supporting our vision of the perfect wedding.
We could easily bring our ideas of a wedding ceremony and party to the table and both ladies made sure these ideas were incorporated to the program of the day. The costs of a wedding planner were reasonable and they were always looking for service providers for the wedding who were within our budget limit. The only thing I wished would have been easier to understand was the different VAT in Greece.
On our wedding day in July, the weather forecast was rainy and the outdoor setup had to be changed spontaneously because my husband and I were optimistic until the very last minute on the weather.
Looking back, I am very happy about these last minute changes to a more compact and therefore, more intimate setup for reception, dinner and party. All guests were super happy and enjoyed the wedding, as did my husband and I.
Thanks to Athina and Iliana, we could a wedding that we would had never been able to put on ourselves and we will always look back on this day with a smile. From the decoration, to the amazing bi-lingual celebrant they found for us and the worlds greatest party band, we were truly happy and thank Athina and Iliana very much for their hard work and positive attitude. -

Iliana and Athina truly are the best wedding planners that anyone could ever ask for. They helped us to plan the wedding of our dreams.
When we started looking for a wedding planner in Greece it felt like a djungle and we didn’t know where to begin. After having 1-2 calls with some other wedding planners we found Unique Wedding Concepts and after our first call with Iliana and Athina we fell in love. They told us that they wanted our journey to be stress free and that they were going to be like our relatives living in Greece and helping us out, and we could not tell you how true that really was. They became like our friends and family and we did not doubt them for one second.
Our wedding became everything we ever dreamed of, and more! Without their help and assistance it wouldn’t have been possible. They guided us through every step of the way and got to know us so well that it felt that they could read our minds.
We want to thank them for everything, we truly could not be more grateful! We will forever hold a special part of our hearts for them! -

Athina and Iliana created the most perfect wedding day for me and my husband, everything exceeded our expectations and the day was like nothing we could ever have imagined. From the very beginning they were both incredibly helpful - we didn't even know which island we were going to be married on, they gave us every option in such an easy format. We were certain we wanted a legal ceremony on the beach and they allowed us to do this. They sourced so many villas, caterers, entertainment, florists etc. that we and Richard were spoiled for choice. Their level of communication was unbelievable, they were on hand every day to answer any of our questions and worked late into the evening so that we could have video chats after work. The day itself was unbelievable, the hardest thing we have to do was decide what time to open the champagne in the morning. We were married on the beach of the villa we had booked for a week long stay with family and friends, the ladies and their team worked around us so that we could relax in the pool during the morning of the wedding whilst they created the most beautiful set-up for us. We literally had nothing to do or organise as Athina and Iliana organised every aspect before and during the day. They were so kind and helpful to all of our guests and family - everybody mentioned how lovely and amazing they are. I really couldn't recommend Unique wedding concepts enough - they took the time to really get to know me and Richard so that our personality shone through on the wedding day. They were caring, thoughtful and took the strain of any stresses during the wedding planning process, we will be forever grateful for all that they have done for us. -

A day to remember
We cannot thank Iliana and Athina enough for their help organizing our wedding in Halkidiki, especially during this covid madness.
They took care even of the slightest detail and we were thrilled to see our vision become a reality.
They helped us with the paperwork for our church wedding, they found an amazing seaside little chapel and an amazing venue for us. The decorations were exactly as we imagined.
The wedding planning ran smoothly, they were available 24/7 for us and of course on the wedding day they were there helping us, the guests and all the vendors.
We're so glad we have chosen Unique Wedding Concepts, we totally recommend them to any couples planning a wedding in Greece!

Iliana and Athina helped me plan my wedding from the ground up and they truly made my dreams come true! I didn’t know where to start since I live in the US and I was getting married in Santorini but Iliana guided me through the whole process with ease. She listened to what I wanted and helped me find vendors that fit exactly what I was looking for. She made sure every detail that I had in mind was included and even pointed out helpful details that I missed. Communication between her and I was so easy despite being on opposite sides of the world we were in constant communication over email and we set up call frequently. On the day of the wedding her and Athina were so helpful in calming my nerves (I was a very stressed out bride) and reassured me I could count on them and they did not let me down. Everything was perfectly executed and went right as planned they were so kind and helpful and helped me pull off the most magical night of my life. I could not be more happy I picked them to work with. Thanks to them I have the most amazing memories in one of the most beautiful places in the world! -

They became more than just a vendor!
My husband and I had an amazing time all thanks to Unique Wedding Concepts! These ladies did more than just there job. They went far and beyond to accommodate our every need. They were our life line while we were there in Greece. They helped plan out honeymoon as well! That was such a relief since we had never been before. They recommend us hotels, locations to visit, and so much more. I was concerned about having a wedding so far from us since we were not there to over see it. However, Unique wedding Concepts had everything handled. They were quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. We were 8 hrs ahead but that did not stop them from having great communication with us. Even when plans changed while we were there. They helped us navigate the cities. We never felt alone with them. They heard our demands and they meet every single one.

Iliana and Athina are the best wedding planners that we could ask for. They are not only wedding planners and wedding coordinators, but we found in their heart, a true friend and family who were by our side from the beginning and even after the wedding. This message cannot possibly contain enough words to completely express how grateful and blessed we are to have them both during all these processes. We still remember one year ago the time we were searching for a wedding planner and we thank our lucky stars for finding Unique Wedding Concept. From our first call, we knew that we want them to guide us during our wedding preparations. We are still in awe when we look back on everything they did for us before, during and after the wedding. And we are still amazed of how they both read our minds during all the preparations and how they complete our ideas and that is how they made our wedding perfectly amazing. Without their help our special day would have not been the picture-perfect event we always dreamed of ! Their planning, preparation, and attention to details were unforgettable. The greatest of all
I cannot thank Athina and Iliana enough for everything they did for us.
From the very first email exchange, I knew I'd pick them as our wedding planners but I didn't want to rush a decision. These two didn't pressure us at any point and I was so grateful. Throughout the whole planning phase, I must have changed my mind a million times and they were always so patient, offered their expertise and provided support when things got tough.
Organising a wedding is stressful enough, organising a destination wedding adds more complexity... but when you throw a global pandemic into the mix, things can get crazy. Athina and Iliana were never phased by any of this because they are true professionals. We had so many wobbles where we doubted whether it would happen but they were always optimistic and if it wasn't for their determination, we probably would've postponed or cancelled!
One particular moment that I will forever appreciate was when the courier lost our legal documents that were absolutely critical for the wedding to proceed. Due to the covid lock down, we had barely any time to get everything completed in time. These two superheroes rang every local courier in Greece to track them down. They then drove to collect them so that we would meet the time lines for the translations and wedding.

I booked the 20-years vow renewal in Sithonia, Greece in August 2019.
From the beginning all wedding preparations were well thought-out and professional.
Athina provided great recommendations concerning every single aspect of the ceremony. Demands and requests were considered, suggested location was great, and the style (beach wedding) was appropriate as well.
The company managed to find awesome Russian-speaking professional master of ceremonies, which brought a lot of fun to our event.
Photo and video products were great, the videographer has even integrated my own drone footage into the final video.
I highly recommend this company as the wedding planner.
Overall experience from the UWC services I describe as exceptional and memorable.
