  Best dj company ever!

  I am blown away by the skills of this group. From the talented DJ, musicians, sociable MC, and so much more, this group is TOP NOTCH! Everyone is still RAVING about our wedding and how much fun it was because of Unique Musique. They listened to all of my ideas/visions and made everything come to life with ease. Our dance floor was packed all night and the Photo Booth was a hit, too! I can't recommend them enough. We rate them 1000000000/10 - excellent to work with, excellent service, and they KNOW how to work a crowd!!!!

  The help and services Unique Musique provided with our wedding was 10/10. They were very helpful and responsive with all of our questions before our wedding. Also they were outstanding at the wedding itself. Our friends and family can not stop talking about how great of a job they did and are looking into using them for their future events. Would highly recommend them!

  The energy, the fun, the fabulous talent made for one unforgettable evening!

  Recommended by the caterer who had previously worked with Unique Musique, we interviewed owner/emcee Larry Gold and were immediately impressed by his energy, enthusiasm, experience, knowledge, an obvious love of his job, the sense that he “got” what we were looking for, and an intangible sense of personal connection to him. We hired the team to entertain at our daughter’s wedding, opting to go with a hybrid form, combining DJ and live music. It was the best decision!!!! Due to the pre-selected playlist (which the bride and groom tailored to the our guests’ preferences and mix of generations and which Larry pretty much followed, adding compatible pieces); Larry’s energy on stage and his uncanny ability to read the crowd; Dean’s (DJ) energy; the fabulously gifted sax player; the amazing percussionist and our guests’ enthusiastic involvement, this was said to be the best wedding in memory. We were all energized by the music. Accompaniment at the ceremony and background music during the cocktail hour were appropriately dignified. I give Larry, his team and Unique Musique’s hybrid form 6 stars out of 5.

  Larry and dean are incredible!

  If you are looking for the best party ever, you have to have Larry and Dean. They are professional party people, knowing exactly what the people want to hear to keep dancing, taking our recommendations and making them fit seamlessly into their set, and ultimately elevating and enhancing our vision to a level we didn’t even know was possible. The added extras of Photo Booth, lighting, PERFECT SOUND DURING CEREMONY AND SPEECHES, sparklers, etc just made everything so so perfect. 500/5 stars if possible!!

He and Dean met with us prior and really set the tone of the day, and made everything so seamless, told us to forget about everything and that they would take care of it all - which they certainly did! They took all requests and really turned them into a dream come true with compassion and care. It was the best dance party we could've ever imagined. Look no further - Larry and his guys are who you want for your wedding. PS - GET THE SAXOPHONE PLAYER! Life of the party!!!!

  Unique Musique is Fantastique

  We knew we were going to have a great party since Larry and his crew DJ’d at our son and “daughter’s” wedding 10 years ago. They absolutely outdid themselves at our other son and “daughters” wedding last week. The wedding was phenomenal – a true dance party! Our guests raved about Larry. The saxophonist was absolutely awesome! People have said the party was over the top - Unique Musique helped to make that happen. They kept everyone on the floor dancing all night long, and moved the sound system outdoors for the sparkler exit! The celebration was a dream come true fir the bride and groom!

  Awesome to work with!

  10/10 would recommend Larry and Dean for any occasion. They were our MC and DJ for our wedding. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. From day 1 of meeting them (over zoom) they understood what we wanted and we vibed so well. My husband and I struggled a lot in the beginning of whether we wanted a band and/or DJ. Unique Musique is a blend of both of both worlds. We ended up going with 3 musicians and the DJ and I can not tell you how happy I am with their performance. They understood the vibe of what we wanted and took it to the next level. They went above and beyond taking care of our every needs and making sure our wedding was perfect! All our guests cant stop raving about how much fun they had. The dance floor was packed till the end of the party and that was because of Larry and Deans energy and talent! They are incredible! Thank you so much!!

  Repeat Customer

  It was honestly fate having Unique Musique do our wedding. My parents were thinking band, my husband and I were thinking DJ. Our caterer suggested Larry and we realized we had used him for my Bat Mitzvah as well! It was a perfect match. For anyone who is not sure if they want a DJ or a band (or both), this is the best option possible. You get the DJ (and we love Dean so much), and then you can pick a la carte instruments. We asked Larry to MC which was honestly just dessert to an already amazing team and they kept the party going. I truly love UM so much, I don't think I have the right words, or enough words to say about them. You will not be disappointed though, this is an incredible choice. We love you Larry!

  If you're looking for someone to make your event the absolute greatest event of your life, an event that guests will talk about for ages, and an event that will make you look back and smile about for hours on end - Unique Musique is who you want. Words can not describe what a party they threw for our wedding. The music was EVERYTHING we asked for, but brought to the next level. It was the greatest entertainment and the greatest party of our lives and we owe it all to Larry, Dean, and his team of amazing musicians. The live pieces (we had a saxophone, drummer, and electric violinist) were a HUGE hit with the crowd, and something many have not seen before. It was honestly incredible and I could not recommend Unique Musique more! Trust me, they are who you want.

  Terrific DJ!

  We were very happy with DJ Dean from Unique Musique who played just the right selection of songs for our wedding. We are in our mid-40s and had a range of ages/generations at the wedding. Dean made sure to play our songs and added ones from different eras that matched our diverse guests. As a result, we had so much fun dancing at our wedding and so did our guests!

  Phenomenal Wedding Entertainment

  We booked the Live Musique wedding entertainment package, which is a band/DJ hybrid. This was truly unique and not something we've seen at any wedding we have ever attended. The entertainment is generally just a DJ or a band, but we had both! We were so impressed by the talent of the singer, DJ, & all of the musicians who performed at our wedding. We received so many compliments on the electric violinist who played at our cocktail hour and reception. The saxophonist was a lot of fun, too. We loved that the sax lit up in all different colors as he played! We also booked The Jersey Tenors (The Four Seasons tribute band) through Unique Musique to perform a 30 minute show. They were awesome. Everyone loved them, both younger and older crowd members (and especially the bride)! Larry Gold was a fantastic MC and just great to work with in general. He was really in tune with the type of wedding we wanted. The music was classic but fun with a mix of older and newer hits. We were confident Larry and his team would provide amazing wedding entertainment, but they exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Unique Musique! Our wedding entertainment was phenomenal because of Larry and his team. We hope to attend another wedding where Unique Musique is the hired entertainment!

  We just had the privilege of working with Unique Musique for our children's wedding on July 13th, 2019. All I can saw is WOW!
  Larry Gold and his team were awesome. The band was out of control. AMAZING! OFF THE CHARTS! The musicians were sick! The DJ was incredible. The house ROCKED!
  Larry is a true professional, the perfect MC. His attention to detail was amazing. Larry made sure everything was perfect from start to finish and did so, with the greatest of ease.

  Dancing the night away

  We were married 5/17/2018 at Palmetto Bluff Resort in SC. It was a magical southern wedding attended by our SC friends and family. The only thing missing from this special day were our NJ family and friends. So why not have another celebration in NJ! We chose the Spring Lake Bath & Tennis Club as the venue on 10/26/2018. The next step and many would say the most important was to chose a band. We made the absolute best decision when we chose Unique Mystique for our entertainment needs. Larry Gold listened to our ideas and together we decided on the perfect 7 piece band with 2 amazing lead singers and DJ to fit our needs and budget. He also handled the audio visual needs so that our northern guests could see the video from the SC wedding. And to add to the fun he recommended a photo booth for all to enjoy this special evening. Every detail was perfect. We loved dancing the night away. Larry directed the entire evening. His microphone skills are terrific. Larry’s high energy kept the crowd going all night. All of our guests are still talking about the amazing music. Everyone was on the dance floor.

  Unique Musique was the entertainment for our wedding at Eagle Oaks Country Club on May 26, 2018, and they absolutely blew every one away. They threw the best party and wedding my husband and I could have ever imagined. We are huge music lovers and enjoy dance beats combined with live instruments. Larry, Dean and their musicians took the music to another level. Kareem on the sax was unbelievable! If you want your guests to be dancing all night long and to experience something special, there is no one better than Unique Musique.

  Larry and Dean are a great team! We loved having the duo at our wedding! Larry knows his craft, when to start what, when to stop what, he was amazing. We gave Dean all of the music we wanted, which was a weird variety, and he made it work, so well in fact that everyone was on the dance floor the entire night! We highly recommend Unique Musique and have already gotten calls from others who are getting married about them!

Music was really important to me, a large amount of my guests were dancers and I knew everyone would want to be on their feet dancing all night. I HIGHLY recommend the pair.   DJ Rob and MC Dean were a great team! They listened to the requests that my husband and I had and really kept the party going. I have so many pictures of my guests on the dance floor. They had great transitions between songs and kept it CLASSY! I am so impressed by the quality of the mixes and the their equipment was also very good. The sound was perfect! You wont be disappointment by this team!

  We were thrilled! Our friends and family loved the music, and a few have even asked for contact info for their own special events. Larry and Dean had plenty of suggestions of songs for us, and really came up with a good group of songs to make everyone from my 13 year old cousin to my 90+ year old family members dance and have a good time.

  I couldnt have been happier with our DJ choice!! From the first day that we met with Larry up to the day of the wedding everything was perfect..... I felt so confident that he was going to make the day fabulous and i basically just had to show up!! Larry did an amazing job and really made our wedding amazing!!!   Larry Gold is a doll, a great host, and will definitely put you in check if you do silly bride stuff that will take away from your wedding experience. He really knows how to have a party, he has great entertainment to hire for those gaps in between, and by the end of the night, everyone will realize they had such a great time because he knows what he's doing!
  
  We had a bit of a challenge to incorporate Indian music with contemporary but he literally fulfilled all the requests and then some. He also comes with beautiful pipe and drapes for the perfect effect and he is wonderful with the up-lighting. Again, he sets up the whole party venue to perfection. He knew when to play songs, do speeches, dances, etc. If you hire him you will be able to let him run the show!
