OMG. What can say ? Our wedding was on 07-22-2023 and the experience we had with Unique Event was just Unique. During the whole process Jose was very professional, he took the time to help me choose the perfect Menu . We didn't get the chance to meet him In person but he sent Victor to replace him and OMG what a presentation and Service, Victor and the team was absolutely Amazing. For the food DELICIOUS is not even enough to say everyone was talking about how good the food was . This was a first class Service . Don't hesitate to contact Unique Events and Catering so your special event can be Unique. I wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you Unique Events & Catering . -

An amazing experience!! Jose and his team catered my daughters quince and WOW the presentation, service, and the food was amazing!! My guest raved over the food especially the beef brisket! We look forward to working with Unique Events & Catering again!!Unique Events & Catering's reply:

Beautiful and Tasty
Wow, Jose and his team were absolutely amazing for our 2022 Women On The Rise Conference and Empowerment Expo. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was amazing and Jose has a heart of gold that just comes through in everything that he makes. I heard many people taking a first bite of their food and saying “this is good” because often times when dealing with caterers for larger events whether at a hotel or independent caterer the food is so so great at the tasting… but maybe not so amazing at the event when created for the masses. That was not the case with Jose‘s cuisine it was absolutely amazing. -

We could have not been more happy to have hired Chef Jose and his amazing team of servers. From the day that my husband and I went for our food tasting we were blown away! We wanted to embrace both of our cultures every way we could on our wedding day and Chef Jose definitely delivered! All of our guests were so content with the food and service. Some guests even expressed to us that it was the best wedding food they have ever had! We also hired out bartender (Nadia) through Unique Events Catering and she was so helpful and so attentive to service the day of our wedding. We will never have to look for another catering company again! Thank you so so much for the great service and attention! We appreciate you all ❤️ -

Everything we experienced with Unique was incredible. Jessica is so kind and calming, she eased my anxiety the week of the wedding and offered so much help I did not expect! Chef is amazing and was very flexible when we asked for a small change to a recipe, no hesitation to say yes! The day of, the staff did an incredible job of being everywhere and making sure our wedding flowed perfectly. They were fantastic keeping everything flowing, the bar stocked, and catered specifically to me and my husband making sure we ate and drank (they brought us water during pictures and food while my dress was being bustled to ensure we ate!) and had everything we needed. I can’t say enough good things, we would not hesitate to use Unique again if we ever had another catering need! -

Unique is awesome. The food was amazing and very memorable for everone that attended my wedding. I added a coffee bar last minute and they were aboe to accommodate us for that. The food tasted amazing, they were very attentive to the groom and I also which I really liked. -

From the very first email to the very last bite of the most delicious food, Unique Events Catering was top notch! The food was out of this world and the service throughout the reception was exceptional. They even sent a tray of yummies out to us with champagne as we were taking pictures after the wedding! I and my daughters would like to recommend the services of Unique Caterers, There name completely fits the expertise of everything giving to you when you book with them . Starting with Jessica Shaver, who is your contact person and the person who coordinates your celebration from A-to Z exceptionally to your request. The Chef is outstanding and aims to please giving his BEST!!!! All the guest at my 70th cerlebration bragged about the food and the service of the waiters.!!! I was very pleased and my 70th birthday celebration has been a event sealed in the hearts of who attended!!! Thank you, Jessica and team!!! May God continued blessings be on all of you!!! -

Mark Sent on 04/03/2018Wow! My wife and I were on the search for a caterer for a small wedding with specific tastes in mind. When Chef Jose Candelaria invited us for a tasting, we were immediately blown away! We were absolutely pleased with the quality of food and service that he and his team provided for us at our wedding but we were astonished by how affordable his prices are. Chef Candelaria took his time with us and presented us with a menu and tasting that immediately drew us to him. His prices are unbelievable and I have to say, that if Unique Catering wanted to charge more for their food and service, they would absolutely have a right to do so based on our experience with them. Our wedding was on March 31st, 2018 and without Unique Catering and Chef Jose Candelaria and his team, our day would not have been as successful as it was. From my wife and I, we would like to thank Chef Jose and his team for making our day as special as it was. Thank you!!
