Our rum buttercream cake was PERFECT for a beach wedding! We wanted something slightly different but not not too exotic and WOW. We got so many compliments. (And usually wedding cake is so unexciting and bland honestly...) It was beautifully decorated also, simple waves so that the flowers could stand out. Beautifully simple and SO delicious. -

Absolutely delicious!
Due to the global pandemic and a looming tropical storm, we were forced to make the decision to move up our beach wedding by a day at the last minute. Unique D’Lites was incredibly accommodating and delivered the most amazing cake we have ever seen or tasted. We had planned to save the top tier to eat on our first wedding anniversary, but it was so delicious that we ate it every day for a week and have none left! If you need sweets for an important life event we highly recommend reaching out to Unique D’Lites! -

Delicious and beautiful
The cake was delivered timely to the resturant even though we had changed plans last minute. Everyone absolutely loved it. It was gorgeous with fresh flowers on it. Better than I had envisioned. She provided a small dairy free cake for me too since I’m sensitive to dairy. I had never tasted a cake so mouth watering and delicious. The size and the taste was perfect. We hired Nancy to be the baker for our wedding and she was absolutely fabulous! During our tasting appointment every single thing we tasted was delicious!! Once we hired her she even worked with us to recreate our favorite cake only sold in California. Our desserts ended up fantastic and we got RAVE reviews on our cake! Our wedding cake from Unique Delights was insanely good. We got a three tiered circular cake with different shades of blue and some flowers and it was gorgeous. And that taste! I'm still dreaming about it. Our cake was marble, and the frosting was coconut and everyone loved it. They still talk about the freshness of the cake. The cake disappeared faster than the key lime pie! For a wedding in the keys, that definitely says something. I also worked with Nancy to make a special surprise cake from my husband, who had a birthday the next day. He loves donuts, so she made us a donut-shaped cake with banana cake and nutella frosting (his favorite flavors) and he was in heaven! Uniqe D Lights is great vendor to work with. We chose a variety of mini-cupcakes and key lime tarts along with a small key lime cake for us to cut. They displayed them perfectly and before I knew it, all of them were gone. Our only disappointment was that we did not order more. The desserts were fantastic and everyone enjoyed them very much. -

We worked with Betty and Nancy to create the cake and cupcake combo for our wedding dessert table. Everything turned out yummy and we were even able to accommodate our gluten free guests with delicious key lime cupcakes! Our spread included a tropical variety of key lime and coconut cream, plus a crowd pleaser of dulce de leche. The also offer beautiful cupcake stands, delivery and setup! Nancy is a true artist! She helped me surprise my now husband at our rehearsal dinner with a birthday cake and made us a beautiful wedding cake. We are not from the area and only met Nancy when we flew to the Keys for a cake tasting. She was friendly, considerate and treated us like family. There after we only communicated through emails and phone calls, and everything came out exactly how I wanted. I am more than satisfied with Nancy’s professionalism, she even took our top tier back to the bakery with her and shipped it to us once we returned from our honeymoon, with instructions on how to defrost it on our anniversary. I would recommend Nancy and Unique D’lites to anyone having a wedding in the Florida Keys. -

The Best Cake!
She made my wildest wedding dream come true! My wedding was far from traditional! Our theme was the Haunted Mansion. We couldn't have any old regular cake. That is where this baker delivered! She made the most perfect cake that matched us completely. She made everything by hand. She even added sound effects and smoke! Everyone can't stop talking about the cake. The venue was even astounded by the cake. And her flavors were amazing. We opted for cupcakes to have a variety of flavors. Each and every one of them was absolutely moist and delicious. You won't second guess when you book her! -

Delicious Cakes!
Our wedding cake was perfect! It was the most delicious cake ever and our guests could not stop raving about it. Nancy was a pleasure to work with and she has some serious baking skills. The cake design was exactly what we asked for and the only change we would have made would have been to order a bigger cake so we could eat more of it! Yum! Definitely going to order a small cake every year for our anniversary. We HIGHLY recommend Nancy and her delicious cakes! -

Amazing Cakes!!
Nancy made the most beautiful wedding cake with cupcakes to accommodate all of my guests and their allergies. Not to mention it all was beyond delicious!!! We met Nancy during our visit to Florida for our cake tasting and she went above and beyond for our day. She brought all kinds of tasters with a few additional ones to mix and match. She began by discussing our vision for our cake and hit the nail right on the head with what we were going for, then began going above and beyond with cupcake additions. Then when we brought up to her about my mother in laws birthday, she came up with the most creative idea for her surprise cake and it was even more beautiful in person! It encompassed everything about my mother in law. Thank you Nancy for everything!!!! -

Nancy's creations just make you smile. I wanted a specific style of cake for my Mom's 80th birthday. I sent her a photo and made some changes. The lace trim I chose was very intricate, and she made sure that the delicate design was perfect all the way around. The roses were cream and soft rose tones, with vanilla rum & buttercream frosting.
I wanted vintage, classic and delicious, she hit the mark on every point! Add to that, Nancy is the utmost professional. She takes her time with you and offers an amazing variety of flavors, textures and styles. Oh yeah, and she's as sweet as her creations! -

Stephanie Sent on 11/15/2017I found Unique D'lites Custom Cakes online. I was not able to do a tasting or see anything first hand before ordering. We eloped to the Keys from Texas. The cake was absolutely beautiful and more than we expected. It is also so delicious that I cant stop eating it!!! I highly recommend Unique D'Lites. Beautiful cake and so good, easy to work with and they did exactly what I wanted and delivered the cake to our resort.
