They’re so amazing!!!

I was there today and the staff is truly amazing. I had no idea what style, shape, or color dress I wanted for my wedding. Lol. I worked with Courtney and and the other girls. They asked questions and pulled lots of beautiful choices to the room. After watching me try on a few dresses. She (Courtney) went back and pulled one more surprise out. This beautiful sweetheart neckline strapless dress. Beautiful bedding and lace. Corset back. Absolutely to die for. I got it on and looked in the mirror and was like ok this is gorgeous. I walked out of the room and saw myself. I had my moment. The one every female wants. I began to cry and knew that no other dress would come close. These ladies are absolutely amazing. They listen and they work hard for you. I’ve never felt so beautiful. Thank you again Courtney❤️❤️❤️❤️ and thank you Unique Bridal!!!!!

Couldn’t have made a better choice

I got my wedding dress and the entire bridal party attire from unique bridal. We all looked amazing and the customer service that I recieved throughout the entire process was excellent!!

It was crunch time and Unique Bridal delivered. I only had two weeks to get my dress ordered and in my possession and they helped to make that happen. I was so lucky to have received the customer service I did. She took my budget and timeline into consideration with every dress she showed me.

Unique Bridal in Auburn has anything and everything you are looking for! Beautiful wedding gowns, bridesmaid, mother, grandmother dresses and groomsman tuxes. They have every style and dress type you could be looking for. I went in to try on dresses for the first time at Unique, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, I tried it on and I was wrong. Pam, Angie, Kasee and Sandy got me into a dress that was more my personality. I ended up getting my dress there because I knew they had the most beautiful, original and best quality dresses. You will find the nicest and most helpful staff at Unique. My seamstress, Anne was so wonderful to work with. She altered my dress and it fit PERFECTLY! My four bridesmaids were scattered all over the country and Unique worked well when calling in measurements and dealing with our difficulties. The bridesmaid dress companies they carry are made of high quality, and again, SO many different styles to chose from. We received many compliments on the bridesmaid dresses and my wedding dress. My husband was very impressed and said I could not have picked out a more beautiful, elegant dress. Whether you know what type of dress you want or haven't started looking, they will set you up and get you, and everyone you know looking great for your big day! They also have a great range no matter what your budget is, they will work around it!

This vendor has been amazing to work with! I have been extremely happy with the quality of service they have provided. First, I fell in love with a Maggie Sottero dress. They offered the dress for a lower cost compared to dress shops near metro detroit. After choosing the dress i decided to use them for my bridesmaid dresses. I let each of my bridesmaids pick out their own dress. Unique Bridal was wonderful, and got me prices of each of the individual dresses (probably 10-15 in total) which was a high maintenance request, but they acted like it was no big deal. On top of this when I went to go get my dress I lost my phone. They stayed 20 minutes after they closed to help me find it! Every experience I had with them was professional, helpful, and very communicative. I would recommend this to everyone looking for wedding gowns. I also found an awesome deal on a ring bearers pillow and guest book that matched.

Seriously had the best time at Unique Bridal and a huge shoutout to my stylist Rachel! I went to three bridal stores and never left with an experience that really wowed me and made me feel good until I came to Unique Bridal. Our stylist was extremely helpful, really listened to what I liked and didn't like and made everyone feel welcome with her outgoing personality. The management was kind of rude and pushy but the actual bridal helper were great. I got my perfect dress there and at a great price! Plus your bridal party gets a deal too if they buy there. Love this place!!!

Where do I start? This is the most helpful bridal shop I have ever encountered. Dont let the small shop fool you, you truly will walk out with a one of a kind dress. The staff truly know their styles, and give you a wide range of options, they are so kind and are not pushy to make a dollar. As a plus size beauty, this shop helped me find the dress that will make me that princess on my wedding day. Amazing prices too!!

I was in a time crunch to try to find my wedding dress before leaving the state to start a new job and Unique Bridal was amazing. My consultant listened to what I wanted but also had a lot of great suggestions as well and I actually ended up choosing a dress that she picked out for me! Instead of trying to get me into something at the very top of my budget she actually found something off the rack that saved me a ton of money and was also very flattering to my figure.

I had my heart set on a certain dress, as it turned out it was not the dress for me. Nicole stayed by my side and brought me dress after dress until we found one that truly was perfect! I honestly felt like a princess on my wedding day. I would recommend Unique Bridal to everyone!

Small and intimate, Unique bridal was everything I was looking for. I went in with family and my MOH just to look, and was extremely pleased with everything they pulled for me. My stylist listened and put together a range of dresses that opened my eyes to a variety of styles. The dream dress was the last one we put on, and I knew immediately. They share your excitement and are more than willing to take a minute to listen and work with you on everything. I was shocked at how fast the dress actually came in, and after alterations, could not have asked for a more perfect wedding dress for me. My husband was floored and to this day still tells me how beautiful it was. Thanks for making this a very easy and exciting experience!

I absolutely loved working with Unique Bridal. All the services they offer are one in a million. I went to unique specifically to find a line that they carry but I was very happy with them all around. They were much more attentive then a larger chain bridal store and they were very understanding, prompt and attentive. I am very glad I found my dress at unique.

The ladies knew what they were doing. I thought I knew exaclty what I wanted and she pulled out this dress that I totally didn't like. I tried it anyway and it ended up being the one. They have great customer service and lots to choose from!

WONDERFUL!!! I bought my dress from Unique Bridal because my mom also bought her dress from there when my dad and her got married. All of the women there were SO helpful and sweet, and they helped me find the dress of my dreams!! I told them that I would LOVE to get married again (to the same man:) just so I could come back to see them and pick out another dress! GREAT service, WONDERFUL ladies!!

Unique Bridal was a lifesaver; after visiting 13 other shops I was ready to give up. They were able to help me find a great dress. They provided a high standard of service and I didn't have any problems throughout the entire ordering process.

I got my wedding dress from Unique Bridal and had a good experience with them. My mom and I went to their sample sale in the fall and I found my dress for $600 (my dress was originally over $1600). My wedding was still over a year and a half away, but they let me keep it there and they had it cleaned since it was a sample. The girl who helped me find my dress was the best, I wish she had been there when it was time for me to take it home.

You are able to come try on your dress whenever, as much as you want to. I tried not to go too much :)
Also, everyone was always very nice each time I went there.

I didn't like how they measured my bridesmaids for the dresses. Almost all of my bridesmaids had to have their dresses taken in a significant amount because the girls measured them so much larger than they needed. In addition to that, the price of the dress increased with larger sizes, which seemed a little too convenient (I can't say this is why, at all, but it was frustrating that all of their dresses fell off of them when they were delivered).
They will sometimes run a special where if you buy your wedding dress there, then your bridesmaids will get a $20 discount. Unfortunately they were not running that special when my girls went to go get their dresses and they wouldn't backdate the special.

The other complaint that I have is: at my final fitting the bustle was not done correctly. The seamstress took the dress in the back to correct it and she brought it back out saying it was all done, ready to take home. I didn't try it back on, assuming she had done it right. On my wedding day, we found out that she didn't fix the bustle like she said she did and I still had pieces of my train hanging down. That was disappointing. The shop isn't doing in-store alterations anymore, so future brides shouldn't have this issue.

Other than that, I really enjoyed this bridal store and I recommend them.

I LOVE MY DRESS! I was so pleased with the final result. Alterations were all inclusive, and it even entailed storage until the big day. I would definitely recommend this dress shop to anyone looking for a nice wedding dress, and small town charm. A definite keeper.

They have a great dress selection and the girls in the store are great. However the seamstress was not as good as I thought she should be for $200. I lost a lot of weight from when I originally purchased my dress and she had to take a couple inches in on each side. A week before my wedding I went in for my finally fitting and I couldnt zip my dress. I actually was worried it wouldn't fit because I lost more weight, and here it was too tight. She did fix it that night and it ended up being ok, but my experience wIth her was not very pleasant, and would be my only complaint about I experience.

I stopped in this store without an appointment and they were very accommodating. The young girl helped me find a few dresses that met my needs and allowed me to try them on at the last minute. Because my wedding was approaching so soon I was unable to buy my dress from here because I couldn't find one to purchase off of the rack. My experience at the store was still very enjoyable and had I had more time I may have ended up buying from here. It's a cute little shop with very nice staff. I would recommend it to anyone!!

The women at Unique Bridal were absolutely wonderful to work with. While I received individualized attention, each staff member that passed by while I was trying on dresses commented on how beautiful I looked in the gowns (and not in a forced, generic way!). My consultant felt more like a friend than a stranger, and they were very understanding when I said I needed to come back the next day to make my decision. During the alterations process, they were very accommodating with appointment times, as I live a couple hours from the shop. Hands down- a great experience. Would highly recommend!

I had such an amazing dress shopping experience. I described what I thought I might like, I was able to try on several silhouettes, and ultimately decided on the perfect dress they had never sold before! My only complaint was when I called about pickup and shared some concerns about my veil, I was informed very curtly that I could not return it. It ended up working out, but a little reassurance would have been appreciated.

Bought my Maggie Sottero wedding dress here after a long day of disappointments and not friendly service at other salons. The people were so friendly and helpful. I had been carrying around the picture of the dress I wanted for months and I showed it to them and they knew exactly what one I wanted. They also had a good selection of dresses to choose from!

I loved my dress from Unique Bridal! But more importantly, the staff was very attentive and nice! Multiple staff members helped me find exactly what was right for my dress such as the headband and veil. The selection of dresses and accessories was great! I also got my tailoring done at the boutique. The lady was very nice and did a good job. Everything together was a high price, but most boutiques are. Very well done!

We got both our tuxedos and dresses from Unique Bridal. Everyone at the store was very helpful and friendly every time we went in there (and believe me we went in there a lot). The only complaint that I have is that they charge standard $55 fee for alterations and pressing. My girl's dresses were short and all the girls really needed done were to have their straps shortened - $55 is an outrageous amount to pay for that so we had to find someone else to do our alterations. Also, we had a pregnant bridesmaid and they said that a maternity dress was ordered but it was pretty clear that a larger size dress was just ordered because it didn't fit right around her belly. The tuxedos were awesome and probably one of the cheapest prices in the area. I have family from out of town and one brother's tux ended up being too short in the arms when he went to try it on so they ordered another for the next day (which we had to pay for) and it still didn't fit so they had to adjust the arms even more.

I chose to go to Unique because my sister found her wedding dress there and had a great experience. They were extremely good selecting gowns that matched what I was looking for and the ladies there are GREAT. The only downside is within one year, they had gotten rid of doing on-site alterations and we were unaware until we found my Maggie Sottero dress and wanted to proceed with the purchase. Other than that, great great place!

Unique Bridal was very helpful in getting my dress for my wedding. I loved the girl I worked with, but I would avoid going during their busy hours. Appointment was completely necessary as they pack out and can be unhelpful during those time.

Wonderful service here, at least compared to other dress shops I've been to. These ladies made sure I had the attention I needed in finding the right dress for my day. Also, I'm more on the curvy side, this store had dresses that fit! Were even BIG. It was so nice to not have to worry about self image issues because the dresses fit :) I just wish the alterations would have been better, I was pushing the cap sleeves up all day. You'd think the price paid for the services they could have done a little better with alterations. It was overall a good experience though.

I purchased my gown through Unique Bridal as well as worked with them for my bridesmaids' dresses. They have a wonderful selection of apparel; however, I was not happy with the alterations. Some of the consultants I worked with were excellent, but others were not helpful or knowledgable. I would recommend finding a dress here, but going elsewhere for alterations.

My very first appointment went very well and I was able to find my perfect wedding dress and accessories! I felt that things went a little downhill for the company after my first appointment. I'm not sure if it was under new management or not but a few policies had changed and I did not feel like I received the same level of service as I did in my first appointment. They have a great selection of dresses and accessories but could use a little work in areas such as customer service and communication (when changing policies) skills.

My first appointment was awesome! I came in actually looking for the mother of the bride dress(because I had just found my dress at another store). When I found they had the designer and the dress at their store they said they would match what the other salon was giving it to me for. We also got our tuxes throught them and my mom found her dress. They told her at time of purchase they would do alterations for her and then later said they don't do alterations for the mother of the bride dresses. They eventually did it but made us feel bad for asking and that we were an inconvenience. Aside from that my dress was beautiful and looked amazing so I would still reccommend them!

I purchased my wedding dress ahead of time from this store and they were ok to deal with. I was not impressed with the seamstress or the service that I received from the employees of the store.

I used Unique Bridal because I hadon't heard good things about them and had brought a Bridemaid dress for them for another wedding. When I went to get my wedding dress, the owner assisted me and she was wonderful. The manager of the store however is awful!!! She makes you feel as if you are a total inconvenience and is extremely rude. She did the measurements for the bridemaids dresses each of them being 2-3 sizes too big and needing major alterations. Half of our tuxes came in too small and they did the measurements. She then told me that she couldn't guarantee they would have the right sizes before the day of the wedding and we may have to stop out there the day of the wedding (45 minutes away) to get them. I would absolutely never recommend anyone to ever go to this store because of the extremely rude manager and her inability to do her job! Dealing with her added a great deal of stress and anxiety to what was otherwise a perfect day! Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere!

Some of the staff was very sweet and helpful at first with my dress selections and fittings. I have no complaint about most of the in store staff. But, after I bought the dress, it all went downhill. My dress was slaughtered during their alterations, there was not much of a remedy offered to me. I had to drive all over to pick my dress up and then find a new seamstress, within weeks of my wedding. I still can't believe the experience. It was a nightmare!
