This was my second experience with Unions Bridal. My 1st experience was in 2023 when I was a bridesmaid & a wedding planner for my friend helping her to find her perfect dress that was budget friendly and that's how I came to know Unions Bridal. I was amazed at the service they provided then, that I booked in my mind from that time this is where I will come when it is my time! It's 2026 and trust me I could see how they developed and innovative and the service was exceptional. The ladies were super warm, professional, knowledgeable & what I love was their honesty in helping me find the right fit. Persons asked, why I rent? Why not purchase on Shein/Amazon it's way cheaper & they have a nice dress and my answer at all times was- I would not have the opportunity to try several dresses and have my bridesmaids be present to rate each and I personally believe that should be every bride's and bridesmaid joy to have during the planning stages that you will not have in buying your own dress. Also, I must say I absolutely love their online gallery, I visited it from 2023 up until it was my time to marry in 2026 and I knew the cost of the dress to rent and styles they offer before I even booked my appointment. Exceptional Experience
Due some life altering events my partner and I had to move up the wedding and complete all planning in a week and Unions Bridal understood the assignment. I got both dresses altered in a day! From the moment I put this dress on, I knew it was the one. The fit, the detail, and the overall elegance were beyond my expectations. The staff was professional since the moment I walked in. While trying on different dresses Chardonnay was really helpful with telling how it looks. Awesome Service!
A highly qualified professional with excellent customer service. Goes above and beyond to make the bride and groom happy. Was a pleasure working with union bridal. With only 6 weeks till the wedding, Union Bridal made us feel at ease and confident that anything was possible even with little time. They accomodated our indecisive self, was super patient and gave excellent guidance and services that made our wedding outfits the talk of the town. Would 100% recommend to any upcoming bride.

LISTENNN!!! Unions Bridal is EVERYTHING!!! Customer service is A1. The absolute best, let me tell you sis came through fa me.... I showed her a dress and BAM! It was ordered and it was EVERYTHANGGG! Great customer service. Great communication. Overall great experience. I got a new dress as the one I liked couldn’t fit. So they took my measurements and made my dress. N it was everything for me, prefect. Even thou the logistics were very close, but I guess I was worried for no reason. They came through n I got the dress on time.

Thank you for the beautiful dress. Though communication wasn't as effective as it should be, I appreciate Ms. Brown and all the hard work and dedication she invested.
She got me an elegant dress and followed through with me even on her day off. My bouquets arrived after my wedding (not her fault), but she had my back and gave me a plan B. Kudos to you 💕

Pretty much we wanted to get everything for our wedding so we stopped by Unions Bridal as they were one of the bridal shops in Spanish Town, the receptionist was warm and welcoming and they even helped to get items that they didn’t normally sell such as shoes. Truly a five star experience we managed to get everything and I loved my dress 🥰🥰

Beautiful Experience
The customer service was excellent. The level of professionalism was commendable. When I first went to do a fitting the agent made me feel comfortable. When it came close to my wedding day the dress was delivered fast knowing that was a client outside of the parish. I would recommend unions a 💯 percent for brides and grooms.
