    Kelly did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding! My bouqet was absolutely stunning and affordable! All centerpieces were fresh flowers and had my guests in awe of the beauty that was at their tables! Flowers were delivered in a timely manner! I highly recommend Kelly for all wedding flowers! She has a passion that shines through and shows in her work! Thank you Kelly for help making our day as special as beautiful as it was!

    I worked with Kelly. I'm a destination bride and appreciated that she worked with me on my preferred contact (email). She worked with my budget and theme. Most importantly my flowers were gorgeous! I ciuld not have asked for better. Thank you Kelly!

    The flowers were absolutely stunning. Perfectly arranged and the color of the flowers was very pleasing to the eye. In addition, the flowers were very fresh and lasted for several days after the event.

    Kelly was hands down one of my FAVORITE vendors to work with. Never once did I feel like a "customer" or just another "bride". She made us feel like we were friends. She stayed in constant contact with me, would send me mock ups and if there was something I wanted tweaked, NO PROBLEM! When seeing my bouquets it brought tears to my eyes. Seeing our reception brought chills. She took my vision and exceeded our expectations! I firmly believe her work was what pulled everything together and made it a wedding that we are still hearing about! I cannot express how many times we have heard "That was truly one of the most beautiful weddings we've been too!"

    When Kelly says "Every Bride Deserves a Beautiful Wedding", she really means it and delivers! Not only will I recommend her to anyone I know needing her services, we will use her as well for anything we need. She wears many different hats and wears them well. To all the future brides out there, treat her well ..... she is worth it!

    Kelly did amazing arrangements and bouquets for our wedding! With just telling her my color scheme, she was able to come up with some beautiful creativity on her own. Thank you so much for an amazing job!

    After being burned by another florist in town, I was worried about flowers for my wedding. Kelly reached out to me through Thumbtack after I posted a request for quotes and from that moment, I felt at ease. She met with me, even brought me a mock bouquet with the feel of the photos I gave to her as examples of what I wanted and reassured me that she would be the best for the job. She was. She kept everything in my budget and gave me more than what other florists would in that budget. She rolled with my various changes (I even changed the vibe of my flowers a few weeks before the wedding) and she delivered what I wanted and more. The little details I hadn't thought about, she did, and she tailored them to my tastes. Putting photos of the wedding flower prep on her Facebook really made me even more excited about the outcome. On my wedding day, when she handed me my flowers, I couldn't believe how beautiful they were. She went above and beyond. Kelly is the best option for a florist. She's honest, hard working, accommodating and most of all, a true talent in the floral business. Thank you, Kelly, for bringing my dreams to life.

    The flowers she provided were absolutely gorgeous!! She also provided centerpieces which were the vases with floating candles and an orchid submerged. They all looked wonderful and all for a great price!!!!! Very pleased with Kelly!!!!!

    Kelly did a wonderful job with our flowers! I received so many compliments about the bouquets. I was impressed that Kelly was able to translate my Tangled-inspired vision into the decor. The value for our flowers was fantastic. I would definitely hire Kelly again!

    Kelly is a master of design. Her work is gorgeous. The flowers she used were beautiful and fresh. My only complaint was she didn't quite get the colors I wanted but what she did use was gorgeous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her on her design ability just show her the colors you want with color swatches so she has an exact idea of what you want so it's not left to interpretation.

    Taking into account that Kelly was in transition from her store to her other work venue / outlet, she was able to meet with us and give us an
    idea of what flowers would best suit our colors for our wedding. The floral arch was beautiful and we were complimented on it, as with the bouquets which were also
    lovely. The boutonnières were a bit wilted and we were not met after the ceremony to arrange for the disposition of the flowers from the arch.

    Karen helped when another florist filed for bankruptcy during wedding planning. Her arrangements were beautiful. I think her business grew too fast and she couldn't keep up. Her price was too good and I didn't end up getting everything I was expecting and she promised.

    When we first met with Kelly she showed us pictures and was very open to listen to what we wanted for florals. We asked for white flowers with a specific accent flower, for bouquets and all white for the center pieces. We also rented white table linens from her (that was perfectly fine, she even added a nice linen to the tables and made them look great). Where we had a little issue was that the flowers themselves on the bouquets and some centerpieces looked a little dead. The accent flowers were a total flop, looked dead and she only added 2. So you can imagine it was an eyesore on there. If the accent flowers were not going to happen then I would've liked her to tell me so that I could have told her to not use them and not have dead flowers on the bouquet. Other than that it was an ok experience.

    I wouldn’t recommend this vendor. I used Union Blooms for my wedding and though she helped me with things outside flowers, I was not impressed with the flowers. I had to pick dead flowers out of my flower crown and rearrange my bridesmaids flower crowns 30 minutes before because she didn’t provide what I ordered, and the bridesmaids bouquets were TINY and mine was massive, so there was an obvious difference. She did not place the flowers in the right spots in the venue, and it’s something I notice every time I look at photos, not to mention the majority of the flowers used especially in my flower crown were light pink when we had a dark winter colored wedding. We met up twice before and each time she seemed to understand my vision, but when it came down to it, the flowers looked out of place and not what I was hoping for at all.

    BRIDES BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! I hired Union Blooms to provide my corsages for our moms, some decor, linen, and the rental for my reception chairs. At first, Kelly's responsiveness was OK. But once we got closer to my wedding day, I had to beg her to answer my emails. When she finally did respond, I had to constantly go through my invoice and make corrections because I caught Kelly over charging me TWICE!

    Next problem--my ceremony venue and reception venue required all my vendors to carry liability insurance. I mentioned this to Kelly several times and reminded her of the deadlines for her to submit her proof of insurance. At this point I paid her 50% of the balance, and the remainder was due two weeks prior to the wedding per the contract. But day before the insurance was due, Kelly decided to threaten me by saying she wouldn't provide the proof of insurance unless I paid her in full immediately! It was as if the contract did not exist! Thankfully my planner talked her off the edge.

    After several email exchanges, I was sure that we were all set for my wedding. I paid her $800 total--$464 of which were for gold chiavari chairs that I was told would come with pads. Imagine my frustration & disappointment when the chairs were the wrong color (BLACK) and came with no pads! Secondly, the corsages she gave us for my and my husband's mother were horrible quality and could not be worn.

    After the wedding, I gave Kelly the opportunity to explain to me why the chairs were the wrong color. To this day I have not received a single explanation or apology from Kelly or anyone at Union Blooms. The chairs were the wrong color, completely changed the look of my reception, and Kelly got to walk off with my money. BRIDES- DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!! Kelly Dixon has no regard for a bride's special day and she caused more stress than you can imagine!!! AWFUL! I will be reporting Union Blooms to the BBB until I receive a refund. Brides you have been warned!

    Well where do I start? The two most important things a bride relies on and she was not able to deliver what I wanted on my wedding day. I asked for 80 chiavari chairs in GOLD and when I came to the wedding venue on my wedding day what did I see? SILVER! My heart dropped to the ground and that is when I realized I made the worst possible decision by trying to save myself some money and go with a florist that didn't have a review history anywhere. Brides save yourself a lifetime of regret and get yourself a florist that will do things correctly and spend the money...that was my mistake so learn from me. Complaint number two is that the flowers were kept in such bad condition, they were wilted and even some of them were brown.
    Complaint number three was that the she said she would refund the whole dollar amount at my wedding of the rental chairs but she later switched it up and said she was going to refund me half the amount which I agreed only to avoid any additional stress I said I would take the hit. Now it is 1 1/2 months later and she said she would fed ex me the check a week or two ago and still haven't rec'd anything.
    Lesson learned: Do not skimp out on a vendor who hasn't built a name and check their reviews!

    Often times things happen that are out of our control. We loved working with Krish and were as devastated more than can be truly expressed when the chairs were delivered in the wrong color. While this was rectified and the correct chairs were delivered for the reception, there was a VERY small sliver of relief as it rained after the wrong chairs were delivered and the correct chairs for the reception were dry.

    Initially, yes, we had said a full refund when we did not think we could get the correct chairs at all. However, due to the fact the correct chairs were delivered (albeit late) we felt it only fair that we refund half of the chair costs as we were responsible for the chairs that were not allowed to be brought in and for the redelivery of the correct chairs.

    Our only response to this client's claim about the flowers is to show in our photos on our profile of her flowers, taken by her photographer.

    We are truly sorry for the delay in her getting her refund or that this had to happen at all.

    DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! I was very excited when I originally booked Kelly for my wedding, she seemed to understand my vision and had suggestions to help cut down on my budget. However, as we got closer to my date her responsiveness was minimal.
    At my mock preview, she brought the wrong size vase, dead greenery and no floral.... essentially she hadn't prepared at all! I was assured it was due to the travel distance, heat and off season of my flower choices, so I let it go.
    Wedding day: I am waiting to get ready and Kelly walks in late, with the flu...bc that's what I want in my venue and around my food. I am soon handed a small arrangement in a vase, and am later told this is my bouquet. Note...I asked for a very full cascading bouquet with peonies (so lots of volume). This bouquet was round and the size of 2 peonies total! I was livid to say the least. I immediately told my planner, and was later handed back my bouquet with minor changes.... essentially Kelly had added a few hydrangea and spread out the blooms to make it look larger, but still incorrect. I once again said it was not correct. The third time, about an hour before my ceremony and during photos i was given my bouquet again and nothing had been changed.
    To say I was upset is an understatement! By the beginning of my ceremony my bouquet was wilting, some flowers fell out and the minute i could hand it to someone to be out of pictures I did. I've never been so unimpressed with someone's work.
    And to top it all off, as I am walking down the aisle...i see that my ceremony arrangements (supposed to be 2 large pillar arrangements in urns) are actually flat arrangements of the wrong colors and flowers just lying on top of the pillars. It looked like someone picked up a bush and sat it on top.... ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS!
    I am working with my planner now to try and get a refund, but I warn you to spend the extra money and go with someone more professional.
