  Uncle George's flowers - a hidden gem!

  I was looking for florists in Stowe and becoming frustrated because it was an elopement and I only needed a bride's bouquet and groom's boutonniere. I begin looking a year ahead of time and either never heard a reply with many florists after emailing them, or they were too "busy" I got the feeling that I wasn't making thousands of dollars for them so they dismissed me. Ute at Uncle George's flowers was recommended to me and she was a breath of fresh air. She was happy to do it. I told her exactly what I wanted and she reproduced it beautifully. I am so happy I found her. She does not have a website or email so I wanted to assure that I put a review here so others could find her as well. She is a treasure in Stowe :-)

  exceptional

  Ute provided the flowers for our October wedding at the Trapp Family Lodge and far exceeded our expectations. She communicated well with my mom, an art director, who provided her with images of what we had in mind. Ute was very flexible, professional and creative in providing options that fit both our vision and budget. The result was simply beautiful and quality, with the arrangements lasting well into the following week after the wedding. From bouquets to boutineers to centerpieces and even my flower crown, I could not be more thrilled. I am someone who doesn't know much about flowers but felt so much trust in Ute. Looking at our wedding pictures now I continue to realize what an incredible job she did, as the day itself was such a blur! She is a lovely lady and a gem to work with. Thank you so much, Ute!

  Thank you Lux for an incredible event! Angie Dais was spectacular to work with. She is so sweet and attentive. Her event design suggestions were perfect for the space we had at the event. All of my guys were in awe and all wanted to know where I got all of the furniture from. I will be sending them your way Angie.

  Ute did the flowers for our wedding at Trapp Family Lodge on July 1, 2017 and she did a fantastic job! I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and the end product was more beautiful than what I could have ever imagined. She even created two boutonnieres for my husband just in case he didn't like one and created a free toss bouquet for me. She delivered the flowers to the Lodge the day of the wedding and set them up perfectly. Ute was easy to communicate with and returned calls quickly. I thought that her prices were extremely reasonable, especially for the high quality service provided. Also, you know the flowers are highly quality because a week later my arrangements are still alive!

  Very helpful, great selection of flowers. We ordered much of what we needed here. Even though we were doing our own arranging, they were very helpful. Last minute, they did the corsages and boutonnieres- which came out perfect

  Uncle George's was awesome to work with from the very first call I made! They were the most reasonable around and being on a tight budget this was a good thing! I ordered flowers in bulk to make my own boquets for all my bridesmaids and her price was the best... and I called many flower shops around central vermont! She made my boquet and the boutineers and they were just lovely! Again, at a great price!

  I would recommend Uncle George's Flowers as a wedding florist vendor. Uta was very accommodating to the budget that I had to work within. She even threw in some extra beautiful roses that I used as a display along with my framed photos at the front table. Highly Recommended.
