    I wish there was a way to hit more than a 5 star for value. I've used Ultra Diamonds for years and have always been pleased! They have very great customer service, only one grumpy lady. More than happy to help in any way possible and their prices for the quality are incredible! I was pretty disappointed to learn that Kay jewelers bought out the Branson Ultra Diamonds. They aren't able to work as much on prices but regardless staff is the same and jewelry is also! My ring is beautiful and unique.

    I actually went to the one located in BWI airport. They were very friendly and definitely took care of me and my husband's wedding bands. Would go to them again for anything jewelry related purchase

    You can't beat 1 year no interest when you apply for their credit card! And there are ultradiamonds all over you can take your rings to any store if you need a resize. The did it for me no questions asked.

    My husband bought my rings from Ultra diamonds and they are beautiful. They are always helpful and worked really hard to find a matching band to my engagement ring. I will continue to buy my jewelry from Ultra diamonds because I know the quality and customer service is great :)

    We purchased my wedding and engagement rings as a set at the Ultra Diamonds outlet store in Hagerstown, MD. I absolutely love my rings! We got such a great deal on them also since it was the outlet store. We would have never been able to afford the $18,000 ring at regular price! But we got if for just $3,600! Everyone comments on my rings and how beautiful and unique they are! I wouldn't have gone anywhere else!

    When I originally proposed, we were in the midst of some tough times. I proposed with the best ring I could afford, which wasn't much. Today we're in a much better situation and so I wanted to give my wife the wedding ring she deserved for the big day.

    She found a ring she absolutely fell in love with, but it was cut for an absolutely huge diamond that even with our improved finances we couldn't begin to afford. We talked to the store manager and gave him our budget and he actually had his jeweler custom make an exact duplicate of the ring with a smaller center stone - and all this just days before the wedding. What's more, if I hadn't missed his phone call he was planning to hand-deliver the ring to our rehearsal dinner to surprise the bride.

    I can't possibly be happier with my experience, and my wife certainly can't be happier with her ring.

    My wedding band has tarnished a bit as well as my husbands, but we have not returned to the store yet for re-dipping which I am sure they will be pleased to do. Ultra Diamonds is an excellent value for the $$. The salespeople are fantastic and friendly and resized my husband's ring with no problem :)

    If you are looking for unique bands, I would recommend visiting either the store in Hagerstown or Arundel Mills. We visited both, and are very happy.

    The rings we purchased from Ultra are very nice, and were heavily discounted to fit as close as possible to our budget. We had a little bit of an issue with resizing where we thought they had lost both my band and engagement ring, but they were quickly recovered. They had resized my engagement ring at a discount even though we had not purchased it there.
    However, they had apparently gotten in a new program for their registers and did not train their employees on how to use it and it took forever to do the final payment and pick up of our rings. The girls were very sweet and apologetic, so it wasn't an awful experience, but I would recommend that when you use them you keep your receipts all together and with you. If you can find a place with better service and similar or better pricing, I would go there.

    I found my husband's ring at a third of the price of the mall jewelers. I was able to get him exactly what he wanted. They were a little unorganized in the store, and the girl was new, however she was doing everything she could to help me!

    We purchased all of our rings from their Las Vegas store. They were very professional and were able to make sizing adjustments on-site while we waited.

    I saw this ring on a Ultra Deal in the Sawgrass Mall in Burlington Coat Factory after i got engaged and immediately fell in love with it...im hoping and praying that i didnt make a bad decision after reading all the comments, but i must say i love my ring and you can never go wrong with 2 carats....

    When my fiance and I first started discussing marriage, we looked at numerous rings to determine my style, and I fell in love with the idea of a pave diamond setting with a topaz center stone. Obviously this was a somewhat unconventional ring that was likely going to have to be custom made, so when he was ready to propose, my fiance sent me out to find a jeweler that could make my dream ring happen. After visiting a half dozen jewelers, Ultra Diamonds finally seemed to have promise, with a wide range of settings for me to choose from at affordable prices. I found one setting in the case that I liked, and saw several other possibilities in the catalogues they had for me to browse.

    4-5 days after my visit to Ultra Diamonds, my fiance and I went back together to get the ball rolling on having my ring made. I no longer saw the setting that I had liked in the case, and was told that several settings had been changed out recently. There weren't any other settings that I was really falling in love with, so we turned to the books, where I found a setting that I was very fond of. The list price in the book was in the $700-$800 range (there was some variance depending on the size of the stone I would have the ring set with), although we were told that the actual price may be a bit more, which was understandable given the increase in the cost of gold. Imagine our surprise however when we asked for a quote on that $700-$800 setting with a 5mm blue topaz (to price the stone at $75 would be extremely generous, they are not a precious gem), and the figure came back at over $1900! Needless to say, we were not interested in giving our business to a company that would charge us over double their list price on an item, and we were able to find a very nice ring in a similar style for just over $1050 at another jeweler (with that setting being $750 in the case, and the additional $300 for the increase in the cost of gold, the stone, and the costs of having the stone set).

    My husband and I bought a 1/2 carat diamond solitair from them and upgraded to a 1 carat a year later. After 4 months the diamond had a crack and scratches all over the diamond. They sell you low grade diamonds. I sent my ring out to be cleaned and rerodium and the diamonds cracked and scratched 4months later. No jeweler that doesn't rerodium or polish your ring there I feel is not reputible.
    I went to the diamond district, as well as the EGL center in Manhattan,and and Was told the color and Clarity was not matched to the certification they gave me.
    They will scam you your money,and tell you no interest for months when they charge you from the day you purchase from them.
    DO MORE RESEARCH. They are a house of crooks and don't know what they are talking about.

    DO NOT TRUST THEM... yes they will show you wonderful stuff... but don't trust them. Research well and understand what to look for in rings and in diamonds before you EVER got to them. The product they 'tell you about' is the same one they show you but unfortunately they tell you it's a 'very clear diamond, very high quality' and when you get home and take it in for appraisal you find out the clarity is crap and it not only has a visual defect but it's one I can see without any magnification.

    As an added bonus when they tell you 'it's a Canadian diamond and Canadian gold, no additional fees' please note... that means no 'duty' but don't forget when you over spend with them on crap quality diamonds you will also get hit with another $700 in Tax at the border and you can't recover the US tax either.

    VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED... DON'T LEARN THE SAME

    I ordered diamond engagement ring from UD's internet shop. I spent several days to find out why my order is still has "New" status. The web site of ultradiamond was not respond during 2 day and I didn’t have a chance to see my order. Once upon a time I receive a message from customer service which try to convince me, that it is prohibit to order rings if your shipping location is not the same as you billing location. What is a bussines if you shipped you item in hotel? No clue. My negotiation with customer service was fail and my order was canceled despite I wrote that I need this ring for engagement ceremony. They do not care about my problems at all and I will never ever let them again spoil my engagement.

    I am VERY UNHAPPY with the customer service at Ultra Diamonds. My Fiancé proposed in October and in FOUR months time we have sent the ring back to have something fixed FOUR times, and our problems are STILL not resolved. When he bought the ring it was one size too big. We went back to have it resized and it was gone for a week (Every time you send it away it is usually gone for at least a week). When we got it back it was oval shaped (instead of round) so it still did not fit properly. We were told that they have to do this because of the diamonds that wrap around the side and the 3 stones on the front make it “heavy”. Not only did it have this shape which made the fit very weird, it also had horrible scratches in the white gold on the sides where the smaller diamonds are. We had to take it back again to have them smooth the sides and re-size to fit. We get it back a SECOND time and the ring has been smoothed out but NOT resized correctly—they forgot to do it! At this point I am very upset that I have not really been able to wear my ring the first month or two that he proposed so I decided to wear it for a while before we took it back again. We recently went back to have them check everything for the protection plan and two days later one of the small diamonds fell out while I was at work. I have a desk job! How could this happen? I didn’t hit it on anything, I was just sitting there! THE NEXT DAY my ring rubbed against my fiancés shirt and ANOTHER diamond fell out on the other side! How does this happen?!? We go back for the THIRD time to have them fix my diamonds and size it properly. They said they would put small beads in the back of it instead of cutting the size down again because they were afraid I would keep losing diamonds if I went smaller ( I am a size 4). They sent it off to have the diamonds replaced and then FORGOT to put the beads in it!-Seriously?!? My fiancé proposed in October, it is now almost February and my ring still does not fit properly and has already lost 2 diamonds. Needless to say we will not be getting our wedding bands from this store. I would not recommend buying any high dollar rings here. ESPECIALLY if you have small fingers and you want diamonds on the side of your ring. Horrible, horrible experience. I am not sure where they are sending these rings to have them “fixed” but they need to get it together!! Dont buy your ring from Ultra Diamonds.

    My fiance bought my engagement ring from Ultra Diamonds. Just recently we went to trade it in for a wedding set. (The shape of my engagement ring wouldn't allow us to get a band. so we decided to get a set.) Well while at another jewelry store, They told us the diamond in my engagement ring was a fake. We took it to other jewelry shops for second opinions, all said the same thing. When my fiance bought the ring, the guy who sold it to him told him it was real. And he paid for a real diamond!!! We were so upset to find this out!! And it was so heart breaking to see him so upset with himself for being fooled like this. The guy got fired a while ago. And they said the best we can do is in store credit. But at this point, we don't know if we want to go back!! I'm sure not all the stores are the same. But I'm so upset about this... Its a really hard thing to forgive. And as if getting a fake diamond isn't bad enough, he paid triple what it was worth!!!
