The best!

My husband and I found this vendor while we were planning for our wedding and they were wonderful to work with from the start. Alec (the owner) is incredibly kind and accommodating, and has extensive experience which means you're getting the best bang for your buck! Jen (the photographer we had at our wedding) was SOO friendly and captured every single picture we asked for. I can't wait to see the final pictures, but know they are going to be gorgeous!

We also worked with Alec to get our engagement photos, and that process was great as well. We found a location that wasn't too far for either of us to travel to, and he found the most perfect spots and angles.

Can't recommend them enough!!

The Most Passionate Photographer In Rochester

When it comes to Alec, the only word I can come up with is “wow”. Alec was referred to us from our DJ and we were not misled. When you book with Alec, you get an engagement photo shoot, a save-the-date, wedding shoot, wedding photos on a flashdrive, and a wedding photo album. You also have the option to purchase the engagement photo flash drive and any photo prints. From the second the engagement shoot started, you can tell Alec is all about his work. And boy does he love it. He isn’t afraid to get on the ground, climb things, juggle 100 items just for the perfect shot. As long as you’re willing to work with Alec’s creativity, he cannot be stopped. Every photo we have ever received has been absolute perfection. You can see the love he puts into the photos and the editing. Alec is even so amazing at communicating; from the booking to what he wants you to do for the photo. Alec is a man of passion and we know we have a photographer for life.

Alec is amazing. My husband and I are thrilled with how well our wedding pictures came out. The album he put together is stunning!! Plus, Alec is just an all around great guy. He is so easy to get along with, he knows his stuff, and he is flexible, fair, and fun. You will not be disappointed with what he has to offer!!

Lisa is just amazing! She communicated with me whenever we needed, looked through our pinterest board of photos wanted, and really understood the photos we wanted. Love love love her!

Alec was awesome! I couldn't imagine finding a better photographer in Rochester. He stayed with me all day and made us feel at ease. His work is outstanding. Good quality shots! Anyone would be crazy not to choose him to shoot your wedding!

Lisa photographed our June wedding and we just love the photos! She was so nice, made everyone feel comfortable, and everyone at the wedding really enjoyed her. Prices were reasonable and I love that the package included so many prints and also I have ownership of every photo. The turn around time was so quick - I got the photos back in 3 weeks! My only complaint is that more of the little details were not captured; my centerpieces were all different milk glass vases and I only have a picture of one of them. I also would have liked more of the gift table and some of the other decor that we had. It's also my fault for not giving any specifics of what I wanted. I wish I met with her prior to the wedding because the day of you're just not thinking about all of the shots you'd like to ask for. It's also difficult for one photographer to get everything but she did such an excellent job of photographing all of the people at our wedding. We have a lot of great group shots of people who weren't in the wedding party but still mean so much to us and she also captured a lot of very cute candid moments on the dance floor. Overall, we were very happy with Lisa and Ultimate Images. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her in the future for family photos (she posts a lot of great baby photos on her Facebook!).

Alec was awesome. We couldn't be happier with the service. This was both of our first wedding so we we're noobs and Alec made the photography process so easy. After hearing so many horror stories about wedding photographers I couldn't believe how easy working with him was.

We have friends who are getting married in the near future and we had no qualms with recommending Ultimate Images by Alec.

From start to finish everything Alec and his team did was perfect. We started with a great Engagement Session for our Save the Dates and Guest Book, which was amazing. The day of the wedding Alec was professional and personable allowing us and our wedding party to have fun and be comfortable showing our own personality, while offering great suggestions. Alec was so excited to get started he even showed up an hour early to start taking shots. The pictures were beautiful, and we couldn't give a higher recommendation!

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my wedding photos from Alec (the owner). He was funny, made everyone smile, and we had the best time. He captured some truly beautiful moments and made sure to shoot the requested photos I had sent him ahead of time. The entire day was magical, and I give a lot of credit to Alec for that.

I researched many photographers before I decided on Ultimate Images. Alec (the owner) is very easy to work with. He answered all my questions and more. Sonia was my photographer on the day of. She is AMAZING!!!! Her photographs were beautiful and she is very artistic. She worked very hard to capture everything I wanted and more. I highly recommend Sonia and Ultimate Images. Don't settle for less because you can never get that day back!

We love Ultimate Images!! Girls- the wait for your wedding photos is completely worth it! When we got our wedding pictures back we were completely blown away at how incredible the pictures were! I am obsessed with every single picture! The pictures we have are amazing and worth every single penny. Everyone there is FANTASTIC to work with!! When we have kids I will be calling them up to do our babies photos! We will be customers of Ultimate Images for life!

Alec and his staff were very eager and very capable of providing us with the best possible service from the start. He made sure our engagement photo session was scheduled at the best time of the day in the fall season. He was also instrumental in recommending an alternative location for our newly wed pictures shortly after the ceremony but before the reception.

The quality of their work is outstanding too. Alec is truly a great photographer. He captured everything he had hoped for and more.

Consider their videography services as well. Their cinematic 5 minute video summarizing our wedding day exceeded our expectations.

Scott is a genius! We got our pictures back so quickly and they were amazing, I couldn't believe how man beautiful shots he got! We have over 1,200 pictures from morning to late night. He was so professional and I felt very comfortable having him follow us around, though we barely saw him! He's like a super talented ninja. I'm beyond impressed with our pictures especially because I'm not usually very photogenic! I recommend Scott to everyone!

Alec provided an excellent service for our wedding. He sold us at our first meeting and followed through by exceeding expectations with everything he promised. We were beyond satisfied with all of our photos and the work Scott (photographer) did on our wedding day. He truly captured the essence of the day and was nothing short of amazing. The best photographer in the area! I wouldn't go to any other vendor ever again after working with them. The quality of the pictures are stunning, the effects they can add really make the pictures extra special and they have exceptional prices! Whats not to like? My entire experience with Ultimate Images was perfect. From our first meeting with Alec, to meeting our photographer, to our RAINY wedding day- every thing was perfect! Our photographer, Nicole, was calm and reassuring during our crazy weather day. We received "teasers" about a month after our big day, and over a thousand beautiful images after 3 months- definitely worth the wait! I would (and I have!) recommend Ultimate Images to everyone!

From the very beginnng, Alec answered all my questions without hesitation, and met with us a couple of times to go over the wedding package. We did not get married locally but there was no travel charge for our photographers. My father wanted to have two photographers even though the one we had was amazing, and Alec made sure that happened, at a very reasonable cost. They came to our house beforehand dressed preofessionally and took pictures of us getting ready, then headed down to the church and got some wonderful shots. Our session at a local nature center was wonderful, and all teh pictures at teh reception really captured our emotions and what was happening throughout the evening. They took the liberty of making a photo album for us when we went to see our pictures, but we could changed anything we wanted about it before purchasing. My parents wanted a different print and they printed it for free. Any prints we get in the future from our wedding will be at a discount. I would highly recommend Ultimate Images for your wedding!

I cannot recommend Ultimate Images, especially Lisa enough!!! For our wedding, Photography was one of the items I said I would spend the money on and get a good photographer, and I am SO happy I did. Lisa was our photographer, and had photographed my brothers wedding and my cousins and she was AMAZING. So when it came to my wedding, I knew she had to be our photographer. Everyone raved about her and how amazing she is, and I completely agree. The photos I have seen so far are amazing and I am so happy she was able to shoot our wedding. Thank you SO much Lisa for all you did and for capturing every moment of our wedding!!

I was lucky enough to have Alec shoot my July 4th, 2009 wedding and I am so grateful he did! He did an absolutely beautiful job capturing our wedding day. The photos are stunning and the proof book was like a storybook of our day! We also used their videography services and the video turned out beautifully as well.

We were so impressed by their work we had to have them shoot our maternity and newborn photos as well! Alec and Cheryl were so fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more! :)

Lisa was our photographer, and she was so wonderful! Half my bridesmaids said how they'd fly her to their own future weddings if they had to, because they loved her so much! The teaser photos she's sent are gorgeous, and I'm so excited to see the rest! The best part of an Ultimate Images package is that they offer unlimited time and travel, which meant we were able to get a Rochester photographer in the Buffalo area without a huge extra cost, and Lisa spent the entire day with us, and would not leave til we said we were sure it was okay. She was very non-intrusive. You'd never have known she was there half the time! She was also excellent at wrangling the families for the formal shots, and succeeded in making the one baby in the photos smile for her shots. :)

Alec was absolutely wonderful, always responded immediately to phone calls and e-mails. His work was more than comparable to photographers more than three times his pricing. He was emotionally supportive throughout the day, and My husband loved working with him as well!

I think the other reviews speak for themselves this is an amazing, friendly and talent group of people! Met them at a wedding show, from the start they were so friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite was Cheryl what a comforting personality! Everytime I called or met with her she always made me feel calm and like I was the most important customer they had. To me, choosing a wedding photographer was one of the most important decisions to make. I knew the day would go by fast, so I wanted to make sure that I had the best photography possible to capture all the special moments. I did A TON of research and was very pleased when I came across Ultimate Images. I’m so glad we hired Alec, because his photography exceeded my expectations. Not only did he get the traditional wedding pictures, but he also captured artistic and creative photographs as well! I would highly recommend Ultimate Images and Alec - you won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely recommend Alec and his staff. The greatest value for a photographer by far! A moderate price but with that comes so much including walking away with owning your pictures. He also owns his own retouching studio so you and your wedding party will look like super models!!! Just unbelievable how good the pictures, different finishes, options, artistic shots, everything was! This is where you want to make an informed decision to ensure memories are captured and preserved in the best way!

Ryan was great! He made our whole wedding party feel comfortable and took beautiful shots. Our pics are great! There were a few poses that we wishes we had gotten but were so excited that day that we forgot (family shots, etc.) Alec and staff were all wonderful to work with- very responsive and great work. The extras were so thoughtful!

Loved working with Alec, our photos came out amazing & I am so happy we chosen a photographer who offers an album as part of the package. Another perk is that we were given the copyrights to our photos so we can print any whenever we want; great way to allow us to share photos with our friends & families!

Our photographer was great. She was there from start to finish, and we managed to pack in a whole lot of pictures into a relatively small period of time. Couldn't be happier with the results. Our only complaint was that there wasn't enough time to get shots of myself and the groomsmen getting ready, but that was more on us than on her. Would definitely recommend if you want amazing, professional photos with just the right amount of touching up to make you look perfect.

It was a pleasure to work with Violetta from Ultimate Images. She was great! She called me and spoke to me a couple weeks before the wedding to have me give her an idea of what I want in my pictures and she gave me suggestions for making the day flow smoother. He pictures came out gorgeous! My only complaint about Ultimate Images is that we were originally promised our pictures would be ready in 6-8 weeks, but we didn't receive them for over 12 weeks. Overall though, I would recommend this vendor to a friend, especially if it wasn't during peak wedding season.

Alec loves his job and it's apparent in his creativity and professionalism. He was with us from the time we got our hair done to the end of the reception. He got posed shots, but also a multitude of candid ones too. He also has videographers working with him and they were incredible. I know he'll provide us with beautiful images to remember this special day.

Our photographer, Nicole, was excellent! She was an incredible help on our wedding day since she's done this before! She kept us on track with time and was so great to work with. She was able to get all of the pictures we requested (formal and informal) and got it done within a tight timeline. The photos came out AMAZING and we could not be happier. The Storybook Album is a must! Alec, Cheryl and Hannah are SO flexible and sweet. Ultimate Images is such a great company to work with and their photos are truly beautiful. Although there is a wait to get the pictures, it certainly is worth it. We're very happy with our choice.

We had Alec, the owner. He was very professional, I gave him my list of pictures I wanted and he went through them and did them all for me! He was great!

Amy was wonderful. I have a fear of pictures and she did great. Its been 3 weeks and I have not heard from them, but I hear this is normal. Overall I was very pleased.

We heard Crystal from Ultimate Images Photography from my mom-in-law's friend who had used her service and had great things to say about her. And my mother-in-law used to be a wedding photographer so that just gave us another level of comfort working with Crystal.

She is very professional and communicates efficiently to us about details on the wedding day in our meeting before the wedding. She showed up on time and all the guests were really impressed with her ability of carrying three huge camera with big lenses at the same time. She got all the shots that we requested and helped getting everyone together for the photos. She has a great personality which is very important in dealing with guests in the wedding. And she gives you clear instructions on how to pose and catches lots of great moments at our wedding.

I can't wait to see all the proof photos and I will recommend her without seeing the final products because I know they are going to look great!

I enjoyed working with the photographer they sent, and the quality of the photos is phenomenal. I liked everything that was included in the package, and the photographer was great to work with and adapted to my preferred style of photography. We didn't want to skimp on the photos, so we are glad we spent the extra money to get quality work.

Trisha was so fun! I can not wait to see my pictures! I would recommend her to anyone that wants fun wedding pictures! She was open to anything we wanted, even got people to let us use their classic show cars for some pictures. She made sure we for everything we wanted and then some!

excellent staff - very helpful and was well organized the day of the wedding, pricing was a little high, wasn't too much variety with the style of photos taken (suggestions weren't made/other work wasn't shown)

I checked out many photographers before I selected Ultimate Images. I went with them based on a recommendation. When I went for my first meeting with them I met with the owner. I really enjoyed talking with him and thought it would work out perfectly. The owner was already booked for the date of my wedding so his daughter shot my wedding. She had shot a few weddings prior to this and I saw some of her work so I was not worried. The owner said his daughter would call me 2 weeks before the wedding so we could meet. She never called me. The first time I met her was the day of our wedding. She just graduated college and I learned fast that she was very inexperienced. I felt that she didn't know what she was doing as far as posing. I am a photographer myself and one of my bridesmaids was a wedding photographer also and we couldn't believe that I had paid all this money and go someone who just walked around with a camera. Luckily my friends husband was there to take pictures also. When I got my proofs back, there was over 1000 images taken, but I only liked about 10. I didn't even order any extra, only got what came with the package. A year later I was promised a high resolution CD with all the images. I must have called 4 times because they kept forgetting to mail it. I even offered to pick it up multiple times. Then they never sent me the release. If you are going to use Ultimate Images makes sure that you book with Alec. He's the only good one there!
