Amazing company to work with!~

I love love love that this company is a family owned company. Scott was AMAZING and just went with the flow even when our times were changed last minute! The photo booth was a huge hit at our wedding, and they made such a fun and memorable scrap book for us! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a photo booth. From their customer service to their price, I could not have asked for a better company!

Definitely recommend

Paul was our dj and drew worked the photo booth and I could not be happier with their work! Very responsive both via email and text message. They truly want to make your night perfect and wilgo out of their way to ask exactly what we wanted and surpassed our expectations. Definitely recommend the dj, up lighting and photoboth package. Keeps things simple and affordable!

Must have, stress free

A quick background about my husband and I, he is in the coast guard and we recently moved out of state so planning a wedding was little tricky. Jeremy was ether deployed or we were in the process of buying our house! However, Scott was very flexible, and willing to meet with us whenever we were free. Scott met us at the venue to ensure he understood the layout and was able to provide. Scott was willing to take suggestions and was able to give advice as well. We got many compliments on the music. Our family isn’t much for dancing, but Scott was able to keep party going and on the dance floor. If you want one less thing to stress about, I would suggest you book with Scott!

Groom- Perfect Experience

Scott at Ultimate Events was absolutely fantastic. The air was electric with energy once the music started. From cocktail hour to after dinner festivities, everyone loved the music selection. Scott knows how to read the crowd and keep the energy up. So many people told me how much they love the music and I couldn’t agree more.
Amazing and professional but also personable and flexible. 5 Stars all around!

Amazing!

Our wedding was on 9/13/2019 at Park Country Club. Scott was amazing! He definitely knew how to read the crowd. I gave him a few 'must plays' but he really orchestrated his own set list perfectly- our dance floor was full all night. He also mixes his songs so they transition well into each other and no one is sitting around waiting for a song to end. He was also very flexible to all of our other vendors' needs. We strongly recommend Scott and the Ultimate Event company!!! Thanks Scott for a fantastic night!

We fond this DJ service on line and when we meet Scott we know we where going to use him For are wedding. Every time we had a question he was alway fast at answering me. He even answered me when we was on vacation . He is a awesome DJ service I would 100% recommended him If you looking for some one reliable for your wedding or event this is the company to use. They're amazing!

Scott, the owner, literally saved my wedding! We were scammed out of money by a differ DJ company just 1.5 weeks before my wedding and Scott was able to work a miracle! He found me a DJ and we were able to rent the photo booth as well, all at last minute. Scott and the DJ were both very professional and very responsive. Our DJ was great! He kept the crowd interested and partying it up all night! I couldn't have been happier. I'm super grateful for Scott and his company being there when we needed help the most. You guys rock!

Danced the night away!

Scott was awesome! So easy to work with. Great music, fun and very professional. We had a more ”complicated” wedding setup for my daughter with the wedding ceremony on Woodlawn Beach and the reception at their lodge. Scott handled both sites with ease and always had an easy smile and a party attitude. He kept the crowd happy and entertained the whole night. I recommend him highly for any party event where you want lots of great music and dancing. Thanks Scott!

Totally awesome

Scott was our dj for our wedding! He was fantastic, very professional, and kept me on schedule! He started the music and noticed only a few people on the dance floor, he played around with genres of music and got people out there! We also had the photo booth and everyone loved it! I have a huge album of photos for our keep sake! Would recommend Scott to anyone looking for a dj for any occasion!

Best dj ever!

Scott did an amazing job!! All of my guests were enjoying the music. Not 1 guest missed out on a dance. He worked well with any needs I had or requests from my guests. I also had the photo booth which was another amazing experience. The attendant was wonderful. He even made me a keepsake photo book of all of the pictures including a flash drive with all of the photos. I couldn’t have picked a better DJ service!! I would highly recommend them!!

Scott my DJ was beyond amazing. He went above and beyond for my husband and I for our wedding. We live in NC and were having our wedding up in Buffalo and Scott was EXTREMELY responsive over email and phone. It made it so much easier to plan the wedding with Scott being so helpful. He was on time and everyone loved him throughout the night. I could not have asked for a better DJ. I am so happy I picked Scott for our wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend Scott.

Wonderful experience! They customized everything exactly as I wished!

The DJ was able to use some of thge unusual music pieces I requested, and was able to accommodate last minute changes to our event schedule (mid wedding) as well.

The photo booth was a nice touch. It allowed all my guests a way to leave pictures of themselves and their thoughts that day. The photos were placed into an album my wife and I will treasure forever.

Couldn't be happier with the results! I would definitely recommend Ultimate Event's services!

Wedding at the Avanti Mansion

Scott was absolutely incredible. If you are looking to have any DJ services for your wedding or special day. Do not look elsewhere, ultimate event dj and photo booth was unbelievable. We had so much fun. Everyone raved about the photo booth and they absolutely loved the song selection all night. Scott kept everyone dancing non stop. I highly recommend ultimate event. If you don’t choose this company for your next event you will be sorry!!!

We had the photo booth and our reception guests loved it and the attendant was great! Our ceremony began late so backed up our reception start time. He added time to our contracted time to accommodate the late reception start time. Our guests said he was personable and let them know where to look and time in between pictures. Our memory book was great. Overall, we had a great experience.

Scott went above and beyond to make our day special! He allowed requests but knew how to filter through them to ensure he only played crowd pleasers! I missed one of my favorite songs while with my videographer and he even replayed it for me and it was a hit! I can’t wait to see our video of everyone dancing because the dance floor was packed till the very last minute! The photo booth was better than I even imagined! Ultimate Events is definitely a must-have for anyone who is looking to have a good time with an organization that has many years of experience and knows exactly what they're doing and what Their audience wants I talked to the owner personally and he couldn't have been a better host for the music and work with us to the full of spit of his ability and we couldn't be happier everything turned out exactly how we had planned it to and we couldn't be more grateful on top of everything else the photo booth was fantastic to say the least got to see all our loved ones from across the country and across the states come together and pictures will have forever so I definitely would recommend the photo booth if plan to go with ultimate event professional because you will never not be satisfied we couldn't thank you guys enough

Pauly Paul was are DJ, and I can't say enough good things about him!!! He took charge where he needed and always was in tune with our guests. Everyone at our wedding commented how great the DJ was!! 100% recommend them!!

Our photo booth was a big hit at our wedding !! We had so much fun and the attendant was very nice,professional, and accommodating ! Ultimate Event was the ULTIMATE! Everything we wanted for our son's grad party was accomplished! The owner Scott was very prompt with returning my calls and text messages. The music my son requested was not your typical wedding music, DJ Pauly did a fantastic job listening to every detail and everyone had fun dancing all night long.

Ultimate events was the best I could ever ask for. Scott kept everyone dancing all night, worked with our other vendors to ensure we had a solid timeline and really kept the night going. Ultimate Event Professional DJ services was awesome to us from day 1! Scott was very responsive and went out of his was to ensure that everything was in order for us prior to our wedding day. Our DJ, Pauly was very attentive, detailed, energetic, and fun! He kept the dance floor alive the entire night and our guests gave many compliments! I can’t forget about our photobooth guy Drew who was very helpful throughout our night and assisted in setting up our photobooth scrap book which will hold memories our Biggest day yet. We will definitely use them again for future events!

He played a great variety for all the guest that the dance floor was full all Night! Also, they provided our photo booth, which was awesome! It fit a larger number of people and they had awesome props! I deffinetly suggest ultimate event for your wedding day or any other event!

Scott was great!! From meeting him at the wedding show, until after our reception, Scott made sure that all of our wedding needs were met. He was flexible with our requests for music and timing of events throughout the evening. Kept our guests involved and having fun all evening. Also provided our reception's photo booth and uplighting. Uplighting looked great! Gave our room the perfect look. Photo booth was operated by a friendly attendant all evening, which also came with a complementary photo book and USB drive. Scott was wonderful to work with and genuinely cared about our evening. We recommend anyone looking for a DJ and photo booth for their wedding to first consider Ultimate Event!

We had a wonderful time at our wedding - great music, the dance floor was packed the whole night! The DJ really helped to make the wedding flow - calling out tables for dinner, with bridal party introductions etc. The DJ took the time before the wedding to meet with us for a few hours to discuss the plan for the big day. Called us multiple times before the wedding to check in with us and see if there were any changes. Photo booth was a blast - got a nice scrapbook and copies of all photos on a flash drive.

We just had our wedding on 9/3/17 at Marcy Casino. This is a venue that was a first for Scott and Drew, but you couldn't tell one bit. We used them for the ceremony as well as the reception. The music was what we wanted and Scott did a great job of reacting to what was making our guests move on the dance floor to keep the party energized. No one wanted the music to stop at the end of the night. Every time I looked over at the photo booth we had guests in there and often with people waiting to go in. The large photo booth makes it ideal to have groups of friends or family all in at the same time. Looking forward to checking out all of the pictures that they provide you on a zip drive. We also had up lighting that Scott matched with our wedding colors for the reception. Overall, l I highly recommend using Ultimate Events for your special day the communication when needed was spot on.

From daughter: For the reception music during dinner, I made a special request for the music to be instrumental only. He fulfilled that request and I got lots of compliments on the selections. Also, my family are not the dancing type, but Scott read the situation and pulled out some songs that he knew would get people on the dance floor. The photo booth was also a wonderful addition. That photo booth allowed me to get pictures of those people who normally hate to getting their pictures taken. Overall they provided a great service, with everything being timely and organized. We had Scott as our wedding DJ. He was amazing. He did everything he could to make our weddings night a night we would never forget. We had a unique music list for our dinner music (Lindsey Stirling) and he was able to play the music for us, and he chose an amazing selection of her music. He did whatever we asked as far as music choices, games (we had the shoe game), and got people out on the dance floor. He answered any of our questions quickly, even the morning of our wedding. We would not of chosen any other DJ for our event.

I cannot say enough good things about Scott and Ultimate Event! Throughout the entire planning process Scott was very proffessional, and extremely helpful. He met with us on several occasions in order to ensure that we had everything we needed. The day of our event, he arrived early, and set up all of his equipment quickly. Scott made sure that all of our music (processional, recessional, entrance, first dances, and the rest of the night) were exactly what we wanted. The photo booth was amazing! A huge hit at our wedding! I would highly recommend, especially since he provides a photo album for the bride and groom to keep!

A sound system can make or break your wedding reception, and I would say that Scott made our reception the biggest hit of the century. The dance floor was never empty. Scott really knew how to read the crowd. Based on our music tastes (which he asked about in an early meeting), he was able to keep the party going and really provided a wonderful experience. Also, if you have something specific you want played, he was very into customization. We had a couple of "quirky" songs we wanted played and it was not a problem.
On the day of the wedding, Scott and his assistant were very professional and, while we were getting ready, did their set up with no problems (they worked well with the venue coordinator---so much so that when a problem arose, I didn't even know about it until afterwards!)
We would recommend them to anyone!
(get the uplighting, definitely worth it).

I am so happy we found Scott and Ultimate Events for our wedding day photobooth. He was easy to get in touch with, very responsive to emails, addressed my questions without making me feel silly, and followed up before (and after!) the big day to make sure we were completely satisfied with his services. The photos turned out great, and I am so happy to have a book of the photo strips of my guests. He brought tons of props, took care of the setup and teardown in a speedy fashion, and communicated with us to let us know when the photobooth would be open, and when it would close. The photo book he provided is a great way of remembering the day aside from the professional photos we had taken ! I would absolutely recommend Scott's photobooth for any special event.

Love this company! We hired them for a Photo Booth for my daughter's wedding in Franklinville and yes, they did charge an out of area fee, but it was so worth it as everyone loved having it and the props they provided! What was best is that we could book them for only a 2 hour time frame which most rental places do not do! They contacted me almost immediately upon my inquiry and always called me back or emailed me in a timely manner. They were prompt and professional! (We also used them for an older daughter's wedding 2 years ago and were as pleased then as now!) Highly recommend them!

My husband and I were super pleased with Ultimate Event! We had DJ Jonathan with us for the evening, played a great mix of music and the dance floor was packed all night, from the very youngest to our oldest guest! One minor issue, which really wasn't an issue at all, was with the photo booth CD, the pictures were never saved to the disk. The Monday after the wedding, my husband called Scott, and a new one was sent out, this time with pictures saved to it. Simple fix! I would absolutely recommend Ultimate Event!

Scott was fabulous for our wedding. Both the groom and I are extremely picky about music, so I was nervous about this part. Scott managed what I later learned to be a tricky set up for ceremony music. For the reception, he played a great variety to please our guests, who ranged from 10-75 years old. He picked up on audience favorites (specifically the Beatles and all things 90s pop), which made us really happy. The dance floor was packed all night long.

Scott recently did my daughter's wedding at Joseph's. Ultimate Event is fabulous! Five Stars! Scott was very professional, attentive & personable. Picking a DJ for my destination two hours from my home town seemed like a daunting task. I found Ultimate Event by reading reviews on every website I could find them on. Scott made it easy for us to meet when traveling into town. We added the photo booth to our event and it was a hit for our 50 guests. Scott was very responsive and flexible. He went out of his way to meet with us five days before our event to go over timelines and music we wanted played. He listened to our suggestions and offered his own when we were uncertain what we wanted. He was on time to the event, set up and ready when we arrived at the reception. He communicated with me throughout the event, and interacted very well with our guests. Overall a very professional job.

My fiancé and I had the best wedding reception! The music was amazing! Everyone loved it and said it was the best reception with the best music they have ever gone to!

Very highly recommended! Did photo booth for wedding on News Year Eve. Was such a big hit. Busy all night. People loved it. They have a newer machine w/ touchscreen with tons of new features. Also bigger than most. With theirs, you were able to put several people in for a photo. Tons of props too. The staff is also great. With it being new years eve, they did not up charge and also made time adjustments for us at the last moments. Their communication is A+ which is important. Send an email, have a response in no time. Highly recommended!

The services provided were completely professional and exactly what we asked for. After discussing what we were looking for a couple times prior to the event, we were thrilled when we got exactly what we wanted. Scott was personable and checked in with us through the evening to see if all was ok. I would highly recommend their services!! :) The photo booth was a huge success also! Great time and great memories!

Scott worked our wedding on October 4, 2014. We could not have been more impressed. He was able to seamlessly incorporate the music we chose for the ceremony as well as those during the reception. Our wedding ceremony and reception were at 2 different locations, and he didn't miss a beat (no pun intended) in setting up and performing at both locations. His announcements of the wedding party, etc. were perfect, and he seemed to be having as good of a time as our guests, who he kept on the dance floor with a great mix of musical genres and styles to ensure that all were having a ball. We are still getting compliments from our guests about the music he selected as well as his professionalism. The party would not have been the same without him.

All said, Scott and Ultimate Event are highly recommended for any wedding or party you plan to have.

Scott was by far the BEST dj I have ever come in contact with. He kept our wedding moving at a very nice pace as far as getting the cake cut, buffet line going, first dances, etc. He was extremely professional and was able to laugh and talk with us as well. Anything I asked him to do he did. If there was a song playing that the people stopped dancing to he didn't make the song play the whole way through he simply mixed a new song into the beat and made a smooth switch to a new song. The up lighting he set up for us was phenomenal and the photo booth was a HUGE hit at the reception. The prices were lower than any other services I looked in to. I highly recommend ultimate events for any dj services or photo booth needs.

2 weeks prior to my daughter's wedding I decided to get a photo booth and started emailing places. I was referred to Ultimate Event by another vendor who was unavailable but highly recommended Scott so I contacted him. Within a very short time he called me and emailed me and had a photo booth available for the evening at a very reasonable price. He has a 2 hour option available which was perfect for what we wanted. His booth holds a good number of people at one time which is what we were looking for. The attendant was professional and everyone at the wedding enjoyed themselves and their pics. I would definitely hire Ultimate Event again without looking at other providers. I have already referred them to someone who attended the wedding because they were so impressed!
