Vicky Sent on 07/22/2014My husband and I used Ultimate Class Limousine for our wedding. They took us and our bridal party to the church and then reception. They also provided our shuttle service to and from the hotel and reception. They were on time for everything! Both my husband and I have been in many weddings and had never seen all transportation occur at exactly the time it should. They helped to make our day run smoothly! Additionally, the drivers went above and beyond by making sure we stayed cool on this hot July day and by setting us up in the church. Our party bus was GREAT and it was worth the extra money to get a bartender. Thanks for helping to make our day a success! -

Ask for Mike- tell him I sent you! Everyone in the shuttle vans and bus had a great experience. I use them every time I travel! -

My sister rented a party bus for my bachelorette. Our driver was great and super fun. The bus was clean and he was so helpful.
The limo for the wedding was clean, fun, arrived early. It was stocked with soda, champagne, and waters. Our driver was awesome and even caught me when my heel got stuck when climbing out to go into the church.
We had a town car to pick us up to take us to the hotel after our wedding. The driver was so nice, he was quiet and let us enjoy some quiet time together as husband and wife. He was super nice and helpful -

We booked Ultimate Class Limousine for our wedding day after it was a recommended vendor from our hotel room block. The planning process was very easy and price was good. Was too good to be true. We booked a shuttle to and from the hotel for our guests and transportation for ourselves. The shuttle was booked to pick up guests from 10pm-12am from our wedding venue (the wedding ended at 11pm). The night of the wedding, the shuttle started at 10pm, as planned, but then the driver said he was done at 11pm. The wedding was just ending and we had tons of guests that were counting on the shuttle home. I come to find out that Ultimate Class Limousine outsourced to another shuttle company and gave them the wrong times. After an absolutely flawless day, the last thing I wanted to do was be calling the limo company to get them to tell the outsourced limo company the correct information, especially after I paid overtime for the extended hour till 12am. With no answer from Ultimate Class Limousine, the outsourced limo company agreed to take 1 more trip back to the hotel. The driver of our car expressed that we really should contact Ultimate Class and let them know the inconvenience it caused. I tried to contact them 2 times since the wedding day with no response from the manager. I am TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. At least it was the only thing that went wrong on our wedding day. -

Wedding day catastrophe. First limo late picking up the bride. Second limo with all the bridal party had no air conditioning and the blue tooth or auxiliary cables for the music weren’t working. The driver couldn’t be bothered. Nobody responded to my emails, 25 people including the bride sweating and angry mid July. The “party bus” on the way home also had no music connection. A complete failure. Don’t bother if your event is important.
