The cherry on top!
Tyler and her harp were truly the cherry on top of a perfect ceremony! Tyler was so easy to work with and helped us figure out how many and what songs to play that would mesh well with our ceremony. She has a large catalog so everyone will be able to find music that will work for them! We received so many compliments afterwards about how beautiful the harp was. It truly took our ceremony to the next level and gave our outdoor garden wedding such a magical feeling. I would recommend Tyler and her services to anyone!

How can I get Tyler playing our ceremony music in cd form?!!
Hiring Tyler was in the top 3 "must haves" for our wedding, and she went above and beyond to make our ceremony music special for us. She was incredibly professional and easy to work with from day one. Her talent is unparalleled, her character so sweet, and her song list impeccable. My only regret is not hiring her to also play during cocktail hour because as the bride and groom, we didn't get to hear much of the prelude music, and it was so beautiful. We've gotten nonstop complements on how amazing the music was. The songs she played live rent free in my mind and I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you so much Tyler!! - Eman and Jose

Best choice for wedding music!
Honestly, hiring Tyler was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the first email, she was SO easy to work with – super responsive, asked all the right questions about what vibe we were going for, and just got it.
Her range is seriously impressive. We wanted everything from classical pieces during the ceremony to some modern covers during cocktail hour, and she nailed every single one. She even learned a couple of our favorite songs that weren't in her usual repertoire, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Tyler showed up early to scope out the acoustics, coordinated perfectly with our venue, and even helped us think through timing in ways we hadn't considered. Zero stress on our end, which was a huge relief during wedding planning chaos.
But honestly? The atmosphere she created was pure magic. The harp added this dreamy, romantic energy that had everyone in their feelings. Multiple guests came up to us afterwards asking for her contact info because they were that good.
If you're on the fence about adding a harpist to your big day, do it. And if you can book Tyler, even better. She made our wedding unforgettable.

Lowest stress from anybody I worked with putting my special day together
Tyler was incredibly easy to work with; she is detail oriented in a way I just am not and helped me figure out all the particulars of my wedding’s musical needs. Then along with her partner on violin they could easily play every special request my wedding party came up with and their versatility just blew me away. I can’t recommend Tyler enough. She really helped make the day feel elegant that added so much to the romance of it.

My husband and I waffled on whether to do live musicians or a DJ for our ceremony - I am so glad we decided on live music, because it felt like a fairy tale to walk in to harp and violin. They were able to play our favorite song and they sound even better live than they do on the recordings, if thats possible. We had Tyler play at our small intimate wedding on 6.6.21 and she was amazing!!! She communicated timely with us throughout our entire wedding planning to ensure that we were all in agreement! We decided at the last minute to have a small wedding with about 2 weeks of planning...Tyler truly was helpful and took away a lot of stress from me and my husband! Best experience ever!
I met Tyler Hartley at my brother’s wedding in Feb 2021. My brother asked if I would play saxophone at his wedding with the harpist he hired for the event. Being a long-time session pro and live player I knew it would be a breeze (even with no rehearsal), but I didn’t know how the harpist would feel about accompanying a “saxophone” : ) Harpists are renowned as excellent “Classical” musicians, and it has been my experience that “Classical” musicians do not necessarily take too kindly to the saxophone, which is largely considered a “Jazz” instrument. So I was coming into this gig wondering how Tyler, the “Harpist”, would receive me. As the gig was beginning, I approached Tyler and introduced myself. We briefly chatted about a song or two I could play along with her; Prelude in C by Bach and a pop ballad. I told Tyler I would just improvise over the chord changes on the Bach. It was absolutely wonderful. We also played an Elvis classic, Fools Rush In. Perfectly lovely. And also Eric Clapton’s Wonderful Tonight. So much fun. Tyler was extremely kind and very professional. Tyler skillfully accompanied me, using vamps and other techniques that keep the song going even when off the original chart… A true sign of a seasoned pro. I had never before played with a harpist, and this experience ranks up there with my favs! Tyler is an excellent harpist. Tyler, you were wonderful!

Amazing experience!
We first fell in love with Tyler's playlist and recordings on her website, and hearing her live music was better than we even imagined! I really appreciate how many songs and genres she has to choose from and she made the selection process really easy, sending us guidelines and followups at the perfect time. We added on cocktail hour at the last minute and I'm SO glad that we did, because we got tons of compliments from guests. I would recommend Tyler to anyone!

Amazing Music!
Tyler and Ryan recently played a harp and violin duet at my outdoor wedding on Lake Chatuge. Their music was the perfect addition to the eloquent ceremony! The playlist that Tyler worked to create fit everything we were looking for and more. Despite the ceremony being outside, everyone could hear the instruments so clearly, setting a beautiful tone for the evening. Wonderful harpist!
Working with Tyler was a joy from beginning to end! She was professional, responsive and incredibly understanding and flexible when I was forced to reschedule due to COVID. Her music was beautiful and we received so many compliments about her playing. Looking back I may have even considered hiring her for a longer period of time (we had the music pre-ceremony, ceremony and cocktail hour) because I wish I could have enjoyed her music for longer.

When I first listened to her samples from
her website, I totally choked up because it was the most beautiful sound to my heart and soul. Tyler is so brilliant and beautiful! What an honor it was to have her perform her talents at my wedding. I’m seriously mind blown. I have watched YouTube videos of harpist and nothing compares to a performance from Tyler. Truly. Her rhythm and pace is beyond extraordinary. She has this magic and gracefulness about her that is all her own and it is beyond genius. She was so easy to work with, very professional, quick in her correspondence, and beyond elegant during her performance. Even her webpage is so well written! Tyler was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very relatable, one of the coolest people you will ever meet, down to earth, smart as they come, and has so much poise! Her repertoire is so extensive that there really is not anything she cannot play. Tyler plays all genres of music and is able to make a special playlist that is unique to your event. She was my favorite part about my wedding. Her presence and her music added the finishing touch of romance, magic, and enchantment to our outdoor backyard wedding. I am so happy that I hired her to play for my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. I will definitely be calling her for future events! Do yourself a favor and book her if you have a special event. Harp Teacher
Our son began working with Tyler when he was in 10th grade. My husband and I were immediately impressed with Tyler’s commitment to bringing out the best in her music students. She keeps lessons lighthearted and friendly while maintaining high standards for musicianship. Her ensembles are expertly rehearsed and performed. Our son flourished under her instruction, and ultimately decided to major in harp at a university in Georgia. This was a huge decision, requiring higher levels of preparation and maturity than we would have expected from a high school student. However, none of this would have happened without Tyler’s counsel and dedication. Tyler is a wonderful musician and devoted teacher. We highly recommend her.

Tyler Hartley Plays The Harp Beautifully!
I asked Tyler if we could write a reference letter not because she could use another letter but because we wanted to share. She played the harp at our daughter’s wedding. She looked beautiful, had perfect timing, and played like an angel. The experience was felt in every heart present. It was palpable. The venue was outdoors, but she pretty much raised the roof. It was out of this world. She has an ability to focus, step into the zone, and play beautifully. What ever your event is Tyler will add more than a touch of class.

Having Tyler play at our wedding was out of a fairytale
Wow. I can’t even describe to you how incredibly talented and professional Tyler is. We hired her for our ceremony music and cocktail hour! Every single person at the wedding commented on how absolutely beautiful she was! Our venue even went on to say that they wanted her info! A lot of times they say they will have full music bands for ceremony music and can’t hear but Tyler was easy to hear and so incredibly talented! As a bride I was supposed to talk to all the guests but honestly I just wanted to listen more to her! She has so many song options, willing to learn new songs, great response time, she even hauled her own harp around from the ceremony to cocktail hour! She is very very reasonably priced! Honestly I would have paid a lot more for her! Still one of my favorite parts of the fairlytale wedding was listening to her play!

Tyler was extremely professional throughout the planning process she responded immediately to my emails and was very knowledgeable! She played a variety of songs and the music was plenty loud for the 185 guest who attended! Originally she was supposed to play outside, but due to rain we moved the ceremony inside (last minute) and she made the adjustment seamlessly! Having the harp music for the ceremony added a majestic touch to the whole service and Tyler was wonderful to work with customizing the music to the bride and groom's tastes. She is extremely talented and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!!

Tyler was amazing!! She is so talented and can do almost any song!! She was such a pleasure to work with. We contacted her 9 months prior to the wedding and she worked with us on all the songs we requested. Almost every guest came up to us to compliment us on choosing a harpist and one that played so well. She made the ceremony from beginning to end the magical and romantic, just as we dreamed it would be!! We HIGHLY recommend using Tyler at your wedding or event!! I have hired Tyler Hartley twice: once to play background music for a luncheon for 20 people given at my home and again for my daughter's wedding ceremony, where she played some pieces alone and some in conjunction with a violinist. I can't say enough nice things about Tyler Hartley. Not only is she a top notch musician, she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and an absolute delight to work with. She is dependable and conscientious about her work, extremely professional in every way, and her rates are reasonable. Tyler's repertoire is large, from popular music to classical. She knows everything you would want her to play and if she doesn't, she will learn the piece. The way she plays is so beautiful and lyrical, it moves me to tears if I just sit and listen. Her talent is amazing; she's not just playing the harp, she has a special relationship with the instrument. If you need a harpist, definitely call Tyler. She is the only harpist I would ever consider using.

Tyler played for my daughter’s wedding in front of a waterfall in Clayton, GA and she was worth every penny!!!
Tyler was on time, professional, dressed nicely and made the ceremony perfect! She also helped with song selections to create a special touches to our ceremony. Tyler played during the lighting of the unity candle while we had someone sing. She was flexible and was in contact with the singer to make sure to play in the right tempo for the song. This was my daughter's dream wedding! I would absolutely recommend Tyler to anyone!!!

Having Tyler play at our daughters wedding was the absolute best decision. She played so beautifully for the ceremony and cocktail hour. She played current pop songs and gorgeous classical compositions as well. We had so many guests comment on how wonderful she was and what a beautiful touch it was to have her. Tyler was a pleasure to work with. She helped us with our song selection and was accommodating with our special requests. Even when we requested something too late for her to learn, she recommended something that fit well with what I wanted. I highly recommend Tyler if you are looking for a harpist. We also added on her violinist Ryan and they were the perfect duo. They were very reasonably priced as well which was an added bonus.
