  Helen was absolutely perfect for our wedding. We couldn't have asked for a more suitable officiant. Our ceremony was flawless, thanks to the heartfelt and personalized script that Helen assisted us in creating. We were grateful for her presence on our special day. Helen was prompt in responding to all our emails and in delivering exceptional, well-written drafts. There wasn't a single dry eye in the venue! I wholeheartedly recommend working with Helen, as she truly elevates the wedding experience. Thank you sincerely for officiating our wedding!

  Just the absolute best!

  Helen was amazing to work with throughout the whole process! She was super friendly, communicative, and professional from the moment I reached out, and she really tailored the experience to what we were looking for. We had to make some last minute venue changes and she was so flexible about it. After the wedding, she took care of all the paperwork and provided helpful advice on things that needed to get done that we definitely would have forgotten about otherwise! We could not have picked a better officiant for our wedding and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

  We were torn between hiring someone and having a family member officiant our wedding. We decided to hire Helen, and we are SO GLAD we did.
  
  Helen was very professional and easy to work with. Her words were genuine, inspiring and comforting. We had several friends and family members rave about how much they enjoyed our ceremony!

  Great officiant!

  We loved working with Helen - we were able to completely customize our vows, and she offered some guidance as to some areas where we might want to add additional information. She was also great about letting our guests know that we were having an "unplugged" ceremony. Highly recommend!

  This was a wedding wire find, after searching high and low for an officiant for our elopement in 2020 in the Charleston area. She was nice, quickly returned messages, and understood what we wanted for our 2 person ceremony and created the most beautiful ceremony for us. She walked us through her services and the expectations of the day. On the day she was on time, professional, and genuinely happy for us, which helped us feel less alone in our elopement. Hire her you will not regret it!

  Helen's rates are very reasonable and she offers so much! She met with us for coffee so we could discuss in person the kind of ceremony we wanted and she delivered exactly what we were looking for. Helen was quick to respond to my sister-in-law that reached out and was happy to join us on our huge day at Folly Beach, she went above and beyond what was expected and even wrote a special vow for Our kids to be part of the ceremony. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Tying the Knot Charleston!!! Thank you so much Helen!!
