Strings at our marsh wedding
Arline and David were the perfect bow on top to our wedding day. Their strings helped set the exact mood and vibe we were trying to create and we would recommend them to anyone! Arline sent us a very long list of songs they were prepared to play, and was super accommodating when we picked options off the list. On wedding day they were on point in terms of timing and sound. So talented and kind!
We hired Two Strings to play at our wedding in Palmetto Bluff on 1/31/26. From the beginning, Arline was super responsive and personable. They played a mix of modern and classic songs for our ceremony. Arline was also available to offer her professional help in choosing songs. She is super organized and knows what she’s doing! The violin and cello were the perfect touch to our intimate ceremony. I highly recommend booking Two Strings for your wedding!

Perfect Ceremony and Cocktail Music
We were so lucky to have Arline from Two Strings play violin at our wedding! From the very start, she was so easy to work with and incredibly flexible. She helped us pick the perfect music for our ceremony, and made everything so simple and stress-free. After booking, we were able to add on extra time for her to play during our cocktail hour, which we really appreciated. Her music was elegant, moving, and truly elevated our whole day. Four strings are even better!
We hired a wonderful quartet with Arline at Two Strings to play the ceremony music and during the cocktail hour, for our daughter's wedding at the Mackey House in Savannah, GA! Arline was so pleasant to work with through the planning of our destination wedding. Helped us with the musical arrangements and special song requests. The music was beautifully played and I could not have asked for a better group of musicians! Thank you Arline and crew for making beautiful music for our daughter's dream wedding!

Wonderful music for our magical wedding
Arline was very responsive when scheduling her services and offered so many options for songs including personalizing songs that we specifically requested to be played that were not on the list. Incredible music and great with which to work!!!
Arline and Emily did a great job providing wedding music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Arline was super responsive and very enthusiastic about the ceremony and cocktail hour music. We loved working with her and were so excited to have a violin and cello at our daughter's wedding. She asked for some song requests and my husband gave her about a hundred - a wide variety of music. Arline and Emily played the entire two hours and the music was delightful - just lovely. I think they played every song on the list!!! What an addition to the wedding! Highly recommend! Having Arline and Emily play the violin and cello at the wedding was one of the best decisions we made. You will not regret hiring this talented and passionate team!

Wonderful Experience with Two Strings are Better than None
Arline and Emily recently just played at our wedding on 9.14.24. We got married on the beach in Hilton Head. It ended up being a very windy day!! But they showed up and persevered and all of my guests said the music was lovely!
Arline was so easy to work with. She was very responsive to emails, asked for certain requests which she was able to play all 3 specific ones I had! She made sure to come and introduce herself with a big hug when they concluded playing after the ceremony. Very professional, prompt and very very sweet! The value of what we got was amazing! I am very happy I went her!!

They were wonderful!!
We hired two strings for our wedding ceremony and they were so wonderful and really set the tone for a beautiful experience. They have a HUGE list of songs that they play. A Magical Wedding
Two Strings provided the stringed instrumental music for our daughter’s wedding in Bluffton, SC at a lovely low country outdoor setting. The music was perfect for the venue - it was magical! From my very first correspondence, I found Two Strings to be very responsive, extremely detailed and exceptionally helpful in every way. They also accommodated a vocalist whom they had never met and rehearsed with him just before the service. It was if they had rehearsed for hours! They also provided music for the cocktail hour and during the outdoor dining which was wonderful. We were very pleased!

The perfect addition to any occasion!
This is the second time we’ve used Arline. The first was for our vow renewal and this time for my parents’ 50th anniversary party. She is so worth every penny and works with you on song selections. Arline is prompt, professional, responsive and easy to work work. She played the violin beautifully during the cocktail hour and dinner! She was the cherry on top of the event- she played at the perfect volume so my guests could still hear each other. I’d use her again and again for any special event! Everything was perfect! The venue, the flowers, the setting, the food, the and the band were all exceptional! The Perfect Touch
I found Two Strings are Better Than One through my wedding venue. My, now, husband and I wanted some music to play during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Since our ceremony at the Mackey House, our venue, was in a garden, we wanted the music to be as light and elegant as the space. They were just that! Both Arline and David were able to fill the air with the perfect music for our ceremony. From the beginning, Arline was responsive and enthusiastic, ensuring all music and details were what we wanted for our day. During our cocktail hour, Arline and David continued to contribute to the joy of the occasion. I cannot recommend Two String are Better Than One enough for your day! What an Amazing Pair
Arline and David made our Ceremony so enchanting! I am beyond thankful that they were apart of our wedding. They had an amazing list of songs for us to choose from and when we picked ones off the list they accommodated no questions asked! We also had a bit of rain and had to move indoors and they one again accompanied our 24 hour change.

Beautiful Music!!
We absolutely loved having Arline and Two Strings at our wedding ceremony at Lafayette Square in Savannah, GA. We had a violin and cello duet, and the music was just beautiful! Arline was so responsive and easy to work with! She helped us organize the songs we wanted to play and was early to the ceremony. My husband and I renewed our vows this year and wanted a special touch to the ceremony - and what better way than beautiful violin music?! It was perfect and so lovely to listen to! Arline was even willing to push back the play time for a few hours in the event of rain- she was flexible and so easy to work with! Not to mention- the price was SO worth having her play at our ceremony! Don’t hesitate- book now! We don’t regret it- one of our favorite parts of the renewal ceremony!

We had the BEST time with Two Strings and Arline. We requested contemporary songs to walk down the aisle to - All My Life by KC & JoJo and also Love Story by Taylor Swift. Superb Performance
Wow - Two Strings delivered above and beyond. We hired them as a duet to perform at our intimate ceremony at The Westin HHI and it was the perfect fit. They did every song we asked for and our quests absolutely swooned over their performance. They were very kind and talked with my husband and I throughout the entire planning process. Arline even provided some guidance on the ceremony/timeline which was greatly appreciated as we didn't have a wedding planner. This duo helped make our day perfect and I would hire them again in a heart beat.

Performance was fantastic!
Arlene was a true delight to work with. She was quick at responding and played every song we asked for. We had an outside reception and it was a little humid. I was nervous it would be too hot for her, but she was completely unfazed by the humidity. Her performance was flawless. I would highly recommended Arlene to any bride.

Two Strings Tied the Knot Perfectly
Arline from "Two Strings Are better than One" went above and beyond our expectations. She played beautifully, creating an enriching and relaxed atmosphere during the reception dinner. She played "Danny Boy" the Irish ballad as my dad sang it to me as a surprise and had the whole room in tears. Planning for an out of state wedding during COVID should have been a nightmare. I am very happy to say that Arline made everything so easy and stress-free, even when we had to change our plans! Wedding Ceremony and Cocktail hour
Arline and her team were a perfect addition to our wedding ceremony! They had a whole book of songs to pick from and could play almost anything at request! They were super flexible given our rescheduled day 3 times! They played during our cocktail hour and engaged with our guests! Two Strings played beautifully for the wedding ceremony and they had a great selection of contemporary music for the cocktail party. The guests enjoyed them. The ladies had such a great time playing; they played longer than expected as the cocktail party continued a little longer than planned and they didn't want to stop the momentum. A complete delight to work with!!!
Arline was a joy to work with, and so very accommodating. Planning our wedding from out of state was a little bit of a challenge, but she made it so easy for us. Although we only made it to the planning stage (as COVID has crushed our original plans), we have no doubt that everything on our day would have been perfect! Hopefully at some point in the near future, we can plan something to celebrate some parts of our wedding in Hilton Head, and Arline is going to be our very first call!

Arline and her duet played beautifully at our wedding and made the experience elegant and easy. All I had to do was tell them what songs I wanted them to play as we entered and exited, they took care of the rest! They worked with my day of planner which made me not have to worry about a thing and the price point was very reasonable and worth it. We hired Two Strings for our wedding at the Omni Hotel Shorehouse in Hilton Head. Arline was very good with communicating with us prior to the wedding about our music choices. Arline and her musicians played beautifully during our ceremony reception and cocktail hour. Arline did a FABULOUS job. We had a solo violinist and it fit beautifully with our outdoor ceremony. Not only was she professional but she is such a sweetheart and extremely talented! If you are doubting whether or not to hire TwoStrings for your wedding (or any event for that matter) don't even hesitate! I hired Arline for my wedding on April 6, 2019 to play before, during the ceremony and during our cocktail hour and am SO glad I did. Not only was she an absolute pleasure to work with, but she took my musical vision and made it perfect. My husband and I chose a variety of non-traditional wedding songs that they were able to accommodate. The aspect of live music made our day that much more special and unique. They were very friendly and professional too. 100% recommend!

Two Strings were the perfect duo for a riverside wedding in Oldfield. Arline was very receptive to our selections of music for the ceremony. We used both classical and familiar modern music. They were such a delightful part of a fun and meaningful wedding. Very happy that we were able to work with them. An excellent choice!

There aren't enough WONDERFUL things we can say about Arline and her accompanist! She was an absolute joy to work with. From the moment we contacted her, she was warm and so knowledgable and timely in answering all of our questions. My (now) husband is a musician and so we had a lot of specific requests and she was so accommodating and understanding! She was completely above board when I was wanting to go with additional musicians, and assured me that i would get the same quality of sound from a lesser number - imagine, a wedding vendor who isn't trying to take you for every penny?! :) And, last but certainly not least, she was an incredible musician and wow-ed all of our guests. We sincerely couldn't have asked or hoped for more. If you are looking for a ceremony musician - choose Arline and Two Strings!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Arline was great! She was quick to answer any questions we had, suggested great pieces, and was an awesome price! We got a duet for our garden wedding and it was absolutely beautiful; they chose just the right pieces for each of the parts of our ceremony and the contemporary music that they played for us during cocktail hour was so fun! We are so happy that we decided to get Two Strings for our wedding, as we were thinking about saving money here, but we have no regrets and would absolutely recommend!!

We began planning for our September wedding back in January and she kept in touch over the stretch of many months....worked with us to select perfect songs for our ceremony and offered delightful music during cocktail hour! Two Strings were absolutly the best choice we could have made for music for our ceremony and our cocktail hour. Arline and Emily were great! They played the best songs! They were a joy to work with and everyone at the wedding enjoyed their music. We had our wedding a day early because of Hurricane Irma and we were so grateful that Two Strings were able to step up and be there for us!! I recommend them to everyone that wants beautiful music at their wedding !

Since i was planning a destination wedding, i pretty much had to rely on internet reviews for everything. I stumbled across two strings and was impressed by what i read online so i contacted arline. she was very quick to respond and very warm and genuine via email. She gave feedback on my music selections, which was great. Since there was rain in the forecast, the ceremony got bumped up a little bit and ended a lot sooner than expected. She continued to play and it was wonderful. I was a little frazzled with the speed of everything, but she was super friendly and patient about the whole thing. I got many compliments from guests on her beautiful playing. Book with two strings...they won't disappoint!

I have used Two Strings for my two daughters weddings. Arline Rosen, the violinist is so easy to work with on music selection and planning. She kept in touch with me throughout the planning process. I highly recommend Two Strings for playing at weddings or any other event.
