I would highly recommend Two Ring Photography! Jill did our engagement photos as well as the wedding and she does an AMAZING job! Jill is very sweet, and accommodating, and if you have a "must-have" picture, she will make sure you get it. When it comes to poses, her ideas are very unique and fun! You would be highly satisfied if you chose Two Ring Photography. -

Jill was our photographer for our wedding. We were an out of town couple coming back to our college town, East Lansing. Jill was helpful, interested in our individuality to infuse that into our photographs as well as a blast to be around. Jill's photo books and photographs were great quality and I am glad we have the cds of all of our pictures for our personal use. Since our wedding, my family has used Jill's fantastic photography skills to capture other precious moments, a family photo and my brother's wedding this past November. I look forward to having Jill photograph other special events in our lives in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend Jill for your wedding day! -

Jill was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were so happy that we had a chance to do engagement photos with her in the winter and get to know her and feel comfortable in front of the camera. For our wedding in the summer, she was calm and collected and very patient with our rowdy groomsmen! We really appreciated her ideas and sense for capturing details. There are candid smiles and laughs in our photos that are priceless. We love our photos and will treasure them always! -

I did a boudoir photo shoot with Jill at Two Ring as a surprise gift for my husband. Included in the package was hair, makeup, a book with photos from the shoot, and...chocolate covered strawberries and champagne.
A boudoir shoot was VERY out of character for something I would do, but it was actually very fun. The hair and makeup team were AMAZING and made me feel beautiful. Jill made me feel very relaxed and the photos turned out great. My husband was very surprised and loved the gift.
I also was able to book the makeup artist from the shoot for my wedding. Score!! -

We were so happy with our wedding pictures and our entire overall experience with Jill & Two Ring Photography! We were getting married in Michigan but live in Dallas which was quite a challenge, but Jill made everything extremely easy for us during the planning process and during the wedding. She is well-organized and extremely professional, but also very easy going and makes you feel comfortable with the whole process. Also, we could not be happier with our pictures. Jill is super creative and talented and everyone raves about how beautiful our pictures turned out. I cannot begin to thank her enough for the wonderful job she did on our wedding - I would 100% recommend Two Ring Photography!!! -

Jill does amazing work. Her photography is beautiful and she is a fantastic person to be around in general. I booked her over a year before my wedding and checked her website regularly and loved every photo session I saw. I play with amature photography and was worried I'd have a hard time finding someone who's style and personality I liked but I adore Jill and her work speaks for itself. She is incredible with a great artistic eye and some of the craziest work ethic I have ever seen. I was so glad to have her with me on my big day because I knew I'd be able to relieve every moment through all of her great shots. You can't find a better photographer anywhere! -

We had the privilege of working with Jill of Two Ring Photography early in her business. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She took wonderful pictures of my husband and I, our wedding party, and our guests. Perhaps one of the best compliments my guests gave to Jill was that they did not even realize she WAS the photographer, they thought she was simply another guest. She has a knack for putting her subjects at ease, and a great eye and style that has only improved in the 3 years since my wedding. After seeing my photos, and hearing how pleased we were with Jill, my cousin used her last year for her wedding, and her photos are just amazing. There really isn't any more you could ask in terms of professionalism, photographic skill, and personality than what you get with Jill and Two Ring Photography. We are looking forward to working with Jill again for family photos, and I recommend her services to everyone I know! -

Jill is AMAZING. It doesn't feel so much like having a photographer at your wedding as having an old friend who is supposed to be there. She is very personal, professional, and incredibly talented. We are very excited about the work she did for us, and she gave us exactly what we wanted in capturing the legacy of our special day.
Above her photography services, she is also using one of our photos from the wedding and making our thank you cards. A very cool idea. -

After the wedding my husband was leaving for Iraq in a month and a half and she made an extra effort to get our book made before he left. It was so kind and meant a lot to us especially during that time. Her pictures were beautiful that she took, like art work she is truly gifted when it comes to photography. -

Jill was such a wonderful photographer to work with. I have spread the word about her to everyone I know looking to get married or if anyone simply asks if I know of a great photographer. She was very accommodating to our budget which was wonderful because we had to pay for our wedding ourselves. When we got our pictures back they simply took our breath away. We have them proudly displayed across our home as does my mother, father, grandparents, and sisters.
If you want high quality, beautiful, classy and phenomenal pictures Two Ring Photography is the way to go!!! -

Jill was wonderful to work with. She is really up beat and has great ideas and energy. She responded to e-mail faster than I could even hope for. Jill did two shoots for us, both our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures. Our engagement pictures were fabulous, and a lot of fun to do. Jill has a great eye for pictures and our wedding pictures were fabulous. She's also good about doing spot color, or editing out things you don't want. Somehow one of my favorite "putting on the dress" pictures had a hot pink bra laying in the background - not something you want to show your grandmother! I e-mailed Jill, and in just a few days, she e-mailed me a new picture with the offending bra gone! Jill does lots of great little touches like personalizing the label on your high-res photo CD with a picture from the shoot. She includes a high-res CD and a release with all shoots so that you can get prints anywhere. I'm still in the process of getting her my picture choices for our album, but from the samples I've seen, I know that will be fabulous too! -

I would HIGHLY recommend Jill to photograph your wedding, family, children, anything! Jill has a very laid back style, was very accommodating and always took the time to get dramatic and beautiful photographs. By the end of the day she feels more like a member of the wedding party than a photographer. I had three sessions with her: engagement, pre-wedding bridal shoot (highly recommend this) and wedding day.
As someone who took photography courses in high school and college and values quality photos and processing I believe Jill has a unique style: some of her pictures look vintage, others modern, others traditional. Even more exciting is your personal style comes through and is evident in her pictures � very cool. She made me feel beautiful, comfortable and calm on my wedding day.
I was in four weddings as an attendant in 2009 and got too see many different photography styles and my only recommendation would be to have Jill instruct the wedding party and family photo participants more. Several pictures one person had sunglasses on or someone�s head was blocked or my train looked crumpled� that kind of thing.
I also recommend giving a list of 'must take' photos and poses you like. Jill actually has you complete an online survey before the wedding. Spend time on this! I got too busy, did not do this before the wedding, and missed some family combinations and cute poses I would have liked.
Enjoy the day, it goes by quickly� but don�t worry, Jill will beautifully document it.

Jill was wonderful to work with. She is very laid back which is very helpful on a day that can easily turn stressful. She took amazing pictures (both in quality and style). The only thing I would recommend is to go over specific pictures you want taken because there were a couple traditional pics that I would have loved to get but were missed (a picture of the rings and a picture of me (the bride) with my groom and his family). Other than that, it was wonderful working with Jill and her pictures come out beautifully. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! -

-Be able to arrange people in your photos by yourself. Our wedding party photos looked more like 'team' photos, with peoples heads cut off, etc.
-Request more photos with your family. We have literally 1 photo that was taken with our parents. This is so upsetting to us because our ceremony photos were the most important to us. There are shadows on our face, and we are all standing awkwardly next to each other. We really needed guidance on arrangement, and wish we would've had even 1 more different posed photo taken of our family. It was like a drill- shove people next to the bride and groom, rush them out, take a picture.
-I have 1 semi-decent photo of my husband and I walking down the aisle after being pronounced husband and wife. I have 3x more photos of just my wedding dress. I really wanted to put a photo of us walking down the aisle on our thank you card, or framed, but I have 1.
-Make sure someone adjusts the back of your dress and veil. Even in the photos of just me, the photographer did not fix the back of my dress or veil. The one photo of me that had potential to be really cool (looking into the mirror, showcases the back of the dress) my train is messed up and folded. -
