Sam was the absolute best to work with. All of our guests even raved about him! He made everyone feel so comfortable and I feel like I am able to relive our whole wedding looking through his pictures. He has such a great eye and our only trouble is deciding which ones to print!! He has always been very responsive, and although it wasn’t guaranteed he was able to get us an early sneak peak for many photos that we LOVED! We received all of our photos just over a month after the wedding! I can’t recommend him enough. We absolutely loved having him capture our day! He is amazing!! -

If you're thinking about booking Sam for your wedding, look no further! Sam was absolutely fantastic to work with. My now husband and I had booked Sam to shoot our traditional wedding. However, we decided to cancel it and elope in the Garden of the Gods instead. Sam saved us the stress of finding a new photographer and was willing to travel to capture our big day - the resulting photos are stunning. Thanks again Sam! -

Two Hoyles is incredible! They have 40+ 5-star reviews in every category, and we 100% agree. Sam was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to anything we needed. He was flexible with locations and timing and just made everything super easy. Sam is an absolute pro with everything the day of the wedding. Everything went so smooth. He got along great with our wedding party and family. He made them feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera which really came through in our pictures.
We LOVE our engagement and wedding photos! Sam has an incredible eye for grabbing artistic and fun shots, but also nailed it with all the traditional first look, first dance, and family photos. He listened to what we wanted, and also brought some great suggestions for poses and photos. I cannot recommend Two Hoyles enough!!

Magical Day/Evening captured by TwoHoyles Photography
TwoHoyle's out did themselves in capturing our wedding day. From start finish it was a effortless from our side and so much fun. The photos tell the story of the day in such a creative and fabulous way! We even went out on the lake and they used their drone for some fantastic shots! They were very easy to work with and flexible when rescheduling from 2020-2021. He followed my shot list to a T and their creativity showed in other ways. Two Hoyle's was a joy to work with and we are forever grateful for their creativity in curating our wedding photos! I would recommend them to a friend or any couple getting married. -

We lost our original photography when we postponed our wedding in 2020. It turns out, that was for the best! We were lucky enough to book Sam for our new date and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. He was great. He had to deal with some obnoxious people and some day-of curveballs, but all of our photos are beautiful and we received so many comments on how awesome our photographer was. Thanks, Sam! -

Do not hesitate to hire Sam! He is fantastic. My husband and I aren't the most photogenic but he knew all the tricks to make us look great in our engagement pictures and wedding pictures. We have gotten so many compliments on both sets of photos. Everything looks natural and polished and every picture brings us back to the day of the wedding. If you want great pictures and a photographer that feels like a part of your wedding party, Two Hoyles photography is a must hire. We had to move our wedding due to COVID and they were amazing and didn't hesitate with helping us find a new date. -

My husband and I made a list of what we want to prioritize for our wedding. Our photos topped the list and Two Hoyles Photography delivered. Starting with our engagement shoot, we knew right away that we made the right decision in choosing Two Hoyles Photography. We wanted some of our photos to be taken at night. They didn't have the proper equipment to do so but they stepped up to the challenge. They purchased the proper gear ( like seriously, come on! ) to carry out our engagement vision! We were OVER THE MOON on how they turned out! As for our wedding day, they were timely, professional and worked so efficiently. I honestly, kind of forgot they were there capturing all the greatness. When it was all said an done, we received our photos in timely manner which was so great! What I love so much about Sam and Kaylie is their connection. As a husband and wife team they feed off of each other so well and really work to understand the personality and style of their clients. Their laid back and sweet personalities make it so comfortable to work with them but they are also so intentional about producing the best pictures possible. Our photos are something we will forever cherish ( cuz' lets be real the wedding day goes by in a blur. ) I would recommend Two Hoyles Photography over and over again! -

Kaylie and Sam took our engagement photos, as well as our wedding photos. We were truly impressed with their professionalism, their talent and their product! Words cannot express how grateful we are for their ability to capture us as a couple and the moments that we will cherish forever! We continue to receive compliments on our engagement & wedding photos and they are well deserved. These two made the awkward experience of taking engagement photos silly and fun! They were able to deal with our large families at the wedding and get us all through family photos! So easy to work with, flexible, and just a joy to be around! We would recommend to anyone and everyone! -

Nicole Sent on 07/10/2018Trying to find the words to express how amazing these two are and how fantastic their photos are is hard, but I will try. From the time we met them to the end of our wedding day they were absolutely amazing. Their generosity, kindness and hilarious dad jokes (thanks Sam!) are more than we could have paid for. I remember seeing their photos for the first time, we were sold. And then we met them at this cute coffee shop in Des Moines for the first time and we were sold (no it wasn't just because of Sam's accent or the fact that my husband loved his love for soccer, okay maybe that was it). After this get-together we booked with them instantly. Honestly, our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without them. They bring so much more than amazing photos to the table. They have the best personalities and will truly make your day, one-of-a-kind. Thanks again Sam and Kaylie, and if you're looking into booking this amazing duo for your wedding, stop hesitating and just DO IT. :)

Rachel Sent on 11/30/2017We absolutely loved every part of our experience with Two Hoyles Photography! My husband and I got married in Des Moines but planned everything from Chicago. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Sam and Kaylie before our wedding day but their communication prior to the wedding was excellent and they were wonderful to work with! I was drawn to their style because of the amazing candids they capture and when we got our wedding photos back I couldn't have been happier. They captured our day perfectly and every time I look through our pictures I feel like I am reliving every moment. We have found our photographer for life!
