I was blown away! My husband and I worked with Beau and his team for our wedding in early October 2021. We could not have been more pleased! Beau was quick to respond and worked with me on a few special requests. He even created a menu just for the kids! Throughout our experience Beau was professional, enthusiastic, and a joy to work with. The food was absolutely stunning, both in taste and presentation. Our guests could not say enough. We will definitely be using Twisted Radish again for future events! -

Twisted Radish was fantastic!
I recently used Twisted Radish Catering for my wedding reception at the Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin Visitor Center in Spring Green WI and they were absolutely fantastic!
COMMUNICATION: I live out of state and thought it might be difficult to work remotely with a caterer, but Nicki made the whole experience easy and fun. I really felt like she took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and was always available to chat on the phone or quick to respond to my emails.
GRAZING BOARDS + APPETIZERS: I was drawn to Twisted Radish by the photos on their website of their elaborate grazing boards (because appetizers are always one of my favorite parts of a wedding..), and it was so fun creating a delicious spread with Nicki's help. The end result was even better than I expected, she went out of her way to make sure everything was displayed beautifully and it all tasted amazing.
DINNER: We did a plated dinner with three different main course options - Wedding Day Salmon, Herbed Tri Tip and Apple Cider Chicken. Each plate came with heirloom carrots with rosemary and orange, garlic broccoli with chili flakes, roasted fingerling potatoes, poached pear salad and sourdough dinner rolls. She even surprised us with butter boards for the rolls! Every dish tasted amazing, even better than I imagined.
COFFEE AND DESSERT: Nicki set up a incredible coffee station complete with almond and oat milks in vintage carafes. I have a lot of coffee snobs in the family, and they all approved of the coffee. She also make us two homemade ice cream flavors (vanilla bean and blackberry) that were fantastic.
STAFF: Everyone from Twisted Radish was so kind and extremely professional. You can tell they love what they do.
I would 100% recommend Twisted Radish for any future events needing delicious and beautiful food. I feel extremely lucky they were available because I feel like we got the very best of the best! -

Wedding rehearsal dinner
Used Twisted Radish to cater Son in law's wedding rehearsal dinner. Needed vegan options for the handful of guests who have food allergies. The earth oven chicken we added for meat eaters was delicious. All the vegan options we used were a big hit with everyone. Citrus salad, mushroom bourguignon, stuffed eggplant in curry, harissa & confit garlic roasted, cauliflower roasted in chili butter were all good with the eggplant being my favorite. -

These guys were simply great. We had a pretty specific vision for our wedding, which was very casual and held in a State Park where we go camping every year. We wanted classic cookout food - beans, salad, fruit burgers and brats but with a twist - all vegetarian (beyond meats for the burgers and brats). They brought a huge grill to cook everything on site, it was delish, presented extremely beautifully, the staff was AWESOME, they were so accommodating to us and the CHARCUTERIE TABLE they put together for hors d'oeuvres was out of this world. I would 10/10 recommend these guys again, bravo and well done and thanks again for helping make our wedding the one we dreamed about! -

Working with Twisted Radish was not only easy but it was fun! Beau and the staff are delightful, accommodating, and talented! Having Twisted Radish cater grazing boards and a dessert bar at our wedding was an absolute hit! Our guests loved the food, the staff, and the presentation- if you want your guests to say that yours was the best wedding/party they've ever been to, this company is for you! -

The best!!
Twisted Radish was the best choice for our small wedding. They were able to create a menu that reflected our love of supper clubs. All of the food was outstanding and I could not believe how beautiful the table was. Thank you, Twisted Radish!! -

Elegant and delicious!
Twisted a radish did a phenomenal job! The grazing tables were incredible! Cannot day enough about cocktail hour. The dinner was also amazing, all homemade sauces, GF options and unique and fresh/seasonal choices. Lovely to work with. -
