From the very beginning Stephanie did a wonderful job communicating availability, expectations, pricing, style, do’s and don’ts, and just about everything else! The hair and makeup trial was really helpful, Stephanie and her team made me feel comfortable and beautiful. When it came time for the day of, I didn’t need to stress at all about my hair and make up! They were punctual, professional, and did a wonderful job. This was also my mom’s first experience with this level of professional hair/make up, and she was really happy with how it turned out. 10/10 would recommend! -

I absolutely can’t recommend the Twisted Fishtail ladies enough! Stephanie did a beautiful job with my hair! I was able to show her some inspiration pics from Pinterest and she was very thorough with asking questions to make sure my hair turned out how I wanted. My hair was secure and lasted the whole night! Micayla did an amazing job with my makeup, too! I showed her some inspiration pics and she was able to match exactly what I wanted. These women are Team Bride and absolute girls’ girls; I will be recommending them to everyone I know moving forward! -

I cannot recommend Twisted Fishtail Beauty Collective enough! They did both hair and makeup for me and all of my bridesmaids for my wedding, and everything turned out absolutely stunning. Not only did everyone look amazing, but they truly listened to each of us and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our individual looks.
They were professional, warm, and so easy to work with throughout the entire process—from trial to wedding day. The team kept things running smoothly and on time, and brought such a calming, positive energy to the getting-ready experience. Every detail was handled with care, and the end result was even better than I imagined.

The girls did an amazing job! If you are looking for makeup & hair that’s not too much but an elevated version of yourself, this is the place!! Jen & Koryn were so on it and did such a beautiful job. My wedding day was the first time I met Koryn, but she understood my vision right away and delivered! She also made my sisters’ look incredible with their braids! Jen did even better than the trail run which I didn’t think was possible! I got compliments allll night long on how beautiful I looked! My sisters also loved their makeup, they were hesitant at first it would be too much but Jen did an amazing job still making them look natural. I recommend this company 1000%. The owner Stephanie is also so easy to work with & such a sweet person!! When I changed my mind on my hairstyle after the trial she supported me with it and made me feel so comfortable!! -

Stephanie was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my entire planning process. She got back to me so quickly after my first inquiry and I was so excited to be able to have both my hair and makeup done through one vendor. I was able to do a trial for both my hair and makeup and Stephanie even helped me purchase and wash my extensions so I didn't have to worry about it. On the day of, her and her team (Chrystal, Jen and Micayla) were very efficient and made me and my girls feel so beautiful and natural. I loved my natural makeup look and my hair also stayed nice and curled all night. Would definitely want to use Twisted Fishtail Beauty again! -

I couldn’t have asked for a better hair and makeup team for my wedding! I am so incredibly happy with Stephanie and the Twisted Fishtail team. My day-of hairstylist was Koryn and my makeup artist was Jen. They were able to get through 4 bridesmaids and 1 bride all within 5 hours or so (hair was faster than makeup by a little) and they gave us enough time to finish all within the allotted time to make it to our venue for dressing. As the bride, I did a preview appointment ahead of time at the studio, and had such an easy time. They took all my inspo photos and created something that looked exactly as I had hoped. I am a no-makeup kind of person, but I feel like I look like myself but just a bit more glammed up in all the wedding photos and they were able to help me parse out what things I liked from the inspo photos to narrow down the look exactly. I only had to touchup some lip color a little after dinner, and they gave us all touchup kits and tricks to make sure we were looking great the whole time. Also, my crown and hair never fell out of place, even after doing a Dance Dance Revolution first dance. My hair was pinned to perfection! I felt so taken care of by the team, and everyone just kept complimenting how beautiful everyone looked. I had a lot of anxiety booking hair and makeup when I first started out looking for hair and muas, but Twisted Fishtail stood out immediately and I was never once disappointed. Thank you so much for making me feel absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day! -

I had Ally as my wedding hairstylist. She was AMAZING! She did 6 people in total, including myself (the bride). I did a preview appointment in June 2023 and decided to change the hairstyle completely from an updo to a half up half down hairstyle the month before the wedding which was in October 2023. She did an amazing job on both the preview appointment as well as the day of the wedding. She did a variety of hairstyles for my bridesmaids from ponytails, to braids, to fishtails. All of them came out BEAUTIFULLY. I highly recommend this vendor as your hairstylist team for your wedding and wedding party, you will NOT be disappointed. -

Amazing bridal hair!
Not only did we book this vendor a little under 6 months out from our wedding day, Stephanie got back to us in less than 24hrs and we immediately booked with her due to her being very responsive and showed excitement for our special day! My mother in law and I booked updos and even got to do a trial a little before the day of. Both turned out amazing on the trial day and when wedding day came there was nothing short from perfect! Stephanie was there on time, earlier than most of our other vendors and she started getting to work immediately. She was so nice and fun to work with and took her work very professionally but also showed her beautiful personality in not only her work, but her amazing attitude the morning of. She was stress-free to work with and overall made me feel like a true princess for my wedding day. I would definitely recommend booking this company for wedding day hair!! Absolutely Amazing!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Stephanie’s work is absolutely beautiful. I hired her to style my entire bridesmaid party, my mom and myself for my wedding in September, a total of 11 people. Stephanie was on time, very professional and everyone’s hair turned out amazing. I loved my hair so much, that I decided not to wear a veil because I did not want to hide her gorgeous work! If you are looking for a hair stylist for any event, I highly recommend Stephanie. -

From my original message of inquiry, to my bridal trial, then the day of our wedding Stephanie was responsive, organized and detail oriented. She checked in several times leading up to the wedding day, and sent day of reminders for the bridal party. She was flexible on the day of moving from one person to another based on who was available. She touched up everyone’s hair if it was needed before she left. She waited for my make up to be done and then checked over my hair before I got into my dress. Stephanie is amazing and fun to work with! -

Stephanie did an amazing job with my 7 bridesmaids, mom and my hair. She is incredibly patient and cooperative when it comes to trying new styles that I found online. On the day of, she was on time and made my mom whom never gets done up, feel comfortable and excited. I would recommend her to any bride! -

Roxanne Sent on 07/11/2018It was so easy working with Stephanie! She has been very helpful from the start and worked with us on last minute changes. I had completely forgotten my headpiece that I was supposed to use for the wedding and what Stephanie had practiced on the day of our hair trial. However, she was able to work with a flower hairband that I bought for my flower girl which she didn't need after all. Stephanie was quick to find a solution and was able to use this hairband and made my hair really beautiful and just the way I wanted it to be.
My Mom, MOH and my Mother-in-law were all very happy about their hairdo as well!
