Andi & the Twine Floral Co. team delivered the dreamiest flowers for our 2020 wedding. As a COVID couple who ultimately chose to elope, the one thing we really "spent" on was floral: a bouquet, boutonnière, and hair piece.
After a phone consultation where Andi took detailed notes about my desired vibe, she NAILED IT. My bouquet was stunning and everything I could've dreamed of. In fact, all our friends on IG couldn't get over how insanely gorgeous my bouquet was either: almost every comment referenced those stunning flowers. Andi's team even went above and beyond day-of, helping me secure a piece of my mom's wedding veil around my bouquet.
It was Twine Floral Co. that really made me feel like a "bride" after so many other COVID calamities. I cannot recommend Andi & team highly enough: their florals are SO meticulously curated and unlike anything else I've seen out there. Elevated & jaw-dropping. It also goes without saying that this team is an absolute pleasure to work with.
You absolutely cannot go wrong with this incredibly talented florist. -

I had the best experience working with Andi and her team at Twine Floral! As someone who knows nothing about flowers, they helped guide me in my floral selection, color schemes, and worked with me to tie my vision together in the most beautiful way. Really enjoyed the process knowing that they were there to handle all the delivery and breakdown as well at the end of the event. If you are looking for a florist in the Olympic Village / Palisades area, I highly recommend! -

They were accommodating with all requests, responded to questions and emails quickly and always made us feel heard throughout our wedding planning. From the first consultation, Twine made it clear how important it was that they were able to deliver wedding florals that would align with what I envisioned for the big day. I shared with them photo examples and color palettes to show what I had in mind & in the weeks leading up to the wedding, the team put together a vision board to give me an idea of what the florals would look like based on what we had talked about. Twine Floral not only followed through on delivering what they'd promised, but truly exceeded my expectations! From the bouquets, to the arch, to the centerpieces, everything was beyond beautiful and a work of art that complemented our big day perfectly. Had the easiest time working with Andi! My husband and I live in NJ and changed our wedding plans to get married in South Lake Tahoe with just a month to plan everything. Andi was extremely accommodating and understanding of the timing and worked diligently to turn our wedding decor inspiration pictures into a reality. Working with Andi from across the country was so easy. She was incredibly responsive and took the time to hop on as many calls as I needed. Needless to say we LOVED everything she did for us. Highly recommend working with her and her team to make your wedding dreams come true! -

Beautiful arrangements from a talented team!
As someone who knows very little about flowers, working with Andi and Jillian was a dream. I had vague ideas about the color scheme but had no particular flowers in mind. They were very flexible letting me provide my own decorations to be incorporated with the flowers in the center and aisle pieces. When I dropped them off, we scoured their inventory together for some matching supplementals. Andi also realized that her sister's wedding had a similar color scheme so she let us borrow some of their decoration pieces too. With just those decorations and a pinterest board I created that conveyed the general feel of what I was going for, Andi and Jillian took charge and made my dream a reality. They truly are artists, with an eye for detail all the while being very respectful of your budget. Their ability to repurpose arrangements throughout the evening was a wallet-saver! They also accommodated my mother-in-law reaching out last minute for some flowers for the rehearsal dinner. They were very prompt in all communications, helping me through last minute crises involving the number of aisle rows. Would definitely recommend this team - they were an absolute pleasure to work with! -

Bobbileigh Sent on 06/30/2018Andi was fantastic to work with, and I am so glad we found her. She worked with me to bring my floral ideas to life for our soft, romantic destination wedding. She made me a gorgeous bouquet, arch piece that was stunning, aisle pieces, a flower crown and bouts/corsages. I booked Andi very early on, but by the time my wedding came around she had worked with my venue several times, and just wowed me with everything she posted on social media, so I knew I was in great hands. My friends went to go pick up my bouquet for first look while I finished getting ready and they were so stunned with it that they wanted me to close my eyes before seeing it. My only regret of the day is I never got to meet her and give her a big hug! -

Amazing Flowers!
Andi was so nice to work with! She could tell I was getting frustrated about my vision and not really knowing what to do. She helped me make decisions and walked me through the process. I completely trusted in her artistic ability and the flowers turned out GORGEOUS. I would highly recommend hiring them if possible. -

Thank you so much for the most beautiful florals and excellent customer service I can imagine. Twine floral brought my ideas to life and made it even more beautiful than I could have asked for. The phone consultations where easy and thoughtful and the idea board they made for my vision was excellent. I had to make adjustments to the order throughout the year and the team was so responsive and made it easy. I wish I could have met the team setting up for the wedding the day of, but as the bride it was such a crazy day. I had multiple family members come up to me and tell me how excellent the team setting up where and they went out of their way to make everything beautiful. We originally had planned to have the wedding outside with some florals outside, but day of the weather turned and we had to pivot. They gave me a call in the morning and created the. most beautifully decorated arch on short notice. I would highly recommend them to anybody having a wedding in the Tahoe area, thank you for all that you did for us. -

Dead flowers and terrible customer service
My flowers were left outside on a curb for pickup. I received dead greenery that was completely unusable for my wedding. Also had three phone consultations to go over what I was wanting and every time I made it clear I did NOT want roses. Roses were put in my vision board after the third phone consultation so I sent an email to make sure I was clear about this. The only thing besides my bridal bouquet, greenery garland, and cake flowers ordered were “loose blooms” because they knew I had vases to fill. The only flower I was given was roses and the dead greenery that wasn’t useable. Besides the fact that they gave me roses they were not even in great condition, they were already dying. I had dead greenery in my bridal bouquet as well as other wilting flowers throughout. I tried reaching out to Twine after my wedding to explain how unhappy I was and provided pictures of proof and they never accepted responsibility or said sorry. Instead of an apology a member of the staff requested a play by play of our day, I’m assuming trying to turn it around on us and was insinuating that we killed the greenery and roses within the 15-20 minutes they were picked up. It’s sad when you have a destination wedding and don’t know who to trust you think if you choose the most expensive option you can’t go wrong. I would have been better off running to Safeway the night before. The fact that they were okay providing that type of product says a lot about their character. It’s one thing if the owner wasn’t there to oversee but she was included on the email I sent with photos and never reached out to me once. I have waited a month to post this in hopes that I may hear something from her but at this point she obviously doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. -

I’m beyond upset at the amount of dead and broken flowers in my arrangements. I didn’t get a spray for my welcome sign, and the arrangements hanging on the arch were drooping towards the ground instead of sitting up like they should have been, which was left up to my coordinators to put up at the last minute, which made it so that NONE of my other decor was placed properly - they are absolutely not at fault as floral isn’t their space. My daughter was in tears because her bouquet was so broken. This is heartbreaking as we worked so hard to fund this magical day. I followed their instagram and had been dying to see what they would come up with for me. The flowers were truly awful! I told my husband when we started this thing that the most important piece were our flowers. I’ve dreamt of this day my whole life! We weren’t going to skimp. Instead, we got dead and broken arrangements for our wedding day. They dropped the floral off “free of charge,” but it looked to me as if they just recycled flowers from another wedding. -
