Stunning — The Best
Look no further for you florist—Twigs & Posies is the best you’ll find. Catherine (the owner) made our vision for our wedding come to life! From our first consultation, to working with us through the pandemic, to the day of the wedding, Catherine was incredible. She crafted all of our unique centerpieces, table decor, aisle decor, altar, bouquets, boutonnières—she single-handedly decorated our entire wedding venue! I actually didn’t get to see the finished venue until the moment I was walking down the aisle; her work took my breath away and brought tears to my eyes. She’s an artist! I highly recommend Twigs & Posies; you will be blown away! -

The most beautiful flowers!
Made a beautiful semi-circle ground flower altar along with a perfect and gorgeous bridal bouquet for my mini ceremony! It was a hit and everyone loved taking pictures with the flowers! -

Great experience! Catherine at Twigs and Posies definitely hit the nail on the head with my bouquet and floral crown.
I was working out of the state at the time I was finalizing our wedding details and she worked with me via email to get the final details just right. Loved my crown, loved my bouquet! -

Every wedding vendor SAYS it's all about the couple, but Catherine DELIVERS on that promise. We visited Twigs and Posies after seeing a photo of their transformation of our wedding venue's enormous arbor. Catherine smiled, thanked us and, ever-so-politely let us know the gasp-worthy cost of so many flowers, so delicately placed on such a large structure. Before disappointment could set in, however, she let us know what she could do within our budget. She walked us through every decision, gave great advice and never, never tried to talk us into anything we didn't need or want to pay for. We home-made a cake for each table and asked if she would decorate them with flowers in lieu of centerpieces. She wholeheartedly embraced the idea.
When we arrived at the venue on wedding day, the work she had done literally took our breath away. The cakes, bouquets, arbor -- even the boutonnieres -- were gorgeous. We could have spent more money, but we never could have been more pleased. -

Catherine at Twigs and Posies is AMAZING. I have worked with her on multiple occasions as she has provided many of my brides with gorgeous bouquets and various flower arrangements. She always creates unique arrangements based upon the exat idea in your head (not sure how she is spot on every time but she is). Her flowers are always fresh and last so long! Catherine has incredible customer service and is truly passionate about the work she does and those she serves. I can't wait to have Twigs and Posies create our wedding masterpieces! -

Cute flower shop when I came in to meet with the owner. We reviewed what I had wanted and she sent a proposal in a timely manner. I had someone pick up the flowers and they were running late. Twigs and posies was very flexible. I would highly recommend them to any bride! -

Twigs and Posies worked with me to identify flower assortments for the rehearsal dinner which were compatible with the couple's choice of flowers for the wedding. For three years now, the gals over at Twigs and Posies have created beautiful and unique floral centerpieces for the UCCS College of Business' large annual fundraising event. Though not a wedding, this signature event attracts over 450 people, and every detail is planned and calculated. I provide a color palette and theme, and Twigs and Posies creates a proposal and mock up that is within our budget. They always deliver on-time, and everything has turned out as expected! They would do a great job for either your wedding or other important event. -

Catherine provided excellent quality and service from the first moment. All I did was share my color palette, style, and budget. She took my input and made a lush, textural wonderland of florals for our wedding. My bouquet was honestly my favorite thing at my wedding. She even incorporated necklaces from my mom and groom's grandmother at the last minute. Our cake flowers were stunning! I have returned to her shop many times since our big day and I have always been more than satisfied. -

We had the best experience with Twigs and Posies. Working with Amber was a dream and we couldn't have asked for a better florist. The flowers and decor she created were exactly what we were looking for (except even better!) and we had to provide very little guidance. Amber was extremely professional and quick to respond to any requests/questions. She was also very creative and provided a lot of great ideas for not only the flowers, but other decorating elements as well. Overall, everything was absolutely perfect! -

Catherine and her staff were beyond amazing. My bouquet and flowers were stunning and I wish that I could have kept them forever! She was so flexible and worked with my budget (which changed a few times). They were always professional and would answer my questions right away. We had a wonderful experience with Twigs and Posies!! When I started searching for florists I knew I didn't just want your run of the mill flowers. I wanted something unique and different. Some texture and different foliage. Not just a bunch of flowers. Catherine is amazing! She really has an eye for making each little detail beautiful. The flowers were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. When I saw them on my wedding day I was moved to tears. They were just so stunning! Everything from the bouquets, to the aisle decor, to the centerpieces. Even my groom and the groomsmen were taken aback by the quality and beauty. They went so far beyond my expectations. Even with multiple changes to our order, Catherine remebered every little detail. She even attached little pictures of my grandparents to my bouquet. Catherine is not just a florist, she's an artist. I would highly recommend Twigs and Posies to any bride who is looking for a detail in her wedding that she will remember for the rest of her life! -

The flowers that Amber provided for our wedding were absolutely amazing! All the guests commented on how beautiful they were. The bride had selected them with Amber's guidance and I (the MOB) had no idea how much of an impact they would have on the venue and the ceremony. Amber is wonderfully creative and we are grateful and thrilled that her artistry contributed so much to our perfect wedding! -

We used Twigs and Posies for our wedding decor in July. They were a pleasure to work with and did a magnificent job! I was not a bride that knew what kind of flowers I wanted or really any names of flowers. So I gave Amber my jumbled idea of what I thought I wanted and she made it a reality. Wow! What a wedding! Twigs and Posies did a phenomenal job with our flowers at our wedding. I could not have asked for a more experienced, creative, and kind florist. Our bouquets looked like they were made for a royal wedding. So elegant and classy!
Also, Twigs and Posies was incredibly flexible. We could not return our vases for sometime due to the Black Forest Fire. Twigs and Posies was very kind and sympathetic to the situation and let me return the vases a few weeks later.
If you are getting married, you need Twigs and Posies! -

Amber and Catherine did a fabulous job with our event at the Broadmoor in May. They were flexible with delivery and pickup/drop off times and were very helpful. They put together a perfect centerpiece with minimal description of what we needed and gave honest feedback with our thoughts. I would use them again if in the area and recommend them to anyone. -

From the very beginning, it was a joy to work with Amber at Twigs and Posies. I didn't live close so all our early communication took place over phone and email. Amber did an amazing job of translating all my ideas and wishes into a plan. She was respectful of my budget and helped me optimize what could be done within that budget. Over time, my ideas changed and Amber continued to adjust the plan. She is delightful and made the whole process fun and easy. On the wedding day...well all I can say is WOW. Her work far exceeded my expectations. Her unique combination was unlike anything I had seen before and absolutely perfect. My bouquet fit me, my personality and my vision and was better than I could have ever imagined. All of the flowers were so beautiful and I got lots of compliments. I highly recommend Twigs and Posies. A great value and gorgeous creations. -

You cannot be disappointed with Twigs & Posies!! They exceeded my expectations in fulfilling my wedding vision. My guests were overwhelmed at the sheer beauty of the flower arrangements, eclectic vases and the romantic vines strung across the ceiling. Working with Beautiful Expressions really was a fantastic experience. I came to them only knowing that I wanted Fall flowers and having no idea about specifics. Amber was very patient with me and guided me through several different options. I planned my wedding from out of state which was hard so it was a relief to be working with such professionalism and understanding. The flowers we got were unbelievably gorgeous, more than I could have ever imagined. Plus the price was the most reasonable that we could find. Working with Amber was absolutely fabulous. My husband and I connected with her from the moment we met. We had a last-minute change to our wedding flowers, when my mother-in-law decided about a week and a half before that she wanted to have a different type of corsage; Amber handled it beautifully, however. On the day of the ceremony itself, Amber arrived early, with sumptuous flowers in tow! Everyone loved her arrangements, from the bridesmaids to the mothers to me (the bride). Even my father-in-law saved his corsage. :) Everything about our interaction with Amber was par excellence!!!!! We would happily do business with her again. -

Flowers are really not my thing, but when it came time to pick wedding flowers, Amber was really great in helping me select what would complement our wedding. Catherine and her team did an amazing job with out florals. We came into Colorado from Ohio 4 days prior to our wedding that was taking place the day after Thanksgiving. All of our initial communications were via email, extremely detailed, and always productive. Once we arrived and were able to visit the shop, she worked out the final details with us and even setup a last minute delivery/pickup for our brunch reception. The flowers were even more perfect and beautiful that I imagined they would be. We wanted a freshly picked wildflower look in winter and she did everything she could to give us just that. I was so jealous when our local family members took our flowers home with them after the reception! -

Gorgeous Flowers, Horrible Experience
I’m not going to lie. Twigs and Posies was the hardest of our vendors to work with and the one that caused us the most stress. But, before I get into that, I’ll discuss the positives.
The flowers were gorgeous! Though a little more orange, than the desired coral. We were excited that they were able to provide so many succulents and even put them in the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. The arrangements turned out beautifully with the succulents, berries, and leaves mixed in and the large arrangement for the top of the arch was stunning! It was also nice that we could rent their lanterns to place down the aisle so we didn’t have to buy our own. The first meeting went well and the owner, Catherine, took notes and was open to our ideas and didn’t push anything on us. She also worked with us to suggest which flowers would be lower priced to keep the cost down.
The problems started with the subsequent emails to nail down the decisions. I would write detailed, very clear emails with multiple questions and I would often receive back brief emails that only mentioned one or two items and seemed to ignore the rest. So then I would have to copy/paste the unanswered questions into a new email and try again...over and over. For the proposal that listed the flowers, details, and prices, we had to go back and forth a few times to edit details and add elements, which would have been fine, but every time we got the proposal back, some of the numbers were different. I imagine that for other people who had long proposals and did not compare the old and new version side by side every time, they may have ended up paying more for mistakes that were not caught. One time, the total at the end made absolutely no sense based on the individual prices, our paid deposit and remaining balance were incorrect, and the delivery charge went up $100 for no reason. After 14 days and a follow up reminder email, she said the contract “must not have been saved correctly”.
The final, and very major problem, was that she decided to book another wedding for the same weekend on the assumption that we did not need her to create our centerpieces. Since there are an infinite number of beautiful centerpiece ideas to narrow down, we had trouble deciding what exactly we wanted. I kept her informed that we were still deciding and would let her know by the specified date and there were still phrases in the contract mentioning that the centerpieces were still to be determined. All that she had to do to avoid this problem was to contact me and verify whether or not we would need her shop to create the centerpieces before booking a second wedding. We ended up buying the flowers from her shop and making two thirds of the centerpieces ourselves. So this added a lot of stress because we now had to figure out the logistics of DIY centerpieces, buying the additional items, having my bridesmaids help me create the centerpieces the night before the wedding and finish them at the venue the day of, along with transporting 32 centerpieces containing water and fragile glass. When I asked if she could set out the pre-made centerpieces, top them off with water, and add the candles and floating roses, she said that to do that she would need to hire another person to help her at $150 per hour for a minimum of two hours... so we decided to do that ourselves too. In the end, everything turned out beautifully, but it was a very long, stressful, bumpy road to get there.-
