Twelve Oaks and everyone who works there is absolutely amazing - there is no other word for it. The inside of the venue is absolutely beautiful in its own, there are numerous spaces outside with beautiful greenery, and there is an amazing view of the sunset from the back patio. The venue is also extremely accessible to guests of all ages and ability. We had the best experience working with everyone there to help make our wedding day as perfect as we wanted it to be. Leigh is extremely attentive and quick to respond to ANY inquiry and will give as much detail as possible to help make the wedding planning process easy and stress free (and it truly was because of her help). Not only was the planning process seamless, but the food was “the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding,” which came directly from our guests mouths. My husband and I, our guests, and our families have said and heard nothing but positive things about the venue, the staff, the food, the bartending, the views, the day of coordination from Julie, and anything else you can imagine. Our day was unforgettable and perfect from start to finish, and a HUGE part of that is because we made the best decision to celebrate our marriage at Twelve Oaks Mansion. -

Leigh and her team helped my husband and I every step of the way! Even on the day of they were able to quickly make adjustments so that everything ran smoothly. Their food is amazing and the venue is gorgeous. Being up on a hill in the middle of fall was gorgeous and we loved being able to do sunset photos in the evening. We are so grateful! Highly recommend! -

Leigh and her team were the best to work with! They were so flexible and accommodating which is so helpful when searching for a venue to work with. Not to mention, the venue is beautiful, customizable and well maintained. It was such a pleasure to be able to make my wedding day how I wanted with so much help and support from their team. I highly recommend twelve oaks and Leigh and her team -

Oh my goodness- where do I even begin?! Twelve Oaks Mansion was everything we dreamed of for our special day, AND MORE. Due to family circumstances, a military deployment, and covid- my husband and I, decided to go ahead and get married just 7 months after getting engaged. Knowing that we were well inside of the typical time it takes to book a great venue, I was nervous to say the least. Growing up on "The Wedding Planner," I always pictured a classic, romantic wedding with lots of natural light and small personalized details that would take my guests breath away as they walked in. So we picked a date in late Spring- and started searching.
We quickly came across Twelve Oaks Mansion and reached out for more information. (Enter in, our very own "JLo": Leigh). Leigh sent over some information about the venue, along with pictures and their availability and we were pleasantly surprised to see they still had one day available in May.
When my mom and I toured the venue for the first time on a rainy day in late October, we both were holding back tears. It was everything I had ever pictured, and more. The venue itself is set on a hill overlooking the valley around Cranberry Twp, with the most gorgeous sunset views you have ever seen. These views are even more prominent thanks to the 360 degree windows around the banquet hall. Inside, everything is pristine. The mansion has been recently renovated and Leigh and her team keep everything looking spotless. As your guests enter, they are met with the sounds of a self-playing grand piano, set underneath an elegant staircase.
The views and venue itself would have been enough to make us sign right there, but on top of that- there's Leigh. She is extremely kind and knowledgable in her field. She was with us every step of the way: from helping us order the perfect linens, to coordinating with all of our vendors. Leigh takes care of her couples as if they were her own family. She made sure that everything was exactly as we pictured it on our big day.
We are still receiving compliments from friends and family about our wedding, and we can not recommend Twelve Oaks Mansion enough! -

AMAZING! 10 stars out of 5
Our venue (Noah’s) filed for bankruptcy. We contacted our caterer (John Marshall catering) immediately and asked them who they had catering contracts with. They sprung into action and got us in touch with Leigh at Twelve Oaks Mansion. We walked into the mansion and FELL IN LOVE with it. We spoke with Leigh about our dream wedding and fell in love with Leigh! Covid hit and we began to stress. Leigh was so calming. We ultimately chose to reduce our wedding capacity from 250 to 50. (Wedding party was 24 adults, 3 flower girls, and the guests were spouses and kids of those in the wedding party). I was worried the room would look huge with such a limited amount of people. Leigh set it up absolutely beautifully and it did NOT look empty at all! We had such an amazing ceremony in the ceremony room, and an absolute fantastic time in the ballroom for our reception. Everyone of our guests loved the venue and told us we had an absolutely beautiful wedding, and the food (John Marshall catering) was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Our photographer never did a shoot there, and she was so impressed with the ceremony room, ballroom, outdoor patios with beautiful views, and two gazebos, which gave her many photo opportunities. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Twelve Oaks Mansion, and with Leigh. We consider her our guardian angel for keeping us calm and sane during such unheard of circumstances. We booked our 250 guest reception for next year, and are so much at ease knowing Leigh will be there to pull it all together for us (again)! -

Twelve Oaks Mansion was a beautiful place for my wedding! After meeting with Leigh in our initial tour, I left with a good feeling about this venue. We just had our wedding on December 9, 2023 and it was stunning! Leigh and her team made the day and evening run smoothly and helped to make everything look beautiful. I highly recommend booking your wedding at Twelve Oaks Mansion! -

We used Twelve Oaks Mansion for both our ceremony & reception, and it was wonderful. The venue is so beautiful, and the staff, especially Leigh, are friendly and easy to work with. My only complaint is that we were originally told that we could leave our things overnight in the bridal suite upstairs & get them the next morning, but then we were told at the very last minute that we couldn’t, so we ended up having wedding guests helping us pack up our things as we exited at the end of the night & holding up the shuttles that we’d hired. So don’t plan on being able to leave anything overnight. But overall, I’d highly recommend Twelve Oaks Mansion!
