Exceptional DJ & MC – Rolando Made Our Wedding Unforgettable
Rolando was incredible from start to finish. He was extremely responsive and took the time to hop on a FaceTime call with us beforehand, which helped us plan and feel confident about the full day schedule. On the wedding day, he went above and beyond, acting as our MC, making sure we were taken care of (even bringing us water after the ceremony and checking in with drinks throughout the night), and keeping everything running smoothly.
The music was perfect, he played exactly what we requested, and our guests loved every song. His MyPlaylist platform made it easy for us and our guests to request songs in advance, and he was very accommodating with requests during the night as well. The value for the price was outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. Rolando is professional, thoughtful, and truly great at what he does. Highly recommend! -

Best DJ ever!!!
There is no DJ that compares to Rolando. Not only was he attentive and responsive throughout the whole planning process, but he took time to meet with us before the wedding to walk us through even the smallest details of our day. He directed our group and interacted with the crown throughout the day, and our dance floor was amazing!! We have received so many compliments on him after the wedding, and we know our day was so smooth because of him!! I without a doubt would recommend Rolando to anyone looking for a DJ!! -

Outstanding!
Rolando is someone who takes their job seriously and wants the bride and groom to have the night of their lives. Rolando was so attentive to us and always made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond as a DJ. He exceeded our expectations and was so fun to work with. He does a great job reading the room and gathering the right vibe. Highly recommend!! -

Went above and beyond
Rolando truly did an amazing job being the DJ to our wedding in the Milwaukee area. Everyone kept commenting on how great he was and how much fun they were having on the dance floor. Rolando didn’t just play music, he actually DJ’d. he read the crowd and had everyone on the dance floor, from young to old. He went above and beyond. He came up to us numerous times during the night to make sure we were good, happy, satisfied, or if we needed anything. I cannot recommend him enough!! -

Blast of a night!! Energy is spot on!
Rolando is very responsive, flexible, and so friendly to all guests. I’ve been to a wedding he has dj’d and immediately decided we wanted him too! His system is easy too and works very independently so you don’t have to worry about the job getting done. Highly recommend and have been asked after our wedding who our dj was. -

Rolando is the BEST
We loved Rolando from the first meeting, and our feelings never changed. He went above and beyond to ask us (the bride and groom) if we needed anything. He helped keep our tineline fir the day, and worked super well with all of our vendors. Truly a wonderful dj, but also a wonderful person who we were happy to have at our wedding! -

Wedding DJ-Highly Recommend!
We were recommended to Rolando and Twelfth Night DJ through our photographer Sabrina Keepman Photography. We are so glad that she recommended Rolando to us! After reaching out to Rolando and inquiring of his services, he promptly responded and we set up a time to hop on a zoom call. Rolando wanted to truly get to know us and what we were wanting and looking for from him as well! Rolando is very reasonable with his pricing and packages, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! Rolando proudly created his own pre-wedding playlist website that my wife and I along with bridal party and friends could add songs to. This helped to get a feel of what songs we along with our family and friends were most wanting to have played. From day 1, Rolando truly cared about us and helping us to ensure a perfect reception! He was thorough, detailed, and professional. Rolando made sure that the grand march, speeches, and first dances went by smoothly, and we had so much fun playing the shoe game before everyone was let on the dance floor! The music Rolando played was just what we were wanting! It was truly special to see so many of our close friends and family out on the dance floor with us in large part due to Rolando’s music playing and presence! Rolando was truly a pleasure to work with, and always has a smile on his face!! It’s this type of service and professionalism that every couple looking for a DJ should be seeking! Thank you for sharing in our special day, we are so grateful!

Rolando is the best DJ!
We hired Rolando as our wedding DJ and it was the best decision we could've made. He went above and beyond, bringing us water and snacks while we were out taking pictures during cocktail hour, and checking in regularly throughout the night to see if there was anything we needed. He did the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, as well as keeping things like toasts on schedule and just making sure everything was running smoothly. He's a great DJ, guests of all ages were on the dance floor having a fantastic time all night long. We got lots of compliments on how fun the evening was, and we owe that mostly to Rolando. He's great to work with and makes things as easy as possible! Thanks Rolando! -

Going with Twelfth Night DJ was the easiest and best choice we made! From our first Zoom call with Rolando, we had such a good feeling about him and our first impression turned out to be totally spot on! Not only did we have the most fun on the dance floor, which he kept packed with great music combinations and transitions, but his communication before helped us prepare and he was just all around phenomenal to work with. We had a call before the wedding where he really listened to exactly what we were going for, what our timeline was, etc. and then he followed through with it perfectly. He kept the night moving well, kindly pointing out timelines and seeing if we needed anything else (including bringing me a cup of water before the ceremony when I was getting stressed out!). Our photographer also specifically told us that Rolando was great to work with and made his job easier. Twelfth Night is a huge part of the reason we had such a blast at our wedding and we are so appreciative Rolando DJed our wedding!! -

Incredible, you will not regret it!
I feel so lucky we found Rolando. We were in particular need of a bilingual (Spanish and English) DJ, and felt like it would be a very hard role to fill, given the huge range of music genres of our guests. Rolando was so professional, but also easy to talk to and a great guy. It was such a less stressful experience knowing that he was so on top of the music. But Rolando goes above and beyond simply being a DJ. He would do frequent check-ins with us to make sure everything was ok or if we needed anything. We had planned a sparkler sendoff and he was crucial in doing some last minute prep with the venue to secure a water bucket (5 minutes before the sendoff). I simply cannot see how you could go wrong with Rolando. The music was great the entire night, and he really kept the dancing going until the very end (with so little guidance/help from us)! I would recommend him 1000x over. -

Flawless Experience for everyone
Our reception had a wide variety of ages (2-80+) and we heard excellent things from all our guests about Rolando’s music selection, engagement with our guests, and ability to drive people to have fun. Rolando was also exceptionally courteous, thoughtful, and easy to work with. From our first communications until the end of the night, he took care to make the entire process as easy as possible for us, and exceeded every expectation we could have set. We’re beyond grateful to Twelfth Night for helping create a magical evening for everyone. -

Spectacular Service
Rolando was our DJ for our wedding. He did an amazing job. We met with him over the phone/zoom multiple times and helped us shape our day of timeline. We were able to put in song requests and upload Spotify playlists so he could see the type of music we were looking for. Not only did he play the best songs but he also was a great MC and helped our timeline move smoothly for our day. We cannot say enough great things about him! We were so lucky to have him be apart of you special day! -

The best experience!
We used Rolando to DJ our black tie wedding. He was professional and very organized. He made our day feel very special and often checked in on us and our parents to make sure any and all requests were heard. The dance floor was full the entire night! That says it all. -

The Best DJ for your event.
I attended several school events where Twelfth Night DJ performed and did an excellent job. So, we decided to hire Rolando for our wedding. And, he did not disappoint. He not only played everything we request. But, he made sure the night went perfectly. He communicated with the photographer and the venue staff and make sure everything ran smoothly. He was extremely attentive to our needs. And, most importantly he kept everybody dancing! -

"The vibes are immaculate"
The dance floor was packed all night.
I'm not even sure where to begin in describing how phenomenal Rolando was as our wedding DJ. For starters, he worked tirelessly all day and into his set to make sure that my wife and I were catered to. He checked in on us before the ceremony and then during cocktail hour and dinner to see if he could grab us drinks, or if there was anything else he could help with.
He went above and beyond accommodating our guests as well, and we had guests coming up to us throughout the night to compliment him on his friendliness and his DJing. One of my groomsmen, a DJ and producer himself, came up to me a couple hours into the night and simply said, "the vibes are immaculate," complimenting the set Rolando was putting on.
The next day at our brunch, multiple guests, unprompted, mentioned how great our DJ was.
As I said at the top, the floor was packed all night, which was driven by Rolando's ability to read the crowd and seamlessly mix songs in and out of each other. He has absolutely set the bar for wedding music experience for us, and it's a high one. I saw a DJ at a wedding the year before ours, and remember thinking he was great. I saw that same DJ again three weeks after our wedding, and it turns out he can't hold a candle to Rolando. Not to mention, Rolando's rates are better than that DJ's!
TL;DR We can't recommend Rolando highly enough! He's professional, goes above and beyond, and keeps the dance floor packed and the guests happy.

Rolando went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day ever. After waiting over two years for our big celebration, Rolando made sure everything went smoothly and really made us feel like the day was about us. Rolando is incredible and was a huge asset to my wedding.
First of all, he is an incredible DJ. He has a ton of experience and knows a lot of wedding. He did a great job playing a set that kept the dance floor full the entire night. All of our guests loved him and our DJ is the number one compliment that we are still getting (a month later)
Rolando went above and beyond from just 'DJ Responsibilities'. He helped us walk through the timeline of our event and made sure that our entire night made sense. He really drove the schedule and kept us on track. He is an excellent MC and ensured that everything went smoothly.
Our venue had unique acoustical challenges (tall ceilings without acoustic tile, 2 levels, large layout) and he executed great sound perfectly.
I cannot recommend Rolando more strongly! -

I would highly recommend this DJ/company. We hired him for our wedding and we are so glad we did! Rolando was amazing and it was obvious that he loves his work. He was extremely flexible for us during covid and was very patient as we made decisions. The bride's mother did a presentation and Rolando made sure she had what she needed and helped out with the tech questions. Although we picked out most of the songs he put them together well and the transitions were extremely smooth and professional. He was amazing, friendly, and made the evening perfect. I would highly recommend Twelfth Night DJ!
My husband and I just had our wedding reception on June 26, 2021 at the Cotillion Banquets in Palatine, IL. We had booked Twelfth Night DJ with Rolando prior to the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic. We were originally set to have our wedding in June 2020, but were forced to reschedule. Rolando was extremely flexible and postponed his DJ services for us at no extra cost! He was very responsive, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire wedding planning process. A few weeks before our wedding reception, my Husband and I had a Zoom meeting with Rolando at a time convenient for us to discuss our wedding reception day details and to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it to be. He also asked all the right questions (some I didn't even think of!) to show his attention to detail, and care for us and our event. He even asked for our parent's names to make sure he interacted with them on the day of our event! On the day of our wedding reception, Rolando did everything we asked for and much more! He completed each one of our requests exactly the way we wanted them. He was energetic, fun and interacted with us and our guests. The music choices were perfect to our taste (and to our guests) and his transitions between songs were amazing and so smooth! He also made it super easy for guests to make song requests ahead of time through a special link he set up for us (we got to tell him whether or not we wanted specific songs played that others requested) as well as requests on the day of at the event. Rolando also went above and beyond to check in on my Husband and I throughout the evening. I was so touched and surprised by how many times he came over to us to ask how we were doing, offer to get us a drink from the bar, and even let us know our dessert was sitting at our table when we were visiting each guest's tables after dinner for pictures. He was very caring, accommodating and helpful throughout the entire event! I also appreciated that the person we had been communicating with from the start, Rolando, was the person who was present at our event. I would definitely recommend Rolando and Twelfth Night DJ for your wedding reception, or any other special event that requires a DJ! Thank you so much, Rolando, for making our wedding reception day celebration so special and unforgettable! -

Easy to work with + service-oriented!
Rolando was friendly, flexible and responsive from the beginning. During the planning process and the pre-wedding meetings, he gave us a rough framework of what type of itinerary people usually had on the day-of, and had specific questions that he asked that helped us craft our day. Also since our venue didn't have a table he could use, he offered to bring his own table + tablecloth, which was really nice! One thing that we'll also note is that since I had already put together my playlists via Apple Music, I just sent him the links and he was able to just use that instead of me uploading my list to his software link.
On the day-of, Rolando coordinated everything really well and went above and beyond: he was there early to set up, took some pictures on his own initiative that he sent us afterwards, rolled with last-minute changes to the agenda, chatted and was friendly with the guests while also coordinating who was going up for the buffet, and kept the dancing going longer than expected!
Overall, Rolando was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him. -

Rolando was the DJ at both of my cousin's weddings and I had thought he did a great job at both, so luckily he was able to DJ my wedding as well. He did an amazing job at my wedding, he was so helpful and really made the night go by smoothly. He was also great at keeping me (a very nervous bride) calm by knowing exactly what to do and when. Working with Twelfth Night DJ was a great experience. We used their services for our annual daddy daughter dance. Rolando set up an easy to use song request website the students loved the fact that they could put in their song request, as a planner I loved the fact we could review the songs before our event! He had excellent communication leading to the event answering all of our questions and providing suggestions. The event was amazing we had more people on the dance floor this year, and the dance floor was never empty! The best sign of a great party? No one wants to leave and that’s exactly what happened! Rolando was an amazing DJ! I had a terrible time deciding on a dj leading up to my wedding. A lot of people mentioned how the dj can make or break a wedding reception, and I'm a worrier to begin with. So, I was really nervous that I would pick a bad dj and no one would dance and have fun. That was totally NOT the case! Rolando kept the dance floor packed for most of the night. We still had a full venue when he announced it was time for the last song. Not only is he great at feeling out the crowd and playing hits that people love, he was so attentive to mine and my husbands needs. He checked up on us many times throughout the night to see if we needed anything and just to make sure we were having fun. At one point he even got us drinks from the bar and delivered them to the head table for us. He also kept the mic out of my drunk uncles hands, which was much appreciated! I should add that, due to my indecisiveness, we didn't book him until a little over a month before our wedding and we didn't give him a play list until the night before. Everything Rolando did was amazing, and we can't thank him enough for keeping our night so lively and fun! -

I can not say enough about how amazing Twelfth Night DJ - Rolando was for our wedding. I had chosen to use Twelfth Night DJ as he had done the music for my sisters wedding last year and I had thought he did a great job. For my wedding day I honestly can't imagine how it would have gone without him! Our wedding was in July, outdoors with no plan for rain aside from the Gazebo that would only fit the wedding party and 10 clear umbrellas. Rolando set everything up...and then the downpour began which lead tornado warnings going off right when I was suppose to be walking down the isle. Rolando was able to take down his equipment and while the other DJ for a wedding nearby canceled, leaving the bride barricaded in a bathroom with me devastated, Rolando stuck by and when the sky cleared (thankfully!) he was quick to set things back up and the music for the ceremony was perfect! Rolando also did the DJ music at the reception and he was definitely on top of things. He made sure everyone was prepared for the grand entrance and speeches. He was was fantastic bringing me wine when I needed it and water when I definitely needed it. The music was great and he made suggestions such as playing "Let it go" for the kids which was so cute and took many requests. Thank you so much Rolando! -

Rolando, aka Twelfth Night DJ, was more than we could ever ask for in a DJ. I firmly believe that the DJ position can make or break a wedding. Me and my now wife have been to a lot of weddings lately and some of the biggest complaints was the DJ. Either not good music, talked too much, talked to little, etc. Rolando was definitely not any of these. He was very professional and more than accommodating when it came to meeting with him, going over the evenings schedule, making adjustments. Even during the wedding he was always making sure we had what we needed and if there was anything he could do to help. He went above and beyond what he was hired to do. Our dance floor was never empty for the entire wedding. We got a lot of compliments on the music selection and the flow of the wedding, when really it was all Rolando's work. He worked with us on some unique things we wanted to do for our wedding, and he made them all happen perfectly. The only thing I hope is that he had as much fun as our guests and we did. Thank you again Rolando for making our wedding the best it could be. -

Rolando was very easy to work with. He made the planning ahead of time easy knowing the right questions to ask about the flow of the night, that I would not have thought of myself. On the day of the wedding, he greeted us with a glass of ice water when we got off the bus, which was much appreciated on a hot day. He got our wedding party organized for the grand march and did an excellent job introducing our party and events through the evening. He assisted with our "Kissing menu" during the dinner and came to us multiple times through the evening to make sure we were happy with things and if we needed anything else (even asked if we needed drink refills!). The only thing I would have wanted changed about the evening was more country music when that had been on the request list and were played minimally. However, Rolando kept the dance floor full the entire evening making it a great celebration for us but also all of our guests. Highly Recommended!!! -
