    Nice Tux at a great price

    Great Tuxedo at a great price. The rose gold accessories matched the dress and the quality of the items were great at prices that was lower then the local tux shop

    I could not be more happy for making this purchase. I purchased the entire suit (except shoes) for less than $150. Like icing on a cake, it fit my FH perfectly. My FH did not want to wear a tux, but once he tried it on, he was hooked on how good he looked in the mirror. The quality is on point. It did not break our budget and that's a win-win for us.

    I ordered a vest and tie combination from TuxedosOnline. I had questions about colors--they sent me swatches that got there in only a couple of days. I wanted a different tie--I just put it in the notes section and they got it to me without any trouble. GREAT customer service. I am very happy with my product, it looks great!

    I purchased the Ring Bearer's Tux. The material was quality & the Tux was priced well. I measured then purchased the boys size 5 but the shirt sleeves were too short so we returned it and got a size 7. We received the new Tux with-in the 10 business days promised. We were very happy with this purchase!

    Sept 10- I ordered a vest I couldn’t find anywhere which was marked as “In stock” on their website.
    On Sept 12 I received an email stating the item I ordered is out of stock and will be in Sept 13 and will arrive Sept 18.
    I call on Sept 20 and ask about my order and I’m told, “We’re still waiting on it, it should be in tomorrow and we’ll email you a tracking number”
    Sept 21 I call again saying I didn’t receive a tracking number, and I need this vest Sept 26 for a wedding out of town. I offered to pay additional shipping to ensure it arrives on time. I was told, there is no reason to do that, I see no reason why it shouldn’t be in today and we’ll have it to you on time.
    Monday Sept 24- I get, “The item will be in, we’ll expedite shipping for free so you have it on time...”
    Tuesday Sept 25- okay guys, I really need this item tomorrow. They told me no problem, we are shipping it out next day air. I confirmed the item, size and that they were next day shipping it to me. They told me yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number...
    Wednesday Sept 26- I received no shipping confirmation, no vest. I call and the first guy I talk to says, “the item was drop shipped from the supplier directly to you, I requested a tracking number and will send it when I get it” (bold lie).
    I then call the supplier who tells me they have no record of a shipment to me or even for the item I ordered, in fact they’ve been out of it for quite some time...
    I call customer service back and speak to a woman who I call out on their lie and tell her the supplier doesn’t even have the item. She says, “You called the supplier?” Please hold let me check on your order...
    She comes back with, “They have a similar color in a different material, we can next day air that one and you’ll have it tomorrow....
    I asked why they lied to me over a $40 vest, they could have told me a week ago they didn’t have it to let me figure something else out... NEVER AGAIN!

    I ordered one shirt from this company last Friday over the phone. I was told I would receive a tracking number for my item. After I placed my order I didn't receive one so I waited til the next business day Monday. I still had not receive a tracking number in my email. I contacted their supposed live chat service basically it's just a way for you to email them and they will get back to sometime. I get an email back from them Wednesday telling me my item was just shipped out that day. Not Monday or Tuesday after I made order Friday. I called up today (next fallowing Friday) to find out why I had not received a tracking number the women said it went out Wednesday you should receive it by next Tuesday. I told her I needed it for this Saturday that is why I paid for the extra shipping and ordered it last week I got no response to that. The prices seem good but if your needing for a special occasion or in a time frame I suggest looking somewhere else. I was disappointed in how they handle their sales. I work in retail and my customers no matter if it's a phone order or not they are number one. I was treated like nothing it took me doing all the work just to find out they still never answered my question or sent me my tracking number.

    Out of merchandise and shipping charges

    received duplicate orders, after repeated attempts to have a return label issued, i paid for return shipping. It's almost been a month since UPS delivered pkg., and credit card has not been credited for return merchandise or shipping charges. At this point I don't know if their just that incompetent or crooked or both!!!!!

    If I'm being fair I guess I would give them an incomplete. I ordered a tuxedo shirt, a vest and cufflinks for my wedding. The website says everything is in stock and available, I submitted the order easily and even got a confirmation number on the spot. A week goes by and No Delivery email or tracking number, then I finally get a email saying they have my order but everything is on backordered, (back ordered to receive on the date of the email) I contact customer service (3 calls to customer service is 3 days literally no wait, matter of fact i think I spoke with the same young lady each time) she's purplexed to why the order was on backorder, and assures me that order would ship the next day. The next day was Friday and after COB that day still no shipping confirmation. Customer service is closed on the weekends so I call back monday morning. (My wedding is in november I have no time to play with people. If they can't fulfil my order i need to find another company that will). Before I called I go back on the web site and select the exact same items i ordered again, the site says its available and ready to purchase. When I speak with customer service this time, the girl says they were expecting it to arrive Thursday to be shipped Friday, and it never came, they expect it to ship today. I told the girl of my little experiment and say you guys are selling items that you don't have in stock. So no I don't have faith that my items will ship today. Please cancel my order and process my refund. She assured me that it would be done immediately and my refund would be processed by the end of the day, and I would get an email confirming both. Neither happened I called by today Tuesday. When customer services answers she goes immediately into why my order hasn't shipped yet. So I said does that mean if you're looking for why it hasn't shipped that the cancellation wasn't processed. she claimed that it was an oversite of her cancellation dept. don't use them

    I ordered a blazer for an event and paid expedited shipping. The Item arrived 2 weeks after the event date, which was 3 weeks after I paid for expedited 2 day shipping. I was told the reason for the delay was that item was not in stock. I returned the item unopened and had to wait an additional 10 days to get a refund email. However, after 2 additional weeks, the money did not get in my account and I called back only to have the most unprofessional and rude customer service rep. In the end he told me he rather me never ordering from them again as my business was not welcome there. I would definitely say to anyone thinking of using this company "BUYER BEWARE".

    I ordered 8 items total and realized I only need 3 so I returned 5 items for a refund. I sent the item back to them in April and received a confirmation email that advised for me to wait for 15 business days before anyone can get back to me. I waited for 16 business and didn't hear anything so I called. A rep picked up and said that they will give me my refund within 24 hrs. I waited for about over week and called back. This time, a different rep picked up and said that she would refund me immediately and that I will get an email soon. I waited for another 2 weeks and still NOTHING. I called again today and the person who picked up the phone (operator) was RUDE and unprofessional. She said, "no one is in that department so I'll transfer to the voicemail" and instantly hung up. Nothing like "hello, how can I help you? Can I send you to their voicemail since no one is available?" Worst customer service ever. I will never ever recommend this to anyone!!!

    I had a terrible experience recently, I purchased a suit for my son’s baptism and I never received a tracking number, I emailed them numerous times and finally got a reply a day after the suit should have arrived saying that they don’t have it in stock and that they’ll have more in one month!!, needless to say I had to but something on amazon so I could get it on time ( Thank God for amazon! ) and ask for a refund and wait a couple of weeks for my refund to be processed, so please do yourself a favor and don’t ever buy from this site, It’ll just be a nightmare.

    They guy rented me a tuxedo he had already there. No alterations or anything. When I got to my event the adjusters on the side of my pants didn’t work. I was holding my pants in my event. So embarrassing. I was mad because I am paying good money for this. His answer was SORRY, NOT MY FAULT. Not even a discount! NEVER AGAIN! Don’t go here!

    I ordered a shirt on December 23rd. Never got an email that my item had shipped. After several emails I was told that I'd have it January 12th...still no tracking number; still no package (January 15). Lousy service.

    I would suggest to NOT use this company - they send the wrong sizes, then make you go through a long process of returning it and still are not sending the correct shirts. While on the phone, they argued with me saying they left me a voicemail saying they did not have a 32/33 in stock so they were sending the next longer sleeve. They didn't leave a voicemail, and why would you send something that wasn't actually ordered? I'm not a happy camper on this one - and so glad I no longer need to use them.
