  We had the best experience here. Kat was exceptional!
  Her humor and personality are very much appreciated.
  She went out of her way to help, you can tell she cares very much for her clients.
  Everyone in our Wedding Party was impressed with her service.

  Best service ever!!! Cat is amazing :) Very flexible, helpful, knowledgeable, loved our experience. Everyone was treated with respect and everything we ordered was perfect!! Can not say enough good!

  We first looked at a few other stores but none had Tuxedo Gallery's level of professionalism for such a great price. We came in pretty much last minute and right before their closed and they were very accommodating and told us everything, including exact price up front. Every time we went for a fitting they were really nice and it was a fun experience.

  Love this place! Do many color options and the best part about this company is that , it's locally owned and the warehouse is in town! Great for last minute things. Will be coming back for future rentals. Thanks to the lovely young ladies that helped us make our wedding day extra special! You girls are the best!

  We recently just got married and went through the Spokane Valley Tuxedo Gallery for all 11 of our tuxes. We had the best service, it was prompt and they have every color you could imagine. The alterations were very speedy too and they do them right there in the store for jackets and pants. Shannon the manager did an amazing job with us and helped walk us through everything we needed and needed to know about our tuxes and helping us match our color swatches to the perfect colors for the tuxes, vests ties and bow ties. They even stayed in contact with me to keep me updated on who hadn't been in for measurements. Tuxedo Gallery definitely helped eliminate some of our stress for our wedding day.

  Tuxedo Gallery is a great community partner of the Rypien Foundation. Each year, we host a black-tie Winemakers’ Dinner in Spokane, and each year, Tuxedo Gallery generously donates tuxedos for all of our male volunteers. They also provide shirts and bow-ties for all of the serving staff. Their contribution makes a noticeable difference and really elevates our event. We are very fortunate to partner with a local company who generously supports local causes. Thanks for all you do!

  We got our groomsman's suits from Tuxedo Gallery at Northtown. The manager, Kailey (I think, it was more than a month ago!) was extremely helpful being that I was in CA and had to do almost everything over the phone. Not to mention, it was one of the few places that rents SUITS and not just variations of tuxes. I got the perfect look I wanted and when we finally got to Spokane and were able to try everything on, the girls at Tuxedo Gallery were very helpful and PATIENT with a bride who couldn't make up her mind!

  tux’s looked great. Of the 9 tux’s we rented 7 had to have adjustments so be sure to try them on. Luckily their warehouse is on site so they can easily swap things out. Colors are great. Fit was great in the end. Easy to work with. Priced better than some competitors.

  Good service

  The staff was amazingly professional, they definitely knew their stuff. Was unfortunate that we realized we were missing items out of two of the suits, but we should have checked before leaving the building. Nothing incredibly important! Overall very happy with everything!

  I loved the choices that I had at Tuxedo Gallery, and the pictures turned out great. However, their product was not worth the price. Two of the six tuxes that were rented had buttons that came off, one of the shirts was yellowed around the collar, and one pair of the tux pants had to be held up by a safety pin because the belt broke. I would probably not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

  Our experience with the Tuxedo Gallery was less than stellar to say the least. We rented matching outfits for my husband and son. My husband's pants fit horribly when we went to pick them up and the associate acted as if it were a HUGE burden to make them right.
  
  Also, a guest coming from out of the country wanted to rent a business suit to wear to the wedding. The same clerk put him in the same pants/vest/shirt/tie combo as my husband and son, just in a different color - but he was NOT part of the wedding party.
  
  I cannot express how disappointed I was with the whole experience.
