  We got married in Red Bank and were looking for a place close enough but good quality tuxes. Came here after getting frustrated that other tux places would not allow you to try on the tuxes to get a sense of their fit. It was professional and they were incredibly careful to make sure that all of our groomsmen got the right fit, no matter their shape or size. They were also very patient with my 6yo nephew. Much better than your run of the mill big company store.

  My husband, the groomsmen and fathers all looked so handsome!!! They were always so helpful! We loved working its Jeffery! He was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us so much! They were so fair in price as well! The guys couldn't believe that the price included everything!!! A few of the groomsmen said it was the best tux they were wore! Jeffery even told my husband that if something happens and we need anything on wedding day, to call him and he will come to us! How amazing is that! Thank you!

  Men's Warehouse is a joke! My husband and I went there to pick out his tux and they had none of the suits he wanted to try on in stock. In order to try ANYTHING on, he had to ORDER the tuxedo first in order to try it on. No returns on items. That's like telling a bride to buy a dress from a cataloug and keep ordering and spending until she finds one she likes. Seriously?!
  
  Tuxedo Den not only had everything in stock, the MEN were knowledgeable of current fashions and so in tune with styles and trends...the associate who took our name and set an appointment with us actually asked us what our style and color theme was. He went above and beyond his job and assembled a sample of a suit that my fiance tried on at the appointment. We actually fell in love with his sample and that's what we went for! I can't believe how well they listen to your needs and match it with complete satisfaction! DONT GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Customer service is literally dead in many wedding attire shops because the corps have grown into wedding machines. This is a mom and pop atmosphere with hands on help and genuine care! Thanks so much you guys! Not just for your help but restoring our faith that some businesses out there still actually treat you like a VALUED customer!

  We're so glad we used Tuxedo Den. When we picked up the tux's many of them needed to be adjusted and within an hour all the changes were made. We also asked for a different vest which was there within 24 hours. Highly recommended!!

  Do not work with scotty

  If it wasn't for Jeffrey I would have give Tuxedo Den one star. When we first started working with Tuxedo Den we were working with Scotty. I should have known that something would go wrong because the entire time my husband, father in law and brother in law were fitted he complained about his customers which was very unprofessional. Out of the 9 tuxedos that we ordered only 3 of them fit and the rest of our bridal party had to go back the week of the wedding to get fitted again. Scotty also told them there was nothing that could be done. Jeffrey went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix Scotty's mistakes and make sure that everything was perfect for us. Jeffrey was great to work with and very helpful when he took over everything with our wedding. Although it was great working with Jeffrey it was frustrating working with Tuxedo Den because Scotty would refuse to let us talk to Jeffrey on the phone.
