    Wonderful Experience- Nice to see old fashioned values still exist

    When my wife and I met Mark Sr. and Brian last Friday, we were both met with professionalism. Specifically, both their attention to detail on getting me the perfect tuxedo and sensitivity to everything else, just reinforced how wonderful the experience was thus far. Before I met the aforementioned gentleman, I spoke with Mark Jr., and his Sister Nicole on the phone, where they were both equally charming. Therefore my beginning journey has been excellent!

    Highly Recommend !

    I highly recommend TuxedobySarno. My son, Zach has special needs and Carol Cristelli had so much patience with him. Zach was not easy to fit because his belly is a few sizes bigger than his shoulders and neck. His clothes were ready to pick up 8 days before his sisters wedding. His clothes fit perfectly and he looked so handsome! He strutted around his sisters wedding like a peacock. The groom, wedding party and brides father used two different tuxedo rental shops (because of where they lived) and had nothing but problems. I would go back to TuxesybySarno in a heartbeat! They deserve 20 stars!

    Can’t go wrong!

    My groomsmen and I had a great experience with Black Tie Tuxedo. They were super accommodating to the guys coming from out of town, allowing them to get measured at either Long Island location. In addition, when a couple of guys got in just two days before the wedding to pick up their tuxes, Mark and the team at Black Tie were able to quickly swap out the pieces of the tux that didn’t fit. They were even able to help create a custom lapel for our ring bearer so he’d look like a mini version of the groom for the day of the wedding. They were professional, courteous and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

    Best Tuxedo place!!!

    So great working with Mark! He was super helpful, honest and knew exactly what we wanted for my husbands tux and his groomsmen tuxes. All of the guys looked so sharp at our wedding (Groom, groomsmen, ring security and our fathers). Would highly recommend them! Absolutely awesome to work with! The Selden location was great for us and the Farmingdale location was great for our family/friends further west. Mark and his dad are the best! Totally glad we went with them!

    All of the tuxedos for our wedding came in prior to the date we were given, and everything came in as ordered, in the correct sizes, and was clean and in good condition. The people we worked with were kind and accommodating as well. Highly recommend them!

    I would highly recommend working with Jim from Tuxedo by Sarno to any future grooms. My bridal party of 13 groomsmen, myself, along with other friends and family all were fitted for tuxedos. Measurements were done correctly, pricing was cheaper than the national chains, and the tuxes all made us look great on my wedding day. Tuxedos shouldn't be a concern, working with Sarno will ensure that. They even suggested a jacket change for me at the cocktail hour which went over as a big hit with our guests. Friendly staff to work with who will make you look sharp on your special day. 5/5 stars for sure!

    From start to finish, Sarnos was the easiest process of all! Many of our groomsmen live in different areas, even different states and Sarnos made it easy for all the groomsmen to get fitted without traveling far! Everything fit everyone perfectly! We highly recommend Sarnos for any occasion!

    Abbe from the Alexandria location was extremely helpful in outfitting my groom, our ring bearers, best man and my dad. Especially helpful even when there are many people in his shop! I recommend Tuxedo by Sarno many times over another major competitor...you will not be disappointed! Thanks!

    I used the store in New Providence, NJ. We needed a tux within 5 days for my son's prom which he decided to go at the last minute. We were provided exactly what we wanted in 3 days. I really appreciate the excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the door, to the instructions on the garmet bag, to the moment we returned the suit. I definitely look forward to future business with Tuxedo by Sarno.

    Abbi was very easy to work with. He gave us great advice on the styles to choose from. He worked with us to outfit the groom, four groomsmen, and two fathers from various parts of the country. He coordinated with everyone to send in their measurements by email. Two days before the wedding all the tuxes were ready to be picked up. When the groom's father's shirt came out to be a little loose, Abbi had no problem letting him have another shirt in case he prefers a smaller size. The drop off afterward was a breeze. We highly recommend this tuxedo vendor.

    I'm just getting to this now, a year after we got married. I know, definitely terrible for me to do so, so late. But, I just wanted to say a BIG Thank You to everyone at the store in the Stroud Mall that helped me out with everything that I needed for my tuxedo. I went back time and time again, choosing those details and colors that needed to match with how my wife pictured our wedding, and the accessories that I wanted to add on to help me and my groomsman stand out. Everyone at the store was so helpful in all those decisions, they were easy to approach and spent lots of their time discussing all the different ideas that were out there. I had lots of questions, so it was such a relief that in no way I felt rushed to make any kind of decision. They always let me walk away and come back, since I just always seemed to have more and more questions. For this, I was absolutely impressed, and highly recommend them to folks considering them for their event. Peer and Lindsay, happily married for 1 year! Thanks Tuxedo by Sarno!

    Clara from Dante Zeller Linden office is the best. She will help you to the fullest. She couldn't of done a better job for me and my groomsmen. The suits and tuxedos are top notch, you will not be disappointed. The staff at Dante Zeller were all speedy, humble, and went out their way to provide exceptional customer service.

    We can't thank Tuxedo by Sarno for helping Keystone College's new 4-year Hospitality program's first annual fundraiser. The event was a purse bingo and Kim Sledick from Sarno was so helpful and efficient. The students looked sharp, in fact, all 225 attendees said they loved how professional our students looked!

    We chose Dante's because they have so many locations in NJ and NY and it would be easy for our groomsmen to get to. It worked out perfectly. They even offer a tuxedo fitting for the groom. That's a nice touch. Prices are reasonable as well and good selection. We were very happy. The real test came 2 days before our wedding, one of our groomsmen came in from another country. When he went to pickup the tuxedo, it didn't fit him at all. He had given us the wrong measurements. Dante's said not to worry. They re-took his measurement ordered another tux and we were able to pick it up at the Dante's closest to our wedding venue which was not the same one we used to order. they were extremely accommodating and handled a potential disaster flawlessly.

    Compared to other places we have visited we liked Black Tie the best. Their product seems to be superior and their pricing reasonable. Mark has been very accommodating to my very indecisive nature- I have changed things 3 times already and now possibly a 4th. He's been very helpful and patient. I cannot wait to see my guys in the final product.

    Sarno and Son couldn't have made our experience any easier. When picking out the suits for the guys as well as our fathers i had chose ones i liked and then two weeks later changed my mind. So my then fiance and I went down to Sarno and we had the pleasure of consulting with Liz who was amazing and extremelly helpful. I told her I want to chnage some things around and she couldnt have been more helpful and kind. The final suit on the guys looked amazing. My husband and I couldnt have been any happier how the suits looked the day of the wedding and in pictures.

    Everyone was extremely helpful! I have an odd shape for a tux, but they made sure everything fit properly! One of the ladies even met us in Newport (where we were staying overnight) for us to give the tuxes back because we normally live about an hour away. I chose them because they popped up while I was searching for a place to get complementary tuxedos for a gay men's wedding. I couldn't find anywhere else that had any design design in both black ad white!

    My husband got him, his groomsmen, and the fathers tuxes here. We went to another place before coming here (Mens Warehouse) and the level of quality and customer service that Sarno and Sons provided was absolutely above any other place. We had two people in the party out of town. One groomsmen and ring bearer. The groomsmen went really easy but the ring bearer was a little difficult due to translating kid sizes between different shops since the ring bearer had no sarno and sons near by. Sarno and Son helped out multiple times contacting us and their shop to make sure to get the sizes right and everything was perfect for the big day. Great selection and amazing customer service.

    Sarno was great! 2 of the guys in the party were really big and athletic and had tuxes that did not fix properly when they picked them up. Sarno was able to get them tuxes that fit great within a day. I would highly recommend them.

    I have heard many horror stories want to comes to tux rentals but these guys do it right . Everything fit and all the colors matched they even gave us some extra cufflinks.

    For our wedding day we rented tuxedos for the grooms, groomsmen, fathers of the bride and groom and grandfather of the bride from Dante Zeller Tuxedo and Menswear’s Manalapan, NJ location. Mike assisted us with trying on tuxedos and selecting the best fitting, most comfortable option for my husband. We were so pleased with Mike’s customer service and the tuxedo rentals were precisely what we had asked for. Everyone’s fit was perfect and the accessories and accent pieces really tied everyone’s looks together. Thanks so much, Mike! We look forward to future rentals with Dante Zeller and will be recommending.

    I was recently a groomsman in a very large wedding party which included 17 guys and kids needing tuxedos. Luckily, the bride and groom choose Sarno & Son to handle their special day. The day I came in for my fitting they got me in and out very quickly with one-on-one attention. Their customer service was very professional, experienced and courteous. The tuxedos were clean, immaculate and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Sarno & Son to anyone looking for a great tuxedo with no hassles.

    Sarno & Sons sets the bar for formalwear! They are passionate about their business and they take the time to get to know you and work hard to make sure you have the right tux for the right person to help make it a perfect occasion.

    We met with the team both in the Scranton, PA store and the Alexandria, VA location (co-located in Hannelore’s of Old Town) and even coordinated a sizing from Arizona. Sarno’s service and attention to detail across hundreds of miles is top notch and unlike anything we have ever experienced. We will use them for all our formal wear needs.

    Our perfect day was complimented by perfect formalwear from Sarno & Son! With so many details that needed attention, it was wonderful not to have a single worry about the groom's, groomsmen's, ring bearers', and dads' attire.     This review is for the Dante in Metuchen, NJ. We had the best experience with this location. We mainly worked with Anthony who made my fiance laugh every time I sent him on his own. I even changed the color last minute and Anthony was nothing but kind. They accommodated a groomsmen who came the week of the wedding to get measured. Best experience ever after hearing all these bad stories about men's warehouse and Jos A Bank.

    The Dante Zeller Company is our new hero! Our wedding was scheduled for Tuesday October 30th 2012. We postponed the wedding on October 29th, due to the upcoming storm. We were concerned about our guests safety. I'm sure you can imagine our grief. We had no idea what was to follow.To make a long story short, my family business was destroyed, along with the entire property where it was located for over 25 years. As was many of our friends homes, their vehicles etc. We returned the tuxes unused, and the manager at the store was so understanding, she promised that they would help us in any way they could when it was time to reschedule. Dante Zeller made good on that promise. Over the next two weeks, we all have been very busy helping to clean up the mess that the hurricane left behind. One thing kept popping up, every time I saw a friend, the question was always the same "when are you going to have your wedding?" They all knew that it had been postponed. It was obvious to me that everyone needed something positive to look forward to. My fiancéand I had no plans of rescheduling, but due to the requests, knew that we needed to as soon as possible. The money that went into the originally planned wedding was all that we had, so I had no idea how we would pay for tuxedos again. I contacted Dante Zeller immediately, and they were so kind, I received a call from their corporate office telling me that they were waving the fees for the re-rental of the two tuxes!! I cannot express how grateful I am to them for this generous act! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Our wedding is scheduled for next week, and thanks to them my fiancé Joe, and his best man will look their best! Thank you again!

    We used Dante Tuxedo in Somerville, NJ for tux rentals for our wedding. The manager Matt was EXTREMELY helpful with the entire process. He made sure everything was perfect for our wedding. I am a muscular guy with wide shoulders, big chest & arms, and a small waist, so it is extremely difficult to get a tux that fits me the right way, and Matt gave me pointers and suggestions on what the best way was to go about fitting me properly, and he did! We had a great experience with Dante Tuxedo and especially with Matt and will recommend them to anyone. Working with someone who knows what they are talking about and goes out of their way to make you happy, makes everything a hell of a lot easier. The only bad thing I can say, is that I don't like how I had to pay a $200 security deposit for the tuxes, and all my groomsmen each had to pay a $40 security deposit...it made no sense as to why my deposit was so much...but all around HIGHLY recommend Dante Tuxedo.

    I probably had more problems finding a tuxedo for my big day than my bride trying to find a wedding gown. I tried some of the bigger national chain tuxedo stores, but nothing was personal. Then I found Dante Zeller's. They spent two full hours on my first visit trying to find me the best suit for me, my groomsmen, father, and father in-law. They even provided me a special fitting session one and a half months prior to the wedding day to make sure I was happy with my choices. Dante also provides a typically longer rental time, which allows the men to try on their suits earlier on (in case any last minute changes or alternations are needed before the big day). The Somerville location has a great staff and I strongly suggest any groom to go here.

    We were famous for changes to our order as the day got closer, but Dante zeller was patient and always accommodated us and never showed any frustration. The tux's were perfect and the price was great for the name brand tux's that we got for our bridal party and MY GROOM GOT HIS FREE! We returned the next day and promptly received our deposit back with no hassle! Great great great!

    We rented the tuxedos for our wedding at the Succasunna, NJ location. Staff was professional, helpful, and accommodating. They easily coordinated attire for our wedding party, (even for those coming from out of town), and were able to quickly adjust the size/fit of the tux for one of the groomsmen. And all the men looked great the day of our wedding!

    Dante had the perfect suit we were looking for. We got married in the summer and wanted a tan/lightweight suit. The tan suit with brown shoes was available starting this year and we couldn't find it anywhere else. Everyone loved it because it was lightweight in the 100+ heat. The tan suit was great for the pics too!

    Sarno & Sons was completely professional and organized. We had constant check-ins, and were able to contact them periodically with questions. Everything was delivered as planned, and the staff was extremely helpful.

    Marty at the Verona location was extremely helpful in picking a tuxedo that suited our wedding style. They had a fantastic selection and very high quality products. The options were a little pricey for rentals, but overall I couldn't be happier with our choice. Worth it to look good on the wedding day!

    I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THE SHOP PICKING EVERYTHING OUT. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS WHEN RETURNING ITEMS AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION IN NJ. THE PA LOCATION TRIED TO CHARGE A LATE FEE TO ONE OF MY GUYS. I GOT A CALL ON MY HONEYMOON ABOUT THIS SITUATION. BUT IN THE END THEY TOOK OFF THE LATE FEE BUT I SHOULDNT OF HAD TO DEAL WITH THAT ON MY HONEYMOON WHEN TOLD THAT WE COULD RETURN THEM TO ANY LOCATION.

    I don't know a lot about how much suit rentals usually cost so I wasn't sure what to put for the value. I personally think that it is a lot of money to rent a suit, but I really don't know. That aside, the suit rental included the suit jacket, shirt, vest, tie, pocket square, pants, and shoes. They had a variety of colors and types of suits and they also had a variety of colors for the vests, and ties. They were very helpful with everything. The one sales associate here (I can't remember his name) he was wonderful, extremely helpful, and personable.

    My husband looked amazing in his suit and it fit him very well. My grandfather also rented here and he was happy and looked amazing. We did have a hard time with our Best Man's suit being too tight though. Besides that, Dante Zeller provided us with great service.

    We used the store in Dickson City, PA, not the Scranton location. The customer service there was pretty good! My husband and I first went in to the store after seeing some tuxes online that we liked. It ended up being way too expensive for our groomsmen, so we went somewhere else for them. But we did rent the groom's tux from Tuxedo by Sarno. The tux was beautiful! It arrived in plenty of time and fit perfectly. The store checked in with us a few times prior to the wedding to ensure the order was accurate and the measurements were as well. The first employee that assisted us was not the best. He wasn't too knowledgeable or helpful. But when we went back for a fitting, a woman assisted us and she was great! She made sure my husband's tux fit perfectly and she was very kind. She was incredibly helpful and professional! I would recommend this place if you're looking for higher end tuxes and willing to spend a little more.

    Very good as a whole. We had groomsman all over NJ and NYC who were able to go to their local store and get everything fast. Some of the suits didn't fit right the week of and new ones were ready days before the wedding.

    I was thrilled to work with Santos because they had so many tux options and provided many color combinations for us to choose from. They were able to accommodate many out of state wedding party members.
    When the tuxes came in most of them fit, but we did have three that needed to be reordered. Luckily those people were able to go in early and pick them up on time. They were willing to have tuxes shipped right to our hotel if we needed.
    The day of our wedding we had a pair of shoes fall apart when we arrived at the church. Someone from the store came over with another pair of shoes for us.

    The Fall River store only has one employee. One day she was sick when I was going with my father and father in law were coming for their fitting that we had planned well in advance. It was frusterating to have to go twice. We also waited many times at opening for the manager to get there after they said they were open.

    I went with Dante Zeller because the manager Randy was very helpful and helped me put together the suit I had in mind without dismissing everything I had to say like some of the other places I had been to. I wanted traditional morning attire and Randy was very knowledgeable about the style. I found a lot of other places were working out of a basic catalog of typical attire with little knowledge of men's formal wear. Prices were decent and the guys looked great. Any time I dealt with Randy I felt very taken care of...the rest of the staff were mediocre and usually made mistakes that Randy had to fix. If you stick with Randy you should be very pleased.

    1st appointment was a bust. Waited 30 or so minutes only to be cut in line. Person who worked didn't care when I said something. So i said i would call the manager. Still didnt care. Had to reschedule. Was not happy. Went to 2nd appointment. And the people were great. But still not happy about the first appointment.

    Here, they didn't get a perfect score because at the end we felt we could have received more input from the professionals. Zeller's has a nice selection of Tuxedo's but the first day you go in to get measured maybe try on a jacket or two. Then a week or two before the Event your Tuxedo comes in for a fitting. Any alterations can be done on the spot but anything major has to be sent out. Now it's crunch time.

    I do not recommend this place! The tuxedos were stained, and when one of the guys returned a shirt, they just gave it to another member of the party later on that same day! Poor service.

    Well I would not recommend them to anyone we had multiple problems most of the tuxedos were in a day late and when they came in they had spots or wrong sizes they did handle the situations and one of them even drove to one of the groomsmans houses because he was getting ready to leave for our out of town wedding But these problems should not have happened so they would never needed to be fixed

    Do NOT recommend Dante Zeller. (The Summit, NJ store at least.)
    We choose to go to Dante Zeller knowing we would pay more than Men's Wearhouse or some other chain but we THOUGHT we'd get better quality/service- we did not.
    They also have a "coupon" they send around for money off a tux. If you use this coupon you can't get the in store rates, so it's a joke.
    We ordered 11 tuxedos to rent and 1 tuxedo shirt to buy from them. Even with discounts they were $155/tux.
    Every tuxedo needed to be re-sized- some still didn't fit the day of the wedding. (They have that "we guarantee it will fit" policy too-so supposedly, if this is actually true- our whole wedding party should be getting a free tuxedo the next time they need one) Every tuxedo had buttons that were falling off during the ceremony. One groomsmen lives in NYC and they actually sent the tuxedo there instead of where the wedding was. They even gave the groom the wrong tux to wear for the wedding.

    we had some problems so i had to pick up the tux the day of the wedding.they told me that was all because all the other guys had picked up there tuxes.when the guys started to get dress, oho i did not get the best mans tux.the grooms shirt have a hole in it.all the cuflinks were falling apart.the ring bearer tux was just a mess poor boy was pulled so many time he was crying.and we gave up.

    I used the Smithtown, NY location for my wedding party and what seemed like a pleasurable experience turned out to be a nightmare the week of my wedding.

    When we were initially fitted everything went smooth, we picked out the right tux and everyone went according to plan. This was 3 1/2 months before the big day. One of my groomsmen could not make the initial fitting so he went about a month later, this is where things started to seem fishy. He calls me and says that they can not find us in the log anywhere, not by name, not by date, nothing. Eventually after searching they did find up. The associate (who originally helped us) called and apologized for the error, I figured oh okay small mistake. I'll go to the store and make sure everything is up to par. This is where things started going wrong. I go in that week and introduce myself to the younger associate (who seemed to be the manager) and just wanted to go through the name orders to make sure we had everyone. They did. But all with the wrong color shirts we ordered so we fixed that.

    Fast forward to two weeks before the wedding and we haven't heard as much of a peep from these people. My fiance being the firecracker she can be calls them, and they explain they've done this before they're professionals the tuxes will be in at the end of the week. Then phone tag started. They would call other people in the party to tell them other peoples tuxes were in. THEN after rectifying the shirt color issue my fathers, brothers and groomsman shirt colors were still wrong. We bring this up to them and they get shirts overnighted, should be an easy fix considering it was the morning of my wedding but my brothers sleeves were down to his ankles now. Also they gave my groomsman shoes 2.5 sizes to big and they ask "is it that big of a deal?" when he says yes they give him crushed shoes from the bottom of the box.

    Simply put the week of my wedding they were our biggest headache and just don't go there.

    Used the Tuxedo by Sarno location in Farmingdale, NY. We went in 3 days prior to our wedding and had many issues- received a regular tie instead of bow tie, shirts that did not fit, shoes that were falling apart. We were supposed to receive replacement items the morning of the wedding, which never came. So instead, my now Husband spent our wedding morning out shopping for shirts and gorilla glue to fix shoes. Save yourself the headache and choose a different vendor.

    This legitimately was the only vendor that we were completely disappointed with for our wedding!
    We picked them specifically because they offered a first look for the Groom, my husband wanted to make sure he was happy with the fit of his Tuxedo this was important to him as he has large muscular arms.
    We got married on a Friday his tux came in not a week before, not even five days before, the Wednesday before the wedding and when he went to try it on the shirt didn't even come close to fitting him. This may have been OK had any of the tuxes we ordered come in properly...
    All of our groomsmen as well as fathers made at least two trips to pick up their tuxes because nothing fit them.
    Lastly the pants they gave my husband had a tear in them which split completely right after our ceremony, luckily we had a family member run to a local store and buy my husband a pair of pants to finish out the night.

    And for reference we actually reached out them after they sent us their survey and got no call/communication back.

    If there was a grade lower than an F then they would get that. It was such a nightmare. We had my husband, 2 father’s, grandfather, ring bearer and 6 groomsmen. When I say the only person who didn’t have an issue was my husband and our father’s that was it. They managed to mess up the other 8 tuxedos. I mean how difficult is it to get the measurement of pants? My brother had to go back 3 separate times and then even THE DAY OF THE WEDDING he had issues. I called them to let them know I was the bride and his pants were AGAIN way too short…their answer to me was “I can’t help you right now I have a store full of people” to which I responded “ I have a wedding in 2 hours, I don’t care about a store full of people who are not about to get married, I need you to get my brother pants” and then he said “I can’t help you, I have to go help customers” and hung up. If I am not mistaken I was a customer as well. They were rude, unprofessional and clearly had no idea what they were doing. His grandfather was so uncomfortable in the length of his pants after our ceremony he went home to put on his own black dress pants. The day after the wedding my husband called to speak with a manager who didn’t seem to care at all and said he would pass along the message to his boss who still to this day, 3 weeks later has yet to call us back. I was able to get a full refund for my brother, and are working on everyone else. I wouldn’t recommend them even if they were the only place left on the planet, I’d say you were better off with sweatpants.

    We used Dante Zeller for our wedding July 12, 2013, we rented 12 tuxes, and every single one was DIRTY and/or wrinkled upon pick up. My brothers wasnt even cleaned and was filled with sweat and dirty! Talk about stress the week of your wedding!
    High prices and poor quality! They use their own factory in Linden to clean the tuxes and apparently they dont know what their doing, and they dont retire the tuxes soon enough. All our tuxes were sent back and we were assured we would get clean and pressed ones. Again upon pickup the best man had a brown stain on his shirt larger than a quarter. My husband even found a stain on his tie and it was too late to get a new one. They ALL get their tuxes from the same places and they are sent around to different locations. We are still waiting for a call back from the owner. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR

    PLEASE do not use this company for a large wedding party, or any event most likely. They are unorganized, the Rockaway store manager was let go, they screwed up almost every single order for our wedding in 2 days for a groom, 8 groomsmen, 2 fathers and a ring bearer and I am still dealing with the general manager. I have filed a Better Business Bureau Complaint due to the amount of issues that I have encountered through what should be the easiest part of the wedding planning process, and has caused me severe anxiety and stress, up to 2 days before my wedding and I am sure my issues still will be outstanding up until the night before with this place. Do not use the Rockaway store, and they make assurances they don\'t keep. Bad business practices.

    If I could give a negative rating for the Verona location I would. We made an appt online and they had no record of our appt. No problem, we selected tuxedos and they scheduled an appt for the following month for us to view the samples. We showed up to our appt - no record of it and NO sample tuxedos. We should have gone elsewhere at this point, but we selected the tuxedos for our wedding party and they assured us they would be in Monday evening the week of our wedding. We told them we were getting married out of state and would leaving Thursday morning they assured us if anything was wrong it was plenty of time to fix.
    Monday of our wedding week arrives - no tuxedos. We got a call they were in Tuesday evening- disaster. Not a single tuxedo was correct. The groomsmans shirt was down past his knees, the groom's vest was down to his knees, the best man's jacket was too tight, and the father of the bride's tuxedo never even arrived! Also, they never mentioned that if you go in the evening there is no tailor available to make fixes. The girl working that evening assured us she would have all the correct pieces the next evening. So...everyone went back Wednesday evening - again disaster. She had never ordered the smaller shirt or the larger jacket. My father's tuxedo arrived....with a hole in the jacket and was missing the vest. And none of the pocket squares arrived for anyone.
    We were beyond upset that we had to waste 3 nights the week of our wedding at this store, and it still was not correct. The worst part is that the store manager stood in the corner and refused to turn around and address the issue. He offered no apologies, left his sales people to deal with the issue, and at one point went and hid in the back room. It was absolutely deplorable behavior. Unacceptable. As we were driving to our wedding, we had to stop at this store to pick up all of the missing pieces to everyone's tuxedo. Save yourself the headache -DO NOT USE THEM.

    I give 0 stars for this store. The first strike was they called me in june telling me my tuxs were in when my wedding was in august and i asked if i could take them now they said No we have to send them back to the warehouse and when the date gets closer we will call you again. The 2nd strike they called me 3 days before my wedding and asked " do you want jackets with your tuxs" i said of course i do and they wanted to charge me an extra $20 per jacket when they already signed of on an orignal price of $125 per tux. The 3rd and final strike was i tried on my tux and it fit PERFECT. But when the lady packed it she shoved the jacket and the pants on the bottem of the bag and did not put the jacket and pants on a hanger! I was furious! I DO NOT recomend this TUX vendor at least the one in verona NJ. Out of all my vendors they were the hardest to deal with so i give 0 stars.
