We recently had my son’s pre wedding reception. Jane was great and very cooperative and managed to put everything together on a very short notice. We communicated by emails and her responsiveness was awesome. The location was perfect in many ways. It was accommodating for our group of 40 guests. The view of the golf course was the perfect backdrop to our photos. The food was delicious and the team was courteous.

We got married at TRGC in the fall! We loved absolutely everything about the venue. The venue is so green and lush, and they let us ride the golf carts around for pictures. The food was amazing, and our guests absolutely loved the Chinese banquet menu. Their wedding packages are very reasonably priced and made it easy to plan the wedding remotely while still allowing us to customize it to our vision-- and Jane is so helpful and easy to work with. Would recommend TRGC to any couple!

Jane was absolutely amazing! I could not recommend this venue more. We had our reception outdoors at the lakeside ceremony site on the patio. The entire process was so professional and by far the best experience from the tour, to the tasting, to working with their vendors and staff, to enjoying our perfect day.

We had our wedding 2 weeks ago. And it was such a surreal experience there. That’s the venue I wanted to have my day at because of amazing backdrop and sales manager Jane, who’s been very accommodative and truly makes you feel special for the upcoming day. TRGC crew made sure everything went smooth, food was delicious and it was just such a beautiful experience. 100% recommend! Thank you guys! I’m still reviving the day.

Tustin Ranch Golf Club is a beautiful venue for a wedding. My daughter and I worked with Jeannette. She was always professional, patient, and kind when working with her. The staff was supportive and helpful the day of the wedding during set up. The setting was perfect for photos with beautiful blooming flowers, palm trees and water features. I highly recommend Tustin Ranch Golf Club for a wedding.

We had our wedding at Tustin Ranch last month and we're so glad we made the right choice! Not only was the venue beautiful, the staff were all very nice and professional. Nicole Yasui helped us with all the preparation work including food & beverage accommodation, rehearsal, and day-of coordination. She was organized and super flexible to our detailed requests, clarified all of our questions patiently, and certainly helped relieve our stress! On the wedding day, she accompanied us to several spots for pictures and ensured we didn't miss anything. It's been such a pleasure working with her! All our guests had a good time and said a lot of nice things about our venue selection and food quality. Thank you Nicole and your staff for making our wedding everything we've hoped and dreamed of. This place was beyond incredible for so many reasons! From the minute we walked in, I knew that there was something beautiful about Tustin Ranch. I couldn't get it out of my mind! The ceremony location was gorgeous and really made an impact when you walked in on it. Everyone's jaw dropped when they saw it! All of the staff was so helpful every time we came by and everything went off wondefully. What do you expect when the venue coordinator is beyond amazing! Jessica was our angel! She was part of the reason I made the decision to pick this spot for our wedding. I was in love with this venue and there are not enough words for how amazing this place was!

We had a thank you event that was being planned for 500. It was to include buffet ( 3 different setups with different choices, inside and outside areas, dance floor and 4 bar setups. Our theme was 50 - 60s Palm Springs Casino Night! The food was Fantastic, the venue was beautiful and the service was great!!! The planning team was great to work with and everything went off without a hitch. Jessica and her team made our night, a night to remember.

Tustin Ranch Golf Course is a great venue! Not only for weddings! We held our son's 1st birthday party at Tustin Ranch Golf Club. Jessica was such a great event planner. She made the process extremely stress-free for a busy mom like me! Communicating with Jessica about any details and questions was so easy. The main dining room held my 78 guest comfortably with plenty of room. The Views of the Golf Course was beautiful. The Food from the Sunday Brunch was delicious. I would highly recommend reserving this venue for any special occasion.

Words cannot describe how amazing our venue was. My wife and I got married at Tustin Ranch Golf Course on July 14th and the atmosphere and attention to detail that Jessica and Carmen put into the wedding was unbelievable!

My wife and I are very detail oriented people and from Day 1, Jessica and Carmen were there to answer any questions or concerns we had. I've heard horror stories of other venues being involved just in the beginning stages of planning. These ladies definitely were there start to finish and then some.

My husband and I just got married at Tustin ranch almost a month ago! Jessica and Carmen truly made it an unforgettable experience. They answered and my questions and concerns I had before the wedding whether it had to do with the venue or outside vendors! When it came to the wedding day everything was set up beyond the vision I had, it was amazing! Carmen and Jessica helped the capture so many memories for my personal photo collection, that was a pretty awesome gift!! If I could do it again, I would get married there all over again!!

I am so glad we went with this venue! The atmosphere is relaxing, the venue price was very reasonable, and best of all, our wedding coordinator, Jessica was simply the best! She has the best personality and is so patient and kind. She works hard to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and is very responsive to emails and phone calls. She never failed to get back to me and my millions of questions in a very timely manner. She was my cheerleader through all the little stressors that surfaced. I could not have asked for a better on-site wedding coordinator! I know that my experience at Tustin Ranch Golf Club would not have been as memorable without her. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well. The servers made sure my husband and I had food and beverages throughout the day as we were bustling about. My experience there was incredible and I sincerely hope you will check this place out. Their food is awesome, by the way. Our guests were very happy!

My husband and I chose the Tustin Ranch Golf Club as our wedding venue. I'm so glad we did! Jessica and Carmen were extremely accommodating and coordinated the ceremony and grand entrance to the reception! They also set out anything that we requested (wedding favors, champagne glasses for sand ceremony, pictures books on sign in table). They even drove around in golf carts with us and the photographers to take pictures in really pretty areas of the golf course! The value was outstanding for the money. I would recommend using this venue to everyone and I think my guests would say the same. We received so many complements on the location and atmosphere of our wedding!

I cannot say enough good things about Jessica, Carmen and all of Tustin Ranch Golf Club! From the very first time we met with Jessica, we knew there was something special about her and this venue. One thing that stood out was that she said 'yes' to every request we had - from a specialty British cocktail, to sparklers early in the reception, to moving flowers throughout the reception and more. And she seems to genuinely enjoy what she does too which made it even better!! We knew we could trust her to be professional, punctual and on top of things. She over-delivered on everything and the way the decor turned out was even better than we could have imagined!!! She was patient and kind throughout our crazy wedding planning process - partially which we had to do from another country. Thank you so much Jessica & team for being part of the best day ever!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would! My husband and I got married at Tustin Ranch two weeks ago and it is honestly the BEST!!! The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food is amazing, and Jessica is just incredible. Words can't even describe how much fun we had with her, she was the reason why our wedding was PERFECT in every way!

When we went in to check out the venue last year and met with Jessica, I just knew that this place would be perfect for us to have the wedding. We checked out other venues and met with other coordinators, but we didn't have that "THIS IS IT!" feeling like we had with Tustin Ranch and Jessica. Her and I got along right away and my husband even said that we were acting like best friends by the end of our appointment. She was very informative and honest, and I knew that I needed her by my side on our big day. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, she would respond right away and I would get more and more excited every time I talked to her. She is a true definition of a GREAT event coordinator, and I would know because I used to plan events myself, and it takes A LOT of dedication and commitment. She knows all of the in's and out's of the venue so she will let you know what works best that also fits your needs and wants.


Our wedding day was just PERFECT! We had about 140 guests and all throughout the night, people kept coming up to us and telling us how amazing everything was! From the ceremony, to the food, to the DJ, to the friendly staff, everyone had something great to say! I still can't stop smiling!!! It was seriously the BEST experience ever!

Jessica and Tustin Ranch did an amazing job with our wedding and had a lot of our guests commenting to use about our wedding being one of the best they had been to. The staff at Tustin Ranch did a wonderful job at making the guests feel comfortable and made sure the wedding ran smooth from start to finish. Jessica was there for my wife and I during the whole day and made sure we were able to enjoy the day without having to worry about any details of the wedding. My wife's parents had scheduled the 3 waiters as a surprise and even though Jessica had to keep it a secret, she let us know how guilty she felt about hiding the surprise and hoped we would forgive her afterwards (she is so sweet)! People continually reminded us that something was guaranteed to "go wrong" during the day but in fact we didn't have any issues (big or small) during the entire wedding. Jessica and the whole staff made sure everything ran smooth so our big day was one of the most memorable days of our life's!

Great Venue and love Jessica and Nicole (and Kim before she left)! They were amazing organizers and event (day of) planners. The venue is beautiful (I'm excited to see my wedding photos) and even though there was a golf tourney the morning of my wedding, I didn't notice them at all.
Up to the date I had multiple meetings (and emails) with Jessica and she was always attentive and responsive - and that truly helped with peace of mind when you're planning such a huge event.

Coming from a photographer's prospective I find that a venue/wedding planner can make or break the day. Jessica was the wedding planner that we worked with throughout the day and made sure we were getting all the images we needed, while also being timely.

Our daughter chose Tustin Ranch Golf Course for her wedding and reception venue. Not only was it beautiful inside and out, the staff is phenomenal. Brian Penny, the food and beverage manager, worked closely with us and our wedding coordinator. He was flexible, open to our ideas, and responded to our phone calls and emails promptly. The day of the ceremony he came to our rescue when our DJ was late and helped accommodate our music needs. The new TV's in the reception area worked perfectly for showing the video of the bride and groom. Definitely would recommend this place!

We loved this place from the beginning to the end. The environment is perfect for wedding and Kimberly is the best coordinator! She was so attentive to everything and our wedding could not have been so exciting without her help.

We had our evening wedding ceremony & reception at TRGC and couldn't be happier. Jessica is a ROCK STAR and was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. There's no need for an outside coordinator (wedding entirety or even day-of) as Jessica and her team do all that and more. They can work with any budget and have pricing packages you can choose from, which cover as little or as many details as you need (ie. food, alcohol, wedding cake, DJ, flowers, photography, photobooth, candy stations, chocolate fountains, etc..) to eliminate the stress.

Planning - Jessica worked with our tight budget and gave us a wedding that looked anything but! I have to say that she did most of the heavy lifting (it was almost too easy!) to help us pull it together. She kept us on track with planning, provided suggestions and recommendations for budgets, timelines, details and even vendors (who were also fantastic).

The day of - Jessica was present to make sure every second of the day was stress-free and went as smoothly as possible. And it did. The TRGC staff was on point, the venue and set-up were gorgeous, our guests had a great time, the food was fantastic (the chef is fantastic; and we still get compliments on the menu), and it all went by too fast. The only hiccup of the day was when I started getting a blister, right off the bat, from my wedding shoes - naturally, Jessica had band-aids on hand, in multiple sizes. While that seems like a small detail to share, the point is that she was prepared for just about ANY situation.

Bottom line - If you're considering Tustin Ranch Golf Club as an option for your OC wedding, I would highly recommend you 'say yes.' Then ask for Jessica. You won't be disappointed!

Kimberly was our event manager for my wedding and she was always prompt with responding to emails and when it came to the day of the wedding, she was so patient and calm. Our guests were pleased during cocktail hour and dinner services. All staff were accommodating and attentive to our guests during the wedding. My husband and I are so glad we chose Tustin Ranch Golf Club for our wedding venue!

Tustin Ranch is absolutely the PERFECT place for a Wedding!!! Everything was above & beyond our expectations. During the whole process the answer to everything was "Yes." They were extremely accommodating & always added a little something extra. The ceremony site was breathtaking & the reception was gorgeous! I wish the night could've gone on forever. Kim Herbert is simply the best! She really put me at ease, and that's not easy for a bride. She was there for me through the whole 2 yr. process & during the night of. She was by our side, catering to whatever we needed. We even went back to take additional pictures a week later & she met us there & helped me with my dress & even helped the photographer. Perfect! Hands down we wouldn't change a thing. Everything that was explained to us during the planning process was exactly what we received. They exceeded our high expectations to say the least. All of our guests raved about the ceremony, the reception room decorations and the food. We had originally wanted a beach front location but were a bit worried about varying weather conditions near the water. Tustin ranch is the perfect location, we had an amazing outdoor ceremony by the lake and a reception in dining room where you can look out at the water all night. So much better than a enclosed ballroom. We choose the Diamond package which included almost everything, a great value compared to what other venues were charging. We served filet mignon and mahi mahi, both turned out amazing. The hosted bar turned out perfect as well and we were able to make up our own signature drink! Kim Herbert was event planner and she is simply the best. We seriously wish we could do our wedding again because it was so much fun. We wouldn't change a thing. Kim knows all the details and has all the answers you could need. She is also so calm during the whole thing which really makes things easy. We think she and Tustin Ranch went above and beyond and are truly thankful. They were a huge part of the best day of our lives and we will remember it always.

Had my wedding at the TRGC with Jessica as my day-of coordinator. She is absolutely amazing. She was always so quick to respond to all and any questions that I had, even up until the morning of the wedding! She was so caring, prompt, and professional, that I knew I wouldn't have anything to worry about on the big day--and I was absolutely right. My family even commented that she was the best wedding coordinator they'd seen because she was always so on top of everything!
The ceremony location is absolutely gorgeous, with the palm trees lining the front and the lake/fountain flowing in the background. I was going for a soft, dreamy ceremony, so I had the wooden arbor loosely framed with simple, white netting, and held the ceremony at 6pm as the sun was going down. With the trees and netting softly blowing in the wind, and the sun glistening off of the water in the back, the setting was beautiful--exactly how I wanted it.
The reception location is just slightly awkwardly shaped, but we worked with it and it turned out just fine! Didnt even notice it the day of. The people who worked our reception (the bartenders, waiters, etc) were wonderful though! Super friendly workers, and I'm still getting compliments on the beef dinner :).
Overall, I would not hesitate at all to recommend this place to any future bride and groom. It is just gorgeous, and the employees are amazing (especially Jessica ;)).

Jessica at Tustin ranch was amazing. The wedding and ceremony turned out wonderful. Jessica is so organized and helped with anything and everything I needed for my wedding. We loved her and loved having our wedding at the golf course.

Our daughter was married on July 12, 2014 at Tustin Ranch Golf Club. We booked Tustin Ranch last August and our first meeting was with Jessica. Let me tell you Jessica was absolutely fantastic, she was there for us every step of the way. Any question my daughter or I had she would get back to us immediately.

The day of the wedding went so smoothly and I strongly believe the reason was because of Jessica and the entire staff at Tustin Ranch.
The ceremony was absolutely beautiful. After the ceremony our guests walked around the corner for the cocktail hour and appetizers. Everything was delicious. During the reception the staff was professional and did a great job. The food was delicious.

Jessica was our coordinator for the day. She is a total sweetheart. We got married on 4/26/14. She made sure that everything that is needed was done and communicating with her is great. She is very quick at responding to emails and she makes sure that everything runs smoothly .. We loved TRGC. It was Beautiful during the ceremony & reception. The food was great. The venue was beautiful. Food was very good, vegetables are fresh and crisped especially the tri-tip so juicy! The staff are wonderful. Jessica was great...our wishes were granted. i would have another there.

Looking for a golf course wedding in OC? Look no further! The best thing we did for our wedding was picking Tustin Ranch.
Like the rest of the review, Jessica is THE BEST to work with. She is super responsive, accommodating, friendly, and would find ways to give you answers to any questions you have, and come up with solutions to the minor hiccups in now time, much like the fairy god mother. She is the reason why I still have my hair after planning a wedding across the country without a wedding planner. We encountered some health concern for children's meal and Jessica worked with us to have a healthier choice for the kiddies, which is greatly appreciated.
The venue is beautiful with the ceremony on the patio overlooking the fountain, outdoor cocktail hour over looking the golf course for the guests while you go on a newlywed golf cart to take pictures at the immaculately maintained course, and finally the reception at the club house with high wood beamed ceiling and glowing lights outside. The food is great and we had a tough time picking the entree and appetizers. But, hint: get the prawns.
Another thing to consider a venue is the list of vendors you are recommended, especially at places where you are required to hire their preferred vendors. (Sometimes you do get a discount when hiring preferred vendors.) Tustin has a great list of vendors to pick from but doesn't require you to hire from their list. I did my homework and contacted several other vendors in each category and ended up picking the photographer, DJ and florist from their list. And all of them are super awesome. It is a big relief when you know your vendor knows the venue and staff well and can work together to iron out the minor hiccups you are guaranteed to have.

The wedding turned out so great, one of our guests wants to have her son's wedding here. That's pretty much the best compliment on your wedding you can get, right?

Tustin Ranch Golf Club is a great venue for a wedding. The organisation was perfect, Kimberly did a fantastic job of making sure everything went well. She was very attentive during the whole 5/6 hours we were there and I was delighted to see that she stayed to the very end to make sure all our guests we well taken care of. My husband and I could not be happier with how our wedding turned out. One of the best decisions we made was choosing Tustin Ranch Golf Club for our reception venue. Working with Jessica made all the planning so much easier. She was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and quick in her communication. She had so much great advice that was practical, useful, and applicable in so many situations that came up in the planning. While the venue was on the pricier side, it was definitely worth the cost. The food was amazing, the venue itself was gorgeous and the staff was incredibly professional. The reception package included so many great features such as the open bar cocktail hour, an amazing selection of food, and the cake that it was such an incredible value. Had we priced out each of those items individually, I'm sure it would have ended up exceeding the overall cost at TRGC. I would absolutely recommend TRGC and especially Jessica to anyone planning a wedding. The overall experience was incredibly smooth and I knew everything would turn out exactly as I had envisioned. As a bride on her wedding day, you can't ask for more than that!

What can I say?? Jessica was AMAZING! She was quick in responding, extremely detail oriented, made you feel 110% comfortable and made sure every minor detail was taken care of. From the start of planning a wedding, I can honestly say, Jessica was the only vendor that didn't disappoint us in the process. She was very professional and there's nothing negative we could say about her. Our ceremony at Tustin Ranch, though hotter than we had expected, was even more beautiful than she had described. Tustin Ranch is very picturesque which makes it even more emotional to say "I DO." You cannot go wrong with this venue nor Jessica! (The only con is the bridal room which has poor lighting, but your girls could always get ready at a hotel & there isn't a room sectioned off for the groom/groomsman)

Jessica was an absolute joy to work with. She responded quickly whenever we had an issue and offered many helpful tips for our reception. The staff on the day of the reception was the best we could ask for - they were so helpful and amazing! We love Tustin Ranch!

We celebrated our daughter's wedding at this lovely venue. From our first meeting with Jessica all the way through the big day, everything was perfect! Communication was easy and emails were answered quickly. If Jessica wasn't in, an associate helped us. Not that we even needed help. My daughter's big concern was that her Dad and I be able to enjoy the occassion. We absolutely did. No need to manage anything as Jessica and her entire staff were there! The food was delicious, the cocktail hour on the patio was perfect and the decor for the reception was beautiful! Fortunately I only have one daughter but if there were others, or if my son asks my opinion, Tustin Ranch Golf Club is the only place we would consider again! Thanks to Jessica and the entire staff for making our daughter's special day so very special! Hugs!

Tustin ranch staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional. I would sincerely recommend the venue and staff highly. My wedding was very organized I never worried or stressed about anything. The attentiveness was amazing. Turned out beautiful and I received various compliments from guests about venue. Jessica (wedding corriender) was awesome! Super personal and professional. Met my groom and all family/ guests needs.

The moment we arrived at Tustin Ranch and met Jessica , we knew we wanted it to be our wedding venue and to have her as our coordinator. I had to plan a wedding in 4 months and did it pretty stress-free because of Jessica- she was very prompt with emails, returning calls, answering every question, and fulfilling every single unimaginable request I asked for. I truly believe I was able to plan it in such a short time because of her- she honestly went above and beyond! She even talked to one of my vendors when they had a lot of questions I couldn't answer. She listened to me, gave suggestions, and encouraged me on my work as I planned it all out.
The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the food is amazing (Jessica made sure we were happy with our appetizers/entree options and prepared a feast for our tasting, which was SO good we had a hard time picking out our favorites), and the service is superb. I'm serious about the food, as that was one of the most important things to us- it's not your typical bland wedding meal, but quality, tasty goodness.
On our wedding day, all my guests were raving about how wonderful everything was. And as promised, Jessica made our special day go by very smoothly, she made sure we ate, coordinated with all vendors, calmed my nerves by assuring me everything was going perfectly, pinned bridal party's boutonniere's, picked up the train of my dress everywhere we went, helped me change (3 different dresses), took us around on the golf course for the best spots to take pictures with our photographer, etc.
This review doesn't do the venue and coordinator justice! Can't thank you enough Jessica for making every bride's wish of a a dream wedding come true and for being more than just a coordinator, but a great friend!

I was lucky enough to work with the wonderfull Jessica! She was our wedding coordinator and did an absolutely amazing job! As the bride, the day of she made it so I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING! We had a bridal area blocked off so I wouldn't be bothered and she made sure everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have. She did most of the decorating and setting up, she was very responsive to my emails and wasn't upset that I didn't have the final count to her on time. She was very professional, respectful, thoughtful and was just amazing in everyway. I was lucky to have her as part of my wedding. The venu is absolutly beautiful- the food is beyond great and the added bonus of driving a golf cart around to take pictures was absolutly perfect. I would reccomend anyone who is looking to get married here to do so! It's a great package deal for a pretty dang good price!

I want to begin this review by thanking Jessica and her team at Tustin Ranch Golf Course. As the groom, my goal was to take almost no responsibility for our wedding day. Jessica and her team made sure that happened. The wedding went smoothly without me or my bride handling anything.

Jessica and her team were professionals from beginning to end. I obviously expected them to handle the things we hired them to do(like food and scheduling), but I was impressed on how they handled all of the little details. Our wedding day happened to occur at a time where California was experiencing a bit of a heat wave. At 6pm the temperature was well over 100 degrees. Jessica setup misters so that the guests would have cooler air during the ceremony. She made sure cold water was available and promptly moved the guests into the air conditioned comfort of the clubhouse.

Jessica made sure that we (the bride and groom) were constantly pampered, bringing us food and drinks while we were taking pictures and greeting guests. I never once worried that there might be something for me to do (other than enjoy our party).

Before I get to far into this review, I want to also point out the food. This was no "wedding" chicken or "wedding" beef. The food was impressive. I still remember our tasting a couple months before the event and thinking, "How am I going to choose just two of these meals for out guests?" We narrowed it down after much deliberation, and we were told over and over again by our guests how good the food was.

The facility was very nice and provided a beautiful backdrop for our perfect evening. Despite the hot weather, the lush green of the golf course made for great pictures and a pleasant environment.

I highly recommend Tustin Ranch Golf Course as a wedding venue. You will be pleased with every aspect.

Tustin ranch golf course was absolutely spectacular. Both proffessional and They really made our wedding one to cherish for the rest of our lives. Jessica tran Velasquez was such a great event coordinator she made absolutely sure every bit of our needs was met and Made everything so easy and stress free. We just got married at Tustin Ranch and everything was so perfect!!! The staff was amazing, the location was gorgeous, and the food was delicious!! We worked with Jessica and she was the best!! Jessica was an outstanding event manager!!! She was attentive, professional, responsive, courteous, etc. Jessica answered all our questions and found solutions for our road bumps. She was on point and was able to guide us through the entire wedding process. The food and service was amazing, all our guests loved it. Our compliments go out to Jessica and all the staff at Tustin Ranch Golf Club who made our wedding event a memorable one.

I worked directly with Jolene for my daughter's event I only have one child and I wanted this shower to be special. Jolene was beyond amazing. I am certain she has had years of experience coordinating events, but I felt sincere joy and excitement for me as the plans unfolded. Every detail was rolled out as promised!! The day was beautiful and everyone enjoyed themselves!! It was nice not to worry or stress about any details of the party. Jolene handled everything. I will definitely plan other events at TRGC in the future, but will definitely be back for brunch again and again!! Thank you for everything!!!!!

Tustin Ranch was hands down the best venue and experience my husband and I could have imaged for our wedding. Not only was the scenery perfect, but the customer service is absolutely amazing. Jolene was our coordinator with Tustin Ranch and I could not say more good things about her. Her genuine excitement for our wedding, her quick responses, her impecable attention to detail to be sure everything looked the way I wanted, I mean everything was perfect. Not to mention the food! The food was amazing and we had too many compliments to count on our guests love of the food and the venue as well. Thanks again Tustin Ranch for the best wedding we could have ever asked for. I 100% recommend every bride and groom to check this place out for your wedding, you will love it just as much as we did.

Wow what an amazing staff. Professional, thoughtful, helpful, time cautious, you name it they were on it. Jessica was our wedding coordinator and what an amazing women! She made our wedding run so smoothly and it was such a perfect day. She was there every step of the way. She made sure everything was on time (which she knew was important to me). The staff was so friendly bartender, waiters, and assistants. Our guest would not stop saying how amazing the staff was and how beautiful everything was. The food was fantastic not saying this because it was our wedding but it had to be the best "wedding meals" we and our guest every had. We had the Angus beef, champagne chicken, and vegetarian medley. My husbands button came off his tux jacket and sure enough her comes one of the staff members sewing it back on. I really believe the venue has a big role in how your wedding day will be. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club.

Tustin Ranch made my wedding! I loved the planning process because they were so helpful! I would randomly show up to test out the linens and the wedding planner, Jessica, would stop what she was doing and help me! She gave me her opinions but reminded me it was my wedding! She became part of the wedding and it was more special having her there on the wedding day! Tustin Ranch Golf Club is a beautiful venue for a cermony and reception! You drive up a long drive way lined with palm trees! When you drive away at night the palm trees have lights wrapped around them so it's a dream exit! The ceremony site is gorgeous with a fountain in the back and a brick aisle for the bride to walk down! The reception is dimly lite, perfect for night weddings! If you want to get married during the day it's just as beautiful because they have windows all along one side of the room so you're looking out onto the beautiful green golf course! They also helped me with choosing other vendors such as my cake and DJ! They also recommended photographers and linen places! They were so helpful! I miss not seeing them on a regular basis but I still go back and visit on a regular basis! Our pictures turned out gorgeous with the green golf course, beautiful trees and lakes with waterfalls and fountains! I had a dream wedding and couldn't be happier! I want to do it again!! :)

We fell in love with Tustin Ranch Golf Club. The Golf Course is beautiful and I loved that you could see the golf course from the reception room. Our coordinator, Jessica was amazing! She answered all of our questions, even the obnoxious ones in a professional and timely manner. She helped us work within our budget and was really flexible with the planning. Our food tasting was such a nice experience...the food was delicious and we got so many compliments at the wedding. We were running extremely late on the day of and Jessica remained calm and pretended like nothing was wrong. The staff was extremely attentive and overall we had a great experience there. We would definitely recommend Tustin Ranch!

We got married 2 weeks ago at Tustin Ranch and it was absolutely perfect. Jessica was our coordinator and she did a great job. She was really helpful throughout the whole planning process and did an amazing job the day of the wedding. The location is absolutely gorgeous and the food is incredible. I've actually had a few people tell me it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. I highly recommend it for any brides looking for a beautiful wedding venue.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! We LOVED the venue and the staff! Professional, friendly and a beautiful setting. This is a hidden gem, everyone at the wedding commented on how wonderful it was and the food was GREAT!!!!!!!

Me and my husband both highly recommend Tustin Ranch Golf Club as a location for your wedding ceremony and reception. We were immediately impressed with the service that Laura our wedding coordinator provided when we first came in for our first visit. Once we meet her we felt at ease and knew that we will be well taken care of. She was always available to answer any questions. The rehearsal was executed perfectly by Jessica and she took really good care of everything a week before and during the wedding. The actual day of the wedding turned out amazing with the assistance of all of the Tustin Ranch staff. The staff service on the day of the wedding was amazing as everyone was very sweet and accommodating. The food for cocktail hour and dinner turned out even better than our initial food tasting. We had guests come up to to us during the wedding to tell us how much they enjoyed the food and cake. Tustin Ranch also provides the cake and lets you choose between several bakeries. We ended up LOVING our wedding cake because not only did it look great but tasted awesome.

With all the great things there is only one minor change that I would suggest to Tustin Ranch that would make the experience ever greater. There is not unfortunately a separate private bridal room which I think would be very convenient as the room in which the bride gets ready in is a small pathway for guests to go into the bathroom. With all the many changes that a bride makes throughout the night having a private room would be very helpful.

Other than that minor suggestion we highly recommend Tustin Ranch Golf Club and would not have changed anything as it turned out to be as close to perfection as we could have imagined!

We had our reception at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club on July 29, 2017 and we had a wonderful experience with Jessica Tjan!!! (Unfortunately, we can't say the same for all of the staff, so definitely request Jessica.) Jessica was kind, professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating, and always friendly and had a positive attitude. We definitely would not have had such a perfect day without her!! She responded to our emails quickly and was always willing to schedule an appointment when I had questions or wanted to see a sample table setup, for example. She modified the details to make our reception exactly what we wanted. Jessica was an absolute joy to work with and was a calming presence both during the stressful season of planning and on the overwhelmingly crazy day. I did not stress out over anything at the reception because I knew she was there handling everything. She took such great care of us during the photos at the golf club (which I can't wait to see because I'm sure they'll be beautiful!!) between our ceremony and reception - she was there fixing my dress, helping with my veil, making sure we stayed hydrated, and keeping track of all the details. She is AMAZING! My husband and I are both so, so grateful that we had Jessica to rely on and would recommend her to anyone! Not only was she professional and did her job well, but she is also so much fun to talk to and I actually told my husband on our wedding day during our reception that I'd like to be friends with Jessica and hang out with her! The only thing that was less than perfect was the food. We ordered the chicken and it was ok, but not great. Otherwise, we had the best day and highly, highly recommend hiring Jessica! You won't regret allowing her to reduce your stress and make your wedding day the perfect day for you!

We have lived in Tustin ranch for 6 years and never drove into the Tustin ranch golf club. We were searching for a venue online and saw that Tustin ranch golf club was voted brides choice for a few years in a row so we decided to check it out and I can tell you from the moment we drove in we realized that this was the place we wanted to get married at. We met with Jessica and she was very very accommodating to our needs. They have quite a selection of wedding packages to choose from and they literally can provide every service needed to make your day even so more special. They are definitely professionals at what they do and I have no problem recommending them for a hassle free event. Keep up the great job guys.

The wedding planner, Jessica was absolutely AMAZING. She was everything I could have asked for in a wedding planner. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, food was the best food I've ever tasted! What drew me in to the venue was that they had a lot of accommodations that no other venues offer. I was really worried about the food tasting because food was very important to me, but once I tried it I couldn't get enough. I absolutely LOVED everything they brought out to us; and on the day of the wedding the food tasted even better than the tasting! Everyone kept talking about how beautiful my wedding was and how good the food was. I think back on my wedding and sometimes wish I could have been a guest there rather than the bride; I was just so busy the entire day and I would have loved to be a guest at my wedding! :]

We had a wonderful experience with our venue, and especially working with Jane Wong. She was truly a pleasure to work with—always communicative, flexible, and incredibly on top of details. Throughout the planning process, she made everything feel smooth and really helped bring our vision to life.
On the wedding day, everything came together beautifully, and we really appreciated how organized and supportive she was. It made a big difference in allowing us to enjoy the day.
The only minor hiccup was that the food service timing wasn’t exactly as we had expected, though this may have been due to miscommunication with our coordinators rather than the venue itself.
Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this venue, especially with Jane supporting your event.

We met with Jessica and told her we were interested in having our wedding there and that it was going to be a very small wedding. She was very accommodating to us and very flexible with our request. Jessica assisted with all our needs and pointed us in all the right directions. On the day of our wedding Jessica was at our side every step of the way. Tustin ranch golf club and Jessica definitely exude high professionalism. Thank you Jessica for everything you and your staff did to make our day even that more special.

Tustin Ranch Golf Club was the perfect place to have our wedding reception. The quality of service was excellent and the food was delicious. Jessica was our wedding coordinator and she is wonderful! She made us feel like we were her friends not just her clients and she really went above and beyond for us. When my husband wanted a specific beer served at our reception that the club did not carry they ordered it especially for us which was incredible! We highly recommend Tustin Ranch Golf Club to anyone looking for a reception venue. My husband and I couldn't be more happy with our decision!

Tustin Ranch Golf Club was the perfect place to get married. Our ceremony and reception took place flawlessly and beautifully with the help of Jessica and the rest of Tustin Ranch Golf Club's staff. The quality of service was excellent and the food was delicious. The Golf Club created the perfect back drop for our wedding photos. My husband and I received excellent service and could not have been happier about our decision to have our wedding at the Golf Club.

So far so good. We booked our wedding and reception here after meeting with Jessica and getting a tour of the venue. It is gorgeous, the background for the actual ceremony has a great view of the golf course, the cocktail hour is going to be held around the side of the building, unless its too warm that day, which is entirely possible in July, in which case it would be moved to the bar area. We did go over budget by selecting this venue, but I think it will be worth it. I was getting tired of researching and requesting pricing from a million different places trying to find something that was still affordable yet classy and local. This was the third venue that we visited and the third time was the charm. Jessica has been great to work with, I'm only knocking off a star for responsiveness because its nearly impossible to get a live person when you call the catering office, but they are pretty prompt about replying to emails. We had our private tasting already and picked our menu options, the food was delicious. We still have a few payment to make (not looking forward to that part) and to meet with Jessica again once we figure out the rest of our vendors and to finalize the timeline. We did decide to hold our event during the daytime which is saving some money, but in terms of peace of mind, I'm glad that I selected this venue because from past reviews, I'm confident Jessica will be great at handling everything the day of, and the venue is really, really nice. Looking forward to the big day there!

The coordinator, Jessica, was amazing, she helped us through so much, from the chair styles to food served.
She was quick to respond to emails, phone calls as well. The other staff at the course is also friendly and helpful for the most part, sometimes there would be a girl working in the shop that was a little snootier, but most of the staff was willing to help with a smile. The day of our wedding was stress-free, knowing we could trust the coordinator and staff. It was pretty cold, so they moved the cocktail hour inside, no questions asked.

We had Kimberly as our wedding coordinator, almost everything went well, food was ok, cake was good provided by the golf club through one of the vendors...they guided us through the whole thing, we used a music vendor (the golf club's vendor) during the reception which made the entire ambiance a hit =)...everyone loved them.

I was not happy that some of the decorations I gave to put out the day of the event were not use at all... My uncle, auntie, friend and I worked on the 2 canopies for 2 days and It meant a lot to me to use them the day of the event. We had a step and repeat (backdrop) to take silly pictures...the staff forgot to turn on the light were the backdrop was and people didn't get to use it as much...the staff was not aware until I brought it to their attention...on top of that my husband's ring was lost that day and couldn't find it.


Despite those issues...we were content with the venue!

Tustin Ranch is a beautiful venue! The area is full of gorgeous ponds and fountains, trees and flowers. It made a wonderful scene for our wedding! But we did have a bit of an issue working with Jeanette. She was nice overall but often seemed to brush us aside. I know it was a busy wedding season, especially being the spring after Covid. She was working with other brides at the time, but we had paid to have our wedding with Tustin Ranch and that should’ve meant we were treated with more attention and care than what we received. She wasn’t very informative when we asked questions, often avoiding answering them altogether until we asked an additional two or three times. The payment schedule was unpredictable; although she had provided dates for each payment, they were never processed on those dates. Money is tight for everyone these days, and it would have eased a bit of the wedding stress knowing when the payments would be taken, rather than have them taken at seemingly random and even taking two payments at once.
The venue was supposed to provide golf carts for us and the photographer to allow for more photo backdrops. That never happened, and we were told no one on staff that day had access to them, even though there were a few golfers on the course that day. We still got a lot of beautiful photos but ended up walking out onto the course rather than driving out there.
A few of the menu items I’d asked for ended up being something different the day of, which made the menu cards I provided to the guests confusing and somewhat useless. The catering was provided by Tustin Ranch, but this could have been because of a miscommunication between Jeanette and the chefs. Although some of my guests noted that a few of the entrees were cold by the time they’d been served, I thought the food and drinks were delicious overall.
The venue did do a wonderful job with the reception decorations, even providing additional tables for a memorial table and pastry table. The chairs, tablecloths, and napkins were all as I had requested and fit beautifully with the color theme. Tustin Ranch did give us a little trouble when working with them, but it was a lovely venue, and overall we had a wonderful wedding there.

Tustin was very helpful and much more professional leading up to the wedding versus the actual day of. Our wedding coordinator was not the most responsive or detail oriented as our dinner was served way too late allowing our salad to get soggy and steak just barely warm, no one was seated when I (bride) walked back after taking pictures before the ceremony so all of my guests saw me beforehand, we were told by Jessica all of our guests were going to be able to see us from where our table was and this was not the case, our coffee was never brought out- my father had to ask for it- and once it was, the milk was sour! When I called to bring all this to the manager Jeff's attention, he was apologetic but he also added that it sounded like "a personality conflict" between me and the coordinator!!?? I also asked for a receipt print out of our bar tab and never received it. Really unfortunate that we could have had a much better time without worrying about so many of these things that could have been prevented with better people in charge.
