I just recently had my wedding here March 21! Everything was hands down more than me and my now husband could imagine!!

The owners made sure to make the outside pretty & fresh & ready for our outdoor ceremony & cocktail hour!

Nancy, our coordinator, was such a HUGE help from the moment we booked the venue until the very end of our wedding night! She always made sure to answer any questions we had no matter how big or small. Michell, another coordinator who helped on the day-of was also amazing!!! They both really took care of my husband and I the entire wedding night! They made sure we had food, always had a drink in hand & made sure we got some of our wedding cake ! They both were AMAZING!! Everything ran so smoothly!! If there were any hiccups, I definitely didn’t know about them. 10/10 recommend using them as your coordinators! Nancy also did all our florals and she exceeded my expectations!! I absolutely LOVED seeing my vision come to life with her help!

We also had the property for the wedding night which was super convenient for both my husband and I and our wedding party! I could not say enough great things about this venue!! I would 100% recommend this venue to all brides! :)

Great open venue with a beautiful pond out back! Was exactly the wedding reception venue we were looking for! We loved the villa-style house on-site where we got ready for the big day and our wedding party could stay the night before and after the event. We hired their staff to coordinate the wedding, and they were extremely helpful!

We got married at Tuscan Oaks Estate in May 2024. This venue is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is nothing short of amazing. From the moment we booked this venue and Nancy as our coordinator, they made all the planning with the venue breeze! It truly is a family affair here and they treat you as one of their own. The improvements they continue to make on the home and property constantly blow me away, I can’t even explain how beautiful the property is! And the home was large enough to accommodate our entire immediate family for our wedding weekend. I promise you will not regret booking your next wedding or event here! ♥️

I was looking for an "italian garden" vibe venue and Tuscan Oaks absolutely nailed it. I wanted the entire wedding to be outside and after touring I knew I had found THE place! To top off a gorgeous venue, the manager Nancy as well as the owners Spencer and Leah together are what make this venue so special. On the day of my wedding my "spring vibes" were crushed and it was down pouring ALL DAY. Spencer, Leah and Nancy worked tirelessly all morning combatting the rain, drainage, dirt and brush to help keep the property looking the best they could. When the rain created a little puddle down the aisle walkway they makeshift made stepping stones for all of us to walkthrough. The day wasn't perfect but this team worked their butts off to make it as perfect as they could for me. The grounds are unbelievably kept by Spencer and not even the rain could distract from the absolutely stunning greenery surrounding the entire property. Thank you to everyone as Tuscan Oaks!!!

This wedding venue was perfect!! It has everything you need. A great space for an outdoor wedding, beautiful indoor reception area, and a huge house in the front to get ready in! The property is breathtaking with all the landscaping and new pond. So many spots for pictures! All of our guests loved it as well because you could easily stand outside during the reception while still seeing what’s happening on the dance floor due to the big sliding doors that open up! Also shoutout to Nancy and Michell for all of their help with wedding planning, they were amazing and made my wedding feel so seamless from start to finish!

This turned out to be our dream venue. Elegant and picturesque setting tucked in among the oak trees. The quality of service and value is off the charts! The owners were incredibly kind. They went out of their way to make our special day perfect. We went with the day of coordinating and didn’t regret it. It took all the stress off day of. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking!

We had our wedding at the Hamptons of Weatherford the weekend of March 12th and were so extremely pleased with EVERYTHING about this venue. From the very start Cindy and her husband were so kind and compassionate, you can really feel how much they care about their couples. We toured the venue space about a year out and at that time had decided to go with another space closer to our home but when that venue canceled 5 months before our wedding date we immediately contacted Cindy to see about renting her venue for the "weekend package". Luckily Cindy was able to get us in and honestly it felt like such a blessing in disguise that the other venue had canceled on us. We were so much more comfortable at the Hamptons and the distance was no issue because there are so many hotels nearby. The Hamptons have nearly everything you need which was also a huge help, their tables and chairs are beautiful and the indoor reception area is breathtaking all on its own. We had our ceremony outside and let me just tell you from experience having that long walk way leading up to the alter made the moments go by in almost slow motion and it allowed me to enjoy every moment that much more. The landscaping and pond outside really set a tone and gave us the whimsical beauty we were going for, our photos came out amazing with that as our background. The reception hall had a prep kitchen for our caterer which was a huge help and the space was large enough to comfortably set up tables for 150 guests, our sweetheart table, cake table, gift table, sign in table, buffet tables for caterers, our dj, a photo booth AND a good size dance floor. (Typing that all out just made me smile at how perfect the floor plan was) everything went so smoothly and we did our sparkler "exit" off of the staircase with the floor to ceiling windows as our back drop (BEAUTIFUL). The ceremony and reception were a complete dream come true.
As mentioned we signed up for the "weekend package" which means we had the space from Friday morning-Sunday morning so we had all the wedding party staying with us at the Villa Friday night and Saturday night. As the bride, this took a huge weight off my shoulders, not having to worry about 7 girls showing up to the venue on time, hair washed, face prepped in the pajama set I had bought them. I was able to literally walk to each room and wake the girls up as they were needed, It was beyond ideal. The Villa was beautiful and so spacious, we all enjoyed being together and getting to spend those extra hours with our parties. We were also able to have the rehearsal dinner at the venue Friday night AND set up for the wedding Friday night and Saturday morning, this was HUGE for me. I didn't anticipate being a bridezilla but I had a vision on how I wanted everything to look and having the ability to be so hands on and not rushed was more than I could've asked for.

I love the venue it added so much elegance, style, and convenience to my wedding.

I had my wedding here on May 4th and to say it was a fairytale is an understatement. The gorgeous venue speaks for itself. I truly had forgotten we were even in Texas!
What really stood out to me was the hard work the owner, Carla, put into making my day so perfect. The detail, time, effort and love put into my special day will be something we remember forever. She exceeded all my expectations and made me feel like a queen. If you are considering this venue for your wedding, do it! You will not be disappointed! Best day of my life! 💖

My husband and I had our wedding reception here a little over three weeks ago. The property is gorgeous! It has a little pond, trails, and a lovely ballroom. The ballroom can hold up to 200 and opens out to the patio area in the back. We worked with Crystal and she was very helpful and prompt any time I had a question. I would definitely recommend the Hampton Estates to Brides looking for a unique location!

Had my wedding here in April of 2023 and it was perfect. Being able to stay on the property the night before was so great and allowed us to really enjoy time with family and DIY a lot of things. It is the perfect venue for a classic, backyard wedding and I would use Tuscan Oaks again and again!

We purchased the all inclusive package at Tuscan Oaks Estates. TLDR: I wouldn't have changed a thing.
Dont let the price tag sticker shock scare you, I am genuinely so grateful that we chose the all inclusive package and used all their vendors after reading too many stories online about finding vendors. With a fiance deployed to the other side of the world and working crazy hours at a full time job, I couldn't have planned this without Keesha and the convenience that was this package.
Here were the Pros and Cons highlights to what wedding planning with Tuscan Oaks looked like for us.
Pros:
-Beautiful venue! The grounds were so well maintained and a refreshing non-barn/rustic setting. The evening setting was so romantic dancing under the stars and string lights. Just tour it and you will fall in love! The 120 person guest limit was just the right size.
-The all inclusive includes a 1 night stay at the villa and they let us stay the night before the wedding instead of the night after (what is usually done). The suites were beautiful, thoughtfully planned, and slept up to 20 people (10 rooms) comfortably!
- Military couples, the biggest appeal for us was their active duty clause! My fiance, now husband's, deployment return date was uncertain and changed many times until about 2 1/12 months before our set wedding date, Tuscan Oaks does have a full reschedule (not refund) clause due to military orders at no additional cost, this provided us with a lot of comfort and biggest contributing factors to choosing this venue from the beginning.
- Keesha our coordinator was on top of commination and clarifying issues with paperwork. And also made sure we were taken care of day of the wedding- finding the get away car keys, bustling my dress with safety pins when it broke, and making sure we got a private few minutes alone. She was always on time and prepared for our planning meetings and has such a great personality. Loved working with her!
- For the most part we liked our vendors that came with the all inclusive package. Tuscan Oaks handle all communication with the aside from scheduling the initial phone calls with each one.

Cons:
-There was a bit of a paperwork mix up with the inital contracts we were sent, but Keesha our coordinator made sure it all got squared away.
After contract signing it took a a few weeks to hear anything else which was concerning, but it was during that Thanksgiving/Christmas time period so waiting to get an initial planning meeting was somewhat understandable.
- Determining a rain plan/what vendors/ what size was a bit of a pain and took too long to figure out. Wish a tent rental deposite or something like it was included in the all inclusive package, we paid a pretty penny to not have to deal with the hassle of contacting vendors and getting quotes.
- When having phone calls with vendors, make sure to over clarify what is included in your package. A week before our wedding my photographer let me know that she saw our timeline and it didnt line up with the hours she had been contracted out to do (by a 3rd party?). So we had to pay $150 extra for her to stay an extra 30mins to get the final dance/ grand exit pics.
- The getaway car key fiasco would have been comical if it hadn't been my wedding. Several people got blamed for misplacing them and ultimately is was Keesha (our coordinator) who had/located/found them. But a tip to all couples- have the keys in your pocket BEFORE walking out to your grand exit and dont rely on someone outside to have them for you, it is very anticlimactic to stand at a locked car door and watching that chaos unfold.

It was a super nice venue! We had a few minor issues with the restrooms during the big day, but overall it was absolutely perfect. A very beautiful venue, and we are SO happy we chose The Hampton Estates for our venue!

We recently had the privilege of hosting a wedding at this venue, and while the property itself is absolutely beautiful, the accommodation left much to be desired. As the mother of the bride, I expected the entire experience to be seamless, but unfortunately, the on-site Airbnb did not live up to expectations.

Upon arrival, we were immediately disappointed by the condition of the property. The bathrooms were not properly stocked with basic essentials like linen, and unfortunately, I found myself having to clean the bathrooms before we could use them. The previous guests' leftovers were still present, including food in the sink and dishwasher, and even names written on mirrors, which gave the place an overall feeling of neglect. Additionally, the fridge still contained leftover food, which was both unappetizing and unsanitary.

The wedding itself was beautiful, but the venue’s setup was less than ideal. The tables were not arranged as we had discussed with the venue prior, and we had to make major adjustments ourselves to get everything in order.

In the end, the beauty of the venue and its surroundings were marred by the lack of attention to detail in the accommodations, leaving us feeling disappointed and frustrated during an already stressful time. If you're considering this venue for your event, I would strongly recommend ensuring that the accommodations are thoroughly checked and prepared before your arrival.
