My husband and I had our wedding/reception at Tuscan Hall last Friday, and when I say they made it the best day ever, I mean it. The staff was organized, friendly, and worked so hard the entire night. Alyssa was a planning pro and was so easy to work with. The entire team, and especially Diane, went above and beyond for us all night. Everyone is still messaging me about how good the food was! Would recommend them to anyone looking to host an event. -

The staff at Tuscan Hall were super nice, friendly, and professional. Pricing was transparent and affordable. The food was absolutely delicious and the tasting we attended was some of the most fun we had on our wedding planning journey. It renewed our excitement for the process.
My wife and I have very different tastes and preferences, but we easily found something to please everyone. I even tried things I normally wouldn't have in the tasting and it was well worth it – it definitely changed the preferences we had going into it. Multiple guests said it was their favorite wedding meal they have ever had.
We had a variety of food restrictions to manage, and they did an excellent job accommodating everyone. Even our guests who are used to settling with their restrictions loved their options. We can't thank Tuscan Hall enough for making our wedding day so special! -

I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to your team. Our boys' volleyball banquet was a huge success and everyone raved about the food! I do want to give a shout out to the two young ladies who were our catering crew yesterday. They were prompt, kind and everything ran smoothly. They even had waited until all of the coaches' speeches were done before cleaning things up. Although that may be protocol for catering events, the kindness and respect was noted by many parents. -

One word amazing!
I could not imagine the most beautiful and perfect place to have gotten married at. On Alyssa who was fantastic and nice, to all the employees who were so nice and fun. The whole staff at Tuscan hall was amazing and a great group of people! The venue is gorgeous and the food is top notch. We will definitely be catering from Tuscan hall in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any event! Thank you to everyone to making my wedding day easy and perfect!

We held our high school sports banquet at Tuscan Hall and highly recommend the space! With its arched, wood beamed ceilings and elegant white accents, the room was cozy but bright with a touch of elegance. The staff were easy to work with and super helpful. The food options were elevated from our typical sports banquet fare, and our choices were delicious! We will likely be back next year! Tuscan Hall is a Gem of Waukesha!
Tuscan Hall has gone above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to weddings! We From start our wedding was going to be a bit different, because we chose to have a Halloween gothic wedding. Yet from start to finish they walk you through everything you could possibly need and then some! From food to lighting to external vendors they've got you covered. Their prices are hard to beat and they work with you on your budget no matter what it is. Every little detail that you could possibly think of they make sure that it's a part of your day and if it's not in their package they help you find it! Every little detail is perfectly put in its place for your big day! Working with Tuscan Hall's team was an absolute pleasure. They made the whole process effortless. The communication was amazing and they understood visions perfectly! Even if there was a minor obstacle they overcame it with ease. The food was absolutely delicious I wish I could take their food home every night! When it came to working with other vendors the communication between them and the other vendors was on par you couldn't ask for a better company! In the end they felt like family and I absolutely miss working with them now. I can't wait for my next event to work with them again.Tuscan Hall Venue and Catering's reply:

I used this venue as a caterer for my wedding in Burlington, WI. The food is PHENOMENAL. When we attended the tasting, I was blown away by how good everything was. My husband, who is a VERY picky eater, loved all the food we tried and said that the chicken alfredo was the best he'd ever eaten. The salad we chose (cranberry and goat cheese) was to die for. I would have just eaten that if I could have! Everyone we worked with was fantastic. Natalie was with me at the end of our journey, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. When questions arose about certain things, she always found the answer for me and got back to me in a timely manner. I never had questions that went unanswered and she constantly kept me in the loop with billing, options, etc. The staff who served our food on the day of our wedding, including the woman who worked with myself and my husband (I can't remember her name), were amazing. They were so helpful, made sure we had food to go home with, and that everything was up to our expectations. The ONLY downfall was they took our food when we got pulled out to take pictures for sunset, but I put that blame more on our coordinator than on the staff working for Tuscan Hall. We were able to get food back at the table and to take back to the hotel with us. If you are looking for a caterer (or a venue as their venue is also very beautiful), I would DEFINITELY recommend you look into them. They are also very reasonably priced in an industry that seems to prey on people getting married to add more money to the bill. Everything was fully explained and for the quality and quantity of food served, it was exceptionally reasonable. -

From when we toured & booked with Natalie through wrapping things up with Christina & Diane on the day of, they were friendly, transparent, prompt, & so helpful. Tuscan Banquet Hall
This venue was perfect! It was exactly what we wanted! It had the perfect space for our ceremony and flipped to the reception area while everyone was down stairs for cocktail hour! The staff were amazing and helped us with whatever we needed! Someone was always there for our requests. Amy was super helpful and organized and was even our officiant for our ceremony. This venue was amazing and I will always recommend this space! -

Tuscan Banquet hall has a very agreeable staff, a beautiful set-up, and delicious food. My wedding guests have said, and I quote, "the food was FIRE"- Meaning the food was fantastic. haha. The hall itself is very beautiful that even with the few decorations I put up for my wedding my wedding still looked🥰🥰🥰 classic and extravagant. We absolutely loved having Tuscan Hall as our caterer at our wedding! Their food is absolutely amazing (highly recommend the short ribs, chicken and waffles, really all of it!) and our guests loved it!
We formed such a good relationship with Amy and she was there to answer every single phone call, text, or email. She even recognized us a year after meeting us which just blew me away and really showed how much this company makes it’s customers family.
At the wedding, all of the wait staff was extremely attentive and cheerful. They even brought the wedding party our own trays of appetizers while getting ready for the grand march, just to make sure we were able to eat something before dinner
Tuscan Hall definitely has high quality food for a great price and can make it fit into so many budgets. We did the offsite catering at our venue, fête of Wales, and the relationship these vendors have is so amazing. I would recommend time and time again that any fête couple use Tuscan Hall! It went so smooth because they are so comfortable there!

I was worried that I would not be able to have a wedding due to COVID-19 but Amy Bartholf was excellent from the first moment I spoke with her! Amanda Medina and Jane Lange ensured my big day was perfect! They definitely provided 5 star quality! Tuscan Hall along with Luxurious Love Events made my Dream Wedding Happen! I don't even know where to start! Everything was amazing! Amy went above and beyond to help coordinate everything. Being our second marriage with 7 adult children between us, plus 6 siblings and all their spouses, etc. we needed something with some space for all our guests. Tuscan Hall has an ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS space and we had plenty of room for all our friends and family that were able to make it. We had about 95 guests total and a 3 piece live band for music set up on the stage. My vision completely came to life with Amy's support, she managed to pull off all of my sometimes strange requests from a champagne toast during the ceremony to a "lost and found" table in the lobby (there is a story behind that one!). We chose to host our wedding ceremony and reception all at Tuscan, we had a "short and sweet" ceremony followed by cocktail hour in the wine cellar so they could put chairs away from the ceremony and get set up for the rest of the evening. I was a little concerned getting a bunch of rowdy 50 something year olds excited for a night out downstairs and back up seamlessly but Tuscan Staff pulled it off! The food was amazing! We had appetizers served for about 2 hours, then a pizza bar and an ice cream dessert bar. Everyone RAVED about the food!!! I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and they were able to accommodate my needs too. Almost all our appetizers were naturally gluten free and all were delicious! Megan made sure to bring us a special plate of apps so we were able to take a breather in between welcoming our guests, dancing and etc. to get some food in our bellies to continue dancing the night away! The fireplace candle lit with the greenery we decorated with was magical to get married in front of. The wooden beams, the dance floor, the lighting.... all of it was perfect! And the staff, all of them were helpful, friendly, kind and all of them went above and beyond my expectations. I can not say enough good things about Amy... If you meet her and she has a big head it's my fault :) ... At 50 I married my best friend in the most beautiful setting I could have imagined with almost no stress thanks to the staff making it all happen seamlessly! And all in 2020!!!! Best year ever!!!!! Whodda thunk?!?! THANK YOU TUscan Hall!!! -

Fantastic team to make your day stress free
Incredibly helpful! The vendor event nights were perfect and helped with a one stop shop that was NOT overwhelming. The day of they kept us on point and moving and the set up was more than I expected. That team works like a well oiled machine and everyone that came had nothing but positive things to say about the whole day. The food was amazing and delicious and hot! Because let’s be real that’s important! I can’t say enough amazing things about Amy and her team. They truly made our day stress free and perfect. -

I could not say enough amazing things about Tuscan Hall. Amy is HIGHLY attentive to her couples. She helps keep you organized and keeps you calm when you're stressing out. Nicko and the kitchen created a beyond delicious menu. I received so many comments from family and friends who attended. The on-site managers (Heather and Amanda) were ROCKSTARS! They took care of our parents and the head table with ease. They made sure the services was out of this world.

Tuscan Hall was amazing to work with!
From the very start we were treated with respect and given no pressure in choosing the venue. Obviously, we fell in love with the space and knew we had to have our reception there!
Amy was great to work with! The entire time, she made us feel like family and made sure we knew we could ask any questions.
The day of the wedding was smooth and made my husband and I both feel relaxed and not at all stressed. Our Coordinator Amanda made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the night and kept a positive attitude at all times!
The food was great! We received many compliments on everything from the food to the staff and the beautiful venue.
We highly recommend Tuscan Hall!! -

I cannot even describe how wonderful Amy is!!!!!!! I first met her at a wedding expo when I was having a panic attack and she not only calmed me down, but began the outline of our beautiful wedding!!!!! Without her, I would’ve been lost!!! I have been in 17 weddings in my life and I have to say that the way that the Tuscan Hall Catering carried out our reception , it was the best as was the food! Everyone at the wedding said it was the best food they had ever had! The bonus was the attention to my husband and myself, we were personally catered to the entire night. If you want a stress free, wonderful dinner that is a great deal as well, you HAVE to contact them! Amy will also give you so many ideas, from dress shops, linens, Djs, flowers and other venues (if their beautiful site isn’t your taste) and she will make you feel like family. Everyone there treats you with such care that you will be able to relax and enjoy your wonderful day!!! -

A stunning venue with amazing staff!
I first learned of Tuscan Hall through Wedding Wire. Amy, their Director of Events was with my husband and I through our entire planning process. Not only as she so pleasant to work with but extremely accomidating and informative. I could easily reach her via email for questions. The day of our wedding everything went off with out a hitch! My husband and I were able to get a sneak peak of the reception, take it all in and decompress before the guests came in which was a really nice touch. The food was ridiculously good and the event staff were so friendly. They checked in on our parents and the bridal party to make sure we were happy and had enough food. From the time we started working with Amy to talking with the event staff on the day of our wedding we couldnt have asked for better customer service or genuinely fun people! Also the day after the wedding I was able to watch their instagram story and replay fun moments they captured of the day which was really cool to see. Tuscan Hall was one of the best choices we made while wedding planning!! We booked Tuscan Hall for both our wedding ceremony and reception about 1.5 years out from our September 29, 2018 wedding. The entire time leading up to our big day, Amy was so helpful with all questions we had, always responded very promptly, and was available via both email and text. She was more than happy to answer any questions relating to Tuscan Hall, general wedding questions, and recommendations for other vendors too. Everything about Tuscan Hall was AMAZING before and during the wedding. The hall is absolutely GORGEOUS. I knew before we toured from the photos that I would fall in love with it if we tour (I was already in love with it from the photos, info, and reviews), and that’s exactly what happened. The food that TH Catering provides through the hall was phenomenal. When we went to their food tasting events, we would have been happy with any dish they had out. We went from dish to dish thinking “this one is so good”, “THIS one is so good too”, etc. for every dish. We decided on the Short Ribs and Peppercorn Chicken for our family-style entrees and eggplant parmesan for the vegetarians (which they also modified for our vegan guests too). So many of our guests were raving about how good the food was. My cousin even made a comment at her own wedding two weeks later that she loved the chicken at our wedding at that she hoped their food would be just as good as ours (clearly, Tuscan Hall sets the bar high!). The staff was so on top of things the entire day as well. Having both the ceremony and reception in the same space means they need to very quickly flip the room for the reception set up. We had a day of coordinator Jenna of Sweet Peony Planning (also amazing!) that was rushing to set up all the centerpieces after the tables were set up. Even though it wasn’t their job, the Tuscan Hall staff jumped in to assist Jenna in getting all the centerpieces out. Their goal is to make everything just as you envisioned it and even better, and they really come together as a team to make sure this happens. I also heard many guests comment on how great the service staff was during the dinner, making sure everyone had plenty of all their favorite dishes and drinks. Any time anyone asked for something, it was there almost instantly. Before the wedding, they were super accommodating for our rehearsal as well. They booked a wedding for Friday, the day before ours. Normally, they would have had our rehearsal on Thursday instead of Friday. However, since all of our wedding party was coming from out of town and the Friday wedding was reception only, Amy allowed us to do a quick rehearsal at noon on Friday while they were busy preparing for that night. Tuscan Hall promotes that they strive to provide five-star service, and they more than met that standard! I would recommend this venue to anyone and hope to come back one day to celebrate our anniversary at Tuscan Hall. -

They checked in to make sure I didn't need anything a few times that night. I wasn't feeling well and one of the staff brought me out a tray of crackers and made sure I had water. The hall was beautiful! The lights! I LOVED the lights! I could go on and on about how perfect this night was because of all the people at this venue. We both agree we couldn't have had a more perfect day with family and friends! People raved about the food, the quality of service, and the beautiful venue. The only thing people mentioned was that it was warmer in the wine cellar during cocktail hour, but you aren't down there for too long so it was a non-issue overall. -

From the start, Amy was wonderful to work with and had so many recommendations for vendors and how to decorate the hall. She listened to my vision and helped make it come alive! The day of, I have never seen a more beautiful venue. When Brandon walked me through it for the first time, it was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Amy and her staff worked so hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and looked perfect! Brandon was there on the day to help coordinate everything and he was so awesome and helpful! He even helped my MOH figure out the bustle on my dress! Brandon and the rest of the staff there made sure everything my husband and I needed as well as all of our guests were handled! The bar tenders and servers did an amazing job as well! All night our guests kept telling us how beautiful everything was and how good the food was! So thank you Amy, Brandon, and all the staff that worked so hard to make sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect! <3

My husband and I, without a doubt, would recommend this hall to anyone. We chose the Tuscan package! Amy helped us change a few things, and adjust the price to fit our budget and needs. Our guests couldn't stop ranting over the food selection! The braised ribs were the biggest hit by far! We also loved the candy bar that was included in our package, which went really fast by our guests! They transformed a lovely ceremony area, into a gorgeous dining area with uplighting that matched our colors. Amy was very personably and helpful! Whenever I had a silly question, she was there to answer for me with a smile on her face! Amanda made sure my husband and I were comfortable and always hydrated throughout the evening! Thank you to everyone who made our day the BEST night of our lives!!

Julie Sent on 09/26/2017We had our wedding at Tuscan Hall on Memorial Day weekend. Working with Amy was great! She helped me work through all of the decisions and recommended an amazing Pastor, cake, flowers, etc... The hall is very nice, it was a perfect size for about 150 guests. They have a nice bar upstairs and a wine cellar downstairs. It was very cool! The staff was very friendly. All of our guests enjoyed themselves! The food was delicious. We loved our wedding and are very glad that we chose Tuscan Hall as our venue! I would definitely recommend having your wedding here!
