  Amazing DJ for wedding

  Turn it Up sound was the DJ for our wedding on 12/18/21. They did great and so many people were dancing all night. They had an easy to use database system where we could request songs too. Definitely would recommend using them for your wedding!

  Amazing service

  We used Turn it Up Sound in conjunction with our venue, Stone Creek Lodge. They were easy to work with, giving us access to a website to help make our song selections. They listened to what we wanted. And I was amazed that at the wedding our DJ was walking around making sure our guests had what they needed, right along with the catering staff. He brought my husband and I our first drinks when we came inside after picture taking and refilled them at least once. He was friendly, professional, and attentive. Highly recommend!!

  Turn It up Sounds is great! They were very accommodating and helpful. They were the best DJ's I have heard at a wedding in a long time! They were very outgoing and upbeat they were able to get the party going and sometimes they came on the dance floor and danced with us and let people sing in the microphone if it was a commonly known song. Best DJ's Ever! I had many compliments on how great they were!

  Wedding 5/25/19

  Turn It Up Sound Productions was recommended to me when I toured a wedding venue in the fall of 2017. I wasn’t familiar with the area, but heard and read great things about the company so I requested a quote. Wedding planning was put on the back burner for a while and we we ended up booking a date with the venue in the spring of 2018. Once we had a date set, I reached back out to move forward with booking DJ services and was pleasantly surprised that Turn It Up had honored the price I was quoted a year prior, even though their prices had increased for the new season. I was granted access to their online planning tool immediately which gave me an idea of things I needed to consider well in advance. Brad was prompt to reply to every email I sent in the months leading up to our wedding and was on top of following up with me to complete the planning tool. He also set up a time for a phone call the week prior to our wedding to go over details and showed up to our rehearsal the day before to so we could practice a few times and perfect the timing of things. Unfortunately, multiple weddings were booked on the same date as ours and the DJs that showed up for our event didn’t provide the same caliber of professionalism that we had experienced with Brad over the last 8 months. I sent Brad an email the day after our wedding, outlining the instances that didn’t go as planned and expressing my disappointment with the service provided. Brad acknowledged that the service provided was not up to the standards of the company, owned up to their mistake, and made restitution to me. I appreciated his sincere apologies and willingness to try to rectify the situation as much as possible. Even though things didn’t go as expected, Brad was great to work with from start to finish, and my experience with him was positive. I would suggest ensuring that the person you plan with is the person who will DJ your event, as I have no doubt that we would have had a flawless evening if Brad had been able to be our DJ.
