  The perfect final touch!

  This was such a fun final touch at our wedding. We had plenty of time in two hours to do some pictures with the car, and then do our getaway with our guests. Mike was such a nice guy! We highly recommend Tulsa Wedding Car for your wedding getaway car.

  My highest compliments to Tulsa Wedding Cars!
  Mike was great to work with, very professional and very flexible. (The pickup and delivery times along with the venues changed a few times). I think he enjoyed the event as much as everyone.

  Highly Recommend

  They arrived early for us to take photos with the car and were very helpful and communicative. The driver was extremely friendly and professional and drove us from Guthrie to downtown OKC. It was an incredible drive! They were fine with us using cold sparklers on the drive as we exited and it turned out fantastic in photos!

  The Best Wedding Car Ever!

  We hired the Tulsa Wedding Car as my daughter and son-in-law's get away car for their Sept. 5th wedding at Spain Ranch in Tulsa. I cannot begin to express how awesome the car and service by Mike Tedford was!! The happy couple had a sparkler exit and at the end of the path was this beautiful, shiny, sparkling clean Rolls-Royce that was all lite up! Mike got there ahead of their exit, so that guests were able to look at the car which was so cool!! The car looked so majestic and was impeccable!! Mike is also a wedding photgrapher and took great pictures of the couple in the car along the way and outside of the car when they arrived back at the Tulsa Club! The pictures turned our great and we are so happy he took these photos, so they will have these special memories. We highly recommend the Tulsa Wedding Car and Mike Tedford for your special event!!

  So chic and elegant

  Do not recommend

  Unfortunately did not have a good experience with Tulsa Wedding Car. We booked the “Emily” (white Rolls Royce) for November 4th, 2022.
  
  Our wedding comes and the driver shows up in the “Elaine” (grey Bentley). We did not get notified of this change at all, and I found out that this was our car through my husband, because the driver told him when he arrived.
  
  I reached out after the wedding asking for a partial refund instead of a full, because I understand things happen with cars, but ultimately we did not get what we booked, or anything similar. I did not receive a response for over a week and when I emailed them again, I got a response saying that they do not offer partial refunds when there is a mechanical malfunction. They also went on to explain that another one of their cars got in an accident and “Because this and your situation we recognized the need to add more clarity in the rental process about substitutions for future couples”. So, we were basically used as an example.
  
  What is frustrating is that we spent $500 for a specific car/color and instead of finding something similar, they sent a completely different make and color, which did not go with our wedding colors. According to their website, they had other white cars and/or Rolls Royce’s, but we ended up getting a grey Bentley (and according to the calendar, none of the other cars were being used that night).
  
  In any case, they offered to send us a gift card to a restaurant, to which I replied, and gave them our address, and we still have received nothing, and it has now been over a month. Very frustrating experience all together.

  Bayley you are correct that we were slow to respond after the wedding and we apologize. Our goal is always to give the best experience to our couples. We pride ourselves on making each event special. However, where vehicles are concerned, there are occasionally unforeseen circumstances that render a vehicle inoperable. If it happens too close to the time of pickup, we may not be able to notify a couple and therefore reserve the right to substitute one vehicle with another. In this circumstance, there wasn’t enough time to consult with you for your choice of vehicle. With the exception of color our 1960 Rolls-Royce and 1960 Bentley are practically the same vehicle. In fact I would consider the Bentley to be in better condition. The Akeem seemed pleased with the vehicle, but obviously, the color mattered greatly to you. Even had this been stated at the time of hiring us, providing a substitute with the desired color was not available despite what our calendar might have indicated at the time. Regardless of the vehicle swap, I feel staff gave excellent service. While it is not our policy for partial refunds, we did try to make a concession with the gift card for dinner on us. It was mailed and we never heard that it wasn’t received until reading this review. As is our approach to everything, we will try to make this right. Situations like this are rare.
