Ella was such a positive and helpful presence and made the whole process enjoyable. My dress arrived on time, and the shop did a great job communicating my requested alterations to the designer. Had a great experience going to Tulle. Autumn listened to all of my preferences and made the process enjoyable even though I went with my mom who absolutely despises shopping. She was also flexible about letting me put a hold on dresses while I decided between two and offered me multiple discounts.

Great selection and experience
After shopping at 5 other bridal shops, I was so happy to find Tulle and work with Emma. She made the whole experience of trying on dresses fun, personalized, and stress-free, and respected the budget when other shops did not. She provided her opinion when asked, but not unsolicited, which I appreciated. She took the time to make sure I was truly happy with my dress, showed me different belts to enhance it, and recommended a fantastic local seamstress. I would highly recommend booking an appointment at Tulle!

After driving by this location almost every day on my way to school as a child/teen (and rating the dresses in the window with my mom!), finally was able to purchase my dress here. The ultimate bridal moment
I never thought I would have that “bridal moment,” I was very nervous going into my appointment, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Tulle went above and beyond, listening to everything I had to say, and making sure to include the Zoom crowd as part of the process which meant so much to me. When my dream dress was over budget, they also were able to work out a deal with me! Even though I knew my gown, it still took my breath away when I walked down the aisle. Thank you for making me Queen for the day.

I went to the Tulle Bridal store in Salem, NH. I thought I was going in just to look and test out different styles, but walked out with my dream dress (which came WAY under budget!!)!! I had such a great experience at Tulle! I tried on the dress I thought was the one but since this was my first stop I felt like I needed to see what else was out there. I never felt pressured and was encouraged to continue my search. I ended up going to several other places only to realize that Tulle is unmatched for both dresses AND service. I went back to Tulle to try on the dress again. This time Rita had the idea to add a belt and the rest is history! Everyone at Tulle is so knowledgeable and dedicated to making the bride's experience an enjoyable one! I recommend them any chance I get!

We love Tulle Bridal!!! Unique, gorgeous, and special dresses, alongside a relaxed gown shopping experience. I had no idea what I wanted in a wedding gown, and had just gone cake tasting and had approximately 8273 slices of cake.... still Tulle's dresses made me feel so beautiful, and I found the dress I wore on my big day there! It was only the second bridal store I had visited! The ladies there also helped immensely with picking out accessories (a veil, hair clip, etc.) and even helped get me thinking in the right direction for bridesmaid dresses once I had picked out my own gown! Highly recommend.

Had an AMAZING experience with Bailey to find my dream dress! She was extremely professional, kind, and encouraging! She really made sure I got what *I wanted*, not what my family wanted me to get (know what I mean?!) Dream Come True Experience
I had an amazing experience at Tulle Bridal recently! My consultant, Rita deserves so much credit for her patience, kindness, effort, and most of all, expertise. She really took the time to hear my preferences and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. I even felt like she genuinely wanted to get to know me and my personality so that she could make better suggestions. The dress I purchased suits me perfectly...she nailed it! I was the last appointment of the day on a Sunday afternoon, but never felt rushed or pressured. Rita showed myself and my crew the utmost respect the entire time we were there, allowing me to Facetime a few people who could not be there, adding a petticoat and veil to complete the vision for me, and patiently waiting for me to say yes to the dress! When deciding between two different dresses, this is when she really showed her expertise through her past history of designing dresses, by showing me which shapes and styles looked best on my body. I felt so pretty and comfortable in my gown, which ultimately lead me to realize it was the one! I would absolutely recommend Tulle to everyone I know!

Bought my wedding dress at Tulle Bridal in September 2017. The first dress I had picked out there was great but, due to some miscommunication between the salon and the seamstress, my dress was altered in a way I no longer liked. The staff at Tulle were very understanding and flexible with me. You can tell they really wanted me to have a good experience there and leave with a dress I was happy with. In the end, I was so glad this miscommunication happened because the new dress I picked out was AMAZING! I could not have imagined getting married in any other dress. So thankful the owner and staff at Tulle were willing to work with me! Very please with the results!

These girls at Tulle were the best! I drove from Worcester, MA and was stuck in so much traffic that I missed my appointment. The girls were so kind to still accomodate me and stay after closing to help me out! I am very petite and had a very difficult time finding a dress that I really loved. Their shop is very beautiful and I cant say enough about the customer service. I found my wedding dress here and have recommended it to everyone since. Two of my friends went after me and also found their dresses. They have so many options for whatever your size or style. Check them out!

I had such a great experience at Tulle looking for my wedding gown. ALL of the staff were really friendly, sweet and complimentary. I was also really appreciative of the fact that they weren't just trying to sell me something, they genuinely cared that I found the right gown for me, that lit me up, made me feel beautiful, and that I felt like myself in. I had been to maybe 6 or 7 stores before Tulle, and they were by far the friendliest, the space was beautiful and full of light, and the BEST part of all, is they are doing it for a cause - which absolutely was the selling point for me. Thanks to all of the staff at Tulle for such a fabulous dress shopping experience. I would definitely recommend this bridal salon to anyone looking for a unique, couture gown, for outrageously low prices - and a friendly staff that actually care about you as a person, not just as a customer.

Tulle Bridal was the absolute best place to go when looking for a wedding gown. I am paying for the dress myself so I was pleased that they had a wide selection of new in season dresses and discounted last season dresses! We were able to look through the dresses ourselves while the consultant grabbed some picks as well. I liked more dresses there than I had at any other store. Once she got a sense of my style the consultant went to the basement where they had even more dresses and she grabbed an amazingly beautiful dress. I spent over an hour there and didn't feel rushed and just got to bask in the glory of wearing my wedding dress. Liking so many dresses made it hard to choose, but the owner Heidi did some magic with the clips and helped me to say yes to the dress! She also heard that by fiance was in Iraq and she gave me a discount on the sample dress! Everyone there was so kind, helpful and genuine. I would recommend Tulle bridal to everyone, it is the perfect place to find your dress.

Heidi's experience in the business and having found the perfect dress for thousands of brides makes her an incredible resource when finding your perfect dress. I looked at two other dress shops before I went to Tulle and this was where I found my dress. The shop is small but they have a very impressive range of styles. I didn't find anything I really liked in the first two shops, but at Tulle I had lots of options-- all sorts of really interesting, gorgeous dresses. The women working there were incredibly helpful and the prices were much more reasonable than other places I looked. I highly recommend this place!

Can't thank Marissa enough for helping me find THE DRESS of my dreams this weekend!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Tulle Bridal to any new brides out there! From an easy experience making an appointment, to a warm welcome when we walked through the door, to an unexpected sale and to leaving with the most beautiful wedding gown. I cried tears of joy when I saw myself in the mirror and in large part because Marissa suggested simply taking the straps off the dress. My Mom and Matron of Honor were able to help pull dresses off the rack to assist Marissa while she was helping me into each dress. The atmosphere at Tulle is the perfect spot to try on wedding dresses. It makes it fun, exciting and personal. When I first walked in the shop, I was worried because they seemed to have a smaller collection than the bigger stores I had gone to previously, but after looking around there were SO MANY dresses I wanted to try on! I worked with Danielle who was incredibly helpful and not pushy at all, she seemed to genuinely care about how I was feeling in a dress and what elements I was looking for. Bonus: there were huge sales going on while I was there! I got a gorgeous private label dress that is so unique and just feels very me. Sorry for not writing sooner, but, I am still shocked by the free gown I received through your program. I was going to wear a dress I bought from Macy's because I couldn't afford a wedding gown. I am in the military and just returned from overseas and heard about this program. I went to Tulle Bridals on July 5th and was welcomed with friendly, outgoing staff. Margaret helped me try on lots of different looks. I rarely get dressed up and found the most gorgeous gown for me. My family and I started crying and I new it was the one. This is a fabulous organization. My daughter is marrying a marine and we went to their July event. We couldn't believe it was free! If you're looking for a dress on the North Shore of Massachusetts (and even if you aren't!) definitely check out Tulle. The girls there are the nicest and most accommodating, and made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. After asking my style and what I was looking for, and taking a look at a dress I had tried on the day before, my stylist went to work pulling dresses, and let my girls and mom and I pull some as well. The first one I tried on ended up being The Dress, but I probably tried on about 10 - all were extremely reasonable in price (my budget was pretty low - they did have some really expensive options too!). I ended up getting my accessories there too, as they had a pretty good promotion going on. I can't recommend them enough!

This was the first dress appointment I made, and I found my dream dress! It's nothing like I imagined I would want, but I'm in LOVE! Marissa was a doll and did such a great job helping me try on dresses and picking out ones close to the pictures I brought. I also got to pick a plastic Easter egg from a jar and got an extra discount on my dress! Tulle Bridal is a great place to go because they have so many options, dresses you can order, one-of-a-kind styles, discontinued styles...and they let my mom and sister attack the racks as well to help me!!!! I contacted Tulle Bridal to discuss off the rack options as I am having a rather short engagement. Brianna emailed me back right away and let me know they had a lot of options, I would later discover that to be a complete understatement. I called and booked my appointment easily and let them know I would be having a beach wedding, so I wanted a very light skirt, nothing too heavy. The day of my appointment, Danielle greeted me right away. She reviewed my style ideas and encouraged me to look through the racks while waiting for the rest of my party to arrive. As I tried each gown, Danielle took note of what I liked and disliked on each dress. She then pulled some other dresses that had more of my elements. She was patient, upbeat, knowledgeable, and really friendly-I felt like she was a friend I was shopping with, not a salesperson. After trying what seemed like an amazing amount of gowns, I found the one. Of course I hadn't looked for the price and was really worried it would be over my budget, but it was so UNDER my budget that I thought she was joking! I was able to leave with a stunning dress AND hair pins for far less then I expected. The whole experience was amazing, even the owner's mother came over to help with accessories and ideas. I'm not surprised they have so many 5 star reviews-they definitely deserve them!!!

This was the second shop I went to and where I ultimately found my dress.
Dresses
They had a really great assortment of dresses in their outlet and a small-ish selection of new dresses. Funnily enough, while I went specifically for their outlet, I ended up getting a dress from one of their lines. Our wedding was only two months away, so I had to buy off the rack, which thankfully I was able to do.
Staff
The staff were helpful and professional as I tried on many, many gowns. The owner was also there, and she was very helpful and sweet. I never felt pushed one way or the other with the dresses I was trying on or looking at.
Store
I loved the atmosphere of the store! It's in an old brick building and had beautiful tall windows that let lots of light in. They also had pretty settees to sit on and large mirrors and dressing rooms. You can also bring champagne to drink, which we took full advantage of. :)
Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend this store to my friends. I also want to thank the owner for giving me a veil from the Brides Across America event, which I had missed.

My first(and only) stop bridal gown shopping was at Tulle Bridal. I was a little nervous because I didn't really know what to expect. Marissa quickly put my nerves at ease and made me, my mom, and my grandmother comfortable. We browsed through the racks, picked a few dresses, and from my comments, Marissa found the perfect dress. It was a quiet day in the store, and I don't think I could have had a better experience finding my wedding dress!

I loved my dress from Tulle Bridal. I made an appointment to go try on dresses and had a wonderful salesperson. She wasn't pushy at all, educated me since it was my first time and was very pleasant. I tried on 6 dresses (including the one I bought 3 times) and I was out the door WITH my dress in 90 minutes. They referred me to an amazing and affordable seamstress (Deby's Sewing). The dresses are available at a discounted price which was a huge plus!

I had an amazing experience with Marisa as my consultant at Tulle. I was quite apprehensive with this process and did not know exactly what I wanted in a gown. She was wonderful and patient with both myself and my party. I never felt pressured and she did her best to keep the experience as enjoyable as possible. I also was able to get a dress well within my budget that I just loved. I would highly recommend this store and any bride would be very lucky to work with Marisa.

I had a great experience at Tulle Bridal. My consultant, Rachel, was phenomenal. She was so friendly and not pushy at all. She was so honest and really just wanted me to be happy. She pulled a dress I would never have chosen for myself off the rack and it ended up being "the one". It was my first time dress shopping so I was nervous I was rushing things so I put a deposit on the dress and went to a large bridal salon just to see what they had to offer. All that did was assure me Tulle had my dress. I went back the next day, paid the balance and walked out with my dress! It was such a great experience, I would recommend Tulle Bridal to anyone!

Heidi and the other wonderful lady who helped me find the perfect dress were absolutely amazing. I explained what I was looking for while I browsed the store with my Mom and sister after spending hours at a David's Bridal the day before. I didn't want to spend tons of time looking and don't generally love shopping, so I was a little overwhelmed with all this focus on me and finding the right dress. The ladies at Tulle made this such a comfortable experience for me and my family that it was actually really fun, no pressure, and just large enough to give me all the choices I needed without being so large and overwhelming. While the dresses I selected were not really right, Heidi and the other super nice lady brought me a few dresses that were much closer to my style, and in the end, I chose one that just needed a tiny bit of altering to be my perfect dress. They told me about debyssewing@gmail.com, and Deby has also been amazing and super affordable. You should go to Tulle for all of your bridal needs and Deby for ALL of your sewing needs, and you'd save yourself a ton of time and frustration. You won't find a better selection for a better price anywhere, and you'll DEFINITELY not find a quality seamstress for Deby's price anywhere East of Worcester!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress in my price range. I heard about Brides Across America which was being hosted at Tulle and thought I may have missed it. I figured I would leave them a voice mail and within an hour I heard back. They scheduled an appointment for the same day and I received a free wedding gown due to my husbands time with the Army! I was treated like a princess and felt amazing. My experience at Tulle Bridal was second to none. I had been to a couple of different bridal shops before that were larger and that either held us to strict appointment times, or were not as personal as I would have liked. But the moment that my mom, sister, maid of honor, and I all stepped through the door at Tulle, we knew that our experience there would be completely different. We had a 2:00pm appointment time and were the only ones in the store the entire time. There was never a moment when we were rushed, and the shop owner, Heidi, was extremely attentive and listened to all of my thoughts and preferences in gown styles. If I tried something on that didn't feel right, she immediately knew what to grab to try next. After trying a few dresses, she brought one into the dressing room that I loved on the hanger right away. Sure enough, when I put it on, it was the dress!! I still think to myself that I never dreamed I'd find something so perfectly suited to what I was looking for. My wedding is in less than 6 months and I was starting to fear that I would have to settle on a dress that I didn't truly love. Heidi made sure that settling was not even a consideration. She helped me find THE ONE, and I am so excited to wear the gown on my wedding day! On top of all of this, all the dresses in the store were marked down by a large percentage from their retail prices. I couldn't believe some of the low prices on these gorgeous designer gowns. My dress is a gorgeous Tara Keely marked down to $1400 from $2200. Many more dresses in the store were under $1,000. I would absolutely recommend Tulle to anyone searching for that perfect, personal, boutique-style wedding dress experience.

I can't say enough about Tulle's! My daughter and I went to David's Bridal and Vow's before finding this boutique. Both places were a waste of time compared to our experience at Tulle's! The personalized service and quaint feel at Tulle's was PERFECT for picking out a wedding gown. We got to take our time and basically had the store to ourselves for as long as we wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend Tulle's for brides. I will be going back to see if I can get a MOB dress as we get closer to the wedding as well!!!

When I walked into this boutique I was blown away with all the different styles of gowns! Luckily, Heidi, the owner was there to help me narrow down my decision. I told her exactly what I was looking for and as if she read my mind she pulled dresses that fit my personality, theme of wedding, and especially my pocketbook! I found that their designer gowns were a steal at the prices they were listed at and she has a ton of jewerly, shoes, mothers of brides, and flower girl dresses too! It's a one stop shop! What a dream it was to work with a professional like Dee as our wedding planner. She loves what she does so much and it is truly reflected in her work. Our wedding was rather elaborate and everything turned out perfectly. We also used her wedding night services for our suite. I went to Tulle Bridal, because I had expensive taste...but not the $$ to back it. So I found Tulle Bridal up in Georgetown, MA. It's a bit of a drive...since I live in Boston, but was so worth it. I had gone to a few shops in Arlington/Watertown before and found nice dresses but had to be honest with myself that it was nuts to pay over $1200 for a dress. That doesn't mean I didn't want the most beautiful and perfect dress. It just meant that my new goal was to find that dress 'for less'.
So I drove up to Tulle with my two sisters and mom. Heidi, the owner of Tulle, was super friendly and helpful. I must have tried on 15-20 dresses. She helped me narrow down what I was looking for and then let me take my time when I think she and my family knew 'I was on the brink of making a decision'.
Double plus, Heidi recommended a great seamstress Deby just down the street who did wonders for my $800 sample lace dress. She restructured the lace to make it sweetheart...added a sash and diamond appliqué and even tailored an old fur coat of my mothers' for me to wear with my dress. This was the best dress shopping experience that I had, hands down. Heidi was attentive and listened to what I was looking for but also didn't hesitate to make suggestions based on her expertise. Let's face it, shopping for formal wear, especially a wedding dress, isn't like shopping for regular clothes. You need someone who has experience with wedding dresses to help you. I did not end up buying my gown here, but the staff was incredibly professional, gracious, understanding, and supportive. They have dresses that are cash and carry and dresses that can be ordered. I first off would like to say that I had multiple people at my very large place of business recommend that I check out this Salon! This was the first and only bridal salon I went to. Usually I am very picky with my dresses and usually cannot make up my mind. For some reason any formal dress I've ever worn has always been something that fit like a glove the moment I put it on and this appointment was no different. I had made an appointment earlier in the week and when I got there on a very busy Saturday the staff was very friendly! At first I was in a side area but as soon as one of the other brides left I got to move to a beautiful and comfortable area with lots of lighting and mirrors and a nice place to sit for my mother and future-MIL. The stylist that helped me was very patient and we joked in the dressing room as we got in and out of dresses which made me feel more comfortable since I was stressed enough having both my mother and MIL in the same place at the same time. I thought I knew what I wanted but after many dresses and feeling like i wouldn't find the one I was looking for I believe Heidi the owner found the exact one that would do it for my Riviera Maya Beach wedding! The absolutely stunning Maggie Sottero and extremely light and aerie gown was absolutely perfect and fit me like a glove as if it was made for me. I took it as a sign and both my mother and MIL reactions affirmed my thoughts that this was the one. The stylist and owner completely made me up with the perfect veil and headband and bouquet. When I came to pick up my dress and veil 3 months later i didn't have the best memory and I actually ended up with the wrong veil through a communication error. When I called the Bridal Salon this morning Marissa was a godsend and said she would talk to the owner and they would fix it no problem. This Salon is so accommodating and is truly beautiful in such a quaint location! I will definitely be recommending my ever growing list of engaged friends! -Caley

As an older bride I knew the look I was going for and Michelle, the associate working with me, went above and beyond to guide me through the process with ease. Their new location in Andover is not only welcoming but has a very urban chic feel to it. Amazing for a last-minute dress need!
I decided exactly a week before our tiny/informal wedding ceremony that I did, in fact, want a proper wedding dress - and Tulle, amazingly, came through for me! I made an appointment a few days out, had a great call with their team after scheduling, and arrived with only the faintest idea of what I wanted and a request for help finding something that would fit my frame with minimal (again, last minute) tailoring. The amazing team at Tulle found two dresses that worked perfectly for me! I walked away that afternoon with a dress squarely in my budget that required almost no adjustments - plus a recommendation for a local seamstress who was able to make the changes over the course of a few days the following week. I can't recommend Tulle enough!

Excellent service!
I bought my dress here and couldn't be happier with my choice! They have a lot of options and allowed me to purchase the sample off the rack for half price. A few days later I received a handwritten note from my sales associate thanking me and sending good wishes! It was a great experience!

I had a great experience at Tulle. On my second trip there I bought a dress that I ended up changing my mind on...but Heidi let me exchange it for another dress in the store. Took me 3 more tries but she and her helper Michelle were very patient and helped me find the right one!
Heidi is also very creative and was cool with helping me envision how to alter the gown to make it fit my personal style/needs more.

Melissa Eadie was my associate on 11/10/17.
After trying on at least 15 dresses Melissa found the perfect off the rack dress for $918 at the time because it was off the rack we did not know the designer after some googling and research on my part I was able to find it and I must say I truly love it. Another plus purchasing off the rack was that the previous person that wore it weather for a bridal show or whatever was that the dress was perfectly hemmed to my height by chance and it was already bustled which meant my only alteration needed to be the size 18 dress taken in about four sizes i’m sure this is not the case with everyone but I truly thank Melissa for all of her help.

I loved the selection at Tulle! I fell in love with my dress on my first visit on my first trip out. The selection can be a little tricky because they only have what's in-house in terms of sizes and styles, but that's partly what I liked about it because my dress was unique and couldn't just be "ordered". They were very helpful and flexible during my initial visit and during my pick-up visit. They also have a beautiful selection of accessories.

Heidi was lovely and very helpful. She had a great grasp on what looked good on me and made me feel comfortable with trying on dresses eventhough I'm plus size and has some horrible experiences at other shops. I ended up buying me dress on my first try at Tulle and wasn't expecting it at all. But, i'm glad I did and thankful for Heidi's help.

The ladies at tuelle did a great job. They were so professional and made me and my group feel so special. They listened to what I wanted but had me try on their suggestions as well. I fell in love with a style of dress that I would have never picked for myself. They also recommended an amazing seamstress who did wonders on the dress. I was so happy how everything turned out, I felt like that dress was meant for me.

Tulle Bridal is a quaint boutique but do not let its small size scare you away. It's what makes it GREAT! There are hundreds of GORGEOUS dresses to choose from! It has a pleasant and fun environment, where they make your experience amazing. The staff knows so much about the dresses available and can help you find what you are looking for. They know what is in the inventory and will pull you suggestions. They have everything to offer from vintage gowns to more modern. Tiaras, veils, and many other accessories are also offered and all are very stunning. Finding your wedding dress should be a happy and memorable experience, and the ladies at Tulle Bridals give you just that!

I had a great appointment and had the attention of at least 3 of the shop's consultants. They pulled great gowns and helped me picture changes that could be made to make the dresses more my style. I got a great value and a good recommendation for alterations in the area. I would highly recommend checking out Tulle for your wedding gown.

Overall the experience was great. The girls were all friendly and responsive. In the end, they pulled a dress out that hadn't even been put on the floor and it was perfect.

I loved my dress from Tulle bridal. Being extremely nervous about the shopping experience, it was my first and only shopping trip! I walked in knowing what I wanted and Heidi found it immediately! The value was unbelievable and that probably made me love the dress even more.

I bought my dress at Tulle! I had gone to several different shops and tried on several dresses. The staff attendant that worked with me did not seem knowledgeable about dresses or fabrics. She also pulled dresses for me in response to my "wants." She unfortunate did not pull dresses that were my style. My mother is the one that selected my dress and the staff seemed a little annoyed that she did pull the dress.
The staff WAS helpful when I was deciding to commit and spend the money. They were very sweet and worked with me on the price. I would recommend the store because the dresses they have you often cannot find in other stores and the prices are great!

The location and woman helping me were great. They tried to sell me an "off-the-rack" David's Bridal dress for $800 ("on sale") that I immediately found online from davidsbridal.com same size and condition for less than $250. *Edited: The owner contacted me to explain it was a misunderstanding. I will admit, I was impressed with her outreach and generous nature to correct the problem.

Poor Customer Service
I was incredibly disappointed with this shop. I did purchase a dress here, and after signing that I was responsible for the full amount of the dress, the owner was incredibly rude to me. "You bought the dress. Well you stood in it long enough." I was mortified.
The dress came in and it only gets worse from here. At the initial appoitment I was told by my consultant, Rita, that I could pull together the low V in the front. I made it abudantly clear, that I didn't want to show a lot of cleavage on my wedding day and was told the multitude of ways I could alter the dress to fit my vision. The dress came in in my size, I owned it, and it was terrible. I was bubbling out of it and the consultant at that appointment told me how she wished she was my consultant originally, as she wouldn't have sold me this dress. She gave me a lot of advice on purchasing a dress, but it was too late as I now owned this one. I was told to take it to a seamstress to see if they could alter it and I did- no good. I'll be selling the dress. I contacted Tulle and was reminded of all the advice I was given when I picked up the dress and was told they could've helped me, but I took the dress from the shop (which as you previously read was their suggestion). I was given the run around until I gave up.
I strongly recommend going to an alternate shop. Don't waste your time or money at Tulle Bridal.

I found the dress that I loved, I paid for it and everything, and then an hour later I got a call and I'm told that the salon had customized the one they have to try on and that the one I ordered would be different and I'll need to pay my seamstress more to get it like the one I tried on. Why would you have woman try on and fall in love with a dress that you customized without telling them BEFORE they buy it?
I had such a good time until this point. I am very upset and stressed out now because I don't know what the dress will look like without the customizations or if there will even be enough fabric to customize it how I tried it on.

These people are ruthless
I had an appointment with Tulle and canceled the day before because I found a dress at another shop the day before my appointment with Tulle. I canceled the appointment as to not waste the anyone's time - mine or the shop's, and to open up the appointment for another customer. Well they charged me $75 to cancel and then when I left a message asking about that charge, I never received a call back.
