DJ Steve hosted our wedding ceremony and reception last year in February 2023. I appreciated Steve’s warm personality, professionalism, timeliness, and organization. We were able to meet beforehand to discuss a timeline of events for the evening and he offered lighting, mics for the ceremony, and was overall a great host who was able to engage with our guests and his music choice is top tier. My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding with our loved ones stress free and recommend DJ Steve for all events! -

Seriously the best around!
We had the best experience with TSP DJ! From start to finish, Steve’s communication was great. He took the time to get to know us and our preferences and was a HUGE part in making our day run so smoothly. At the end of the day when we were packing up, I realized I forgot to give him a copy of the timeline for the day, but I would’ve never known with how smoothly everything went! So many of our guests commented on how awesome he was, and we couldn’t have agreed more! Steve did so much more than “play music” at our wedding. His equipment is top notch and his talent is unmatched. We would highly recommend him for any event, he really is the best around! -

My hubby took the lead on hiring Steve, as he had DJ'd for many of his friends' weddings, and it was a great choice! Steve was a great emcee who kept the flow going seamlessly from ceremony to reception, and threw one heck of a dance party! He played a great mix of songs that not only catered to our grandparents, but to our millennial friends, too. When we met a week before the wedding, he asked us what words we wanted our night to exemplify. We said fun and welcoming: we didn't want the night to be stuffy, and we wanted everyone to have the best time, no judgements. He definitely nailed it and we highly recommend working with him. -

Kelli Sent on 10/11/2012Seriously Folks, you need to use Steve Allard as your wedding DJ! I am SO happy with my decision and here is why:
Steve is so nice and professional. When my fiance (now hubby) and I met with him we knew immediately that he had a ton of experience and really knew what he was doing. We felt so confident that he would make the day wonderful- and he did! Steve's prices are leaps and bound more reasonable than anything I could find in the Sacramento area (seriously.. like 50%+ cheaper). He didn't even charge me a travel fee to drive from Yuba City to Auburn, which is a decent drive. He was SO helpful and knowledgeable about good music to pick for the ceremony and even how the entire reception is supposed to run. He kept checking in with me quite often, letting me know I had 30 minutes to see the remaining tables before the cake cutting.. things like that. Totally helpful because the entire day was a blur and I really needed that direction! One of the BIGGEST perks of using him, in my opinion, is that he brings along his assistant who actually takes photos during your ceremony and reception!! Oftentimes wedding photographers do not take a ton of dancing photos because they all look the same, but I am so glad that I have them anyway! I feel like I got an extra photographer for free! Steve plays a really fun table dismissal game too if you are having a buffet. My husband and I had an awesome time watching it all unfold. He kept everyone out on the dance floor, so much so that we decided to stay at the venue an extra hour! Steve is great, his music choice are great, overall- JUST GREAT! Thanks Steve! -
