Highly recommend to any brides considering this- it's worth it! The instructions to send my dress were simple and easy to follow and I received emails when my dress was received and when it was ready to be shipped back to me. The entire process of getting my wedding dress cleaned and preserved could not have been any easier. I had a few concerns, so I called and they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I ordered the kit and it came right away with all of the directions and a tracking number to follow my dress. The directions were very simple to follow and came with stickers so I could put them on the dress to mark areas I wanted to them look at. I also included my veil to preserve as well. I got emails throughout the whole process so I knew when they had received my wedding dress and when they had finished. It was a quick process and I am very happy with the results! The preservation box has a window so that I can see my dress and veil inside.
