Fantastic Service

I cannot begin to explain how impressed I am with the TL Wedding team. Federico & Glady were my day of coordinators and they were so amazing to work with. They were kind, patient and answered all of my questions up into the wedding and they really did an amazing job of making sure everything went smoothly behind the scenes. The photographer Garcia was so passionate about his work, he made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I saw some of the photo's he took and they are STUNNING. Oscar the videographer was also fantastic. I am so grateful to this entire group of individuals, I had fun the entire day with them and would hire them again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

TLW will not disappoint!!

TLW team is AMAZING! Federico is so patient, professional & attentive. I had what I call an “all in one” service- DJ (Anthony played various types of music- I was not picky and he def had the crowd going with his selection) MC (Federico- such a kind human being and is able to perform a bilingual ceremony- such a plus and did an amazing job), photography (Garcia- his vision is One of a kind and makes you feel so comfortable ), videography (professional and captures a little of everything) and photo booth- all were great and offered outstanding service. Highly recommend.

True Love For the Win

Where do I even begin? Truelove team was a vital part of our wedding. They are professional, creative, and energetic. Truelove did my sweet 16 pictures and video and so I knew I wanted them to do my wedding as well. From the first time my husband and I met Federico, he was understanding of our vision and gave us a great package. We received engagement shoot, engagement video, two wedding photographers and 2 videographers for the day of the wedding, and a photo booth.

We had the opportunity to work with Chao for our engagement pictures, (Chao also did my pictures for my sweet 16 and to this day, I also remember how energetic and awesome he was). He truly made my husband and I feel so comfortable behind the camera.

For our wedding, Garcia photographed our wedding and he was amazing to work with. I can't wait for our pictures to come in because the few that I saw were absolutely breathtaking! Garcia also made sure that we had all the pictures that I wanted and sent as inspiration. Even though our wedding was a bit complicated considering the uncertainty of Covid. Despite everything TrueLove was always there by our side. The team was accommodating and took the time to ensure all of our pictures came out great. You guys definitely made our day!

Absolute Pros from Beginning to End

True Love Wedding has been phenomenal throughout our entire wedding planning process.

For starters, Federico was on top of our needs from the beginning. He helped us build out a fantastic package that fit what we were looking for in photography and videography, but that fit comfortably within our budget. He was responsive to messages, on top of every detail, and flexible. He inspired a lot of confidence in planning our day and really helped us feel like everything was coming together.

Garcia and Miguel were a fantastic photo/video team. They both were punctual, professional, prepared, and rolled with our extremely hectic schedule with no issues or complaints.

Garcia especially is a force of nature. From our engagement shoot we gelled seamlessly, and he was able to wring so many beautiful shots out of us with a good mix of romantic poses and playful candids. He was very adaptable, always on the hunt for a creative new angle and willing to do anything or go anywhere to get the right shot. He also had an immediate chemistry with our guests and was able to get fun, easy pictures out of our whole family (young fidgety children included!). He also knows his way around a boutonniere.

Miguel was a total pro on the video side. He had an excellent sixth sense for coverage, and had a solid ability to both stage and capture scenes throughout the day.

We're so so excited to see the finished product and they're an easy vendor for us to recommend.

Beautiful Photos

I told Chao (our photographer) that I wanted natural candid photos that had nice depth in the background with vibrancy and warmth. He met my expectations and more! His team did a phenomenal job on the day of my wedding and we were able to catch all of the photos I wanted. Excellent communication under pressure and excellent with calming down a nervous bride! Whenever my husband and I look back on the photos, we are taken back to our wedding day all over again.

Wow amazing experience communication professionalism was excellent. Always available for us and wow tuxedo rental was excellent my husband looked unique the groomsmen wow all looked amazing colors were on point. if I was to do this again I would jump and hire them again can't wait to see my pictures and video.

As soon as we met with Chao and the rest of the True Love team, we knew they were the right choice for us. During our first meeting, Chao was extremely perceptive and immediately understood what we wanted in a photographer. He worked amazingly well with our requests and tirelessly to a collate a gorgeous portfolio of engagement photos. Not only was our photographer skillful and attentive, Cindy was very prompt and responsive during our planning process, and Tina and the rest of the makeup artists did a wonderful job bringing my ideas to life and our bridal party all looked effortlessly beautiful.
Leading up to our wedding, we did not have a wedding planner and did a lot of the heavy lifting on our own. True Love went above and beyond to work within our restrictions and played a key role in keeping us on track. Their expertise and guidance allowed us to leverage our photography opportunity efficiently. Our big day would not have gone nearly as smooth without Chao taking the charge to guide and herd us through each step.
True Love's impeccable detail and thoughtful attention did not end after the wedding. We are months post our wedding and are still in touch about our video footage and upcoming photo albums. Their dedication to high quality work and customer service continues to impress us and we have endlessly recommended them to all of our family and friends. Working with True Love on the most important day of our lives was the best decision we made!

Working with Truelovewedding was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met them at a bridal convention we just clicked. Federico always went above and beyond to find ways that he could help us. I was a worried bride about everything but thankfully truelove was always there to answer my phonecalls and emails (which were many ) lol. The day of our wedding did not go off without a hitch due to many issues however Garcia and his crew made sure that we had a great time and our photos came out wonderful. Amazing amazing amazing.
We feel so blessed and happy that we choose True Love. This company goes above and beyond the call of duty to make every aspect of your day amazing and special. Federico worked with our budget to give us exactly what we wanted and was even able to include a photo booth in our package, which was a huge hit at our wedding.
Our photographer Garcia is clearly an artist that values his work and has such so much integrity. He only wants to produce the best work. We knew from the minute we met him that we made the right choice. Our engagement pictures were absolutely amazing. After getting to know him as well we knew that he is a great person and truly a joy to be around.
It was pouring rain on our wedding day but he still managed to produce amazing shots. However, two days after the wedding, Federico from True Love reached out to us and offered to do another shoot with my husband and I to be able to capture the shots we didn't get together, which is such a spectacular gesture that we appreciate and they refused to accept payment for even though we tried.
This company not only is composed of talent people but they truly value and love what they do and are a great group of individuals. Wedding planning is busy and difficult but choosing True Love is the best decision you can make.

True Love Wedding NY was the best choice for our wedding. They do it all: DJ (Armando was a pleasure to work with), Photogrpaher (Lynn is great at capturing special moments), Videographer (Oscar was everywhere but not intrusive like some videographers can be, MC Federico was amazing. Federico went above and beyond for us and it was much appreciated. He is a true gem. I also want to thank all the staff at True Love for their professionalism. This crew was easy to work with and made sure the night went well. Thank you again for making our wedding as stress free as possible.

wedding. Aside from the value and quality, I think what makes a great business even greater is the people. I wouldn't know where to start with the praises Chao, our photographer deserves. He is the most dedicated, professional, down-to-earth, and hard-working personnel you can expect to hire for your wedding. From photo shoots leading up to the wedding day, we grew to love Chao more and more as a friend. On the day of the wedding, he played such an important role in directing the chaotic scenes from morning to night, from guiding the elderly to comforting my tense moments, he was so much more than being just the photographer, always courteous, always patient. On top of all that, came the beautiful photos nonetheless.

In terms of value, True Love offers packages that takes care of most of your wedding needs, but flexible to offer variations. Aside of the photography team, all the other personnel were such a pleasure to work with as well. Joanne is always on top of the scheduling and reminders. The coordination was flawless throughout the year-long relationship we had. The makeup artists, the bridal attendants were all so personable, addressing each couple with individuality, which is what a lot of businesses lack when they deal with so many clients. Communication was always easy, all E-mails, questions, and concerns were addressed swiftly.

In terms of quality, I have not the least bit of complaint. They use top brand makeup. All the attire I came across were well-made well-designed pieces. The prints and frames were beautiful not to mention prompt in production. The wedding video came in a custom wooden engraved USB, so unexpectedly adorable, and the video itself, was nothing less of amazing.

All in all, True Love was a true love.

Federico and his staff were great!! Him and his wife, Rosi were always caring and looked out for our needs from beginning to end. We really wouldn't have had the wedding of our dreams without True Love. I borrowed a head piece and some jewelry that was stunning! Garcia, the photographer was on point! Not only did he wait patiently for us to arrive for our engagement photos, as we were late, but he also stayed after time to shoot more with us. He also met up with us a second time, on his own time, to shoot more photos with us after seeing we were both dancers! He wanted us to have some dance action shots as well. And we loved the photos! Very professional and excellent at what he does. He made us feel very comfortable.
Our invitation cards came out beautiful, and we were also referred an amazing violinist, Jorge Mendosa. He played beautifully during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Having him play for us and our guests made it so special and memorable it was truly the best choice.
We rented suits from true love and although they came on time. We weren't able to have all our groomsmen fitted before the big day. Some of the suits fit big but since most of the groomsmen lived out of the city they weren't able to try on their suits until days before or even the day of. There was no time to exchange them. I suggest making sure all of the groomsmen come in for a fitting in advance just in case they don't fit. Not sure if the suits run big or if there was a mistake in size ordering. This is not to blame True Love however, my husband and I are the busiest couple ever and left the whole ordering process for last minute!
True Love and Federico acted almost as a wedding planner had we hired one. Anything that we needed or forgot last minute, he was able to provide for us. Thank you True Love for helping us make our wedding day so special!

I would like to thank Federico and his extraordinary staff for helping us have our dream wedding. We were referred to True Love by our good friends who did their wedding with Federico back in 2008. Federico’s professionalism, charisma, optimism, advice and outstanding service were evident from the very first meeting we had at his office. Also, Rossy and Desire were utmost helpful at the office assisting with anything we needed. Our wedding was on this past May and we were completely thrilled by the work done the TLW team. We had a full package that included everything; limo, photographer, videographer, DJ, a beautiful venue with food and drinks, centerpieces and a whole lot more. We did not have to worry about anything; Federico was the MC himself and made sure everything was in place while we enjoyed our special day to the fullest. We also got our tuxedos with TLW and they looked great. We were in awe when our pictures arrived. Garcia did an exceptional job capturing the perfect shots. We had done an engagement shoot with him the summer before the wedding and he would climb trees, lie on the grass and go into bushes just to get the perfect shots. True Love provided the DJ/MC services for our wedding - and we LOVED everything about their work!! They are truly professional party starters!!

First, speaking to their professionalism, TL offices are situated in New York and we got married in Philadelphia. Months before the wedding, they travelled to our venue to get a sense of the space that they would be working in. This visit acquainted them with the size, height, and acoustics of our space allowing them to prepare the proper speaker and microphone set up to deliver the best sound experience to our wedding guests. Additionally, their policy is to meet with couples to get to know them and get a sense of their style. Unfortunately, my fiance and I were not able to come to NY, so they accommodated us with a conference call. During the call, their excitement for providing an amazing party experience was clear. They asked that we provide a list of 30 songs to further get a sense of our music style. A few days before the wedding, we worked together to create a detailed and timed order of the ceremony and reception. On the day of the wedding, they arrived and set up in a timely manner. The music for the ceremony and the formalities of the reception ran like clockwork. They were truly MASTERS of the ceremony.

Now, speaking to the party...it was HYYYYYPE! They played great music, mixed it, and got the crowd in to it! They know how to get a party started, how to get it jumping, and how to keep it going! I am so glad that I provided flip flops for the ladies to change in to because the crowd was dancing that night!!

I would highly recommend True Love to anyone looking to have a great party!

There aren't the right words available to describe how it was working with everyone at True Love. Not only did Coco, Cindy and the other makeup & hair stylist do an amazing job on the bridesmaids, the mothers and myself, Cindy & Yvonne were extremely helpful on all the other days we came for fittings (we had rented the bridal gown, traditional Chinese kwa, all the bridesmaid dresses, groomsmen suits and groom's tux at True Love as well). Joanne was very patient and wonderful for assisting us throughout the whole process and even helped me take out all those hairpins and the false eyelashes at the end of the big day.

We were so glad we picked Chao as our photographer as well as our second photographer because Chao took all the pictures we requested and his secondary photographer captured everything else with the guests. In addition to getting all the shots we wanted, Chao tried to make us not worry about the schedule because we had packed so much into the day and we were not always on time. Once they saw something happen, the entire photography/videography team was there to capture it.

We also received the pictures and video really quickly! We had come to True Love from a friend's recommendation and would definitely recommend True Love to all of our friends.

How do I begin to summarize all the help and the quality of services True Love Wedding has provided my husband and I for our offbeat wedding? From the day I walked into their Inwood location I was met with professionalism and welcoming demeanor. True Love wedding had so much to offer, I was overwhelmed with how lucky I felt to find their wedding services. I was met with professional, patient staff, who were always available, flexible and giving. True Love always offered fresh ideas and were supportive and willing to go the extra mile for our wedding. It was a one stop shopping center with an incredible value I so desperately needed planning our offbeat wedding. Working with photographer Lynn who was so comfortable to work with for our engagement and wedding photo shoot, you can tell he really cared and loved his job. Lynn felt like a friend and loved our superhero wedding theme and took pictures till he felt satisfied with the results and made us feel confident during our photo shoots. Federico was so refreshing with his laid back approach to wedding planning I couldn't believe he was busy with multiple weddings a week, every week! He always brought me back down to earth when I thought things were getting overwhelmed and offered free advise and solutions to last minute changes like the wedding date and location. My husband and I got so much more than we paid for and tremendous value. We felt that we were in good hands and had a supportive team. True Love provided us with beautiful suits for the wedding party and offered tons of suggestions for looks and even bridal jewelry for the wedding day. Desiree, Rosa, and Federico truly had our backs and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a full service party planning center. I would love to work with True Love Wedding Center again in the future.

From the very beginning True Love Wedding went above and beyond to accomodate my fiance and I. Their photography and videography team were AMAZING on our wedding day. Lynn, Marvin, Robert and Alex were PHENOMENAL and such a pleasure to have with us. They were so friendly, down to earth and captured the true essence of our wedding. We also booked my father's tuxedo from True Love. Placing the order was easy and we recieved the tuxedo within a couple days. My husband and I could not be happier with the wedding video that True Love created for us! From our first meeting with Federico, we knew we were in good hands. He took the time to sit down with us and get a feel for what we wanted in our video. Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous, and creative. On our big day, our videographers were not at all pushy or intrusive. They let moments happen naturally, which was exactly what we wanted.

True Love’s work speaks for itself—a quick browse through their galleries and you can see they do beautiful work. Our video (and trailer) is beautifully composed, flows naturally, and looks like a movie. More importantly though, this video captured all of the emotion and excitement of they day. It incorporates the big moments that one would expect in any wedding video, but also so many special little memories. Our family and friends cannot believe how beautifully True Love captured our day. We are so grateful to have this video to enjoy for years to come.

I was on the fence about booking videography due to our budget but its something that I really wanted from the beginning. Not knowing yet of True Love Wedding, i was reffered to them by a co-worker who's friend had recently gotten married and I saw the video. it was perfect and beautiful and I knew they were the videographers that I wanted to capture my every moment! i contacted them right away and dealt with Federico throughout my whole planning process. He was wonderful!! every time i had a question and reached out to him he was very responsive and works really hard to ensure you are happy! on the day of the wedding, our videographer was Oscar and he was great!! i got to see a quick shot of the video footage he had captured and was blown away! i am so excited to see our video and I can't stress to future brides how important it is to have a video done because you miss so much that day. Joanne, Tony, Cindy, Tina, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for my wedding. I am very grateful to have had them part of my wedding. I do not live in New York, so communication was key. This was never an issue with Joanne and her staff. They were always prompt and responsive. I actually emailed Joanne the night before the wedding with a shot list for the photographer. The day of the wedding, the next day, she shared the shot list with the photographer while joking about the time I sent the email. She made sure that my needs and concerns were addressed and taken care of even while she was out of town. If Joanne wasn't available Cindy was there ready to listen and help. She also helped me pick out the dress of my dreams with the perfect veil. I ordered a new gown with Cindy's help. She was thoughtful and helpful through the whole process. I would definitely do it again even though I had to pay extra. It's nothing compared to how much you would be paying if you bought the dress which you will only end up wearing once. Our photographer was Tony. He is patient, personable, funny, hardworking and talented. My husband is very shy and doesn't like taking pictures in public. Tony patiently and willingly helped my husband overcome this discomfort and even provided tips here and there on how to take pictures. His skills are also evident. Everyone loved our engagement pictures and complimented on the quality and uniqueness. Even though we haven't seen our wedding pictures, I trust his professionalism and giftedness. I can't wait to see the wedding pictures! In the end, Tony's concern and care for us brought out our best in our pictures. Tina was my makeup and hair artist. I don't usually wear makeup, so I was pretty concerned on how I would look with makeup. She kept the makeup subtle like I wanted while making me look beautiful. Tina listened to my suggestions while offering her own for my best. I can go on and on about TL. Yes, I would choose them again!

My husband and I were blessed to have worked with Federico Lendof and his fabulous team at True Love Wedding. Federico's professionalism, diligence, responsiveness and personality made us feel comfortable and secure in knowing we were in the right hands. For our wedding day, Federico arraigned our photography and videography with Garcia and Hubert. They were on time and hands-on in making sure they captured every moment and highlight of our special day. Federico and the staff of true love wedding were wonderful. They provide us with a complete packages of services which gave us all we need. Federico and the staff at TLW are absolutely amazing. They provided the photography, videography, dj, limo, reception entertainment and MC services. They are the total package. Easy and fun to work with. They were able to work with our budget and our requests were all fulfilled. And mind you it was a double wedding so they had to deal with not one but two brides and two grooms. They truly made our wedding the best day ever. I cannot say enough good things about TLW. I would highly recommend and use them again in a heartbeat. I have dealt with the Flushing location. My contact is Cindy. She was beyond helpful in everything. I love her. I am going to miss bothering her. She answers to emails very quickly, friendly and patient. She also did my bridal party's hair. I don't know what I would have done without her. I was so happy with True Love Wedding! I met with Federico and what a sweet heart! I loved their work and knew immediately i had to hire this vendor. I got my photographers and videographer from here. I also had my beautiful invitations done with them and the girls who work there, Desiree and Rosie, thank you ladies for stuffing my envelopes!! That was amazing of you to do! These ladies were also a huge help, always smiling, and so friendly. Federico is definitely on the top of his game. He definitely took a lot of the stress away for me by being attentive, emailing or calling me with the anything i asked or needed to do (engagement shoot, ordering invites, appointments, ect), he would take care of it and all i need to do was choose. i never had to chase him or look for him. Any time i needed to ask something, he would be so quick to answer me or find out. It was such a relief. My pictures... amazing, people compliment my engagement pictures constantly, my main photographer was Lynn, so much fun, so nice, definitely caught many beautiful moments. I had a second photographer for my wedding Garcia, (due to how many people we had) and he was also a sweet heart and hilarious. My videographer was Oscar, also another fun sweet guy. These guys were the best. I am so happy i went with True Love, what an amazing team. Go with True Love, you won't regret!

My husband and I (Chinese and Pakistani), very honestly, cannot be more satisfied with True Love. Honestly, many wedding studios in Flushing will pressure and rush you for services that you may not be 100% happy with. A lot of studios just want to make money on that day, and won’t take the time to talk about your vision and your expectations. True Love never rushed or pressured us. We spoke with Joanne and Chao (owners) and they were so patient, kind and flexible. We visited them many a times before signing a contract, and honestly the type of services and the prices that Joanne and Chao provided was the best that we saw. I was constantly in touch with Joanne via email, phone and in person and she honestly is the best. She selected the best people to perform and really made everything top of the line. She is organized, caring and very timely. She felt like a sister throughout the whole process. We couldn’t be happier working with Joanne. We ended up hiring Tony (photographer) for our wedding day because his portfolio was simply outstanding. We were also so lucky that Tony was available for our wedding day because he’s constantly in demand. On the day of the engagement photo shoot, I had my hair and make-up done with Cindy. I honestly cannot praise her more enough. She also found the best dresses for me to wear on that day and I really cannot thank her enough. Tony is such a good photographer. I cannot praise him enough. He knew how to position my husband and me for good shots. He is very confident and comfortable in his element. We wanted to use the engagement photos as a background slideshow during the wedding reception. Tony completed touching up the photos before the wedding which we were very thrilled with. It came out so awesome. When it was played on the wedding day, everyone sang praises of the picture. Honestly, Tony is an amazing photographer. Don’t forget it is your wedding. I highly recommend True Love.

From pictures, video, music, transportation, and more, he helped us stay within our budget while providing service and quality well beyond our expectations. I really enjoyed working with the Flushing Branch in the past year. I got one of the bigger packages (engagement shoot, studio shoot, wedding photo and videography, hair, make-up, limo, dress rental, album, and enlargement) and True Love took care of all my wedding needs. Joanne was extremely knowledgable, and Charles always personally greeted me when I went to visit. The pictures were really of high quality and received over a thousand photos in the end.

I chose TL initially because the packages were practically a steal. I worried about the quality of services I was getting because I paid less compared to other services I checked out, but TL was highly professional and responsive to my needs. When there were hiccups in the process, TL made accommodations. I highly recommend them because they care about customer satisfaction.

My photographer was Tony and Rex, Make-up artist was Vicky, and Main Consultant was Cindy. Charles is super nice and helpful and Joanne is knowledgable and super on top of everything. THANK YOU guys!

True love wedding staff was amazing to work with. We had a charter bus to run and we were lost not knowing who would take care of it. Federico took charge an ensured that not only the charter bus was taken care of but that everything from the flowers to the venue were perfect. Everyone was on time and we had no complaints whatsoever. In terms of MCing Federico was beyond amazing. We wouldnt want to hire anyone else. The guests were pleased and talked about our wedding for days to come. It was truly an amazing day and I am glad True Love Wedding helped make it a memorable day for us.

We had the most wonderful experience with True Love. Everyone was great and easy to work with. Even when we were suprised with more "yes" responses then we expected and need a 2nd photographer. Federico made this addition so easy. I wish we had used them for our DJ service as well. But we didn't. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

Looking for good quality work from customer service to all services that they offer? This is the place to go!!! Since the moment I walked into their beautiful office, greeted by his corteous secretary and very polite Federico, I knew that I was going to receive great service from them, and I did! I went for their videography and photography services and because of their great service I ultimately added the Toxedo and officiant services to my package. Here is my honest opinion on all of those services:
Photography: I got Garcia for photography and was blessed to have him. He is very funny, professional, cool, punctual and absolutely looooves his job. He is like Spiderman, moving in every direction to make sure he captures a beautiful moment in many angles. On engagement day pics, my husband and I arrived 1hr and 10 mins late and finally we met him, calmly sitting on a bench waiting for us. He smiles and greets us with no signs of being fake and tells us that it is normal for couples to be late on engagement pics day. What a relief!! It set the perfect mood for the pics. He took a lot of beautiful shots and expressed lots of energy and enthusiasm on every shot he took. He made my husband smile! He rarely smiles in pics. :) On wedding day, I got the same great service....his funny and energetic attitude made everyone easliy smile. My family was very happy with him...we took lots of family shots...can't wait to see the pics, I am sure they are going to be gorgeous. Garcia is also very calm and professional dealing with las minute changes.
Videograoher: I think his name is Tony, he was another very polite person and was glued to,his camera to make sure he captured every moment. :)
Toxedo: Worked with the charming Rossy to get toxedo that perfectly matched my bridesmaids dress. She was always there to answer all my questions.
Officiant: Jonas was our officiant and since the moment I met him, I knew he was going to,be the right one for my wedding. He is extremely polite and professional.

At True Love wedding center, I felt like being at home. They are very hard working people and are willing to work with you to help you in every need.:) THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING ME FEEL HAPPY!!

You alll must think this is crazy for me giving them perfect score but I tell you they made our wedding planning and wedding day just a little less stressful. Our photographer Al and videographer Jose and my limo driver patiently waited as I ran late like most brides do. They took gorgeous pictures and captured every single momnet for us. The tuxes were as if they were custom made for the groom and groomsmen. I had no idea what to write for my invitations but Rosi was there to help me. And when I made a mistake, Lisa caught it and corrected it. They made the entire process so much easier. When we first started planning our wedding in November of 2008 we had a couple of losses, but I and my husband lost our grandmothers. FEderico and his staff were so sympathetic and made it easy for us to keep planning this wedding thru our grief.

I would recommend them to anyone. No matter what the price you are paying for memories captured professionally and beautifully.

Honestly... Wonderful!!! It was a great pleasure to work with the True Love Wedding staff in the Washington Heights location. Very professional, friendly, flexible, resourceful and very responsible. Our pictures were so beautiful that we had a hard time making our final selection for our album. I am so glad that I decided to go with True Love when deciding on a photographer, videographer and DJ. I highly recommend their services. They are very responsible, organized and very professional. They always updated me with changes and always followed my requests in order to make my wedding day memorable. They are willing to work with you if you have a budget. They have many different services, not just photography and videography. I was able to book my DJ, pick out my invitations, and limo service through True Love. It was definetely worth it! I was very pleased.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience with the Manhattan location of True Love Wedding Center. We found them to be extremely professional, courteous and accomodating. Federico is the best! He listened to the details of our day and surprised us by being extremely and generously accomodating to us. Due to the size and details of our wedding, we were provided a second photographer as a courtesy! The photographers and videographer all arrived together and on time, despite the massive traffic in New York City because it was the Friday of Labor Day weekend!

The engagement photo session was fun and Wilson took some great shots! Our guest were impressed and we received many compliments on the engagement photo we selected to display at the entrance of our ballroom. My dad loved the engagement photo so much that he forced me to call True Love and ask that they enlarge a copy for him! These guys are the best - they will accomodate whatever your needs!

After our selections for our album, True Love will provide us with our album with 80 photos, and two parent albums with 20 photos each. Of course the number of photos in the album is dependent on which album package you choose. My husband and I had so much fun and laughs with our "paparazzi", Wilson, Chow, Ping, who has my undying gratitude for following me all over Fort Tryon park holding the photo screen over my head as it started to drizzle and because it was prior to the wedding, I was worried about my wedding hair, and Moses, our videographer, who seemed to be rolling the camera the entire 10 hours our day lasted!

Our guests commented on how excellent the "Paparazzi" was in being all over the place and capturing as many photos as they could muster. The team captured the little details that every girl wants to keep as a memory on their wedding day.

True Love offer a host of options for albums and we found them to be a "state of the art" facility that offers the latest in technology, style and quality that we were hard pressed to find in other photography studios and at an amazing price. The proofs were turned around in a matter of weeks after our affair with more than 1,000 photos and are not marked with the stamp most studios mark your proofs with. I understand from other brides that level of turnaround is unheard of from other wedding photography studios they have used. We have not yet received our video, but Federico assures us that it will be in by the end of this week. I'm sure we will be completely elated when we see what Moses has done!

When all the work is completed, True Love provides you with your proof albums, a cd with all of your photos with them, including the engagement, that because they are unmarked, you can print out your photos at home and three copies of the video.

In all, we recommend True Love Wedding Center to any couple that is looking to not compromise memories of their special day. You will not get stressed, worried, nor doubt these guys - you'll love them!

The best decision we made...We originally didnt want to spend a lot on pictures and video...but once we met with our photographer, saw his work and what we would be getting for our money...we couldn't pass it up.

We worked with Chao for our Engagement Shoot at Central Park. He was so much fun, made everything light and easy for us. DH and I aren’t very shy, but we don’t seek attention either, so this was a different kind of experience for us. We figured we had to get used to it though. After seeing the final product and how well Chao worked, we were confident our wedding day photos wouldn’t disappoint and they haven’t. His Assistant Lidia was just as amazing and everyone asked us who they were and how they can get his info. Oscar our Videographer was just as professional, unassuming and great to work with. They all interacted with everyone, were so funny and weren’t intrusive but caught the moments that counted. I cannot say enough good things about them all. Our Bridal Party and family still ask about Chao and they rave about our photos. Although they do guarantee you a set number of 500 photos, they took about 4600 and we ended up with 1,000. Overall we're very happy.

The True Love team is incredible!! We really enjoyed the services offered by their team. Our wedding was held on August 8th at Jericho Terrace but started planning a year in advance. The wedding package offered, qipao rental, hair/makeup for bride, mothers, and bridesmaids, limo, photographer, Chao, videographer, and another gown/tux rentals (we didn't take advantage of) -- what a deal! For the price it was super reasonable given that a la carte packages require a lot more coordination. I wanted a stress free day so having one vendor take care of most of the day would help.

The team is super responsible to emails and requests which made them very easy to work with. We met with Chao before the wedding to make sure we get all the shots we want the day of the wedding and he delivered everything beyond expectations. He's got tons of energy and a great team that follows him around. We got our photos back in about a month -- talk about speedy delivery.

As for makeup, I wanted a simple touch -- nothing cakey and they did just that. Cindy is an amazing hair stylist and Tina is excellent with makeup.

I would highly recommend working with True Love for your wedding!

We loved our pictures. We picked our photographer and he did a great job. The videographer was great too. We got our pictures and video super fast. They were able to work with us on our timeline. Cindy was so sweet and always worked with me and very nice person. She also did the make-up for one of my BM and did a great job.

I had my wedding 9/10/11 and had the best experience ever. I used True Love photographer Garcia and he was the best. He directed the poses so well. He got along with our families, it was like he was a part of the family. Our wedding pictures came out beautiful. The only thing I think could have been better was the attention to detail in the photoshopping. I didn't use any other of their services but when I did come in to the store everyone seemed like they were having a blast getting their hair and make up done. I would recommend True Love to any who is doing their wedding on a budget.

I am a perosn who has high standards in what I want, especially when it comes to service. And especially on my wedding day. I was a little bit weary about going into True Love because I came in from the street, they are around my neighborhood and I really had no references on who they were and how they worked. When I went in I was impressed with the attention they gave me and my fiancee. I was pleased with their work and their sense of responsibility throughout the wedding planning and on my wedding day. Everyone was asking for their business card during the reception. I will recomend them to anyone.

True Love Wedding is great. I had used them for our Wedding Photos and Hair/Makeup. Joanne was our contact and she was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the pre-wedding process. She asked all the right questions and was very detailed in achieving what we wanted.

Hair & Make-Up
Come the wedding, four make-up and hair artists worked on the 11 of us. The whole process took almost 5 hours but the thought and care showed in each and every one of my bridal party/family. The team was fantastic. I really want to give a special thanks to Tina. She is the resident bride hair and make-up artist and,wow, I don't think I will ever look as beautiful as I did on the day of my wedding. Tina is a magician!! She is so talented and knows exactly how to highlight a persons best features.

Can't say enough of the exceptional job that the True Love team did for our wedding. They were extremely attentive, responsive and produced amazing photos/videos for our wedding in Oct 2015. From the beginning consultation to engagement shoot to pre wedding prep to day of wedding and post wedding, Cindy and her team were extremely diligent. We spent the extra for Chao and he is worth every penny and might be the hardest working on site photographer ever. Produced some amazing shots and was extremely fun to work with in person. They were probably the best "vendor" of our entire wedding and definitely recommending them to our friends and family.

I was so happy that I went with True Love on Northern Blvd. I shopped around for one stop shops on Main Street. Even though other prices were cheaper, I really liked the quality of service from TL, so we decided to go with them. Our package included engagement photos, gown rentals, hair and make up, wedding day photography and a cinematic video.

Their service is excellent. Before we booked them, they answered all my questions thoroughly. Every time I send them an email, I would get a response back at a reasonable time. Cindy was my main contact. She was very organized and helped us every step of the way from the day we booked to our wedding day. She was very patient and always addressed my concerns.

We booked Tony as our photographer. The photos were amazing!!! My friends won't stop complimenting them. My parents loved them and I can't stop looking at them. My husband doesn't even like taking photos but Tony gave us guidance on how to pose, where to look, etc. My husband enjoyed it so much, he didn't want the photoshoot to end.

We booked Tina as our make up artist. She made me look flawless. My make up and hair were natural and classy. They use quality products, so it didn't look caked on.

I really couldn't thank the team enough. I can't wait to see the pictures and the videos from our wedding day. I highly recommend TL to all my friends. I can't praise them enough.

Federico, you know that I love you and Rosie. You were always so positive and supportive throughout my wedding planning process. As a professional DJ for over 22 years, I thought the main person at a wedding was the DJ/MC and how the flow of the even operates. On the contrary, a Wedding Coordinator is probably the best investment ever made. True Love Wedding under Federico has made our wedding day one of the most delightful and stress-free days we ever had. His professionalism and ability to adapt to situations is impressive. When you package the right deal and hire Federico as your coordinator, rest-for-sure, you have the best money can buy.

Above Average - The pictures turned out beautiful. The only suggestion I have is that I would encourage family pictures as soon as possible at the reception so that family is pepped up and ready as opposed to worn out and partying at picture time.

I used True Love for my wedding in April, 2015 and for the most part had an amazing experience with them. The verdict - definitely go with True Love!

Our relationship got off at a rocky start - our communication started through email and just didn't end well, but we still made an appointment to visit their office and ended up booking with them. Just a warning, their prices are almost triple what other package places will offer and they do NOT budge, not even a dollar. But at the end of the day, they do an excellent job and really know what they are doing. This is your once in a lifetime wedding, it's definitely worth the splurge.

The only reason we booked with them was the photography. The photos are out of this world and no other package place and compare. This alone made it worth every penny. From our engagement photos to our wedding photos, we absolutely loved Tony who helped make everything a little less awkward. During our wedding, he was always where we needed him and he was very good with giving direction and very patient. In regards to the rest of what they offer, I was able to find the perfect wedding dress and after many fittings, I found the Chinese dress I wanted. The evening dresses weren't ideal, so I got my own elsewhere. The hair and make up is outstanding and they don't give you that pale Asian face. It's natural makeup that is perfect for a wedding look and they can replicate almost any hairstyle you want.

Aside from those big things, we had some smaller things like large prints and albums added to our package. The communication after you pick a package is great and they answer very quickly. Joanne was great at taking care of me and I can honestly say I had a great experience with them. They really know what they are doing and you can tell they are professionals. There were no hiccups from True Love throughout my wedding and I'm so glad I went with them.

The photographer and videographer were great guys, very nice. Photos came out fine. Am yet to see my album or video... Communicating with this place, getting my proofs and my album after the fact has been...like pulling teeth. I 100% will not recommend this vendor to anyone and in fact I know several engaged people who I have strongly discouraged from using this vendor. I honestly find their high rating shocking. It's like all these other reviewers are talking about a completely different business.

Lost our photobooth pics, video severely oversaturated

We used Federico at True Love for our videography. Our experience with him was very positive... until the most important part. He was flexible and so easy to work with leading up and during our wedding day. But when he delivered us our final product, the videos were super over-saturated. Our skin was super orange in many videos... we asked him to fix it but he didn't.... we never posted or shared our video with family or friends because of how ridiculous it looks... also asked for the raw footage so we could get it edited elsewhere but he never provided it.... But thats not the worst part... the very worst part is was he lost all of our guest photo booth pictures. It makes me cry thinking about it because we will never ever get those back. He claimed he mailed it to us and then when we said we didn't receive, he said they had been deleted off his storage because he thought he mailed them.... honestly I am still not over it and its so upsetting
