I do not even know how to accurately sum up our experience with Taylor at True Colors Productions. From start to finish, Taylor was by far our favorite vendor to work with on our wedding. Taylor was kind, professional and responsive throughout the entire planning process. He gave us his time, met with us and ensured he understood us, our relationship and our vision for our wedding. That alone was more than most of our vendors did. We could tell that Taylor truly cared about "getting it right" for us and being meticulous about every little detail. This level of care and consideration continued throughout our wedding day and the time after. Taylor was with us from the very start of the day to the very end and seemed more like a helpful, trusted friend than a hired vendor I was just meeting in person for the first time. He was somehow right there asking us if we needed anything and also not at all intrusive at the same time...which seems impossible!
We chose Taylor based on the quality of the videos that he posted on instagram (check him out @true_colors_productions). However nothing could have prepared us for our own videos that he sent. I am seriously crying just thinking about them. Our professional photos are lovely, but nothing could have captured the raw emotion and vibes of the day like videography. Taylor's editing and creating left us with stunning cherished memories that bring me back in time with each watch. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am by my videos. I cannot believe they are real and they are mine.
As far as packaging and pricing, it was worth every single cent and I would do it all again. Taylor goes above and beyond and provides you with far more than any other videographer that I have heard of through inquiry or friends.

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Taylor. From start to finish, he exceeded every expectation and was an absolute dream to work with. He is incredibly understanding, flexible, and genuinely cares about his couples. Wedding planning can be stressful and expensive, and Taylor was so accommodating—he worked with us to create a payment plan that felt manageable and never added pressure.
On the day of the wedding, Taylor was reliable, professional, and fully committed to capturing every special moment. He stayed until the very end of the night to make sure nothing was missed, and his calm, easygoing presence made the entire experience feel effortless. He is extremely easy to work with and blended in perfectly while still making sure every meaningful detail was captured.
When I received our sneak peek film, I was overwhelmed with emotion. I cried the happiest tears and truly felt like I was reliving the best day of my life all over again. The way Taylor captured the emotions, the energy, and the love of the day was beyond anything we could have imagined. His work didn’t just document our wedding—it told our story in the most beautiful and authentic way.
Taylor will always be the first videographer I recommend to anyone in need. His talent, professionalism, reliability, and kindness truly set him apart. We are so incredibly grateful to have these memories forever, and choosing Taylor was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. -

Working with Taylor was an absolute dream from beginning to end. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. From our first conversations, it was clear that he truly cared about understanding us, our relationship, and the vision we had for our wedding day. That level of thoughtfulness and intention made him stand out immediately.
On the wedding day itself, Taylor went above and beyond. He was present for every important moment while somehow never feeling intrusive. His calm, kind energy made the entire day feel even more special. Knowing that he was there capturing all of the little moments throughout the day really allowed us to live in the moment and not worry about making sure a memory was recorded.
We initially chose Taylor based on the quality of his work online, but nothing could have prepared us for the videos we received. They are absolutely stunning!!! Watching them brings us right back to the emotions, energy, and joy of the day in a way that photos alone never could. His editing and storytelling are truly next-level — we were in tears at just the sneak peek video!! He truly captured the essence of our wedding day and all the important little details.
The value Taylor provides is unmatched. Every penny was worth it, and we would make the same choice again without hesitation. Having these videos to relive such an important day is priceless, and we are endlessly grateful that we trusted Taylor to capture it all. We cannot recommend him highly enough! -

I cannot recommend Taylor and True Color Productions enough!! Taylor was truly such a joy to work with, and my husband and I are completely blown away with the film collection he curated for us. Not only did Taylor deliver our collection in a little over a month (!!), but the wedding films beautifully captured all the emotions and special moments of our day. Taylor did not miss a single moment! He was somehow everywhere, capturing everything. While watching I truly felt like I was reliving our day over again, which is a huge reason why a videographer was a nonnegotiable for us. You can tell from the film clips that our guests were so comfortable with his presence. Taylor offers to show up at any time on your wedding day and stays until he has captured enough footage, which for us was until the bitter end! He put together a 2 min “sneak peek” (which we received just 3 days after our wedding, a 13 minute “highlight film”, and an almost 2 hour “feature” film that includes the full ceremony and speeches. He also will send you all the raw footage, which not many videographers will do. I truly cannot say enough great things about Taylor and his work. His professionalism, kindness, work ethic, and talent are so apparent, and you can tell that he truly loves what he does. You will not regret booking Taylor for your wedding, I promise! -

Where do we even start! If we could give 1,000 stars we would! Taylor (owner of True Colors Productions) is incredible at what he does - his love for videography and capturing life’s precious moments is apparent in the work that he produces. He has a calm demeanor and is the kindest human - we thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent with him (and all of our other vendors did, too!!)
Taylor was our videographer for our wedding on 6/10/23 at Wadsworth Mansion, and to say we were impressed would be a severe understatement. It is difficult to put into words how grateful we are. He is professional, dedicated, detail-oriented and beyond talented. He captured every bit of our day effortlessly, and was with us from start to finish. We LOVE his ability to videograph raw, real moments beautifully. His goal is to capture all of the special moments of your day / love story(including his drone footage which is UNREAL!)
Within a week of us getting married, Taylor posted a “sneak peak” to Instagram and we could not be happier!! The limit does not exist for how many times we will watch, and cannot wait to see the rest of the footage as time goes on.
We feel *extremely* lucky to have had Taylor on our “team”, and could not be happier with our decision! Run, don’t walk to Taylor for your wedding bookings.

Absolutely amazing
Taylor was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and talented. He was able to capture the essence of our day perfectly and I am still in awe when we watch our created videos. There’s some more to him though, after you work with him you feel like you made a new friend that gets you. Highly, highly recommend! -

Taylor was so amazing. We found him scrolling through vendors on wedding wire. We instantly knew we wanted to hire him from the moment we zoomed with him. He was efficient, family oriented, easy going, and responded so fast. He was so nice and so excited about the work he does. He fit in so well at the wedding and worked with our photographer as a team. Our photographer even mentioned how easy going he was to work with. When we got our sneak peak it was out of this world… Something I will always cherish for the rest of my life. He knows we love our dogs as children and the opening to the video was of our dogs.. which made us all cry tears of joy. He knew exactly what we were looking for and I never had to stress once about him. We had a quick wrap up of details and a few emails back and fourth right before the date and I didn’t have to worry about anything day of or week of! Super easy to book with, and amazing to work with. He was great and I recommend him to everyone!!!! I wish we could relive this day over and over- but our videos allow us to. 300000/10 ♥️✅ He even screen grabbed this photo of me!!!
Also, our entire groomsmen party loved him because he was showing them the drone!! They all were in awe! -

Our Wychmere Harbor Wedding
Where do I even begin…. if you are questioning whether or not you should get a videographer for your wedding… First: stop questioning it. Second: HIRE TAYLOR AS YOUR WEDDING DAY VIDEOGRAPHER. Taylor is the absolute best vendor ever! He is not only hardworking, attentive and motivated but also laid back and easy to work with. He made it a point to meet with us twice over zoom to discuss our wants, needs and preferences which made the wedding planning process easy and fun. His talent is absolutely breathtaking. He captured our wedding day PERFECTLY. Every time my husband and I watch even a glimpse of our wedding video we get chills. Our friends and family have loved seeing special moments from the day and are so amazed with Taylor’s talent. Taylor was able to capture every single moment… I cannot recommend him enough. I was so lucky that my now husband’s sister had Taylor at her wedding 4 years ago. We knew how beautiful Taylor’s work was because we would all be in tears whenever we gathered to watch their film each year around their anniversary! We knew we had to reach out to Taylor for our big day.
Taylor posted 2 sneak peeks for us already and we have replayed those reels so much that I can probably tell you what is going on without looking if I just listen to the music. His work is stunning and Taylor is genuinely such a nice person! I met Taylor for the first time (in person- we had calls and zooms before and my husband knew Taylor from his sister’s wedding) but it felt like we knew each other for a while and it was so easy! We thought we would be nervous once cameras were around but I never felt that way! He even missed a personal big event to celebrate our day with us!
Taylor, we are so thankful you were there to capture our special day! We can’t wait to see the videos when they are ready! :)

I cannot say enough good things about True Colors Productions! Taylor is the absolute best! From our first zoom call, to the day of the wedding - he was always kind, understanding and fun to work with. He listens and truly cares about your vision. Taylor’s work is timeless, perfection, and very high quality. It’s a big task to single handily be responsible for getting all of the video footage for someone’s wedding and he did not disappoint!! In fact, he didn’t miss a beat! Taylor exceeded all of our expectations. I wish we could have him around to capture our all of our life moments on film!! If you're looking to book a videographer, Taylor is it. It's been almost 3 months since our July wedding and our friends and family are still raving about how amazing he was! We began working with Taylor in 2018 and were immediately impressed at how knowledgeable he was. He understood our vision for our film collection from the start and did everything in his power to inspire us, and ensure that we would get every shot we wanted. My husband is shy and doesn’t like attention on him, but Taylor was unintrusive, personable, and able to get him to relax and open up to get amazing shots! We were originally set to get married in April 2020, however, due to the pandemic, we chose to postpone twice in order to keep our loved ones safe. Throughout the entire postponement Taylor was flexible and understanding. He went above and beyond to be there for every moment and we are so thankful to have had him as our videographer. When our wedding day finally rolled around in July 2021 Taylor showed up early and enthusiastically jumped right in. He was my hype man while getting ready, and he hit it off with all of our family and friends, putting everyone at ease, ensuring he captured every special moment. A tropical storm hit on our wedding day, but that didn’t stop Taylor from standing in the rain, finding the perfect lighting, the right angles, and making the best of the cards we were dealt. At the end of the night, when the other vendors had left, Taylor was still there, not willing to miss a thing. The way Taylor captures the emotion of the day and edits his films is unmatched. Taylor is not only professional, but genuine, passionate, hilarious, and absolutely brilliant at what he does. Hiring him was the best decision we made (besides getting married, of course)!! -

Anybody who has ever worked in a creative space understands that there is a difference between recording an event, and capturing a moment. Whether it's through a painting, a photograph or a video camera, it requires a certain innate skill to be able to take the simple act of utilizing an artistic tool, and transforming that into a genuine piece of art. Everybody can do the former, but very few can pull off the latter. That intangible ability is what separates a vendor who will simply provide you with a flat, generic recording of your wedding - and a vendor that will provide you with a living, breathing memento celebrating one of the most special days in your life.
Taylor and True Colors Productions create art, and your wedding day is his canvas. I cannot express enough how blown away I was at the depth of feeling that came through in all of his creations. We got multiple sneak peaks and a long-cut "feature film" of various footage throughout the entire day (from getting ready, to the ceremony and all the way until the dance floor closed, he stayed with us for OVER 12 HOURS). But to me, what was most impressive was our 10-minute "highlight" video, which took all the hours and hours of footage he had and condensed it down into what I can only consider to be a masterpiece of wedding cinematography. It had me in absolute shock. Every single cut was perfect, and highlighted a different part of the day. I'm getting goosebumps writing this review thinking about it!
When we first started planning our wedding, I thought that hiring a videographer was financially burdensome and really unnecessary. After seeing what Taylor put together, how he was so kind and gracious and attentive to every tiny detail throughout the entire process, and how he stuck with us despite having to re-schedule due to COVID - I can honestly say that he should be the first vendor you secure for your wedding. He will give you something that money cannot buy - a tangible, living, breathing record of your wedding day that you will cherish for a lifetime. I know that I will. -

Taylor is an all-star! As a wedding planner, it’s a HUGE deal to work with such wonderful vendors - like Taylor. My couple really enjoyed working with him from the get-go. Responsive, polite, professional, and accommodating during the planning process. Then, on the day-of Taylor was so smooth and efficient! He was easy to work with as the day unfolded and was always there to capture the special moments. He beautifully complimented my couple’s easy going attitudes.
After the wedding, he delivered amazing sneak peek footage - followed by an incredible video montage of their wedding day. I’m eager and thrilled to recommend Taylor to more of my couples and work with him again. -

If you are searching for a videographer, the search is over! Taylor from True Colors Production is absolutely incredible. He was very communicative throughout our entire wedding planning process and made sure he knew the important details ahead of time so he can capture them. I have been turned off by videographers before in the past because I also felt like they were intruding on the dance floor and the bright light was super distracting. Taylor truly camouflages into the crowd yet he still captures every single moment!!! Taylor is absolutely incredible and I cannot recommend him enough!! My husband and I are beyond grateful that we chose Taylor to capture our special day. I knew I made the right choice having Taylor there the moment he walked into the cottage where my bridesmaids and I were getting ready. He is so kind, comfortable to be around, and such a pleasure to work with! He truly loves what he does and really enjoyed being a part of our day. He exceeded all of our expectations and more. It was so windy the day of the wedding that Taylor went back to the wedding location the next day to get some drone footage - who else would do that?! Taylor went above and beyond capturing every little detail from our special day. From the amazing drone footage, to working in the vows/speeches into the films, to getting so many amazing shots of our dog in the wedding... he is just so talented. I’ve shared the videos with family and friends and everyone says how amazing they are and what a fantastic job Taylor did. I’m so happy I get to relive the most perfect day with these films. I am so happy we found True Colors Productions! The first time we met Taylor, it was virtually because, you know, rona. It was two months before our presumptive wedding in July, with very few details solidified given the odd circumstances. We had spoken to maybe 3 other videographers that week and as soon as we logged off we both turned, looked at each other, and smiled — “I like him! He’s hired”. Hands down one of the best decisions ever. Taylor was so responsive and willing to be flexible given our condensed version of a wedding. He was prompt and such a pleasure to have around on our wedding day. If good energy is a priority for you, he's the one. Above and Beyond anything we could have imagined!!!
Your wedding day goes by in a blink of an eye and truly is a blur. You want a videographer who is able to capture the day and all the important moments and Taylor does all of that and so much more. He was with all day and went above and beyond to make sure we had a video we loved. He is very professional yet extremely laid back and we always felt comfortable. I can't recommend True Color Productions enough and cannot wait to find any excuse to work with him again in the future!
