I used tropiano transpotation for my wedding they were awesome.... the bus was very clean the driver was very nice and they were not late. We were so happy with them we called that monday and used them to take us to the airport

Tropiano was great! They provided exactly transportation for our wedding event. I even left my camera on the Limo Bus and had it returned safely the next day.. just in time for our honeymoon.

Would like to see them upgrade their buses in the near future. They are a little outdated and older than the 'limo bus' that was described and expected. But overall, it got us where we were going, and the driver (Ryan) was really nice and VERY helpful with our dresses and exiting and entering the bus and making sure that everyone was comfortable.

We contracted a white trolley and a shuttle bus for our guests. Tropiano was very accomodating to all of our needs. The drivers were friendly and courteous. We would recommend them to anyone.

A little hard to get a hold of anyone but once we did everything was wonderful! They include the tip in their cost so you dont have to worry about anything on your day. The drivers were great! We rented the trolley and it was beautiful and fun and the driver was always there to help us get on and off the trolley. Great job!

Did a really good job. They communicated with the hotel and the guests as to what was going on where theyd be and when.

Tropiano Transporation provided us with transporation from the hotel to the reception venue for all of our out of town guests. Although we did not actually ride on the bus, we heard many compliments from our family and friends. They were on time and handled themselves very nicely. Overall, great experience!

We chose to use their trolley. The trolley was nice and clean, heated/AC, and had plenty of room. The driver came nicely dressed, but not a tux. He was very flexibly as he took us to an impromtu park for pictures. He was very polite and we were able to decorate the trolley with some removeable decor. He also arrived on time and we were perfectly on time for our ceremony.
The woman who books the trolley is very nice, but hard to get a hold of with her work schedule.

I used this vendor because my company uses them all the time and has great results. The owner of the company is always willing to hop onto a call and help out. Hes never too busy!

The driver was very nice, polite and safe. They were a little late getting to the reception to pick us up- but it was snowing- so it was understandable.

We used 2 small shuttle buses on our wedding day to transport people from the hotel - church - reception. The actual service was great...they were on time and stayed a little late at the end of the night. However, I had to be utterly specific over the phone with exactly what we wanted done for the day. To reach someone over the phone was challenging, but as long as you're specific, it was worth the money, and what counted the most...the wedding day service...went very smoothly!

I was disappointed with the service provided by Tropiano. We rented 2-29 passenger shuttle buses to transport hotel guests to and from the reception. Air conditioning was less than acceptable, the company explained on hot days buses cannot maintain cooler temperatures, but insisted air conditioning was in working order. It was hot. The second issue was one of the buses went to the wrong location. The drivers should know where they are going. The MOG and family arrived an hour later than anticipated, delaying pictures. Finally, when we called to complain about the service, they said some one would return our call. It took several days and more phone call to get a response.
They did refund us about 20% of our costs for the driver's error but not air-conditioning.

We used Tropiano for a shuttle bus back and forth between the hotel and the venue. The value was good and they allowed for unlimited rides, which was nice. However, they sent a driver uncomfortable with the bus who didn't know where she was going and she got very lost, she bottomed out on the driveway and the muffler was loud. They tried to fix it by sending another bus and another driver. Too little too late, they caused our wedding to start late and caused a lot of stress. They also scraped the bus onto the hotel overhang, thankfully nobody was hurt and there was no property damage.

I would not use them again. I got 3 different quotes from them each time I called. After the wedding I found out that when they picked up my guests the driver asked them where the church was?!?! He didn't know how to get them from the hotel to the church!

We booked a limo for our wedding through Tropiano. Booking the limo took some time (had to wait to get return responses via email) but with the cheap rate they were giving us, I let that slide. On the day of the wedding, the limo driver was dressed in street clothes, did not open the door for us, and did not offer to help my bridesmaid (who was carrying a bunch of stuff) with the trunk. The limo itself was old. When we arrived at the venue, he got our attention by banging on the outside window. When he went to make the next trip and pick up my parents, he called MY cell phone and shouted "Hey I've been waiting here!" That's what I get for going with the lowest rate. BEWARE!

Frightening, made my family sick

They picked us up in 95 degree weather from the airport in a van that had no air conditioning. When I looked at the driver's dashboard, three warning lights on his dashboard were lit up. As we were driving home from the airport, hot air was coming up out of the baseboards of the van. My kids and I ended up being sick from this horrible trip home. When I tried to call the manager, no one called me back for three days.
When I tried to call today, the operator was yelling at me and threatening me on the phone so I couldn't even tell him what had happened. Never use this service. Frightening!

Bus arrived 30 minutes late to pick up groomsmen from the hotel while bride was waiting at location to begin taking photographs. The bus made awful sounds, had no air conditioning. The driver did not know how to get to the ceremony location. Bus arrived 30 minutes late, causing family and wedding party to miss out on extra photos, not to mention paying the photographer to wait around for half an hour.

Bad news.... would not recommend. It may have been the driver that they had, but there was no air on in the heat of the summer and the driver had no idea where he was going. You would not leave your house not knowing where you are going, so why would a driver?? That is your job!!!!! Get us where we are going, safely and in comfort. Based on this expectation, I would not recommend this vendor.

Tropiano was the only vendor that we used with which we had a problem. We used Tropiano for 2 shuttles from the hotel to the reception for our guests, and we did not have a good experience. Not one, but both shuttles broke down en route to the reception, and Tropiano basically couldn't have cared less. (Fortunately we had booked limos for the bridal party and parents from another company; the other limo drivers went above and beyond and ended up going to pick up our stranded guests on the side of the road.) Upon calling to complain, Tropiano was nothing but rude to my mother in law. I would not recommend this company - both their reliability and customer service leave much to be desired.

I would never recommend them to anyone! The driver was late picking up the groom/groomsmend. That led to him being late picking up me and my bridesmaids so we were 30 minutes late to the church. On the way to the reception the driver put in the wrong address of the winery when he had the correct one. We had to turn around 3 different times! We ended up being 2 hours late to our reception! We called Tropiano and they said they would return our calls and never did. We spent 7 days trying to get atleast an answer. At one point they came back and told us they would give us $200. That is just a slap in the face with what we did pay. Eventually they gave us a full refund but only after a lot of nagging. The limo bus was also outdated looking.
