Plan for a fun reception. If dancing, make sure light is low and dance floor in center. Other than that, just listen to Kennedy. She knows what she's doing.

I cannot say enough of how amazing TC County Club and Kennedy were! They accommodated everything (and more) of what I asked for, Kennedy ALWAYS replied to any question I had that day, their staff was wonderful, and most importantly it was everything I ever wanted and more. Friends & family are still telling us that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever attended.

We had the wedding of our dreams at the Trophy Club!! Kennedy was a dream to work with! I cannot say enough about Kennedy! She is incredibly professional, efficient, kind, and insanely skilled at her job. Her responses were so quick and she was so accommodating with our requests. We would work with Kennedy again in a heartbeat! The entire staff at the Trophy Club was amazing. Our wedding guests gushed about the beautiful venue, professional staff, and the delicious, delicious food!! It was the best day of our lives at the best venue we could ever ask for. So affordable, so accommodating, so delightful!! Everyone left SO happy! You will be SO thankful that you held your event here!! Thank you Kennedy & Trophy Club!!!

Trophy Club Country Club was definitely the venue for us! After searching online, my husband loved the outdoor ceremony location and how lush and green it was. The whole ambiance of their outdoor location really sold us! Since we were planning a year+ out from our chosen date (planning out of state), it was important to us that we work with someone who could easily help us over emails and phone calls.

Kennedy really went above and beyond what we thought the "norm" was. Our first planning session, she came prepared with all sorts of details and questions we hadn't thought of and she was able to provide insight on details we weren't sure about. We did our tasting during that session (since we were in town) and the food was incredible. We decided on carving and food stations for our guests. She helped us plan everything out and kept us within our budget.

We decided to get the day-of planning services and we are so glad we did. Kennedy and her staff took care of EVERYTHING so that the only thing we had to worry about was not falling down the aisle! She made sure our tables were set up to how we wanted them, the flowers were taken care of, DJ got setup and everything in between. She helped us pin on flowers, arranged mimosas for my girls and I, and made sure the groom and groomsmen were all ready to go. We are so happy with our choice of venue and the service we received, Kennedy really made sure our day went off without a hitch!

Trophy Club was amazing! Kennedy (TC private events coordinator) and her staff took care of every detail and made our reception even better than we could have imagined)! Things I wouldn't have thought of, Kennedy thought of and made helpful suggestions when I wasn't sure what would be best. And as a side note, we do not live in the Dallas area and coordinated the majority of the wedding from out of state. Kennedy responded quickly to our emails/calls (which sometimes were multiple in one day) and made sure we felt comfortable in how she was handling all the details.

The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous: large floor length windows let in tons of natural light and overlooked the picturesque golf course and lake (and we have some AMAZING pictures of the wedding party on the golf course). We were able to comfortably fit approx. 210 guests, 2 bars, and a large dance floor. The arrangement of bars, guest book table, etc. was made in such a way that the room was full, but never felt crowded.

Kennedy and her staff were extremely professional, detail oriented, and honestly, a joy to work with! They made sure our guests were happy and accommodated some last minute requests/adjustments we had during the reception. Kennedy was there the entire evening to make sure everything ran smoothly. She opened a private room for the wedding party and had appetizers and drinks waiting for us upon our arrival before the other guests. The room was locked during the reception and were able to keep all our bags in there (which was great and not something I would have thought about beforehand).

We received so many compliments from our guests on the food (beef or salmon for the main entree), the venue, and overall what a great time they had! TC exceeded our expectations in all regards. And we felt that we got a great value at TC! It was less expensive than any other venue and from talking with our friends, it sounds like for a Dallas wedding we hit the jackpot!

I worked with Amanda at the Trophy Club and she was seriously amazing! She was so flexible and accommodating to every little need. We had our own area to get ready and they were so nice in providing drinks and some extra special touches to the room. The staff did all the set up on the day of including all the extra decorative items I brought in. It looked fantastic! Everyone raved about how nice the venue was. The food was wonderful too! They even make a to-go bag for the bride and groom to take when they leave that night. I cannot recommend the Trophy Club enough. They will definitely take care of you and you will not have to worry about a thing on your wedding day!

I had my wedding at Trophy Club Country Club and it was absolutely AMAZING! Amanda Scott was Wonderful and accomplished everything I wanted and MORE. The staff was friendly and professional and Amanda took care of every need I had (I didnt have to worry about anything). I would highly recommend this venue/staff to anyone getting married in the area!

My daughter was married at Trophy Club Country Club and it was wonderful. She had the ceremony and reception indoors there. Amanda Scott was our event coordinator and was professional, organized, creative and fun. I would highly recommend this venue.

Amanda at Trophy Club Country Club is the best! Our wedding was beautiful and Trophy Club made everything so easy. They handle all the catering, decorations, and set up. They are one of the best values in the DFW area. The venue was beautiful and just had a renovation of their bar and restaurant area. Our guests loved the beautiful venue and it made planning a wedding a lot easier than having to organize food, drinks, and set up alone.

From the minute we first visited Trophy Club Country Club we were thoroughly impressed! Amanda Scott, the coordinator made our wedding 100 times better. She was so knowledgeable, calm, and assured us along the way that everything was going to be beautiful and she was correct. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She really made our day a huge Success!! She thought of things and details that had never even entered my mind. The week of the wedding we had to change it from outside to inside and once again Amanda assured me my wedding would be gorgeous and she was right! The room looked amazing and the entire evening was fabulous!! I had so many compliments about how beautiful everything looked and how wonderful the food was! We are so happy with our decision to use Trophy Club for our big day!

Our daughter's wedding and reception was at Trophy Club Country Club. It was originally planned as an outside wedding but due to weather had to be moved inside. It was beautiful and Amanda was wonderful. She and her team were very professional and took care of all the details with a great attitude. Amanda really keep everybody calm and helped make this wedding an awesome experience. We had 170+ people and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. We highly recommend Amanda and Trophy Club.

My wedding day was absolutely beautiful and the planning was so easy with Amanda Scott, planning coordinator. I had a vision and she helped me with some great ideas. She helped coordinate with any outside vendors to set up times and provide them any information they needed. She is amazing! As far as I know my day went on perfectly. If something did go wrong that day I did not know and I trust that's because Amanda and her team took care of it. I loved this venue and working with the team there!!

As the Mother of the Bride for the first time I was a little anxious about all the details. When we visited Trophy Club County Club, Amanda Scott was so relaxed & confident that she totally put us all at ease. I knew she would be able to handle all of our concerns and was completely available whenever we needed her. The wedding was a wonderful experience and as my daughter says - "the best night of her life". What more can we want!!

We had our daughter's wedding reception at Trophy Club Country Club. As mother of the bride, I was so anxious about the event and how to set up and plan. Then we met Amanda Scott. She and her team were incredible. She was so calm, encouraging and full of ideas. She took what many had told me was a very stressful event and turned it into a wonderful time. She and her team set up, coordinated the timing of everything and tore down. The facilities and scenery were great, the food was fantastic and decor was beautiful. Blessings to TCCC and Amanda and team for helping create such a beautiful memory for our family.

As the groom's mother, I was most impressed with how the bride and groom were taken care of. The staff was most attentive to making sure they had drinks, food and anything else they could have wanted. Amanda is very professional and knows what will be most important to the bride even after the event.

My Name is Jessica. I just got married May 18th 2012. Our wedding was the most memorable night. Amanda Scott was our reception coordinator and she did a fantastic job! She was extremely helpful and put everything together the way I wanted. I told her how I wanted the reception and she took it out of my hands at the end and completely did over and beyond what I imagined it would be. At the beginning Amanda helped me with all the vendors and I went with the DJ she works with all the time. The DJ is named Gus and made that night the biggest party ever! I recommend Trophy Club Country Club and Amanda Scott because they made my wedding the most special day of me and my husbands life :)

We absolutely loved Trophy Club Country Club the first minute we saw it and when we met Amanda, we knew this was our place! Amanda and Ashley took all the stress of our planning process away. On the day of the wedding, it was absolutely perfect! The food is AMAZING and they completely set up and broke down the site. We had so many compliments on how beautiful the site was and how good the food was. 5 STARS to Amanda and her crew! They made our day one to definitely remember!

AMAZING Wedding of my dreams! This was the perfect venue for our May wedding. The venue has a beautiful back drop of green grass and a tree clearing where the ceremony was held. We didn't need much wedding decor because the beauty of the site was just amazing. The dressing rooms are roomy and the set-up for the reception was perfect! The coordinator, Amanda, was the best part. She knows her job and is the best at it. She helped run things and I just got to worry about my vows. Amanda had everything setup and tore down. The food was AWESOME. We got so many compliments on the food and the total experience. It was just a dream wedding. Amanda made it all go smoothly and made it beautiful. You won't regret having your wedding here!

Our wedding ceremony and reception at Trophy Club were absolutely perfect! Amanda Scott helped me make all of the decisions. She has excellent taste and is an amazing planner. Trophy Club has such a wide range of choices for everything from the food to the table linen colors, AND they have outstanding packages to choose from. The best part about the packages is that Amanda is willing trade out things that aren’t important to you to add in the things that you DO want. We started with one of the packages and made several changes so that we had everything we wanted and MORE, including a sundae bar that we used instead of purchasing an expensive groom’s cake from a bakery. They even have different sized and shaped vases that they let me use, which definitely helped me save money on centerpieces.

Speaking of centerpieces, Amanda and her staff put all of mine together for me! All I had to do was bring the items I wanted put in the vases with some instructions, and they made them all perfectly on the day of the wedding! The setup of the whole club was fantastic. The entryway that night was completely dedicated to our wedding – with framed pictures of the two of us, candles, and even a huge flat screen TV cycling through pictures – all set up by the wonderful people at Trophy Club. They also have a lovely locker room and separate connecting room with tables that you can use to get ready and have snacks.

The outdoor ceremony location is beautiful in a nook of trees with lots of green grass. We actually didn't do anything to decorate for our ceremony because I loved the natural greens and browns just from the grass and trees. (Another money saver!)

We couldn't be happier with our wedding, especially the price! Trophy Club really is the most reasonable venue I found in the DFW area where I was able to afford a full dinner buffet, beer, wine, and margaritas in a 4 hour reception on a Saturday night. The excellent service we were given on top of that made it that much more of a steal! I guarantee Amanda Scott and everyone at Trophy Club Country Club will make your wedding dreams come true!

My daughter's wedding was at Trophy Club several weeks ago. Our guests told me that it was a beautiful wedding, the food was delicious, and that they were very impressed by TCCC. I was too, TCCC, managed all aspects of the wedding day smoothly, Amanda coordinated all the details to the bride's wishes. TCCC was flexible and handles so many events they have the timetable of events and pre-planning down to an exact science. I couldn't be happier with wedding.

My fiance and I absolutely loved TCCC, and especially Amanda Scott. Amanda was out of this world. From our very first meeting, she put us both at ease. Anytime we had a question, we could always email or call and receive a response within 24-48 hours. The wedding day went off without a hitch, despite the rain! We had nothing to worry about!! The grounds were immaculate, the food was better than I remembered from the tasting, and everyone had a great time! I would not hesitate to recommend TCCC and Amanda to others - I would rate her a 10 if this website allowed it!! =)

I recently got married at Trophy Club Country Club and it was more than we ever hoped for. It has such a classic look with amazing views, not to mention comfortable dressing rooms. But I have to say that the coordinator, Amanda, made everything 100 times better. She is so good at what she does and she made everything so stress free for us. We were not required to set anything up or break anything down, she took care of it all. To top it all off, the food was amazing! We received so many compliments on the food, and there was more than enough of it. Bottom line, if you want the perfect wedding, you have to choose TCCC. You will not be disappointed.

I loved my wedding at Trophy Club. It is an amazing spot, beautiful view, and had a ballroom large enough for us to do our wedding and ceremony in the same spot. They worked with me to set it up the way I imagined even though it was a bit non-traditional and unusual. Amanda and the team were fabulous! I knew everything was being handled for me and I had nothing to worry about. It was exactly like I wanted it!
The food was great, the service was great, the wedding was great!

My daughters wedding was held at TCCC on March 24 2012. It was a absolutely beautiful day. We had a outside ceremony and inside reception. The weather was perfect and all the details and decorations were carried out just as my daughter had invisioned. Amanda was absoultely wonderful to work with. She made sure everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. The day of the wedding we arrived and the day was completely stress free for this mom of the bride. To see everything come together so perfectly and not having to worry about decorations and all the details to carrying out the day. Allowed me to enjoy the day celebrating with friends and family. Amanda and all her staff Ashley her assistant and all who helped put together this wedding did an outstanding job. I woud highly recomend you having your wedding at this venue. Thanks To all at TCCC

Amanda Scott and the Trophy Club team were so helpful during the process of planning my wedding and on the day of that I was completely stress-free the entire time! Amanda is very professional and on top of things. She has a lot of experience and knows what she is doing when it comes to planning weddings. I had so many people tell me that my wedding was the best one they had been to in a long time and I have Trophy Club to thank for that.

This venue was great! Not only was I carefree throughout the ENTIRE planning process, Amanda Scott also made sure the day of my wedding was exactly what I had envisioned. Should you choose Trophy Club Country Club as the venue for your wedding (something I cannot stress enough!), Amanda and her staff will take amazing care of you. And not to mention the food will be great! My wedding was absolutely ideal.

I loved it! Everything was perfect! Amanda was amazing, making sure everything down to the last detail was in place. The service was great; the food was great. Thank you for everything!!!

Amanda Scott and Trophy Club Country Club were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone who asked me. Everything that I needed was provided to me and my new husband. Amanda answered all of our questions promptly and accurately. She took the time to show us around the club, we had so many options with the food and drinks to fit our budget and the event went smoothly. I am so happy that I chose Trophy Club for my wedding and you will be too.

Amanda was an absolute joy to work with! She made everything so easy and alleviated any anxiety about the big day. The staff at the TCCC were very responsive and flexible. When there were light bulbs out in the locker area where we were getting ready the chef of the club came and replaced them for us because the maintenance guy had already left for the day! Everyone complimented how beautiful the venue was and the food was a hit! I don't think my wedding day could have gone any smoother!

I cannot stress how amazing Amanda, Director of Private Events, is. Everyone asked if I was stressed leading up to the wedding. The answer was general no, and Amanda had a lot to do with that. I worried very little about what I put in her hands. My only disappointment was the bar sign with did not have the previously discussed line mentioning that beer and wine were complements of the host. The title of the only visible sign was "Cash Bar," which implied everything had a cost to the guests. It made no mentioned of free items. Many told me they found out when they went to close their tabs or realized after I mentioned it fairly late into the evening, so we probably did not get our money's worth for the alcohol. Obviously this would never happen again, so you do not have worry about this for your event.

Most importantly, I COMPLETELY thrilled with my decision and the piece of mind it gave me through out the entire planning process.

The staff at Trophy Club Country Club did a nice job with our wedding. The staff was very flexible and willing to meet with us when needed. They even were able to flip the entire room from our ceremony to reception in under 45 minutes. It was beautiful! My only complaint was that we had asked for specials meals (vegetarian, vegan, kids, etc.) and most everyone was served the chicken dish anyway. Other than that, the staff did an excellent job, the quality of the food was wonderful, and it was an overall great experience!

The wedding turned out perfect, however I did not feel as though the staff that assisted were very organized and efficient in their communication/assistance. It created lots of stress towards the end of the wedding planning because of their slow response time (3 days- 1 week of wait time) and sometimes not at all ! They came through at the end but I personally wanted to feel more re-assured throughout the ENTIRE wedding planning process.

The quality of food served at the reception was good, but the service was lacking.
1) None of the servers came to offer or ask what the bride and groom would like to drink.
2) The sodas were not re-stocked/replenished during the reception.
3) Most of the guests were never passed any of the h'or doeuvres, although an adequate amount was ordered for the number of guests.
4) The entire wedding party was presented with one plate of h'or doeuvres, not even enough for each person to try one item.
5) The coordinator that was present that evening/servers did not give the take-away containers or cake to the bride or groom or bother to remind us to take it
with us or ask if anyone would be taking it for us.
6) The coordinator for the evening could not be found most of the time for questions that came up.

This was a beautiful venue. The planning process had gone smoothly, so we were not worried the least bit about any aspect of the reception. We were also reassured throughout the process not to worry one bit on the reception day, that the Trophy Club Country Club staff would have it all under control. That seems to have been our biggest mistake-trusting that everything would indeed go smoothly without us having a friend/family member checking on things before and during the reception.

We had our wedding ceremony & reception on 5/16/2015. Our guests experienced a 30 minute delay in getting served their food after our cocktail time. The TCCC wedding coordinator left suddenly the week before our wedding. The wedding coordinator that took her place couldn't be there the night of our wedding. The staff were nice but disorganized with no attention to details. We were suppose to get food and drinks for the bridal room. No one brought it so I had to go and ask for it. They didn't cover our patio or lobby tables per our contract . They left serving tables in our ceremony room, they didn't set up the tables correct for our meal. They started setting up the buffet line right in the middle of my ceremony!! My groom and I had to spend the entire cocktail time that we should have been spending with our guests having to get tables set up correctly with the right chair sitting. The error caused my guests to have to sit out in the humid weather for an hour and a half waiting for the buffet line to open. That delay caused a backup on our reception timeline. They didn't serve my groom and I the full meal that we were promised. They never brought us the other courses of our food.
