We are a group of Seattle wedding planners who worked with Trinity Tree Farm for the first time this year. Throughout our working relationship, they treated us and our clients with kindness, consideration, and prompt communication. We were appreciative of the resources they provided throughout the planning experience that made things flow smoothly. They were also open to hosting new vendors on the property in preparation for the big day. Their attention to detail when it came to stewarding the property set up the wedding day for success. And of course, the space itself was a lovely place to host a laid back Pacific Northwest wedding celebration. We would highly recommend this venue and look forward to returning! -

My wife and I cannot recommend The Lodge at Trinity Tree Farm enough. Danielle was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made us feel safe to ask any questions, no matter how simple or complex. The venue lends to so much natural beauty that we saved on décor, flowers, etc. Using the preferred vendors as well made our wedding day seamless. HIGHLY recommend. -

We wanted a PNW-themed wedding and this location was perfect. Everything was so beautiful from being surrounded by evergreens for the ceremony to the classy reception area. The getting ready areas were very nice. The outdoor bar and fire pits were a hit for our guests. We worked with the venue’s day-of coordinator and she made sure everything went smoothly and it did. We also worked with their preferred caterer, The Tall Chef, and I can’t recommend them enough! The food and cocktails were great. This was the perfect venue for our magical day, highly recommended. -

As a wedding DJ venue flow and aesthetics is super important. Trinity Tree Farm always stands out as a the perfect wedding. Great flow of outdoor space into indoor space, grand windows and most importantly plenty of space to dance and celebrate. Friendly staff and very good on site coordinator.

The Lodge at Trinity Tree Farm was a perfect venue for our daughter's wedding! Classy with a touch of the outdoors. Every detail is planned for weddings. From the bridal suite to the twinkle lights to the beautiful mountain views. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate this special day! Danielle Hull did an amazing job coordinating the day so we could sit back and relax. We chose to use their preferred caterer and are so glad we did. Not only was the food absolutely delicious! Their communication and service were stellar. I would give them 12 stars if I could! -

We had the our wedding at the Barn and it was the best day ever!!! From the staff to the picturesque grounds we could not have asked for a better experience. Multiple guests told us the venue should be in a Hallmark movie!! If you are looking for the ideal PNW setting Trinity Tree Farm has everything your looking for. -

Trinity Tree Farm (the barn) was the perfect venue for our wedding! It is such a beautiful space and the team was great to work with. Danielle was super responsive to all of my questions during the planning process and Brittany did an amazing job as the day-of-coordinator. We loved the rustic barn vibe and the natural beauty of the trees - perfect for pictures. It was also dog friendly which was very important for us. We leveraged their list of recommended vendors and were very happy with the vendors we hired. And the catering and bar-tending provided by their inhouse team at Tall Chef was outstanding - the guests all loved the food! -

We absolutely loved working with Trinity Tree Farm for our wedding. We booked The Lodge for our September event. Throughout the planning process, Danielle and her team were very responsive to answer all of my questions and provided suggestions when necessary. We really enjoyed having everything in one location including the getting ready areas on separate floors. They were very clear on their expectations while being flexible enough to work with us. My only critique was that we could not get access to the space until 11AM so we had to start getting ready at the hotel and then move to the venue. Was not a huge deal but something to work through with other vendors. We also booked our Day of Coordinator through Trinity Tree Farm which was one of our best decisions. Although I could not meet with our coordinator until the week of, she was spot on and jumped right in already knowing most of what I had communicated with others. Our guests loved the grounds of the space and we truly felt like we were tucked away and had it all to ourselves. Extra nice that they have tables and chairs! -

I saved this venue 4 years before me and my Husband got engaged. When we got engaged and started looking at venues in person this was the 2nd venue we looked at and immediately booked it. Brittny and Danielle were extremely responsive to all my questions I had and were happy to send photos/ floor layouts etc. when I asked. We had Danielle as our day-of coordinator and she was much more helpful then I had anticipated a day-of person was going to be. Looking back I don't think we could have handled everything on our own.
I appreciated the recommended vendor list and did choose my florist and DJ from that. Both of them were amazing and reasonably priced. They do require you to use their food vendor as of 2023 from what I understand. When we got married in November 2022 we got to choose from a list of vendors.
We had an indoor wedding and I could not have wished for a more beautiful cold November day. The outdoor fireplaces and twinkle lights made for the perfect setting. All of our guests complimented how beautiful everything was at our venue. -

The Trinity Tree Farm Lodge was amazing. The whole team helped the day go off without a hitch. We went with the day of coordinator option as well and Michelle was great! All the different areas of the venue from the cocktail area, fire pit, and seating area were amazing for a rainy PNW fall in wedding.
The open houses helped with all our planning. -

The BEST venue in the PNW
I have had the honored to photograph many weddings at both the BARN and the LODGE at Trinty Tree Farm and I just had to say how much I enjoy photographing at both of these locations. They both bring a little bit of the PNW feel but also add the elegance, rustic and romance depending on your mood and your style. You seriously cannot go wrong with either of these locations. If you book here you will most likely get to work or interact with Brittny! She's AMAZING and if you have a little extra on your budget I would highly recommend her or one of the day of coordinators. Seriously the BEST venue in the PNW! -

My husband and I got married at the Barn at TTF and couldn't be more thankful for that most perfect, desirable day. TTF is the most beautiful, relaxed, spirited setting for a devout and loving ceremony. There is also a lot of outside space for outdoor lawn games, socializing (and distancing for this day and age), and food buffet service. We would recommend The Barn over and over and over again, and like to think that our guests would as well!

We had a ceremony at "The Lodge" with a brief celebration at "The Barn" in Sept. 2020, and wow... we had the most incredible experience.
Our ceremony outdoors at the Lodge was beautiful. Guests were able to comfortably arrive and relax by the fire with coffee. The ceremony itself was gorgeous--the Lodge's wide open field felt grand while simultaneously allowing for socially-distanced viewing.
The aftermath at the Barn was spectacular. Even while abiding by restaurant COVID restrictions, guests had plenty of room to move about. Everything was perfectly located; the bartender, serving staff, etc, allowing the celebration to flow very organically.
We particularly loved how relaxed the venue was. Both sites had indoor options in case of rain (or in our case, unpredictable wildfire smoke) and were extremely responsive. And did we mention they did this all when booking us 3 weeks in advance after our previous venue closed?! Incredible stuff.
10/10, A+. A wonderful experience. -

My husband and I got married at the Lodge and I couldn't have dreamed of a more magical place to get married or a better staff to work with. Brittny navigated a wedding during COVID so gracefully which only speaks to her ability to remain responsive to clients needs but also making professionalism at all times no matter the circumstance. I am so thankful for the staff here that made my special day so amazing! -

Our wedding at the Barn at Trinity Tree Farm was absolutely everything we wanted. From our first visit to the property we knew that this was where we wanted to be married. Brittny answered all of our questions promptly before booking and remembered us when we came back throughout the planning process. Danielle was our day of coordinator and she was an absolute dream - our day ran smoothly thanks to all of her hard work. The view is breathtaking and all of our guests complimented our choice of venue. I can't recommend this venue enough - I wouldn't change a thing! -

From the moment I reached out to Trinity Tree Farm to schedule a tour Brittny has been so kind and so helpful. I live in a different state than the venue, therefore, having a point of contact that I felt comfortable with was imperative for me. Brittny promptly responds to all of my emails (even when I am emailing more than once a day). As far as the venue it was crucial for us to find a venue that spoke for itself. I am not the bride that is looking to spend thousands on decorations/florals. Both the Lodge and the Barn are incredible. I can't wait to marry my forever there! -

The Lodge at Trinity Tree Farm
Trinity Tree Farm was PERFECT for our wedding. The backdrop is stunning with beautiful hillsides, fields of Christmas trees, and greenery everywhere. The lodge is unmatched with its all white interior, sparkling chandeliers, twinkling lights, firepits, and we loved using the steps to walk down the aisle. It is rustic, but elegant and timeless at the same time. The photos turned out amazing, the natural lighting on the deck where we got ready was gorgeous and it was the most beautiful arbor for the ceremony. Everyone raved about the beauty of the building.
I was an out of state bride and the biggest thing for finding vendors for me was communication. I wasn’t going to pick any place I wasn’t in love with, and I knew from the moment I walked into the lodge it was the one. Brittny worked with me to schedule more than one tour while I was visiting for the holiday and she was so nice, she great leading up to the day of and helped with all the planning and answering any questions I had. Courtny was also amazing day of, helping everything run smoothly and helping with all the last-minute details I hadn’t even thought of. I would highly recommend having your wedding here, we went to so many other venues before choosing the lodge at trinity tree farm and no other venue in the area can compare. When we move back we move back to WA we plan on getting out Christmas tree from here. I really can’t say enough how much I loved this venue.

The venue is absolutely beautiful, and the entire staff is amazing and so easy to work with! Brittny, the special events coordinator, was beyond helpful in the months leading up to our wedding - I swear, I sent her a million emails with questions and she was always so quick to reply and extremely detailed with everything! Courtny was our day of coordinator and she was absolutely incredible - she made sure everything ran smoothly on our big day and that we were stress-free. She made everything look absolutely beautiful and better than I could've ever dreamed of! We couldn't be happier with our decision to get married at Trinity Tree Farm and would highly recommend to anyone! -

Everything about this venue and the people we worked with here were very helpful and accommodating, from months up until the wedding and on our wedding day/ night. Brittny was extremely easy to work with, very outgoing and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this venue and the employees who run it. They make sure all the details are in place and I, the bride, didn't have to worry about all those little things (as we hired the day of coordinator) to help. She made sure everything ran smoothly and that our day was special and memorable. Thank you again!

Christine Sent on 06/06/2018Trinity Tree Farm was the perfect location for our wedding. Throughout the whole process, Brittny was so helpful in answering my questions and didn't make me feel like a crazy person when I showed up at multiple open houses to plan things out ;)
They were actually the only venue we looked at because right when we got there we knew it was the one. Each guest told me they loved the location and the lights made it so dreamy and magical. We had an indoor ceremony and I think it might have even been prettier than outside!!
We also got our first Christmas tree from the farm last year and a little ornament with their name on it to commemorate - I love it! -

Nancy Sent on 09/09/2016This is an absolutely gorgeous venue! When we were first looking at venues, I knew this was the one when we first drove up the hill. If you're looking for a more laid back vibe for your wedding, this is the place. You get the whole venue to yourself, and there's enough space that you can choose to just hang out by the fire pit or go inside and dance the night away. You really choose to make the venue what you want it to be. It's also so naturally beautiful that you don't need a lot of decor. Also, I HIGHLY recommend working with the venues very own planner, Brittny, she is truly amazing and works really hard to find the right vendors to execute your vision for your big day! She went above and beyond for us and always kept us on track to make sure no detail was missed on our day. The best was the flow of the wedding, she made sure everything started on time and that we kept on a schedule so that we didn't have to skip any special moments. After the wedding, all of our friends told us how much they loved the venue and how much fun they all had! You have to check out this venue during your search and meet Brittny! -

We loved Trinity Tree Farm from the moment we first saw it! The Lodge is beautiful and bright with excellent indoor and outdoor space. We especially loved the outdoor details such as the built in stone bar, large fireplace, and fire pit.
From the beginning, Brittny was extremely helpful with our planning. She worked hard to accommodate all of our requests and was very fast and professional in her communication. We had originally planned a medium sized wedding at the Lodge, but ended up significantly downsizing. Brittny was flexible about our changing plans and worked with us to adjust our budget and site layout.
Especially given how challenging these past months have been, we sincerely appreciated how optimistic and kind Brittny was. We are thrilled with how everything turned out for our wedding and highly recommend Trinity Tree Farm for the beautiful atmosphere and wonderful staff. -
Erin Sent on 10/19/2017After looking at what felt like 50 venues, we found Trinity Tree Farm on the Knot and were able to view both of their fantastic venue options during an open house. While both were beautiful in their own way, we went with their new venue, the Lodge. The pictures do NOT do it justice, from the thoughtful décor in the reception area (including the twinklelights!), to the master planned layout of the building as a whole, which provided both a full bridal suite and a full grooms suite, a perfectly set up bar complete with a wine fridge and kegerator and even a breezeway perfect for cocktail hour with gas fireplaces, benches and room for plenty of guests to mingle. Brittny at the venue was always helpful with my many questions, responding quickly to all inquiries before and after we booked the date. Each time we visited the venue, it was great to see her familiar face as we walked through the venue, planned our set up for the day and troubleshooted layout questions. She did a great job of making us feel comfortable to ask questions and even went above and beyond to have additional hooks added to assist us in hanging our décor. Brittny and her team were always professional and reasonable down to the last minute as we checked out of the venue after the wedding. We highly recommend this venue for any special occasion and look forward to coming back to the beautiful venue for our Christmas Tree.

My husband and I got married at The Lodge this past July and we very much enjoyed our venue! We loved that we had a great portion of the day to set up and get ready. The girls took the upstairs where we had hair and make up, and the guys had the groom's suite with their own space with pool table. It was beautiful, and was SO thankful that the Lodge reception area was air conditioned because it was a HOT day. The building with the suite does not have insulated AC like the reception area, but they did put in the plug in's in the bridal and groom suite.
Fell in love with the location after first touring, and coordinator Brittny was so great to work with! -
Kelsea Sent on 09/26/2018We had the most beautiful wedding at Trinity Tree Farm, the Barn. We had Brittny as our day of coordinator and seriously had the easiest, most enchanting stress free wedding! The venue itself was gorgeous, even though we had rain and I had to do a last minute switch to an in indoor ceremony I seriously couldn't imagine it any other way. The twinkle lights, fireplace, mountain views, and endless trees made for such a perfect backdrop. It really did feel like a fairy tale and made for beautiful photos As for Brittny she was incredible, despite my millions of emails she was always kind, professional, and answered all my questions and concerns not matter how stressed I got. I didn't have to worry about a thing day of wedding and despise the expense of having her as coordinator was so worth it for the peace of mind. She even had champagne and appetizers waiting for us for when we signed our license and a goody bag full of leftovers for when we left for our hotel. Would highly recommend this venue and also working with The Tall Chef Catering. amazing food, amazing service, great price our guests raved about the delicious food for days. He is also Brittny's Husband and they make a great team to ensure everything was in perfect order!

Zero stars. Their communication is terrible. They double billed me zero professionalism. Then when the governor cancelled all receptions they did not offer an alternative. Their contract states no refunds. Do not use, there are better venues.Trinity Tree Farm's reply:
Thanks for your feedback. We could have hosted your event on July 25, 2020, and we did instead agree on a date change addendum to August 30, 2020, which clearly states that after one complimentary change, we do not offer refunds on the initial deposit (we did refund the second payment), only transfers to a new mutually agreeable date. Once the governor's order was put in place putting restrictions on the new date, we offered several different options including a full reschedule, as well as shorter term rental options. We were and still are willing to work with your family in order to find a compromise solution to your event. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to apply these funds toward a future event. Thank you!
