If you are looking for a reliable shuttle service that will take care of all of the work for you, look no further than Tri State Transportation. We worked with Brent at Tri State to coordinate the shuttle transportation for our wedding guests in Vermont, and Brent made it the most effortless process. Being at weddings where the shuttles had not been too reliable made us nervous, but Tri State was the opposite of that. Not only were the shuttles prompt, but there was a manager on site to handle all of the questions guests had and helped in ensuring a smooth arrival and departure from the venue. Tri State was reliable and incredibly flexible. We were not limited to a certain amount of trips and the shuttle drivers returned guests to their hotels as the guests wanted to leave. They further drove my parents on their own shuttle home, which was so appreciated as we got married in an area that is limited with rideshare services. It was truly a weight off of our shoulders having such a reliable service on our wedding day. Lastly, Brent was so responsive to all of our emails and questions. We used Tri State Transportation for our wedding in September of 2023. They were not on the venues preferred vendor list however after several failed attempts to receive quotes from the preferred vendor list, we felt discouraged. We reached out to Tri State Transportation and received a response less than 12 hours later from Brent. From the initial contact, Brent and the whole Tri State Team were great to work with. They set up our transportation plan for us, helped us decide what to do when we still had 80 RSVPs outstanding and made it seem less stressful. I had a bad experience with Transportation the month before my wedding and called Brent in a panic to ensure that did not happen on my wedding day! Brent assured me that the on site manager follows through and checks in with the drivers along the way. As I got ready for my wedding, I completely forgot about transportation and it wasn't until I was walking down the aisle that I realized all my guests made it on time! I would recommend the Tri State Transportation team 1000% if you want to not have to worry. Thank you to the whole staff and Brent who made this day possible! -

Brent and the rest of the Tri State Transportation group were extremely professional, quick to communicate, and very easy to work with. We used their services to shuttle people to and from our wedding venue. They were on time and made it easy to get from local hotels to our venue.

Working with Brent from Tri State Transportation for our wedding was a great experience! Brent really helped us figure out what transportation options made the most sense for our day. Everything was perfectly on time and many of our guests commented how nice the drivers were and how the return shuttle driver made a final trip back to our venue after the last scheduled time just to make sure everyone had made it on. I knew Brent had everything handled and under control so I didn't stress at all day of. Brent was the easiest vendor we worked with throughout the planning process. He was super flexible as our guest counts and plans changed throughout COVID, and was so responsive. He was constantly looking for ways to save US money, which was so kind and helpful. Day-of, everything was seamless. Use Tri-State!!! -

I had booked a bus with the previous owner of this bus company (of a different name) who took my information and never followed up. When I reached out to confirm details, Brent informed me that he bought the company from the previous owner and that the previous owner didn't have me in his calendar. With my wedding less than a month away, I started to panic, but Brent was able to accommodate my need for a bus that could transport up to 50 people to and from my venue! The pricing was reasonable and Brent was a pleasure to work with - extremely professional and courteous. 10/10 recommend! -

I was in a bind, it was a few weeks before the wedding and I needed to get a shuttle for only 12 people that was reasonably priced. Brent and Tri State really came through. His rate was very reasonable and he was overly professional and responsive. Cherry on top, he ended up being our driver and when there were a few guests that didn't want the night to end, he on the spot agreed to stay another hour free of charge. I can't thank or recommend this company enough
