Ashley and James were absolutely incredible to work with. We booked them on very short notice, and it never felt like an issue—they supported us every step of the way throughout the planning process and made everything feel effortless. Their communication was excellent, and they instantly put us at ease.
One of the things we appreciated most was how seamlessly they worked with our photographers. Collaboration between the teams was really important to us, and Ashley and James fit right in, making the entire day feel smooth and well-coordinated.
They are true professionals—organized, creative, and so easy to be around. We are beyond excited to see the beautiful work they produce from our wedding. Their packages are also incredibly unique and thoughtfully designed, offering options we hadn’t seen anywhere else.
We couldn’t be happier that we chose Ashley and James, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for talented, reliable, and genuinely wonderful videographers. -

Our experience with our Ashley and James was absolutely incredible from start to finish! They were professional, responsive, and made us feel so comfortable and natural throughout the entire process. It truly felt like they understood our vision perfectly and they executed it flawlessly!!! They took the time to set up planning meetings, which helped everything feel organized and stress-free leading up to the big day. They even included a complimentary engagement session, which we loved getting to know them and the photos turned out so beautifully that we used them for our invitations! On our wedding day, they captured every detail perfectly. The end result was everything I could have hoped for and more! I would work with them again and again, highly, highly recommend! -

Highly recommend
Had the BEST experience with Tree Films Creative! From the initial inquiry to our wedding day, everything has been so easy and smooth with Ashley and James. They instantly made us feel so comfortable, in general, and in front of the camera. Communications over email and/or text were clear and timely, and it was apparent how organized and on top of their agenda they were. What I especially appreciated was the timeline and layout of the entire wedding day, from start to finish, all the photos Ashley planned to take; with who, where, etc. It was easy to follow and we could customize/add any specific group photos/photo poses we wanted to take. The sneak peek preview of some of the photos was such an unexpected and impressively quick turnaround - we got them while we were on our honeymoon! So that was another exciting bit of the honeymoon we weren't expecting but got to enjoy and appreciate together. I am so looking forward to the rest of the photos and video and will definitely be working with these guys again for our first born baby photos!! -

There is a reason that Ashley and James have a perfect 5.0 star rating on here, everything about our wedding experience with them was PERFECT! And I do not say that lightly. We were very particular about not only the type, quality, and quantity of the content we wanted from our wedding photography and videography team but we also wanted to make sure the actual vibes of our team matched ours. We found all of that and so much more with Ashley and James. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, they were so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. And when it came time for wedding day, they (and their two wonderful second shooters, Luiza and Kevin) dialed it up even further to make sure our day was incredible. They captured EVERY special moment in photos and on video, all while remaining "unnoticed" by us and our guests. As a bride, I truly felt like I had one more bridesmaid in Ashley--especially when she helped replace my veil in my hair! Ashley and James are SO talented and did such a beautiful job with our wedding video! They captured every moment perfectly and made every effort to make the video really feel like us. Their editing is stunning and the drone shots are incredible! Ashley and James are so wonderful to work with! They are such kind, genuine people who go above and beyond. Hiring Ashely and James to capture our wedding video and photos was the one of the best we made. Not only are they two of the nicest people you'll meet, but the photos and videos are out of this world. We have people calling us months after the wedding saying they still can't get over how incredible they are. We are able to relive the day through their work and are so grateful! Also, on the day of the wedding they made sure we got everything in while staying on schedule. They truly are the epitome of professionalism and what you could want in a wedding photographer/videographer. -

Oh, where do we even begin? Ashley, James, and crew - thank you so much for making our wedding day so special. I will never forget my day starting with “okay, now pet the dress!”. You made us laugh all day long and made taking photos and video fun and silly and natural. We loved working with you all so so much. Tree films is an extremely professional team and the photos and videos they take are truly exceptional.
We worked with Ashley over the past year including taking our engagement photos (a few included here, all were STUNNING!!!!) and meeting up with her over the summer in the city of our wedding venue because she hadn’t been there before. We walked around and planned the entire wedding day. And let me tell you - this team knows what they’re doing. As soon as they arrived on wedding day, they got to work and Ashley made sure I stayed calm and had fun. She took any stress or worry I had ant the start of the day and threw it right in the garbage. They planned and organized everything and ensured we had the best time ever. We truly had the most amazing, memorable wedding day ever and we are so so so grateful that Tree Films was a part of it. My wife and I ran around the city of Northampton with them during our cocktail hour, and they found the most stunning moments to capture. We had so much fun the entire day but especially during that private time together. Their photo and video talent are immeasurable, and we are just so happy to have found this amazing team. I cannot say enough good things about Tree Films, and if I could give them 100 stars I would!! From my very first conversation with Ashley, she was so unbelievably warm and kind and was very patient with me with ALL of the questions I had at the beginning of the wedding planning process. I never once felt like "just another client" - in fact I am/was always so amazed at how busy they are on their Instagram stories because they make you feel like you are the only client in the world. When you think about it, when it comes to vendors, you are going to be one of so many this wedding season alone (let alone throughout their career), and the ability of a vendor to be so attentive and patient and committed to making you feel like their priority is really a special quality. And, of course, I could not be more thrilled with the work Tree Films did for us already and I am ecstatic to see the final product from our wedding. We did our "love story" video with Ashley (for which she traveled down to NYC from CT for a sunrise shoot, which was amazing!) and the end product was unlike anything my husband and I could have imagined. We are both very uncomfortable in front of the camera, and not only did Ashley always make us feel so comfortable and natural, but we look soooo much more natural in our video than we ever felt like we looked. And we have watched our "love story" video so many times I have almost memorized every frame. Another thing we really loved about working with Ashley and the Tree Films team is how innovative and creative they were throughout the entire process, and how accommodating they were about working in special requests or ideas that we had for our videos! For example, I posted on Instagram a couple clips of my dad and I dancing together throughout my childhood, and Ashley saw them and offered to work them into our wedding video to juxtapose against her footage of our first dance! And when I was conflicted about how I wanted to do the first look with my husband, Ashley had several different suggestions and together we came up with something that not only looked beautiful, but was also much more natural-feeling for my husband and I.
I wish we could see ourselves the way we looked through the lens of their camera all the time! I looked at reviews quite a bit when I was looking for vendors - book Tree Films as your videographer and I promise you will not look back! Thank you so much, Ashley and team, for being such an amazing part of our day! And we CANNOT WAIT for our final wedding video! -

We cannot say enough good things about the team at Tree Films. From the beginning of the wedding planning process, Ashley was incredibly helpful. The engagement photos and video came out better than we could've expected! The engagement and wedding photos do not look "cookie cutter" or uncomfortably staged, everything is natural and full of movement. My husband and I are not exactly the most comfortable in front of a camera, but the team made it so that we felt completely comfortable and actually had fun. The team was also able to seamlessly move the bridal party and family through group pictures in an efficient way. When we watch the videos and look through the pictures, the best word we can think of to describe them is "joy". Ashley, Luiza, James and Kevin captured pure joy in not only my husband and I, but our guests as well. There are so many now cherished moments captured! We could not be more thankful to them, and recommend them to everyone we know who is in the wedding planning process! -

Hiring Tree Films to capture our wedding day was one of the absolute best decisions we could have made. We are OBSESSED with Ashley and James and had the most incredible experience working with them. We could not stop smiling and crying happy tears when we received our wedding film teaser this week! We can't wait to see the full video and we know it will be just as epic as every other film they've created.
We were looking for a videographer that would capture us authentically, make us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and was LGBTQ+ inclusive. Tree Films checked all of our boxes and then some! On our wedding day, Ashley and James were an absolute joy to work with. They worked seamlessly with our photographers (everyone thought that they were all one team!) and they captured unbelievable footage of the venue, the sentimental details, and every important moment. They also adjusted to timeline/location changes due to weather without missing a beat. Our families and wedding party had so much fun with them all day and night, and it shows in the pure joy radiating from our wedding film.
We will cherish our wedding film, and our amazing experience working with Tree Films, for the rest of our lives. -

It is hard to put into words how much I appreciate Ashley and her team. After your wedding day is over, aside from the memories, all you have left are pictures and videos from your wedding day. From the moment I reached out, I was met with comfortability and professionalism. It wasn’t a sales pitch, it was a person on the other end of the phone call who wanted the best for you. I had several questions and Ashley always answered each question with ease. She was always easily reachable, had great communication, and was very, very organized. TreeFilms made our wedding video for us and took all of our wedding photos. We exchanged several emails and she helped put together a timeline for our wedding day and an outline of photos she was going to capture. The video of our wedding day surpassed all expectations. Her and her teams attention to detail is immaculate. She put different moments from
our wedding day in the video that I couldn’t believe. Aside from the magnificent quality of the photos and videos, there’s a way they make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. I wanted to work with vendors who don’t just see you as another one of their clients. The moment I got my pictures back, I got to relive my day all over again. Our wedding day ended up being freezing outside but you wouldn’t be able to tell in the video.

Amount of photos - 10/10 (There were soo many good photos from our wedding day it was hard to choose for our wedding album)
Affordability - 10/10 We received not only so many wedding photos, but so many great engagement photos back from our engagement session. We also were sent a photo album that is so professionally well done.
Video- 10/10. Speechless.
The photographer/videographer is the one person you will spend your entire wedding day with and I am so happy I chose TreeFilms. -

Ashley and James are simply the best! Ashley was so kind and made us feel comfortable when taking our engagement photos, as we had never taken professional photos before. She made it so much fun! On the wedding day Ashley, James and Luiza KILLED IT!!! They were so fun to hang out with and brought a joyful atmosphere to the entire day. They helped us stick to our schedule and had the most beautiful photo and video ideas. We are SOOO happy with how everything came out! They sincerely cared about me and my fiancé through out the whole process and went above and beyond in every area! Absolute perfection
Ashley and James and their whole team captured our perfect day in the most special way. I genuinely could not have asked for a better group of people to video and take photos of what was our best day ever. They are truly the nicest people who want to give you the best photos and videos. One of the best vendors of our entire wedding! We made the mistake of hiring another wedding videographer, which to turned out to be more or less a scam. We frantically tried to chase down a vendor within 10 days of our wedding and fortunately for us we managed to snag the last open day of the season for Tree Films.
I would have been thankful if they just showed up and captured even decent footage, but Ashley and Co. went far beyond our expectations. They directed us for all of the right poses and we barely noticed they were there during all of the candid shots.
We have watched our teaser film no short of 50 times. It might be one the best spent few mins of our entire lives.
I can't recommend this company enough. 5/5. -

Working with Ashley and James was a dream come true from start to finish. Not only are they amazing people, but they are SO GOOD at what they do. Beyond amazing!!!
Where do I begin?? Ashley was amazing from start to finish! She helped me decide on how to even move forward with a videographer since it was my first time hiring one and she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. And then on our special day, it couldn’t of been more perfect. Ashley knew exactly how and where to capture the best shots. Everyone is still talking about my wedding video & who made it! We had a wonderful afternoon on the beach, the whole time we were very relaxed and we were having fun and I love that it’s shown on the pictures. It’s like we had an amazing day and someone captured all the great moments without us realizing it that we had been on a photo session.
