From beginning to end, the wedding chapel team made our experience so wonderful. Everything was planned via email with quick responses and come wedding day, there was no worries whatsoever. Another plus, our minister, KJ was nothing short from great. He made our ceremony very personable and lovely. If you are looking for a fun, fast, yet classy wedding, TI wedding chapels is your place.

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to Bianca & Melanie for making my wedding day so special. My new husband and I had our wedding ceremony this past Saturday at Treasure Island. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the ladies there, especially Bianca. She was just so sweet, welcoming and very helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks to those wonderful ladies, I had absolutely no stress when it came to the arrangements for my big day. Being in a few of my friend's weddings, the day of is usually very stressful for the bride. I can honestly say, I had NO stress on my big day.

I would also like to thank Pastor Mike. All of my guests came up to me and commented on how beautiful our ceremony was. I know I will continuously look back on my big day and remember how effortless and beautiful it was, all thanks to the wedding staff at TI.

Our photographer, also named Mike, did an amazing job of capturing some beautiful images of our wedding. I wasn't so sure as to how some of the images would look, but the next day when we got to see them, my husband and I were blown away.

I am so happy that I chose Treasure Island Chapel for my ceremony. West Chapel is very elegant and beautifully decorated. Their dressing rooms looks nice too. Kriza the wedding chapel coordinator was very nice and helpful. And she answered all questions I had. They let us use our photographer during the ceremony even if our package didn't include one. They provide a free bouquet and a boutonnière. We also couldn't ask for a better Minister. Sir Peter did an amazing job. My guests were also very impressed. We felt very special and happy. Thank you!

Amazingly helpful coordinator staff, excellent photographer, easy to navigate website, clear information about pricing and extras. Even before booking or making any kind of payment, they were responsive in answering me questions. In fact, when we dropped by without an appointment just ask directions to see the VIP viewing area for the Song Ship wedding, the coordinator actually TOOK US ON THE BOAT! She showed us everything and, in the long run, the responsiveness, professionalism, and how knowledgeable the coordinators were is why we booked. We were able to customize, too, by having a friend officiate. They let us know everything he would need to get in order to handle all the legal aspects, and it was so easy for us.

Day of the wedding went so smoothly. It was such a stress-free experience. I cannot recommend this more highly.

I had my Pithi and Sangeet in the Caribbean Room at Treasure Island. This is basically a traditional reception that happens at South Asian weddings the day before the actual wedding. From beginning to end the team at TI was amazing. So professional, organized, and effecient. They really catered to our Pakistani traditions and helped us out with everything. This event was so much fun for all our guests and it was in large part due to Joanne Harvey, Stacie Lytton, and the banquet staff for making sure everything went as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this venue especially if you are South Asian as they have amazing Pakistani and Indian food options as well.

We had never been to Treasure Island but it came recommended from friends. Turns out it was one of the more reasonably priced weddings we could hold right on the strip. Immediately upon contacting TI, I was taken care of by a team of professionals to make sure every detail I wanted was handled. Misha and Bianca from the chapel, along with Jaime from catering, were AMAZING! This is a chapel that might put on as many as 15-20 weddings in one day, and I never ever once felt like a number. Every time I spoke to them I felt like I was the only bride they were working with. We brought in about 35 guests to our reception, and had a buffet style meal catered. I was most nervous about the food, but this was probably the best part! Everything was fresh, and beautiful and tasty. Additionally the staff serving us were amazing. It was worth every penny and then some! The Cashman Photographer was excellent, and he took a lot of pictures. They will get you in to order pictures typically the day after your wedding. Be prepared to be shocked at the cost of copies and enlargements! We were also able to work out a great group rate for our rooms, and the rooms at TI are not anything fancy or special, but they are nice and clean. We were particularly satisfied with our housekeeping lady. She was so kind in meeting our needs and coming back exactly when we asked her to.

We stayed at the Treasure Island hotel during our wedding weekend. We got married at the West Chapel. As a part of our wedding package one night in the petite suite was included and we paid the rest of the stay.

Staff was very helpful and willing to waive early check-in fees because we were getting married there. We had lunch after our ceremony in the Pho-Vietnamese Rest. They were willing to hold an area for our guests, the service and food were excellent.

They are other restaurants in the hotel. We tried the Seafood Shack, the food and service were great. Another one is the Gilley's BBQ, food was good too and drinks are big.

The petite suite was very nice, with his and hers bathroom, a Jacuzzi tub, fridge in the room. It is very spacious.

We had a great experience during our stay at the TI, can't wait to go back!!!

They were very helpful and accommodating. Very fun to work with and had no problems.! Definitely would recommend a friend here .

We were *so* happy with our wedding reception services provided by TI. Hava and Andrea were great to work with all along - very responsive and helpful. They helped us decide things we weren't sure of and were completely accommodating to all our requests.

The actual event went off without a hitch. The food was fabulous and the cake was unbelievable! We are vegetarian so had some special requests because of this and it was no problem at all to get what we wanted and it all tasted excellent. The DJ and Photographer were super friendly and professional and did a fantastic job, as did the bartender and all our other servers and helpers. And the decorations were absolutely beautiful. I would 100% recommend holding your event here!

Wedding was great, everything was organized. Food was great, all off the staff was great. Reception coordinator Andrea really went above and beyond to make it perfect for us!! It am so glad we chose treasure island for our wedding!!!

Hava and Andrea rocked it!!! They made our special day everything I dreamed it would be. They also made the process so easy even though we were coming in from another state. The room was beautiful and the food was delish! The DJ Jeff was awesome too! I would love to come back in the future to do a birthday party or anniversary party. Thanks so much!

Everybody was so easy to work with and very friendly. The food was awesome, and that's usually hard to do with buffets at weddings. The DJ, bartender and also photographer were great also! It was a huge success and all our guests talked about how much fun they had!

Having hosted our wedding reception at Treasure Island, the Catering & Banquet team exceeded our expectations and created an event that was truly memorable for us and our guests. The team take great pride in making sure your experience is nothing less than phenomenal. Everything from the food, service, professionalism, flexibility and the value we can honestly say it was phenomenal. It was a fun and enjoyable time for all. Would have no hesitations in recommending Treasure Island as a venue to host an event.

The wedding was fabulous. It was so easy to plan and all the staff were very willing and able to help with anything needed. I found that they have wedding well organized. They obviously have tons of experience and offer a wide variety of options and so affordable. They had the right space, beautifully decorated and comfortable with great quality at an affordable price. All our guests were impressed and surprised at the quality and service. I was extremely pleased.

We were very pleased with the wedding and reception at treasure island. It was very stress free and a truly beautiful presentation. Everything was perfect!!!

Everything exceeded our expectations. We truly could not have of been more pleased with the way the event went. The only setback was the ipod connection was faulty. We are so happy that we chose TI for our wedding and can't wait to come back for our 1 year anniversary.

I had a great wedding at TI. I do not recommend staying at the hotel itself, however their wedding and catering service saved the weekend. The wedding chapel staff was very patient and informative. The catering staff was also high spirited, fun, and friendly. The food and beverages were everything we asked for and more. When I arrived at TI and was treated very poorly, I thought my weekend was doomed. The catering service and wedding reception turned everything around. I would like to send a big thank you to the catering service for saving my wedding experience.

Our wedding went off without a hitch, and everyone was so helpful and organized. The reception was absolutely wonderful. I was able to drop off some center pieces that my bridesmaids and I had made together, and they were put on the tables for us. The buffet/food was elegant and delicious. We got so many compliments on the food and the cake, and the servers at the reception were excellent, and so organized as well. I really can't say enough about how great the reception was! Our photographer was also really personable and easy to work with, which was really nice. As well, my spa services before hand, including hair and makeup were amazing! I had a wonderful day, and as we were recommended by friends to go the TI, we would recommend this to anyone.

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Treasure Island. We found all staff in the chapel and catering to be extremely helpful, and friendly and knowledgeable. They were always quick to respond to our questions (we live in Canada, so most correspondence was by email or telephone). Prior to booking we did fly down to Las Vegas to scout for locations. The staff were able to meet with us on short notice and were very helpful in providing a full tour of available facilities. On the day the timing of events didn't go according to schedule (third party entertainer that we had booked was delayed, which altered order of reception), so we needed to make some last minute (literally, we were given 10 minutes notice) changes which they were very accommodating and extremely helpful with. Service was excellent at Treasure Island.

We found prices very reasonable (compared with other venues on the Strip). We have nothing but positive things to say about Treasure Island at the staff for our wedding and have heard the same from our guests.

We choose to have our wedding and reception at Treasure Island Hotel, due to the pricing and initial responsiveness of the Wedding Convention team. From the very first email, they were helpful in answering all our questions, regardless of how small or large the question was. During the planning process the team assisted in offering advice on decorations and layout, and always considered our price point, without judgement. On the night, they assured that everything was set up perfectly, and the venue looked amazing. The DJ and photographer booked through them were amazing and professional. The banquet staff and manager were amazing with our food (buffet) and the needs of our guests when required. I couldn't have asked for a better team to assist us. Special thanks to Hava & Geoffrey from the Wedding team, and Larry & Wayne and Carlos from Banquets.
As for the wedding Ceremony, we did all our pre-bookings and communications with Bianca. She was exceptional in answering all our questions, and clarifying questions regarding additional costs. She even gave us the opportunity to visit the chapel a few days before the wedding to have another look over things (we stayed at the hotel for 1 week) - Bianca was not there for the actual day, and we would like to thank Misha (Manager) for stepping in and ensuring that the Ceremony went smoothy.
I would also like to mention Jennifer and the team at the Spa. We used the Spa for our wedding day services, hair and makeup. As well as manicures and pedicures. The whole team there was helpful and assisted my bridesmaids and wedding family in looking their best. Jennifer helped me organize every appointment, especially some last minute ones (shout out to Iris for my hair color!), which we had to make due to cancellations in our home home before we left.
Overall, we are overjoyed with our wedding at Treasure Island. It couldn't have been more perfect, and I would personally recommend them to anyone.

TI was really helpful in arranging my wedding reception from overseas, they found the decorations I wanted for the room and centrepieces and helped keep costs down so I wasn't too far over budget. I was amazed by the way the room turned out, and the staff on the night were super friendly and made sure the bride & groom were looked after.

Our experience in getting married in the West chapel at Treasure island was very positive. We arranged the classic package through the wedding planners, Katie was my lead planner and was very patient and helpful. The event was planned by email and phone as we live in UK, even so the responsiveness and customer care made everything easy.

They arranged the service, music, flowers, a dressing room for me, photographer, had the ceremony recorded on DVD and looked after everything for us. As part of the package you also get some fizzy bubbles, heart shaped chocolates and a marriage certificate holder.

We got some photos as part of the package, and the photographers have an office in TI itself near the wedding chapel which is helpful if you are keen to look them over and choose your photos.

The staff on the day were super friendly and upbeat and so enthusiastic, just what we needed to get us set. Also, they arranged for Reverend Cameron to marry us, which was a wonderful gift in itself.

I had worried about booking a venue I had never seen, it is exactly as in the photos, and left us feeling incredibly lucky and happy to have married there.

Treasure Island was the absolute most wonderful experience. From the food the helpfulness off all the staff, it really made my day amazing and worry free.
We had planned on an outdoor ceremony, but due to weatjer had to move it indoors and TI was more than accomadating in helping make it all beautiful.
My guests especially liked the inclusiveness of the hotel being attached to the casino, so everyone could dance the night away care-free.
Ms. Marthene Bang was great to work with and walked thru every detail to be sure our special day went off without a hitch.

TI was an awesome place to stay-- and really gave us the central location we were hoping for. The rooms are newly renovated, and fully equipped with the most comfortable bed of all time. We had a really nice view of the strip from the room, and although it was normal-sized, it didn't feel too overcrowded when me, my bridesmaids and ring maid were getting ready the morning of the wedding.


TI Chapel: Everything was beautiful, and so well taken care of. It started when they told me the officiant I really wanted didn't work Fridays (my WC pulled some strings and we got him!). The flowers were gorgeous and waiting for us in the bridal suite. The WCs helped the boys pin their boutonnieres on. I was so happy with our flowers, and felt like we made off like bandits with what we ended up paying for 3 additional bouquets and boutonnieres. The WCs who were working the day of our wedding were amazing— I ended up dropping the ceremony music off the day of the wedding and unbeknownst to me there was something wrong with our copy. Instead of bothering me with it, the ladies took care to burn a new copy and everything worked seamlessly. I HIGHLY recommend TI for any future Vegas Brides!

We used TI as our reception venue. Our wedding and reception was held on December 15, 2009. On December 14, we went to TI where our reception was going to be held to meet with our DJ and photographer. The catering manager as well as the lighting technician came in to go over set up and lighting with us and our dj. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. On December 15, when we walked in, we were very excited to see how the room was when we first walked in. Everything was perfect! The food was good. We had potato soup to start, salad, and then for our main course, we had chicken, mashed potatoes and vegetables. The cake was also delicious and very pretty! The only I would advise is that that if you want to save your cake for a year, do not get the custard filling (which is what we had) because you won't be able to eat it for your one year anniversary (if that's important to you).

I also had my hair and makeup as well as my matron of honor's hair and makeup done by TI. The staff was very professional and did an AWESOME job!!!They came to our room because their spa was still under construction, were on time, and very friendly.

I could not have been any happier with the way our wedding turned out. It was like a fantasy wedding that I never thought I would get. I wanted this huge all out wedding and my husband wanted me to have anything I wanted. Everywhere we went it came to so much money, money that we didnt have. So as a joke my husband said lets just get married in las vegas by elvis. That was supposed to be a joke but than it dawned on me, why not. Minus the elvis bit. So he went looking and found Treasure Island. We got married on the treasure Islands show ship in front of everyone and the hotel. It was awesome. Than as a last minute surprise we found out that the pirate from the show was going to fly down from the crows nest with our wedding rings. It was great!!! It was a short ceramony but had everything that you could imagine. The pictures and video that they make for you were just as jaw dropping. We just got our photos in the mail and we just love how they turned out!!! I would definitally recommend this to anyone looking for a place to get married. Plus you get a vacation all in one. We live in Illinois and took a road trip and drove all the way to Vegas and than to Colorado for our honeymoon.

I would recommend Treasure Island Resort and Casino 100%!!! They did such a great job with everything! They were accomodating, understanding, they never pressured us to spend more money, they were honest, helpful... I could go on and on.

My husband and I were on a tight budget and they really helped us a stay in that budget without making us feel bad. We would call back and make changes to food or beverages and they never got mad. The day of the reception, we ended making some last minute changes and they were completely fine with it. it was so nice to not worry about anything.

They also set up the room beautifully! We didn't add any extra decorations, we just used the ones that came standard and it looked great. We also had a guest book table and we thought it looked plain, so they brought out colored linen and candle to 'spice' it up. They didn't even think twice.

My husband and I looked for a long time at different venues and this was a no brainer. They are completely affordable, and you get a hotel suite complimentary. It was nice to not have to put out more money for a room.

Great ladies that work there. Made a bad trip a great and memorable wedding.

I planned my ceremony over the phone from another state. They helped me pick my music, order our flowers, unity candle. Basically everything for the ceremony. They were very professional and organized. I was extremely pleased.

Having my wedding at Treasure Island in Las Vegas was the easiest thing imaginable. They gave us a HUGE list of music that we could use for walking down the aisle and for the end of the ceremony, and we got to choose the music that we wanted.

I was married here in 2007 the staff was wonderful they listened to everything I had to say worked with me on what I wanted they day came out amazing. The flowers were beautiful the pictures were beyond what i thought they would be all and all i would tell anyone to get married here.

Made our wedding fantastic and fun. We were married on the priate ship and it was awesome! The wedding planners are great and everything went so smoothly.

The venue was top notch. Absolutely beautiful and a great value.

We used the West Chapel for our ceremony and it was beautiful. Misha took great care of us the day of. We had more people come than we had anticipated so the chapel was really full. No one reserved a spot for my parents, flower girl, and ring bearer, so make sure that there is space for everyone. That was my only tiny issue. Everything was great!

I chose to plan my wedding at Treasure Island because I wanted something stress free, beautiful, and fun. That is exactly what I got. The service e at the chapel was great. Everything went just as it was supposed to. The reception was beautiful as well. The food was great and there was plenty for all our guests. I would definitely recommend TI for anyone's wedding or special event.

We had an excellent experience at Treasure Island. We had an existing love for casinos and thought it would be perfect to celebrate and have our wedding there. The value is excellent and we had the same consultant from the first contact. We had our ceremony and reception in the Event Center partition. The size was perfect and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Half the time you didn't notice them come by and take your plate or notice when they broke down the chairs from the ceremony. Everything was fabulous. And if you're a casino person we definitely recommend this venue. However if you're not comfortable with cigarette smoke, I would not recommend it because even in the non-smoking sections it's still faint. We had an adult-only ceremony and reception partially because of the environment and that we preferred to not have kids around in the smokey areas. Overall, though, it was an excellent experience.

I knew that I didn't have a lot of money and I wanted to get the most for my money. My husband and I had family that would have to fly in from all over the country, so we decided what better place to have everyone meet than Vegas. Here we didn't have to worry about transportation, keeping people entertained. But I wanted a classic wedding (not cheap). TI did a great job. THey took care of everything for me. I didn't have to worry about anything. I was a beautiful ceremony. And the hotel really took care of us after the wedding also. Wedding shouldn't have to stress out the bride and TI really made that happen for me and the price was right

Everything was beautiful and wonderful. The staff was amazing! Very attentive and fast. The DJ was very talented and placed great music so everyone was on the dance floor. Hava did an unbelievable great job. The food was amazing it was soo delicious! It was the perfect day.

We have an amazing wedding at TI! The coordinators made everything simple, the service was excellent, and our guests raved about the food!!!

Everything was great. Would have been nice to have a meeting with the actual photographer the day before to go through a list of photos to be taken. We forgot to do some because it was kind of "on the fly"

The Girls were amazing at helping me plan my special day on August 3, 2012, I didn't worry about a thing! Hava and Ali were true ambassadors for Treasure Island and I couldn't be happier. From the linens to the DJ they made sure all of the extra details were taken care of including tying on my thank you tags to my wedding gifts. They went above and beyond in every aspect which was reflected in my guestbook notes from my friends and family that said "Most EPIC wedding ever!" They helped make it fun and fabulous and level of service was unmatched. THANK YOU LADIES!

My only concern was the hotel booking with for my wedding - we had received a complementary evening in an upgraded suite which we were thrilled about, I had paid the remainder as per the hotel manager's request on my credit card but when I arrived, they said I only paid partial and there was a remainder - that I was charged incorrectly. So it was kind of a pain in the butt however in the big scheme of things not a big deal.

Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back for a vow renewal in the near future, we got engaged in Vegas, married in Vegas and will continue many traditions in Vegas and Treasure Island will always hold a dear place in our hearts. Thanks again!

They were extremely helpful. The officiant asks if you would like a religious service. 30 minutes service....30 minutes of picture. Very efficent on sticking to the schedule but do not make you feel rushed.

Our wedding is still a few months off, but they have been great to work with so far :)

We had our wedding at TI and we were very happy with the end result. Kimberly and Hava did amazing work and went above and beyond for us. We however did have a little stress as the pricing kept on changing on as but never the less we are glad everything went smoothly for our wedding and all of our guests enjoyed.

I made an appointment to meet with the coordinator. She told me about the packages that were available, gave me a tour, answered all my questions. Gave me a packet. No pressure at all.

The event and catering staff did an outstanding job keeping us on track. They sent us numerous emails regarding deadlines to be met and providing us an easy way to respond. The makeup appointment at the spa could have been more prompt in order to avoid the bride having to rush to the ceremony. During the chapel ceremony and reception, the staff anticipated our needs. A special thank you to Larry for an outstanding dinner service. It was nice to meet the TI staff at the reception that helped guide us along this process. We were disappointed at having been double booked for the picture viewing appointment. Unbeknownst to us, we did not confirm the appointment which caused us delay in departing back home. The photo sales presentation seemed cold and impersonal to us. Overall, we were very pleased and appreciative that we could make our wedding selections online and via email.

Treasure Island Chapel was great. They planned everything out for me and really helped with all the different aspects of the wedding. I had my hair and make up done at Wet the spa and salon at TI and they did such an amazing job. I was so nervous to get my hair and makeup done by someone I didn't know but they were great!

The cerermony was perfect and our officiant was excellent.

I wish the rights to our pictures weren't quite so expensive, though.

All in all, well worth the money. If you book them, make sure to get a package with a suite. It was UNREAL and the perfect place to spend my wedding night. :)

This was a great place. They provided excellent service. I worked with both Michelle & Marthene in their Banquets department and they both did a wonderful job for me. I was planning long distance and did not have the capabilities of going to the site everytime something needed to be changed, whether on my end or theirs. It was almost one stop reception services, they did the cake, the food, the alchohol, the centerpieces, the set up and I'm sure much more. There is a beautiful marina behind the hotel that was absolutely gorgeous for pictures too. We really enjoyed them and they were extremely convenient for all of our family members.

I booked my wedding and within 6 weeks we were married. It was super duper EASY and painless. The only thing is, if you have a Vegas wedding like this you don't have an option for any kind of Reception. After all was said and done and we paid for our Guests to have a mini-reception in the suite, we could have just had a big wedding anyway. Oh well, too late! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone that just wants to get married and have some good pictures. It turned out really nice and we got some pics in front of the foliage at the Mirage that are less "photo studio" looking. The Minister was really nice too. =)

We are very happy with the wedding we had at the TI. The staff were very professional and made the wedding very easy for us. It was flawless and our guests enjoyed it very much.

I was really happy with my wedding. It was exactly what I wanted. The chapel was set up beautifully with enough room for my closest family and friends to have a small, intimate ceremony. Would definitely recommend.

Our wedding planner Fallon walked me though every step, answered every question, and made me feel that our day was going to be perfect...and it was! We had our wedding on the pirate ship outside the casino and it was magic!

My husband and I did the pirate ship wedding at Treasure Island, and we had an AMAZING experience. It was the least stressful wedding I ever could have imagined.

Several things were included in the wedding package to make it easy:
-Flowers - The package just came with flowers for me and the groom, but they were beautiful even though I couldn't see them live beforehand. I ordered a couple of -extra items for the mothers and my maid of honor.
-3 spa services (hair, makeup, nails, massage, haircut for groom, etc) - my hair was AWESOME, and my makeup was great - the massage was wonderful too. The staff were all very courteous and professional, and they made me feel special even though I'm sure they see a million brides.
-Officiant (dressed like a pirate) - he was awesome!
-Music for the ceremony - They give you a list of songs to choose from. I don't remember much about that.
-A first mate to drop off the rings - That was fun!
-Limo service to go get our marriage license (the limo driver even came in with us to show us where to go)
-They also set up photography with Cashman photography for you. They do video and pictures of the ceremony.

All I needed was a groom, the dress, and our rings.

If you chose the pirate ship wedding, keep in mind that the bride and groom can only have one person each stand with you so this may not be the right choice for those who have large bridal parties. They clear out the area around the ship for any of your guests, but it is a bit of a distance from where they stand to the pirate ship.

This option was a little more costly that most Vegas weddings since it was a little more extravagant. Everyone we met was extremely professional and helpful. The only problem we ran into was setting up the limo service. It was set up wrong twice which was frustrating because we only had a couple of days to get our license and nobody seemed to know what was going on with it, but once it was set up, our driver was very helpful as noted above.

When it asks you to describe flexibility, it says that "no wedding ever executes flawlessly". I feel like mine did. You can tell they are experienced at TI, and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change anything.

This was really an awesome wedding. We planned it from home, did research online and liked the looks of this chappel the best. It was our style. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at the formalness of the wedding service, and the thoroughness of the event. It was like "real" weddings; with flowers, pictures, the ceremony (includes vows, etc.) just no guests. Since we planned on this it was perfect. We wanted a trip just for the two of us. I would higly recommend this wedding chappel as a destination wedding. You wont be disappointed. It was clean, beautiful and the flowers, music and pictures/ video were great and of excellent quality.

Everything went well and according to plan, very smooth and very easy, the only complaint I had, was with the corrdinators and photogragher.... When the wedding ended, and I mean right after our vows the hospitality of the staff ended almost immediatly, and the photogragher, even though she took beautiful pictures she was NOT friendly at all. Which kind of upset my guests and myself.

We were extremely pleased with our experience at the Wedding Chapel at TI. Our wedding was July 31st, 2009.

We originally chose the Enchantment Wedding Package, but changed it after we had a large number of RSVPs, especially old folks. The Wedding Chapel had no problems changing our package, and we also booked our room at Treasure Island during that time.

The wedding chapel itself was very nice, pretty classic, but not crazy looking like some of the chapels in Vegas. The wedding planner was pretty available via email, although it was hard to get hold of them at times. It's important to be okay with different people handling your wedding--you rarely deal with the same person start to finish.

They were quite nice to our guests the day of.

The package we chose included 2 spa services, so I chose my hair and makeup. The artists were outstanding. They did exactly what I wanted and I looked amazing.

The officiant was very kind and spoke with us directly before the actual wedding about what we wanted. He was excellent for the wedding itself--not corny, and very respectful of the occasion.

The staff in chapel was excellent and friendly, and kept us moving along the morning of, which was great because I was completely disorganized and disoriented that morning.

Overall it was a great experience. I would say that a hotel wedding chapel in Vegas is a great choice for those who want a less formal wedding than a church, but don't like the corniness of the stereotypical Vegas wedding. Also, you are pretty hands off for these types of weddings, which suited me great. Treasure Island was a fabulous experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything went well except the music played during the reception. We asked to hook up an IPOD and it the sound level was way too low so nobody danced until maybe the last half hour after we complained and they fixed it. The food was amazing and the people were very nice and very helpful. I felt i was nickle and dimed to death though, we were charged for every little thing. 450.00 for a bartender and that's just for a cash bar and doesn't include alcohol? 55.00 to hook up our own ipod? For the ceremony our guests couldn't record video because you wanted to force us to pay 150.00? In the end out guests had a good time and the people were professional.

We got married on the pirate ship at the Treasure Island Hotel. It was beautiful! The services were all-inclusive so the planning was minimal. It was so stress free. The only problem was that they were a little slow getting back to me with answers to my questions and concerns that I had. Also, the hotel staff outside of the wedding staff (mostly the room reservation people) were a little clueless.

This was a great experience for all guests. pricey but the staff works hard which makes up for it

Overall, we were happy with how everything turned out once we were married. Communication was a little difficult at times during the planning process but everything finally came together beautifully and there were no major issues.

I felt that the staff was willing to work with us to do what it took to make our wedding the way we wanted it. In phone conversations with other hotels when we were shopping for a venue, I felt other hotels were less flexible than Treasure Island in this regard.

Treasure Island was a great place to get married. Quick service with quick response.

Beautiful Flower bouquet! It was included in my elegance package which I received through Treasure Island, and it was exactly how I wanted it.

The Treasure Island wedding chapel was great! but what else can you expect from a Las Vegas wedding machine?

Value for the package was good in my opinion as well, we got the 2nd to the top of the line (at the time), and it included a night in a huuuuuuge wonderful suite, breakfast, some pictures, and my hair, makeup, and a manicure.

We went back the next day to pick up our picture package. The pictures rocked, they were perfect, the photographer even photoshopped a recent cat scratch that was next to my wedding ring. This is where they really tried to upsell up on buying the entire disc for over $700 dollars. The package we purchased was only $500 so we weren't interested in increasing our budget that much. Once we said no thanks the demenor of the sales staff changed a bit and we were rushed to get out.
The officiant was very nice, very professional and perfect for a simple quick wedding with little rehearsal.
I recommend this venue for inexpensive weddings.

Flowers were beautiful, but they have a very limited selection to choose from and you are charged if you decide to bring your own flowers. The officiant was very nice and funny. He made us feel very comfortable.

While the casino was a lovely and exciting place to hold a wedding and reception, Treasure Island was not at all flexible with the dates that my husband and I had originally wanted. The largest issue was that we needed to give the casino at least 3 months in advance to use some of the services we wanted for our wedding. Even though those services were available at the time of our wedding, the casino wouldn't provide them for us because we did not reserve the un-used services 90 days prior. The people serving us would have been the same people if we were on the pirate ship (this is what we wanted the most-- to have our ceremony on the pirate ship), but we had to have ours in the chapel instead. Other than this irking issue, the casino was a bustling place, and for that reason we were rushed in and out of the ceremony (even though our was the only ceremony that evening) and our reception. At least we still had fun!

I was not impressed with what we got for the price we paid. We purchased a wedding package that cost about $1300 and they wouldnt even give us a discounted rate on our room at the hotel! We also had an awful time with the person that was ordering our pictures for us. She was very rude and not very helpful. The wedding coordinator that we worked with was very nice and easy to work with but over all for the value, I wouldnt recommend them.

I will alwasy have a special place in my heart for this hotel, My husband and I got engaged here and have stayed many times. When we started talking about having a small wedding of course the chapel here was our first choice for sentimental reasons at first when we saw it though it was nice manager very nice and price is reasonable. my reason for a poor rating is purely on Claudia this does not reflect on Mgr or other girl (her name starts with a B sorry cant remember but she was soo helpful answered all my question and took time to pay attention to detail as far as wedding procession and music arrangements) but Claudia was extremely unproffesional and annoyed with questions had a couple conversations on the phone about upgrading flowers she was outright rude and made me change my mind about getting an upgrade I decided to go with outside flowers at the last minute (FYI $100 charge stated in contract) which was perfectly fine other than the fact that claudia while I was changing into my dress 10 minutes before i was going to wlaking down the aisle full of love and emotions rudely tells me "you know its a $100 charge for outside flowers!" I was a little shocked that she would be so classless as to tell me this before minutes before saying my vows It really put a damper at the moment of being a bride! I asked her to talk to my (then) fiance about this later( maybe after the ceremony or at our appointment the next day to get our photos ) I couldnt deal with this right now instead of waiting she walked right out to my husband and said we have a problem didnt take him off to the side infront of family and friends said she needed the $100 right If it wasnt for our interaction and bad one at that with Claudia this rating would have been much better beatuiful chapel Minister was awesome so sad that her negativity and rudeness will be part of my wedding day. for what its worth other girls that work there would have given a 4.8 p.s only had ceremony no reception here.

It's a nice venue and good value for the packages. BUT the primary person that deals with customers is Misha. She is not responsive to e-mails and usually doesn't know anything other than the packaged itineraries. Once we paid our deposit, our e-mails were unanswered and we felt like we were mostly blown off and told that she would work on our wedding once it got within 30 days. She also does not share information that you need to know unless you ask her- things like what time you need to be there. She offers excuses like "we are very busy", "the sound guy deals with that and her is not here", and "I don't know what is wrong with my brain". Bianca in the Chapel is great and their minister is great also. Our ceremony did turn fantastic but it was mostly because of Bianca and the minister running it. It is a good venue that is reasonably priced, so I would not avoid it all together but deal with Bianca if you can.

The wedding we had was a beautiful wedding. Claudia was the worst wedding coordinator I have ever seen in my life. She did absolutely nothing on the day of our wedding. Being our wedding coordinator she did not even introduce herself to us.
We were supposed to get a call 30 days prior to finalize the wedding. We did not. I expected to not have everything ready, the rooms, the chapel, etc. since we were in the dark. We received more service from Bianca, the lady at the chapel desk, who was not part of our wedding coordination when we arrived. If you are expecting to be treated as it is your special day then you need to go somewhere else. The wedding was beautiful, it was our special day regardless of the lack of customer service we received from Claudia. She was unfriendly, rude and snappy. Not something you want to experience on your wedding day. We saw her for a total of maybe 4 minutes the entire time.
We bought the cheapest package, maybe that is why they treated us the way they did. I have read rave reviews about TI and we were not one of the good experiences. I feel if Claudia does not like her job, which was apparent to us, then they should put her in a position where she smiles. We did not see one from her. I understand maybe she has seen a bunch of Bridezillas but we are casual and calm people who do not mind skipping some of the details. There was not a reason for her to be so rude. I would have have at least expected an introduction, not a "Do you have the money for the minster?"
