Amy is Heaven Sent. I was so ready to throw in the towel with this wedding. One night I prayed to God and asked Him for help, the next morning I received an email from Amy and within an hour she provided everything I was looking for and then some. I knew right away that God had answered my prayers and He sent me Amy, My Wedding Angel. Wedding is booked. Stress has been lifted. Amy went above and beyond to help plan my dream wedding. I was overwhelmed with the planning process of finding a location for my destination wedding and Amy LITERALLY traveled the world with me to help me find the perfect place. She set up 3 site visits for me within an hour while I was having a meltdown venue hunting =]. She was quick to provide me with room rates, availability, and concessions and would answer my texts or calls immediately. Not only is Amy the best travel agent out there but she’s the best person with a big heart and genuinely cares about getting to know her clients and making sure they are GENUINELY happy. I can’t thank Amy enough for all her hard work and dedication and am glad to have her by my side during my wedding journey! -

My husband and I found Amy through one of his coworkers. We reached out to her for the first time in June 2023, and we just got married at Finest Punta Cana on October 11th.
From the start, Amy was incredibly easy to communicate with. We quickly scheduled a call to discuss what we were looking for in our wedding. She then provided us with a list of several resorts in the areas we were considering.
Once we chose the resort, Amy handled all the negotiations on our behalf, securing a significant discount on guest rates and some valuable concessions.
The wedding planning process with the resort was challenging, but we could always count on Amy for support. She consistently went above and beyond to address any issues that arose.
Throughout the entire process, Amy was responsive, professional, respectful, committed, and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent! -

Amy at TravSpot was so helpful throughout our destination wedding planning process. She was there for us for over a year and a half, answering my emailed questions, and there for phone calls as needed throughout. She was very familiar with the resort we got married at, and was able to get in touch with them promptly, which I couldn’t have done on my own. She handled the entire room block process, and offered great perks in return! I highly recommend her as your destination wedding travel agent. -

Amy and her team at Travspot made our wedding dreams into a reality. She communicated with me promptly over the course of one and a half years! She started by showing me a presentation of all of our destination wedding resort options, all the way to communicating with the guests and booking everyones rooms. She was able to get my questions answered from the resort very quickly as well. We had some guests switch around rooms and change days at the last minute and she handled all of it flawlessly. We truly wouldn't have been able to have our dream wedding day without them! I would 10000% recommend for your destination wedding! -

Amy always answered when I had a question about our trip to Turks. She found us a perfect place to celebrate our 50 th Anniversary with our family. She also continued looking at prices until I was happy with it. Even though we weren’t able to go to Turks because of the virus; we will definitely call on Amy again for our next vacation. Hopefully that will happen in 2021. Thanks Amy. -

Absolutely incredible!
I had the pleasure of coming across Amy on a bridal Facebook page. Amy was so patient and beyond helpful and sweet. I didn’t always respond but she wasn’t overbearing and constantly harassing me but would check in to make sure I was still there. She found the perfect options and made it so difficult for us to choose one that we ended up picking a few different places to come up with the perfect honeymoon. Highly recommend her!!!!!!! Every single place we stayed was beautiful top of the line. I won’t book another trip without her. I’ve since recommended her to a few friends who have also used her and they say the same! -

Amy booked a 13 day trip to Europe for us between four countries and did all the legwork in just a few days. She booked airfare and train passes as well. She answers emails promptly and we are so excited for our honeymoon! I highly recommend her services! -

Highly recommend!
After months of researching honeymoons on our own, we finally came across Amy on a bridal group. We told Amy our dream location of the Bahamas and she did amazing at giving us all our options within budget. Amy has been nothing short of amazing in planning our upcoming honeymoon. She is the first and only travel agent I have ever worked with and will be the only one I work with to plan family vacations going forward. She was able to get us an incredible deal which included airfare and an awesome, highly rated, and well known all Inclusive resort and spa! Amy is kind, was willing to change our itinerary several times, and always responds quickly, which we really appreciated. I would recommend her to anyone! -

I do not recommend using Amy. She was extremely unprofessional and sales-y.
FH and I contacted Amy after being referred by another bride. During our first call I told her we were looking to book our date, our room, and provide guests with a group code. She said she could definitely help us and told me all about her services.
We booked our wedding date for 11/2024. Very soon after she strongly suggested we explore a block contract. She insisted it was for our “protection since she didn’t have a dog in the fight either way.” I asked questions, but she didn’t like that. She said I needed to “trust the process.” So, I did.
We did a survey of our guests and came back with the results. Based on that, Amy requested a block contract proposal. The first emailed proposal got lost in transit somehow. So, I followed up with her and asked for another.
FH and I reviewed the contract and reached out to her with questions. Mid-way through the call she threatened if we did not sign she’d drop us. We were confused but tried to focus on getting the rest of our questions answered so we could make the best decision for us. Suddenly, the call dropped! We never heard from her again.
Then, she popped into an email thread where the resort and I were discussing my ceremony and reception locations to say that she was dropping us since we didn’t sign the contract. 🤯 It was very unprofessional.
Shes tried her best to silence my reviews— even following me into a PRIVATE BRIDES ONLY Facebook group to complain about a post where I asked other brides if it was normal for a TA to drop you for not signing a contract. Btw, 100% of them said NO, it’s not normal.
