Booking the Travis Allison Band was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Travis was so helpful from the time of booking, up until the day of our event. After speaking with a few other bands in the area I didn't feel like they were too excited or interested in answering our basic questions. I felt a totally different vibe from Travis when we spoke. He was genuinely interested in our wedding, our music preferences, and the back story on us as a couple and our families. He and the band were open to learning new songs, playing all the songs and genres we asked for, and they sounded amazing doing it. On the day of our wedding the band was so friendly and kept everyone out on the dance floor. They made our day so special. Would highly recommend for anyone planning a wedding in the Charleston area!Travis Allison Band's reply:

We cannot say enough good things about Travis Allison band! They went above and beyond, with incredible flexibility, to provide an amazing experience for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding during the snow event that closed most venues in CHS on 1.31.26! The day before the wedding, we had to move the wedding time up 2.5 hours for the venue to be able to safely accommodate our guests and their staff and Travis Allison, with barely 24 hours notice, didn’t hesitate to say yes. The band provided phenomenal entertainment with great balance and flow during the evening festivities. Their set list is extensive and their energy and sound appealed to all of our multi-generational guests, young and old! You can’t go wrong with the Travis Allison Band!

Stop scrolling through bands and reviews. Travis Allison Band is the one. From start to finish they are world class. We had them for our ceremony through our reception. Travis is a breeze to work with as you curate your wedding day playlist / timeline, even with hopping between live and recorded music when we wanted. We flagged some songs we liked, but they know how to seriously work a crowd and GET THE PEOPLE GOIN. Travis connects with the crowd effortlessly (announcing dinner, speeches, etc.) and every transition is totally fluid. He's simply a great guy too. We were lucky enough to catch him a few times bouncing around Chas before our wedding. We even practiced our first dance song with him at a Mexican restaurant in front of Taco Tuesday haha! So grateful to have him and the whole crew at our wedding. Can't thank you enough Travis! All the best. -

If you’re looking for a sign to book TAB for your wedding or event, DO IT! We booked TAB, unheard, based on their extensive repertoire of songs we loved! While we had listened to YouTube videos of their performances, nothing could have prepared us for the amazing entertainment we received during our wedding reception in Hilton Head!
TAB exceeded every expectation we had for our big day! Their performance was nothing short of spectacular, seamlessly blending elegance with energy to create an atmosphere that kept our guests on their feet all night long.
The versatility of TAB is truly remarkable. From classic hits to modern favorites, they curated a playlist that catered perfectly to our diverse crowd ages. They effortlessly transitioned dinner tunes to high-energy dance music that had everyone singing and dancing.
What truly sets TAB apart is their professionalism and attention to detail. They worked closely with us throughout the planning process, ensuring every detail was considered and executed flawlessly. My dad requested we play my parents’ wedding song and my husband and I had a very specific version of our first dance song we wanted played- TAB nailed it!
Not only did they create an unforgettable experience for us and our guests, but they also brought an infectious enthusiasm that added an extra layer of joy to our celebration. All of our guests have raved about how incredible the band was, making it clear that TAB was one of the main highlights of our wedding day.

Amazing band!
The Travis Allison Band is the epitome of excellence. When I first reached out to Travis to inquire, he responded almost immediately. He took the time out of his day to speak with me and to have a very open conversation about the things we were looking for and then what he could provide. He attentiveness and patience sealed the deal. In fact we didn’t look any further than the Travis Allison Band. We knew they were the ones to make our day special. After deciding to go with them the rest of the way was easy. Travis guided me through the music world, worked extremely diligent with my vendors and planner, and was very responsive to me the entire time. He never left any question I had unanswered and a lot of time would give me directions on things. Their song list is EXTENSIVE! When we saw it we didn’t know what to think. So we took a highlighter and I’m pretty sure we marked the majority of the songs giving Travis and his band no direction for the evening. However, Travis knew what to do and the evening was absolutely amazing! He read our crowd, read the vibe, and kept the party going ALL NIGHT LONG. We had him for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and if I could go back and do it all over again I would do the SAME exact way with the Travis Allison Band. They showed up early and made sure the wedding ran perfectly! I cannot every thank them enough for coming out and playing our wedding. It was absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to be at another event with. They will forever be family to us! Thank you so much Travis. Incredible
SO glad we originally found the Travis Allison Band through the Wedding Wire! I am beyond thankful that we were able to have the Travis Allison Band at our destination wedding a few weeks ago. From initial contact & booking through the wedding day, they were an absolute dream to work with. Travis is incredibly organized and responsive. They have an extensive song list and a vast range of genres. They learned my father-daughter dance song and it was incredible. The memories of everyone dancing and singing along to their music will forever be etched in our hearts. We still have people telling us how amazing the band was weeks after the wedding. I would recommend TAB for anyone looking to keep the vibes high at their wedding! Hope to catch them playing locally somewhere next time we are back in South Carolina!Travis Allison Band's reply:

We hired the Travis Allison Band for my daughters wedding, and could not have been happier. Travis was so responsive to any emails sent during the planning process. When our first wedding planner ghosted us, he even reached out and asked if there was anything he could do to help. He thanked us for having him there on the night of the wedding, but the thanks need to go out to the band! The dance floor was always full right until the end of the evening. The bride and groom got to select their songs from a long playlist and we have had so many compliments about their music and how they sounded. In reading the reviews here I'm not sure I can add much more but I will try. THE TRAVIS ALLISON BAND IS AN EXTREMELY TALENTED AND AWESOME BAND! We had the pleasure of having them perform at our daughter's wedding this past weekend and I can say without a doubt they were a part of making the day perfect! They kept the dance floor hopping the whole night. Great communication and very accommodating in the process leading up to our wedding. I hope at some point I can catch them at a public event! We highly endorse The Travis Allison Band! They played our wedding on 8/24/19 and delivered beyond our highest expectations.
Background: We are passionate about live music and love attending concerts together. For us, the reception entertainment was extremely important so a great live band was a must.
Pre Reception: Travis was helpful, insightful, and open. He walked us through the process and asked us many questions to better understand our wants. We could tell he genuinely cared about our vision. He provided us with his amazing extensive song catalog. We combed through songs and provided a “love” list, a “no” list, and a “must” list. Travis was easy to contact and responded well throughout.
Reception: The Travis Allison Band and their act were amazing! Travis and his bandmates brought a lighting bolt of energy that kept our guests dancing all night. For our first dance, they learned and played a song outside of their catalog which meant the world to us! As requested, the band kept a faster pace but also knew the right time to take it down a notch. Travis is an incredible frontman but the entire band added something special to the performance. They used our song requests to curate a perfect set list. The band also let us play custom Greek Wedding Music at the breaks which was important to us. We loved every element of the experience and didn’t leave the dance floor after dinner. We can’t say enough how much we loved them!
Post Reception: We still think about the amazing Travis Allison Band performance and wish we could go back. When our family & friends talk about the wedding, they always mention the band in the first sentence. They rave about the show, and we enthusiastically agree. We are thrilled that we chose the Travis Allison Band and will be forever grateful for their impact on our wonderful memories. -

The Best Time EVER!!!!
We cannot recommend Travis Allison Band enough! We had the absolute best time with them at The Island House for our wedding and have heard nonstop from wedding guests that this was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. One of our good friends even said she felt like she was at a show!
TAB will bring an exurbiant amount of energy to your wedding and you cannot go wrong working with them. They are also very responsive in communication and their song list is very expansive.

The Travis Allison Band was great at our wedding. They know what they’re doing and played a wide range of tunes - all at a high level. Travis’s experience showed as he did a nice job with all the wedding announcements, first dances, etc. They had a great sound and light set-up and were very easygoing and laid-back the whole night. Highly recommend them for a fun and groovy wedding band. Travis was easy and very polite to work with on all matters. A nice group of professionals and would work with them again.

Fantastic band and great to work with!
We got married 1/19/19 and the Travis Allison Band was absolutely amazing! The dance floor was packed the entire reception and every single guest that we spoke to after the reception could not stop talking about how much fun they had and how amazing the band was! They even did an encore when the groomsmen starting chanting and it was the perfect ending to the perfect day! We will definitely be recommending this band to all of our friends! Travis and I were able to chat a few times leading up to the wedding to discuss set lists and ideas, and they even learned our first dance song for us: Carolina Rose. During the event they were so easy to work with and played exactly what we were hoping and had planned for. They took requests, had fun with our guests, and were super relaxed and fun. They had such an amazing sound - I cannot even describe how happy we were that we chose them to work with for our big day! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them - they are the PERFECT wedding band!
